郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)(yun)深(1820~1900),直隸(li)深縣馬莊人,家不富足,力(li)食四方(fang),兼訪名(ming)師,聞劉(liu)曉(xiao)蘭(lan)先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)名(ming)氣,便訪至易州(zhou)西陵(ling),也拜孫亭立先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)為(wei)師練八極拳(quan)(quan),住在劉(liu)曉(xiao)蘭(lan)先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)處,這樣劉(liu)曉(xiao)蘭(lan)先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)與(yu)郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)(yun)深先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)成了八極拳(quan)(quan)門中(zhong)的“譜兄弟(di)”。孫亭立先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)見(jian)郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)(yun)深學拳(quan)(quan)已成,便讓(rang)他也去(qu)山西李老(lao)能那里學形(xing)意(yi)拳(quan)(quan)。郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)(yun)深到(dao)山西太(tai)谷以(yi)同鄉之關系拜見(jian)李老(lao)能先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng),說明(ming)來意(yi),并將八極拳(quan)(quan)中(zhong)的剛猛(meng)猴拳(quan)(quan)和梨花大槍(qiang)演示(shi)給李老(lao)能先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)看(kan)。李先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)見(jian)郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)(yun)深所練手法靈速、氣勢(shi)嚴(yan)整而神氣活妙,遂收為(wei)弟(di)子。當時李老(lao)能以(yi)租種菜園為(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)計(ji),郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)(yun)深幫助灌田(tian)、耕耘(yun),一應事(shi)情非常勤(qin)快(kuai),深得老(lao)能先(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)的喜愛(ai),便傾囊(nang)相授,郭(guo)十二年(nian)后藝成。后來因鏟除惡霸(ba),犯(fan)了人命官司,被關進監牢,仍苦練功夫,由于項上(shang)有枷,腳(jiao)上(shang)鐵銬(kao)的緣故,練就了只能邁出半步(bu)(bu)的絕技——半步(bu)(bu)崩拳(quan)(quan),所以(yi),后來郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)(yun)深名(ming)揚(yang)大江南北,以(yi)“半步(bu)(bu)崩拳(quan)(quan)打遍天下”而著稱(cheng)。
郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)在當時武術界很(hen)有聲望(wang)。他的練拳,靜如(ru)泰山,動(dong)如(ru)飛鳥。如(ru)遇不測(ce)之(zhi)事,只(zhi)要耳聞目見,不管對(dui)方(fang)拳棒有多(duo)快(kuai),皆能避(bi)之(zhi)。有一(yi)(yi)次郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)想(xiang)試試自己(ji)的功夫,讓五(wu)個壯士各持一(yi)(yi)木棍,其一(yi)(yi)端頂(ding)住郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)的腹(fu)部,郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)一(yi)(yi)轉腰,將五(wu)人打出一(yi)(yi)丈開外。對(dui)形(xing)意拳理論,進行過系統的研究和總結,遺著有《能說形(xing)意拳經》一(yi)(yi)書(shu)。郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)在北方(fang)數省教(jiao)授(shou)學生多(duo)人,晚年隱居鄉間,七十余歲而終。
郭云(yun)(yun)深(shen)的名聲甚囂塵上,當然有人不服,河北正安縣(xian)有個綽(chuo)號叫“鬼八卦(gua)”的焦蘿(luo)夫曾(ceng)用(yong)桿子戰勝(sheng)大槍劉德寬而(er)聞名遐爾,就(jiu)對郭云(yun)(yun)深(shen)很不服氣。并前來與(yu)郭云(yun)(yun)深(shen)較(jiao)量。交手僅一個回合,焦洛夫就(jiu)被(bei)打(da)倒在地。他遂閉門不出,終日(ri)琢(zhuo)磨破解崩拳(quan)之法。一天(tian),他從庖丁刀切蘿(luo)卜中(zhong)悟出砍法可破崩拳(quan),于(yu)是苦練多年,直到掌力將碗口粗的白(bai)蠟桿一格即斷后,這才又邀郭云(yun)(yun)深(shen)較(jiao)量。
對(dui)于(yu)(yu)三(san)年之后的(de)(de)(de)(de)重會,郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)知道焦功夫(fu)(fu)必(bi)然大進(jin)。只見(jian)他(ta)嘿(hei)(hei)嘿(hei)(hei)冷笑(xiao)一(yi)聲,喝道:“鬼子焦,看拳。”人(ren)還是那(nei)(nei)個人(ren),拳還是那(nei)(nei)個拳,可憐焦洛夫(fu)(fu)三(san)年的(de)(de)(de)(de)臥薪嘗膽,仍(reng)(reng)然難(nan)以阻擋這疾愈迅雷的(de)(de)(de)(de)攻勢。他(ta)雖然如庖丁解(jie)牛般揮動雙臂施展爛熟于(yu)(yu)胸的(de)(de)(de)(de)砍(kan)法破(po)解(jie)崩(beng)拳,但他(ta)砍(kan)向郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)手刀,一(yi)與攻來的(de)(de)(de)(de)崩(beng)拳相交(jiao),就如同波濤洶涌(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)巨浪撲(pu)向銅(tong)墻鐵(tie)壁,“嘭”的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)聲悶響(xiang),猶如山(shan)墻倒塌,焦洛夫(fu)(fu)再次坐(zuo)在(zai)地(di)上。焦洛夫(fu)(fu)屢與高手較技,可說未有敗績(ji),此番兩次栽在(zai)郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)手上,仍(reng)(reng)是心有不甘,總覺(jue)得自己苦練(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“砍(kan)法”似乎缺(que)少點東(dong)西,便絞盡腦汁,冥思(si)苦想,想出一(yi)招,于(yu)(yu)是,他(ta)又(you)邀郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)比試。
二人搭(da)手進招(zhao),郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)再以(yi)崩拳進擊;只(zhi)見焦洛(luo)夫(fu)這次(ci)施展砍法不是向下(xia),而(er)是小(xiao)臂上(shang)挑(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)。郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)隱然一(yi)(yi)驚,急變崩拳為(wei)化(hua)勁卸掉了(le)對方(fang)的(de)上(shang)挑(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)之(zhi)力;焦洛(luo)夫(fu)只(zhi)微(wei)微(wei)一(yi)(yi)楞(leng)神,就覺一(yi)(yi)股驚濤拍(pai)岸般(ban)的(de)崩拳又一(yi)(yi)次(ci)打在(zai)胸上(shang),他第三次(ci)撲翻在(zai)地。焦洛(luo)夫(fu)不僅喟然長嘆:‘好崩拳。”他挽起胳(ge)膊(bo)上(shang)的(de)衣袖(xiu),露出(chu)綁著的(de)利刃,欲在(zai)對方(fang)崩拳打來,挑(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)斷其(qi)臂,可(ke)是郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)的(de)半步崩拳實在(zai)出(chu)神入化(hua),方(fang)使其(qi)謀(mou)算落空。從此,郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)以(yi)半步崩拳三勝“鬼八卦”焦洛(luo)夫(fu)的(de)事跡不脛而(er)走。
形意拳三體式(shi)(shi)(shi),兩足要并(bing)重(zhong)(zhong),不(bu)(bu)可(ke)(ke)單(dan)重(zhong)(zhong)。單(dan)重(zhong)(zhong)者,非一足著地,一足懸起,不(bu)(bu)過前足可(ke)(ke)虛可(ke)(ke)實,著重(zhong)(zhong)于(yu)后(hou)足耳。以后(hou)練各(ge)形各(ge)式(shi)(shi)(shi),亦有雙(shuang)重(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)式(shi)(shi)(shi),雖(sui)然是(shi)雙(shuang)重(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)式(shi)(shi)(shi),亦不(bu)(bu)離(li)單(dan)重(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)重(zhong)(zhong)心,以至(zhi)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)高、極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)俯(fu)、極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)矮、極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)仰(yang)之(zhi)形式(shi)(shi)(shi),亦總(zong)不(bu)(bu)離(li)三體式(shi)(shi)(shi)之(zhi)重(zhong)(zhong)心。故(gu)三體式(shi)(shi)(shi)為萬形之(zhi)基礎(chu)也。三體式(shi)(shi)(shi)單(dan)重(zhong)(zhong)者,得其中和(he)之(zhi)起點,動作靈(ling)活(huo)(huo),形勢一氣(qi),無有間斷耳。雙(shuang)重(zhong)(zhong)三體式(shi)(shi)(shi)者,形式(shi)(shi)(shi)沉重(zhong)(zhong),力氣(qi)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)大(da),唯是(shi)陰陽不(bu)(bu)分,乾(qian)坤不(bu)(bu)辨(bian),奇(qi)偶不(bu)(bu)顯,剛(gang)柔不(bu)(bu)判,虛實不(bu)(bu)明(ming),內(nei)開外合(he)不(bu)(bu)清,進退起落(luo)動作不(bu)(bu)靈(ling)活(huo)(huo)。
所(suo)以形意拳三體(ti)式,不得其(qi)單重之(zhi)中和(he),先后天亦(yi)不交,剛(gang)多柔(rou)少,失卻中和(he),道理亦(yi)不明,變化亦(yi)不通(tong),自被(bei)血氣所(suo)拘,拙勁所(suo)捆。此皆是被(bei)三體(ti)式雙重之(zhi)所(suo)拘也。若得著單重三體(ti)式中和(he)之(zhi)道理,以后行之(zhi),無(wu)論單重雙重各形之(zhi)式,無(wu)可無(wu)不可也。
練形意拳術(shu)(shu)有(you)三層(ceng)(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼吸(xi)(xi)。第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)練拳術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼吸(xi)(xi),將舌卷回(hui),頂住(zhu)上(shang)腭,口似開(kai)非(fei)開(kai),似合(he)(he)非(fei)合(he)(he),呼吸(xi)(xi)任其自然,不(bu)可著意于呼吸(xi)(xi),因手足動作(zuo)(zuo)合(he)(he)于規矩(ju),是(shi)(shi)為(wei)調(diao)息之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法則(ze),亦(yi)即(ji)練精化(hua)氣(qi)(qi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)夫也(ye)。第(di)二層(ceng)(ceng)練拳術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼吸(xi)(xi),口之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)開(kai)合(he)(he),舌頂上(shang)腭等規則(ze)照前(qian),唯(wei)呼吸(xi)(xi)與前(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)同,前(qian)者手足動作(zuo)(zuo),是(shi)(shi)調(diao)息之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法則(ze),此(ci)是(shi)(shi)息調(diao)也(ye),前(qian)者口鼻之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼吸(xi)(xi),不(bu)過(guo)借此(ci)以通乎內外也(ye)。此(ci)二層(ceng)(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼吸(xi)(xi),著意于丹(dan)田(tian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)內呼吸(xi)(xi)也(ye),又(you)名胎(tai)息,是(shi)(shi)謂練氣(qi)(qi)化(hua)神(shen)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理也(ye)。第(di)三層(ceng)(ceng)練拳術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼吸(xi)(xi),與上(shang)兩層(ceng)(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)意又(you)不(bu)同,前(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)是(shi)(shi)明(ming)勁,有(you)形于外,二層(ceng)(ceng)是(shi)(shi)暗勁,有(you)形于內。此(ci)呼吸(xi)(xi)雖有(you),而若無(wu),勿忘勿助之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)意思,即(ji)是(shi)(shi)神(shen)化(hua)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)妙(miao)用也(ye),心中空空洞洞,不(bu)有(you)不(bu)無(wu),非(fei)有(you)非(fei)無(wu),是(shi)(shi)為(wei)無(wu)聲無(wu)臭,還虛之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道也(ye),此(ci)三種呼吸(xi)(xi),為(wei)練拳術(shu)(shu)始終本末(mo)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)次序,即(ji)一(yi)(yi)(yi)氣(qi)(qi)貫通之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理,自有(you)而化(hua)無(wu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道也(ye)。
形(xing)意拳(quan)(quan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道,練(lian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)極(ji)(ji)易(yi)(yi),亦(yi)極(ji)(ji)難(nan)。易(yi)(yi)者(zhe),是拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)形(xing)式,至(zhi)易(yi)(yi)至(zhi)簡而(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)繁亂(luan)。其(qi)拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)始終(zhong),動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong),皆人(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所不(bu)(bu)(bu)慮而(er)(er)知,不(bu)(bu)(bu)學而(er)(er)能(neng)(neng)者(zhe)也。周身動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong),亦(yi)皆平(ping)常之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li),唯人(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)未學時,手足(zu)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong),無有(you)規矩而(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)整齊,所教授者(zhe),不(bu)(bu)(bu)過將人(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)慮而(er)(er)知,不(bu)(bu)(bu)學而(er)(er)能(neng)(neng),平(ping)常所運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)形(xing)式,入于規矩之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中,四肢動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)而(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)散(san)亂(luan)也。果(guo)練(lian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)有(you)恒而(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)間斷,可以(yi)至(zhi)于至(zhi)善也。若到(dao)至(zhi)善處,諸形(xing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong),無不(bu)(bu)(bu)合道矣。以(yi)他人(ren)觀之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),有(you)一(yi)(yi)動(dong)(dong)一(yi)(yi)靜,一(yi)(yi)言(yan)一(yi)(yi)默之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong),奧妙(miao)不(bu)(bu)(bu)測(ce)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)神氣(qi)。然而(er)(er),自(zi)己(ji)并不(bu)(bu)(bu)知其(qi)善于拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)也,因動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong),皆是平(ping)常之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道理(li),無強人(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所難(nan),所以(yi)拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)練(lian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)極(ji)(ji)易(yi)(yi)也。
《中庸》云(yun):“人(ren)(ren)莫(mo)不(bu)飲食也,鮮能知味也。”難者,是練(lian)(lian)者厭其拳(quan)之(zhi)(zhi)簡(jian)單(dan),而(er)不(bu)良于觀(guan),以(yi)致半途而(er)廢(fei)者有之(zhi)(zhi),或是練(lian)(lian)者惡其道理平常,而(er)無有奇妙之(zhi)(zhi)法則,自(zi)己專好剛勁之(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi),身外(wai)又(you)務奇異之(zhi)(zhi)形,故鄉身練(lian)(lian)之(zhi)(zhi)而(er)不(bu)能得(de)著形意拳(quan)術(shu)中和(he)之(zhi)(zhi)道也。因此(ci),好高騖(wu)遠(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),看理偏僻,所以(yi)拳(quan)術(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)道理得(de)之(zhi)(zhi)甚難。中庸云(yun):“道不(bu)遠(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)之(zhi)(zhi),人(ren)(ren)為之(zhi)(zhi)道而(er)遠(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)人(ren)(ren)。”即此(ci)意義(yi)也。郭云(yun)深論(lun)神氣(qi)
形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)術之(zhi)道(dao)(dao)無(wu)(wu)它,神(shen)(shen)氣(qi)二(er)者(zhe)而(er)(er)已(yi)。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)始終全仗呼吸,超初大小(xiao)周(zhou)天(tian)(tian),以及還虛(xu)(xu)之(zhi)功(gong)者(zhe),皆是(shi)(shi)呼吸之(zhi)變(bian)化(hua)耳,拳(quan)(quan)術之(zhi)道(dao)(dao)亦(yi)(yi)然(ran),唯有(you)鍛(duan)煉(lian)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)體與筋骨之(zhi)功(gong)。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)是(shi)(shi)“精中求(qiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong),動(dong)(dong)(dong)極而(er)(er)復(fu)靜(jing)也(ye)。”拳(quan)(quan)術是(shi)(shi)“動(dong)(dong)(dong)中求(qiu)靜(jing),靜(jing)極而(er)(er)復(fu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)也(ye)。”其初練之(zhi)似異,以至還虛(xu)(xu)則同。《形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)經》云:“固靈(ling)根而(er)(er)動(dong)(dong)(dong)心者(zhe),敵將也(ye),養靈(ling)根而(er)(er)靜(jing)心者(zhe),修道(dao)(dao)也(ye)。”所以形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)之(zhi)道(dao)(dao),即丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)之(zhi)學(xue)也(ye),丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)有(you)三(san)(san)易,即練精化(hua)氣(qi);煉(lian)氣(qi)化(hua)神(shen)(shen),煉(lian)神(shen)(shen)還虛(xu)(xu)。拳(quan)(quan)術亦(yi)(yi)有(you)三(san)(san)易,即易骨,易筋,易髓,此(ci)(ci)(ci)三(san)(san)易即拳(quan)(quan)中明勁(jing)、暗(an)勁(jing)、化(hua)勁(jing)也(ye)。練至拳(quan)(quan)無(wu)(wu)拳(quan)(quan)意(yi)(yi)無(wu)(wu)意(yi)(yi),無(wu)(wu)意(yi)(yi)之(zhi)中是(shi)(shi)真意(yi)(yi),亦(yi)(yi)與丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)煉(lian)虛(xu)(xu)合道(dao)(dao)相合也(ye)。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)有(you)最初還虛(xu)(xu)之(zhi)功(gong),以至虛(xu)(xu)極靜(jing)駕之(zhi)時(shi),下元真陽發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong),即速(su)回光返照,凝神(shen)(shen)入氣(qi)穴,息(xi)(xi)息(xi)(xi)歸根,神(shen)(shen)氣(qi)未(wei)交之(zhi)時(shi),存(cun)神(shen)(shen)用意(yi)(yi),綿綿若(ruo)存(cun),念(nian)茲在茲,此(ci)(ci)(ci)武火(huo)(huo)之(zhi)謂也(ye),至神(shen)(shen)氣(qi)已(yi)交,又(you)當(dang)忘息(xi)(xi),以致采(cai)取歸爐、封固、停(ting)息(xi)(xi)、沐浴、起火(huo)(huo)、進(jin)退、升降歸根,俟動(dong)(dong)(dong)而(er)(er)復(fu)煉(lian),煉(lian)至不(bu)(bu)(bu)動(dong)(dong)(dong),為(wei)限數足滿,止火(huo)(huo),謂之(zhi)坎離交妒,此(ci)(ci)(ci)為(wei)小(xiao)周(zhou)天(tian)(tian),以至大周(zhou)天(tian)(tian)之(zhi)功(gong)夫,無(wu)(wu)非自無(wu)(wu)而(er)(er)生有(you),由(you)微(wei)而(er)(er)至著,由(you)小(xiao)而(er)(er)至大,由(you)虛(xu)(xu)而(er)(er)積累,皆呼吸火(huo)(huo)侯(hou)之(zhi)變(bian)化(hua),文武剛柔,隨時(shi)消(xiao)息(xi)(xi),此(ci)(ci)(ci)皆是(shi)(shi)順中用逆,逆中行(xing)順,用其無(wu)(wu)過不(bu)(bu)(bu)及中和(he)之(zhi)道(dao)(dao)也(ye),也(ye)不(bu)(bu)(bu)過略(lve)言(yan)丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)之(zhi)概耳。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)與拳(quan)(quan)術并行(xing)不(bu)(bu)(bu)悖,故(gu)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)術非粗率之(zhi)武藝。余恐(kong)后來練形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)術之(zhi)人,只(zhi)用其后天(tian)(tian)血(xue)氣(qi)之(zhi)功(gong),不(bu)(bu)(bu)知有(you)先天(tian)(tian)真陽之(zhi)氣(qi),故(gu)發(fa)(fa)明形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)術之(zhi)道(dao)(dao),只(zhi)此(ci)(ci)(ci)神(shen)(shen)氣(qi)二(er)者(zhe)而(er)(er)已(yi)。故(gu)此(ci)(ci)(ci)先言(yan)丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)之(zhi)大概,后在論拳(quan)(quan)術之(zhi)詳(xiang)情(qing)。形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)術有(you)三(san)(san)層道(dao)(dao)理,有(you)三(san)(san)步功(gong)夫,有(you)三(san)(san)種練法(fa)。
三層道理
練(lian)精化氣;練(lian)氣化神(shen);練(lian)神(shen)還虛(練(lian)之(zhi)以變化人之(zhi)氣質(zhi),復其(qi)本然之(zhi)真也)。
三步功夫
易(yi)骨:練之以筑其(qi)(qi)基,以壯其(qi)(qi)體(ti),骨體(ti)堅(jian)如(ru)鐵(tie)石,而形式氣質(zhi),威嚴狀似(si)泰山。
易筋:練之以(yi)(yi)騰其膜,以(yi)(yi)長其筋(俗云(yun):筋長力(li)大),其勁(jing)縱橫聯(lian)絡,生長而無窮也。
洗髓:練之以清虛(xu)其(qi)內(nei),以輕松其(qi)體(ti),內(nei)中清虛(xu)之象:神氣(qi)運用,圓活無滯(zhi)身體(ti)動轉,其(qi)輕如羽(拳經云:三回九轉是一式,即此(ci)意義也)。
三種練法
明勁:練(lian)之總以規矩不(bu)(bu)可(ke)易,身體動轉要(yao)和順而(er)不(bu)(bu)可(ke)乖戾,手足起落(luo)要(yao)整(zheng)齊而(er)不(bu)(bu)可(ke)散亂(luan)。拳經云(yun):“方者以正其中(zhong)”即此意也。
暗勁:練(lian)之神(shen)氣要(yao)舒展而不(bu)可拘,運用要(yao)圓通活潑而不(bu)可滯。拳(quan)經云:“圓者(zhe)以應其(qi)外”即此(ci)意也。
化勁:練之(zhi)周身(shen)四肢(zhi)動轉,起(qi)落(luo)、進(jin)退皆不(bu)可著(zhu)力(li),專(zhuan)以神意運(yun)用之(zhi)。雖是(shi)神意運(yun)用,惟形式(shi)規(gui)矩仍如前(qian)二種不(bu)可改移。雖然周身(shen)動轉不(bu)著(zhu)力(li),亦不(bu)能全(quan)不(bu)著(zhu)力(li),總(zong)在神意之(zhi)貫通(tong)耳。拳經云:“三回九轉是(shi)一式(shi)”即此(ci)意義也。
