郭(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深(shen)(shen)(1820~1900),直隸(li)深(shen)(shen)縣馬莊(zhuang)人,家不富(fu)足,力食四(si)方,兼訪名(ming)師,聞劉(liu)(liu)曉(xiao)蘭(lan)(lan)先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)名(ming)氣,便訪至(zhi)易州(zhou)西陵,也拜孫亭立(li)先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)為(wei)師練(lian)八極拳(quan),住(zhu)在劉(liu)(liu)曉(xiao)蘭(lan)(lan)先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)處,這(zhe)樣劉(liu)(liu)曉(xiao)蘭(lan)(lan)先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)與郭(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深(shen)(shen)先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)了(le)八極拳(quan)門中的(de)(de)(de)“譜兄(xiong)弟”。孫亭立(li)先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)見(jian)郭(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深(shen)(shen)學(xue)拳(quan)已成(cheng),便讓他也去山(shan)西李老(lao)(lao)(lao)能(neng)那里學(xue)形(xing)意拳(quan)。郭(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深(shen)(shen)到山(shan)西太谷以(yi)(yi)同鄉之關(guan)系拜見(jian)李老(lao)(lao)(lao)能(neng)先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng),說明來意,并將八極拳(quan)中的(de)(de)(de)剛猛猴(hou)拳(quan)和(he)梨花(hua)大(da)槍演示給(gei)李老(lao)(lao)(lao)能(neng)先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)看。李先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)見(jian)郭(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深(shen)(shen)所(suo)練(lian)手法靈速(su)、氣勢(shi)嚴整而神(shen)氣活妙(miao),遂(sui)收為(wei)弟子。當時李老(lao)(lao)(lao)能(neng)以(yi)(yi)租種菜(cai)園為(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)計,郭(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深(shen)(shen)幫(bang)助灌田、耕耘(yun),一應(ying)事情非常勤快(kuai),深(shen)(shen)得老(lao)(lao)(lao)能(neng)先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)喜愛,便傾(qing)囊相授,郭(guo)(guo)(guo)十(shi)二年后(hou)藝(yi)成(cheng)。后(hou)來因鏟除惡霸,犯(fan)了(le)人命官司(si),被(bei)關(guan)進(jin)監牢,仍苦練(lian)功夫,由于項(xiang)上(shang)(shang)有枷,腳上(shang)(shang)鐵銬的(de)(de)(de)緣故,練(lian)就(jiu)了(le)只能(neng)邁出(chu)半步(bu)的(de)(de)(de)絕技——半步(bu)崩(beng)拳(quan),所(suo)以(yi)(yi),后(hou)來郭(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深(shen)(shen)名(ming)揚大(da)江南北,以(yi)(yi)“半步(bu)崩(beng)拳(quan)打遍天下”而著稱。
郭云(yun)(yun)深在(zai)當時武術界很有(you)聲望(wang)。他的(de)練拳,靜如泰山,動如飛鳥(niao)。如遇(yu)不測之事(shi),只(zhi)要耳(er)聞目(mu)見,不管對方拳棒有(you)多(duo)快(kuai),皆能(neng)避之。有(you)一次郭云(yun)(yun)深想試(shi)(shi)試(shi)(shi)自(zi)己的(de)功(gong)夫,讓五個壯士各(ge)持一木棍,其一端頂(ding)住郭云(yun)(yun)深的(de)腹部,郭云(yun)(yun)深一轉腰,將五人(ren)打出一丈(zhang)開外。對形意(yi)拳理(li)論(lun),進行(xing)過系統的(de)研究(jiu)和總結,遺著有(you)《能(neng)說形意(yi)拳經》一書(shu)。郭云(yun)(yun)深在(zai)北方數省教授學生多(duo)人(ren),晚年隱居鄉間,七十余歲而(er)終。
郭云深(shen)的名聲(sheng)甚(shen)囂塵上,當然有人不服,河北正安縣有個(ge)綽(chuo)號叫“鬼(gui)八(ba)卦(gua)”的焦蘿(luo)夫曾用桿(gan)子(zi)戰(zhan)勝(sheng)大(da)槍劉德寬而聞名遐(xia)爾,就(jiu)對郭云深(shen)很不服氣。并(bing)前來(lai)與(yu)郭云深(shen)較量。交手僅一個(ge)回合,焦洛夫就(jiu)被打倒在地。他遂閉門不出,終日琢磨破(po)(po)解(jie)崩拳(quan)之法(fa)。一天,他從庖(pao)丁刀(dao)切(qie)蘿(luo)卜(bu)中悟(wu)出砍法(fa)可破(po)(po)崩拳(quan),于是苦練多年,直到掌力將碗口粗(cu)的白(bai)蠟桿(gan)一格即(ji)斷后,這才又邀郭云深(shen)較量。
對于(yu)三年之(zhi)后(hou)的(de)重會,郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)知道焦功夫必然大進。只(zhi)見他嘿嘿冷笑一聲,喝道:“鬼子焦,看拳。”人還是(shi)那(nei)個人,拳還是(shi)那(nei)個拳,可憐焦洛(luo)夫三年的(de)臥薪嘗膽,仍(reng)然難以阻擋這疾愈迅雷的(de)攻勢。他雖然如庖(pao)丁解(jie)牛(niu)般揮動雙臂施展爛熟于(yu)胸的(de)砍法破解(jie)崩拳,但他砍向郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)的(de)手刀,一與(yu)攻來(lai)的(de)崩拳相交,就如同波濤洶涌的(de)巨浪撲向銅墻(qiang)鐵壁,“嘭”的(de)一聲悶響,猶如山墻(qiang)倒(dao)塌,焦洛(luo)夫再(zai)次坐(zuo)在地上(shang)。焦洛(luo)夫屢與(yu)高手較技,可說(shuo)未有敗績,此番兩次栽在郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)手上(shang),仍(reng)是(shi)心有不甘,總覺得(de)自己苦(ku)練(lian)的(de)“砍法”似(si)乎缺少點(dian)東(dong)西,便絞盡腦汁,冥思(si)苦(ku)想(xiang),想(xiang)出一招,于(yu)是(shi),他又邀郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)比試。
二人搭手進招,郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)深再(zai)以崩拳(quan)(quan)進擊;只(zhi)見(jian)焦(jiao)洛夫(fu)(fu)這(zhe)次(ci)施展砍法不是向下,而是小(xiao)臂上(shang)挑。郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)深隱然一(yi)(yi)驚,急變(bian)崩拳(quan)(quan)為(wei)化勁卸掉了對方(fang)的(de)上(shang)挑之力;焦(jiao)洛夫(fu)(fu)只(zhi)微微一(yi)(yi)楞神,就(jiu)覺一(yi)(yi)股驚濤拍(pai)岸般的(de)崩拳(quan)(quan)又一(yi)(yi)次(ci)打在(zai)(zai)胸(xiong)上(shang),他(ta)第三次(ci)撲翻在(zai)(zai)地。焦(jiao)洛夫(fu)(fu)不僅喟然長嘆(tan):‘好(hao)崩拳(quan)(quan)。”他(ta)挽(wan)起胳膊上(shang)的(de)衣袖,露出綁著的(de)利刃(ren),欲在(zai)(zai)對方(fang)崩拳(quan)(quan)打來,挑斷其(qi)臂,可是郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)深的(de)半步崩拳(quan)(quan)實在(zai)(zai)出神入化,方(fang)使其(qi)謀算落空。從此,郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)深以半步崩拳(quan)(quan)三勝“鬼八卦”焦(jiao)洛夫(fu)(fu)的(de)事跡不脛而走(zou)。
形意(yi)拳(quan)三體(ti)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),兩足要并重(zhong)(zhong),不(bu)(bu)可(ke)單重(zhong)(zhong)。單重(zhong)(zhong)者(zhe),非一足著地,一足懸起(qi),不(bu)(bu)過前足可(ke)虛可(ke)實(shi),著重(zhong)(zhong)于后足耳(er)(er)。以后練各形各式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),亦(yi)有(you)雙重(zhong)(zhong)之式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),雖然是(shi)雙重(zhong)(zhong)之式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),亦(yi)不(bu)(bu)離(li)單重(zhong)(zhong)之重(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),以至極(ji)(ji)高、極(ji)(ji)俯、極(ji)(ji)矮(ai)、極(ji)(ji)仰之形式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),亦(yi)總不(bu)(bu)離(li)三體(ti)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)之重(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)。故三體(ti)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)為萬(wan)形之基礎也(ye)。三體(ti)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)單重(zhong)(zhong)者(zhe),得其(qi)中和之起(qi)點,動作靈活,形勢(shi)一氣(qi),無有(you)間斷耳(er)(er)。雙重(zhong)(zhong)三體(ti)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)者(zhe),形式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)沉重(zhong)(zhong),力氣(qi)極(ji)(ji)大,唯是(shi)陰陽不(bu)(bu)分(fen),乾坤(kun)不(bu)(bu)辨,奇(qi)偶(ou)不(bu)(bu)顯,剛柔不(bu)(bu)判,虛實(shi)不(bu)(bu)明,內(nei)開外合(he)不(bu)(bu)清,進退起(qi)落動作不(bu)(bu)靈活。
所以形(xing)意拳三(san)體(ti)式(shi),不得其單(dan)(dan)重之中(zhong)和(he),先后天(tian)亦不交(jiao),剛多柔(rou)少,失卻中(zhong)和(he),道(dao)理(li)亦不明,變化亦不通,自被血氣所拘,拙勁所捆。此(ci)皆是被三(san)體(ti)式(shi)雙重之所拘也。若得著(zhu)單(dan)(dan)重三(san)體(ti)式(shi)中(zhong)和(he)之道(dao)理(li),以后行(xing)之,無(wu)論(lun)單(dan)(dan)重雙重各形(xing)之式(shi),無(wu)可(ke)無(wu)不可(ke)也。
練(lian)(lian)形意拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)有(you)(you)三層(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)吸。第(di)一(yi)層(ceng)練(lian)(lian)拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)吸,將舌卷回(hui),頂住上腭,口(kou)(kou)似開(kai)非開(kai),似合(he)(he)非合(he)(he),呼(hu)(hu)吸任其自然(ran),不(bu)(bu)可著(zhu)意于(yu)呼(hu)(hu)吸,因手足(zu)動作(zuo)(zuo)合(he)(he)于(yu)規(gui)矩,是(shi)為(wei)(wei)調(diao)息之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法則,亦即練(lian)(lian)精化(hua)(hua)氣之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功夫也(ye)(ye)(ye)。第(di)二層(ceng)練(lian)(lian)拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)吸,口(kou)(kou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)開(kai)合(he)(he),舌頂上腭等規(gui)則照前(qian)(qian),唯呼(hu)(hu)吸與(yu)(yu)前(qian)(qian)一(yi)層(ceng)不(bu)(bu)同,前(qian)(qian)者手足(zu)動作(zuo)(zuo),是(shi)調(diao)息之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法則,此是(shi)息調(diao)也(ye)(ye)(ye),前(qian)(qian)者口(kou)(kou)鼻之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)吸,不(bu)(bu)過借(jie)此以通(tong)乎內(nei)(nei)外(wai)也(ye)(ye)(ye)。此二層(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)吸,著(zhu)意于(yu)丹田之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)(nei)呼(hu)(hu)吸也(ye)(ye)(ye),又名胎息,是(shi)謂練(lian)(lian)氣化(hua)(hua)神之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理也(ye)(ye)(ye)。第(di)三層(ceng)練(lian)(lian)拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)吸,與(yu)(yu)上兩(liang)層(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)意又不(bu)(bu)同,前(qian)(qian)一(yi)層(ceng)是(shi)明勁(jing),有(you)(you)形于(yu)外(wai),二層(ceng)是(shi)暗勁(jing),有(you)(you)形于(yu)內(nei)(nei)。此呼(hu)(hu)吸雖有(you)(you),而若無(wu),勿忘勿助之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)意思,即是(shi)神化(hua)(hua)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)妙用也(ye)(ye)(ye),心(xin)中(zhong)空空洞洞,不(bu)(bu)有(you)(you)不(bu)(bu)無(wu),非有(you)(you)非無(wu),是(shi)為(wei)(wei)無(wu)聲(sheng)無(wu)臭,還(huan)虛之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道也(ye)(ye)(ye),此三種呼(hu)(hu)吸,為(wei)(wei)練(lian)(lian)拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)始終本末之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)次序,即一(yi)氣貫通(tong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理,自有(you)(you)而化(hua)(hua)無(wu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道也(ye)(ye)(ye)。
形(xing)意拳(quan)(quan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao),練之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)極易,亦極難。易者(zhe)(zhe),是拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)形(xing)式,至(zhi)易至(zhi)簡(jian)而(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)繁亂。其拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)始終(zhong),動(dong)(dong)作運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong)(yong),皆人(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)不(bu)(bu)(bu)慮(lv)而(er)知,不(bu)(bu)(bu)學(xue)而(er)能(neng)者(zhe)(zhe)也(ye)(ye)。周(zhou)身動(dong)(dong)作運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong)(yong),亦皆平(ping)常之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li),唯人(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)未學(xue)時,手足動(dong)(dong)作運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong)(yong),無(wu)有規矩而(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)整齊(qi),所(suo)教授者(zhe)(zhe),不(bu)(bu)(bu)過將(jiang)人(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)慮(lv)而(er)知,不(bu)(bu)(bu)學(xue)而(er)能(neng),平(ping)常所(suo)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong)(yong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)形(xing)式,入于規矩之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中,四(si)肢動(dong)(dong)作而(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)散亂也(ye)(ye)。果練之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)有恒而(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)間(jian)斷,可以(yi)至(zhi)于至(zhi)善(shan)(shan)也(ye)(ye)。若到至(zhi)善(shan)(shan)處,諸形(xing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong)(yong),無(wu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)合道(dao)矣。以(yi)他(ta)人(ren)觀之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),有一動(dong)(dong)一靜,一言一默之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong)(yong),奧妙不(bu)(bu)(bu)測之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)神(shen)氣。然而(er),自己并不(bu)(bu)(bu)知其善(shan)(shan)于拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)也(ye)(ye),因動(dong)(dong)作運(yun)(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong)(yong),皆是平(ping)常之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)理(li),無(wu)強人(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)難,所(suo)以(yi)拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)練之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)極易也(ye)(ye)。
《中庸》云(yun):“人莫(mo)不(bu)(bu)飲食也,鮮能知味也。”難者(zhe)(zhe),是練者(zhe)(zhe)厭(yan)其(qi)拳之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)簡單,而(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)良于觀(guan),以(yi)致半途而(er)(er)廢者(zhe)(zhe)有之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),或是練者(zhe)(zhe)惡其(qi)道(dao)(dao)理(li)平常,而(er)(er)無(wu)有奇妙之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)則,自己專(zhuan)好剛勁之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)(qi),身外又務奇異之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)形,故鄉身練之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)而(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)能得(de)著(zhu)形意(yi)拳術(shu)中和之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)也。因此,好高騖遠,看理(li)偏僻,所(suo)以(yi)拳術(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)理(li)得(de)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)甚(shen)難。中庸云(yun):“道(dao)(dao)不(bu)(bu)遠之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),人為之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)而(er)(er)遠人。”即此意(yi)義也。郭云(yun)深(shen)論神氣(qi)(qi)
形意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)無(wu)它,神氣(qi)(qi)(qi)二(er)者而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)已(yi)。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)始終(zhong)全(quan)仗(zhang)呼吸,超初大(da)(da)小(xiao)周天(tian),以(yi)及還虛(xu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)(gong)(gong)者,皆是呼吸之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)變化(hua)耳(er),拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)亦(yi)(yi)然,唯有(you)(you)(you)鍛煉(lian)(lian)形體與筋骨(gu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)(gong)(gong)。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)是“精(jing)中(zhong)求動(dong)(dong),動(dong)(dong)極而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)復靜(jing)(jing)也。”拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)是“動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)求靜(jing)(jing),靜(jing)(jing)極而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)復動(dong)(dong)也。”其初練(lian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)似異,以(yi)至還虛(xu)則同。《形意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)經》云:“固靈(ling)(ling)根(gen)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)動(dong)(dong)心者,敵將(jiang)也,養靈(ling)(ling)根(gen)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)靜(jing)(jing)心者,修道(dao)(dao)(dao)也。”所以(yi)形意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao),即丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)學也,丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)有(you)(you)(you)三(san)易(yi),即練(lian)精(jing)化(hua)氣(qi)(qi)(qi);煉(lian)(lian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)化(hua)神,煉(lian)(lian)神還虛(xu)。拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)亦(yi)(yi)有(you)(you)(you)三(san)易(yi),即易(yi)骨(gu),易(yi)筋,易(yi)髓,此(ci)(ci)三(san)易(yi)即拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)中(zhong)明(ming)勁、暗勁、化(hua)勁也。練(lian)至拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)無(wu)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)意(yi)(yi)無(wu)意(yi)(yi),無(wu)意(yi)(yi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)是真意(yi)(yi),亦(yi)(yi)與丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)煉(lian)(lian)虛(xu)合道(dao)(dao)(dao)相(xiang)合也。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)有(you)(you)(you)最初還虛(xu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)(gong)(gong),以(yi)至虛(xu)極靜(jing)(jing)駕之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi),下元真陽發(fa)動(dong)(dong),即速回(hui)光(guang)返照,凝神入氣(qi)(qi)(qi)穴(xue),息(xi)息(xi)歸根(gen),神氣(qi)(qi)(qi)未(wei)交之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi),存(cun)神用(yong)意(yi)(yi),綿綿若(ruo)存(cun),念茲在茲,此(ci)(ci)武火(huo)(huo)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)謂也,至神氣(qi)(qi)(qi)已(yi)交,又當忘(wang)息(xi),以(yi)致采(cai)取歸爐、封固、停(ting)息(xi)、沐浴、起火(huo)(huo)、進退(tui)、升降(jiang)歸根(gen),俟(si)動(dong)(dong)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)復煉(lian)(lian),煉(lian)(lian)至不(bu)動(dong)(dong),為限數足滿(man),止火(huo)(huo),謂之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)坎(kan)離交妒(du),此(ci)(ci)為小(xiao)周天(tian),以(yi)至大(da)(da)周天(tian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)(gong)(gong)夫,無(wu)非自(zi)無(wu)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)生有(you)(you)(you),由(you)(you)微而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)至著,由(you)(you)小(xiao)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)至大(da)(da),由(you)(you)虛(xu)而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)積(ji)累(lei),皆呼吸火(huo)(huo)侯之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)變化(hua),文武剛柔,隨時(shi)消息(xi),此(ci)(ci)皆是順(shun)中(zhong)用(yong)逆(ni),逆(ni)中(zhong)行順(shun),用(yong)其無(wu)過不(bu)及中(zhong)和之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)也,也不(bu)過略言丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)概(gai)耳(er)。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)與拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)并(bing)行不(bu)悖(bei),故形意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)非粗率之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)武藝。余恐后來練(lian)形意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)人,只用(yong)其后天(tian)血氣(qi)(qi)(qi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)(gong)(gong),不(bu)知有(you)(you)(you)先(xian)天(tian)真陽之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),故發(fa)明(ming)形意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao),只此(ci)(ci)神氣(qi)(qi)(qi)二(er)者而(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)已(yi)。故此(ci)(ci)先(xian)言丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)大(da)(da)概(gai),后在論拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)詳情。形意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)有(you)(you)(you)三(san)層道(dao)(dao)(dao)理,有(you)(you)(you)三(san)步功(gong)(gong)(gong)夫,有(you)(you)(you)三(san)種練(lian)法(fa)。
三層道理
練精(jing)化(hua)氣(qi)(qi);練氣(qi)(qi)化(hua)神;練神還虛(練之(zhi)以變化(hua)人之(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)質,復其本然之(zhi)真也)。
三步功夫
易(yi)骨:練之以筑其基,以壯(zhuang)其體,骨體堅如鐵(tie)石(shi),而形式(shi)氣(qi)質,威嚴狀似泰山。
易筋(jin):練之以(yi)騰其(qi)(qi)膜,以(yi)長(chang)其(qi)(qi)筋(jin)(俗云:筋(jin)長(chang)力(li)大),其(qi)(qi)勁縱橫聯絡,生長(chang)而無(wu)窮也。
洗髓:練之以(yi)清虛其(qi)(qi)內,以(yi)輕松(song)其(qi)(qi)體,內中清虛之象:神(shen)氣運用(yong),圓(yuan)活(huo)無滯身體動轉(zhuan),其(qi)(qi)輕如羽(拳經云:三回九轉(zhuan)是(shi)一式,即此(ci)意義(yi)也)。
三種練法
明勁:練之(zhi)總以(yi)規矩不可易,身體動轉要(yao)和順(shun)而(er)不可乖戾,手足起落要(yao)整齊而(er)不可散亂。拳經云:“方者以(yi)正其中(zhong)”即(ji)此意也。
暗勁:練之神氣要舒展而(er)不可拘,運用要圓通活(huo)潑而(er)不可滯。拳經云:“圓者以應其外”即此(ci)意也(ye)。
化(hua)勁:練之(zhi)周(zhou)身(shen)四(si)肢(zhi)動轉,起落、進(jin)退皆(jie)不(bu)(bu)(bu)可著力,專(zhuan)以(yi)神意運(yun)用之(zhi)。雖是神意運(yun)用,惟形式規(gui)矩仍如前二(er)種不(bu)(bu)(bu)可改移。雖然周(zhou)身(shen)動轉不(bu)(bu)(bu)著力,亦不(bu)(bu)(bu)能全不(bu)(bu)(bu)著力,總在神意之(zhi)貫通(tong)耳(er)。拳經云:“三回九轉是一式”即此意義也。
