郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)(shen)(shen)(1820~1900),直隸深(shen)(shen)(shen)縣馬莊人,家不富足,力食四方,兼訪(fang)名(ming)(ming)師,聞劉(liu)(liu)曉蘭先(xian)(xian)生(sheng)名(ming)(ming)氣,便(bian)訪(fang)至易(yi)州西陵,也(ye)拜孫亭立先(xian)(xian)生(sheng)為師練(lian)八極拳(quan),住(zhu)在劉(liu)(liu)曉蘭先(xian)(xian)生(sheng)處,這樣劉(liu)(liu)曉蘭先(xian)(xian)生(sheng)與郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)(shen)(shen)先(xian)(xian)生(sheng)成了八極拳(quan)門中的“譜(pu)兄弟”。孫亭立先(xian)(xian)生(sheng)見郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)(shen)(shen)學拳(quan)已成,便(bian)讓他也(ye)去(qu)山(shan)西李(li)老(lao)(lao)能(neng)那里學形意(yi)拳(quan)。郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)(shen)(shen)到山(shan)西太谷(gu)以同(tong)鄉之關系拜見李(li)老(lao)(lao)能(neng)先(xian)(xian)生(sheng),說明來意(yi),并將(jiang)八極拳(quan)中的剛(gang)猛猴拳(quan)和梨花大(da)槍演示給(gei)李(li)老(lao)(lao)能(neng)先(xian)(xian)生(sheng)看(kan)。李(li)先(xian)(xian)生(sheng)見郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)(shen)(shen)所(suo)練(lian)手法靈速、氣勢嚴整而神(shen)氣活妙(miao),遂收(shou)為弟子。當時李(li)老(lao)(lao)能(neng)以租種(zhong)菜(cai)園為生(sheng)計,郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)(shen)(shen)幫(bang)助灌田(tian)、耕耘,一應(ying)事情非常勤快,深(shen)(shen)(shen)得(de)老(lao)(lao)能(neng)先(xian)(xian)生(sheng)的喜愛,便(bian)傾囊相(xiang)授(shou),郭(guo)十二年后藝(yi)成。后來因鏟除惡霸,犯(fan)了人命官司,被關進監牢(lao),仍(reng)苦(ku)練(lian)功夫,由(you)于項上有枷,腳上鐵銬的緣故,練(lian)就了只能(neng)邁(mai)出(chu)半(ban)步的絕技——半(ban)步崩拳(quan),所(suo)以,后來郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)(shen)(shen)名(ming)(ming)揚大(da)江南(nan)北,以“半(ban)步崩拳(quan)打遍(bian)天下”而著稱。
郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)深在當時武術界很有(you)聲望(wang)。他的(de)練拳(quan),靜如泰山(shan),動如飛鳥(niao)。如遇不(bu)測之(zhi)事,只要耳聞目見,不(bu)管對方(fang)拳(quan)棒有(you)多快,皆能(neng)(neng)避之(zhi)。有(you)一(yi)(yi)次郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)深想試(shi)試(shi)自己的(de)功(gong)夫,讓五個(ge)壯士各(ge)持(chi)一(yi)(yi)木棍,其(qi)一(yi)(yi)端頂(ding)住(zhu)郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)深的(de)腹部,郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)深一(yi)(yi)轉腰,將五人(ren)打出一(yi)(yi)丈開外。對形意拳(quan)理論,進行過系統的(de)研究和總結,遺著有(you)《能(neng)(neng)說形意拳(quan)經》一(yi)(yi)書(shu)。郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)深在北方(fang)數省教授學生多人(ren),晚年隱居鄉間,七十余(yu)歲而終。
郭(guo)云深的名聲甚囂塵上(shang),當然有人不服(fu),河北(bei)正(zheng)安縣有個綽(chuo)號叫“鬼八卦”的焦(jiao)蘿夫(fu)曾用桿子戰勝大槍劉德(de)寬而聞名遐爾,就對郭(guo)云深很(hen)不服(fu)氣。并前來與郭(guo)云深較量。交手僅一(yi)(yi)個回合(he),焦(jiao)洛夫(fu)就被打倒在地。他(ta)遂閉門(men)不出,終日琢磨(mo)破(po)解(jie)崩(beng)拳之法。一(yi)(yi)天(tian),他(ta)從庖丁刀切蘿卜中悟出砍法可破(po)崩(beng)拳,于是苦練多年,直到掌力將(jiang)碗口(kou)粗的白蠟桿一(yi)(yi)格即斷后(hou),這才又(you)邀郭(guo)云深較量。
對于(yu)(yu)三年之后的(de)重會(hui),郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)深知道(dao)焦(jiao)功夫(fu)必(bi)然(ran)(ran)大進(jin)。只見他嘿(hei)嘿(hei)冷笑一聲,喝道(dao):“鬼子焦(jiao),看拳(quan)。”人還(huan)(huan)是那個人,拳(quan)還(huan)(huan)是那個拳(quan),可憐焦(jiao)洛(luo)夫(fu)三年的(de)臥薪嘗膽,仍然(ran)(ran)難以阻擋(dang)這疾愈迅雷的(de)攻勢。他雖(sui)然(ran)(ran)如(ru)庖丁解(jie)牛般揮動雙(shuang)臂(bei)施展爛(lan)熟(shu)于(yu)(yu)胸的(de)砍(kan)法破解(jie)崩拳(quan),但他砍(kan)向郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)深的(de)手(shou)刀,一與攻來的(de)崩拳(quan)相交,就(jiu)如(ru)同(tong)波(bo)濤洶(xiong)涌的(de)巨浪撲向銅(tong)墻鐵壁,“嘭”的(de)一聲悶(men)響,猶如(ru)山墻倒塌,焦(jiao)洛(luo)夫(fu)再次坐在(zai)地上(shang)。焦(jiao)洛(luo)夫(fu)屢(lv)與高(gao)手(shou)較技,可說未有敗(bai)績,此番(fan)兩次栽在(zai)郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)深手(shou)上(shang),仍是心(xin)有不甘,總(zong)覺(jue)得自己苦練的(de)“砍(kan)法”似乎缺(que)少點東(dong)西,便絞盡腦汁,冥(ming)思苦想,想出一招,于(yu)(yu)是,他又邀(yao)郭(guo)云(yun)(yun)深比試。
二人(ren)搭手進招,郭云深(shen)再(zai)以(yi)崩(beng)(beng)拳(quan)(quan)進擊;只見焦(jiao)洛夫(fu)(fu)這次(ci)施展砍法不(bu)是向下,而(er)是小臂上(shang)挑。郭云深(shen)隱然一(yi)(yi)(yi)驚(jing),急變崩(beng)(beng)拳(quan)(quan)為化(hua)勁卸掉了對(dui)方的(de)上(shang)挑之力(li);焦(jiao)洛夫(fu)(fu)只微(wei)微(wei)一(yi)(yi)(yi)楞神(shen),就覺(jue)一(yi)(yi)(yi)股驚(jing)濤拍岸(an)般(ban)的(de)崩(beng)(beng)拳(quan)(quan)又一(yi)(yi)(yi)次(ci)打(da)在胸上(shang),他(ta)第三次(ci)撲翻在地。焦(jiao)洛夫(fu)(fu)不(bu)僅喟然長(chang)嘆:‘好崩(beng)(beng)拳(quan)(quan)。”他(ta)挽起胳膊上(shang)的(de)衣(yi)袖,露出綁著(zhu)的(de)利刃,欲(yu)在對(dui)方崩(beng)(beng)拳(quan)(quan)打(da)來,挑斷其(qi)臂,可(ke)是郭云深(shen)的(de)半步崩(beng)(beng)拳(quan)(quan)實在出神(shen)入化(hua),方使(shi)其(qi)謀算落空(kong)。從此,郭云深(shen)以(yi)半步崩(beng)(beng)拳(quan)(quan)三勝(sheng)“鬼八卦”焦(jiao)洛夫(fu)(fu)的(de)事跡不(bu)脛而(er)走。
形(xing)意(yi)拳三(san)體(ti)式(shi)(shi)(shi),兩足要并重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)可(ke)單重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。單重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)者,非一足著地(di),一足懸起(qi),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)過前足可(ke)虛可(ke)實,著重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)于后(hou)足耳(er)。以(yi)后(hou)練各形(xing)各式(shi)(shi)(shi),亦有雙重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)式(shi)(shi)(shi),雖然是(shi)雙重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)式(shi)(shi)(shi),亦不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)離單重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心,以(yi)至極高、極俯、極矮、極仰之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)形(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi),亦總不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)離三(san)體(ti)式(shi)(shi)(shi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心。故三(san)體(ti)式(shi)(shi)(shi)為萬形(xing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)基礎也。三(san)體(ti)式(shi)(shi)(shi)單重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)者,得其中和(he)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)起(qi)點,動作靈(ling)活,形(xing)勢一氣,無有間(jian)斷(duan)耳(er)。雙重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)三(san)體(ti)式(shi)(shi)(shi)者,形(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)沉重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),力氣極大,唯是(shi)陰陽不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)分,乾坤不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)辨,奇偶不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)顯,剛柔不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)判,虛實不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)明,內開外合(he)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)清,進(jin)退起(qi)落動作不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)靈(ling)活。
所(suo)以形(xing)(xing)意拳三體式(shi),不(bu)得其單重(zhong)之中和(he),先后天亦(yi)不(bu)交,剛多柔少,失卻中和(he),道理亦(yi)不(bu)明,變化(hua)亦(yi)不(bu)通,自(zi)被(bei)血氣所(suo)拘,拙勁所(suo)捆。此(ci)皆是被(bei)三體式(shi)雙(shuang)重(zhong)之所(suo)拘也(ye)。若得著(zhu)單重(zhong)三體式(shi)中和(he)之道理,以后行之,無(wu)論單重(zhong)雙(shuang)重(zhong)各形(xing)(xing)之式(shi),無(wu)可無(wu)不(bu)可也(ye)。
練形(xing)意拳術(shu)有(you)三(san)層(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)吸(xi)。第一(yi)層(ceng)練拳術(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)吸(xi),將(jiang)舌卷回,頂(ding)住上(shang)腭,口似(si)開(kai)(kai)非(fei)開(kai)(kai),似(si)合(he)非(fei)合(he),呼(hu)吸(xi)任(ren)其自然,不(bu)可(ke)著意于呼(hu)吸(xi),因手足動(dong)作合(he)于規矩,是(shi)為(wei)調息(xi)(xi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法則(ze)(ze),亦即練精化氣(qi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功夫也(ye)。第二層(ceng)練拳術(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)吸(xi),口之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)開(kai)(kai)合(he),舌頂(ding)上(shang)腭等(deng)規則(ze)(ze)照前(qian)(qian),唯(wei)呼(hu)吸(xi)與(yu)前(qian)(qian)一(yi)層(ceng)不(bu)同,前(qian)(qian)者(zhe)手足動(dong)作,是(shi)調息(xi)(xi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法則(ze)(ze),此(ci)是(shi)息(xi)(xi)調也(ye),前(qian)(qian)者(zhe)口鼻(bi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)吸(xi),不(bu)過借此(ci)以通(tong)乎內(nei)外也(ye)。此(ci)二層(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)吸(xi),著意于丹田之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)呼(hu)吸(xi)也(ye),又名(ming)胎息(xi)(xi),是(shi)謂練氣(qi)化神之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理也(ye)。第三(san)層(ceng)練拳術(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)吸(xi),與(yu)上(shang)兩層(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)意又不(bu)同,前(qian)(qian)一(yi)層(ceng)是(shi)明勁,有(you)形(xing)于外,二層(ceng)是(shi)暗(an)勁,有(you)形(xing)于內(nei)。此(ci)呼(hu)吸(xi)雖有(you),而若無(wu),勿忘勿助之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)意思,即是(shi)神化之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)妙用也(ye),心中空(kong)空(kong)洞(dong)洞(dong),不(bu)有(you)不(bu)無(wu),非(fei)有(you)非(fei)無(wu),是(shi)為(wei)無(wu)聲無(wu)臭,還虛之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道也(ye),此(ci)三(san)種呼(hu)吸(xi),為(wei)練拳術(shu)始終本末之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)次序,即一(yi)氣(qi)貫通(tong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理,自有(you)而化無(wu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道也(ye)。
形意拳(quan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao),練之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)極易,亦極難。易者(zhe),是拳(quan)術之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)形式,至(zhi)易至(zhi)簡而(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)繁亂。其(qi)拳(quan)術之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)始(shi)終(zhong),動作(zuo)運(yun)(yun)用,皆人(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)(suo)(suo)不(bu)(bu)(bu)慮而(er)知(zhi)(zhi),不(bu)(bu)(bu)學而(er)能者(zhe)也(ye)。周身動作(zuo)運(yun)(yun)用,亦皆平常(chang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理,唯(wei)人(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)未學時,手足動作(zuo)運(yun)(yun)用,無(wu)有規(gui)矩而(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能整齊,所(suo)(suo)(suo)教授者(zhe),不(bu)(bu)(bu)過將人(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)慮而(er)知(zhi)(zhi),不(bu)(bu)(bu)學而(er)能,平常(chang)所(suo)(suo)(suo)運(yun)(yun)用之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)形式,入于規(gui)矩之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中,四肢(zhi)動作(zuo)而(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)散(san)亂也(ye)。果練之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)有恒而(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)間斷,可以至(zhi)于至(zhi)善(shan)也(ye)。若到至(zhi)善(shan)處,諸形之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)運(yun)(yun)用,無(wu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)合道(dao)矣。以他人(ren)觀(guan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),有一動一靜(jing),一言(yan)一默之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)運(yun)(yun)用,奧妙不(bu)(bu)(bu)測之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)神氣。然而(er),自己并不(bu)(bu)(bu)知(zhi)(zhi)其(qi)善(shan)于拳(quan)術也(ye),因動作(zuo)運(yun)(yun)用,皆是平常(chang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)理,無(wu)強人(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)(suo)(suo)難,所(suo)(suo)(suo)以拳(quan)術練之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)極易也(ye)。
《中(zhong)庸(yong)》云:“人莫不(bu)(bu)(bu)飲食也(ye),鮮能(neng)知味也(ye)。”難(nan)(nan)者(zhe),是(shi)練(lian)(lian)者(zhe)厭其拳之(zhi)簡單,而(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)良(liang)于觀,以致半(ban)途而(er)廢者(zhe)有(you)之(zhi),或是(shi)練(lian)(lian)者(zhe)惡其道理(li)(li)平常,而(er)無有(you)奇妙之(zhi)法則,自己專好(hao)剛勁之(zhi)氣,身外又務奇異之(zhi)形(xing)(xing),故鄉身練(lian)(lian)之(zhi)而(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)得著(zhu)形(xing)(xing)意(yi)拳術(shu)中(zhong)和(he)之(zhi)道也(ye)。因此,好(hao)高騖遠(yuan),看理(li)(li)偏僻,所(suo)以拳術(shu)之(zhi)道理(li)(li)得之(zhi)甚難(nan)(nan)。中(zhong)庸(yong)云:“道不(bu)(bu)(bu)遠(yuan)之(zhi),人為之(zhi)道而(er)遠(yuan)人。”即此意(yi)義(yi)也(ye)。郭(guo)云深(shen)論神氣
形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)無(wu)(wu)(wu)它,神(shen)(shen)氣(qi)二者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)而(er)(er)(er)(er)已(yi)。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)始終(zhong)全仗(zhang)呼(hu)吸,超初大(da)小(xiao)周天(tian)(tian),以(yi)(yi)及還(huan)虛(xu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)(gong)(gong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),皆(jie)(jie)是(shi)呼(hu)吸之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)變(bian)化(hua)耳,拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)亦(yi)然,唯(wei)有(you)鍛煉形(xing)(xing)體與(yu)筋骨(gu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)(gong)(gong)。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)是(shi)“精(jing)中(zhong)(zhong)求動(dong)(dong)(dong),動(dong)(dong)(dong)極而(er)(er)(er)(er)復(fu)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)也。”拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術是(shi)“動(dong)(dong)(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)求靜(jing)(jing)(jing),靜(jing)(jing)(jing)極而(er)(er)(er)(er)復(fu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)也。”其初練(lian)(lian)(lian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)似異,以(yi)(yi)至(zhi)(zhi)還(huan)虛(xu)則(ze)同。《形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)經》云:“固(gu)靈根而(er)(er)(er)(er)動(dong)(dong)(dong)心者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),敵將也,養靈根而(er)(er)(er)(er)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)心者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),修道(dao)(dao)(dao)也。”所以(yi)(yi)形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao),即(ji)(ji)丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)學(xue)也,丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)有(you)三(san)易,即(ji)(ji)練(lian)(lian)(lian)精(jing)化(hua)氣(qi);煉氣(qi)化(hua)神(shen)(shen),煉神(shen)(shen)還(huan)虛(xu)。拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術亦(yi)有(you)三(san)易,即(ji)(ji)易骨(gu),易筋,易髓,此(ci)三(san)易即(ji)(ji)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)中(zhong)(zhong)明(ming)勁(jing)(jing)、暗勁(jing)(jing)、化(hua)勁(jing)(jing)也。練(lian)(lian)(lian)至(zhi)(zhi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)無(wu)(wu)(wu)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)無(wu)(wu)(wu)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi),無(wu)(wu)(wu)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)是(shi)真意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi),亦(yi)與(yu)丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)煉虛(xu)合道(dao)(dao)(dao)相合也。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)有(you)最初還(huan)虛(xu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)(gong)(gong),以(yi)(yi)至(zhi)(zhi)虛(xu)極靜(jing)(jing)(jing)駕之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi),下元真陽發動(dong)(dong)(dong),即(ji)(ji)速(su)回光返照,凝神(shen)(shen)入氣(qi)穴,息(xi)(xi)(xi)息(xi)(xi)(xi)歸(gui)(gui)(gui)根,神(shen)(shen)氣(qi)未交之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi),存神(shen)(shen)用(yong)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi),綿(mian)綿(mian)若存,念茲在茲,此(ci)武火(huo)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)謂(wei)也,至(zhi)(zhi)神(shen)(shen)氣(qi)已(yi)交,又當忘息(xi)(xi)(xi),以(yi)(yi)致(zhi)采取歸(gui)(gui)(gui)爐、封固(gu)、停息(xi)(xi)(xi)、沐浴、起火(huo)、進退、升降歸(gui)(gui)(gui)根,俟動(dong)(dong)(dong)而(er)(er)(er)(er)復(fu)煉,煉至(zhi)(zhi)不動(dong)(dong)(dong),為限數足滿,止火(huo),謂(wei)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)坎離交妒(du),此(ci)為小(xiao)周天(tian)(tian),以(yi)(yi)至(zhi)(zhi)大(da)周天(tian)(tian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)(gong)(gong)夫,無(wu)(wu)(wu)非自無(wu)(wu)(wu)而(er)(er)(er)(er)生有(you),由微而(er)(er)(er)(er)至(zhi)(zhi)著,由小(xiao)而(er)(er)(er)(er)至(zhi)(zhi)大(da),由虛(xu)而(er)(er)(er)(er)積累,皆(jie)(jie)呼(hu)吸火(huo)侯之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)變(bian)化(hua),文武剛柔(rou),隨時(shi)消息(xi)(xi)(xi),此(ci)皆(jie)(jie)是(shi)順(shun)中(zhong)(zhong)用(yong)逆,逆中(zhong)(zhong)行順(shun),用(yong)其無(wu)(wu)(wu)過不及中(zhong)(zhong)和之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)也,也不過略言丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)概耳。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)與(yu)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術并行不悖,故形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術非粗(cu)率之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)武藝。余恐(kong)后(hou)來練(lian)(lian)(lian)形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)人,只用(yong)其后(hou)天(tian)(tian)血氣(qi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)(gong)(gong),不知有(you)先(xian)天(tian)(tian)真陽之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi),故發明(ming)形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao),只此(ci)神(shen)(shen)氣(qi)二者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)而(er)(er)(er)(er)已(yi)。故此(ci)先(xian)言丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)大(da)概,后(hou)在論拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)詳情(qing)。形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術有(you)三(san)層道(dao)(dao)(dao)理,有(you)三(san)步功(gong)(gong)(gong)夫,有(you)三(san)種練(lian)(lian)(lian)法。
三層道理
練(lian)精(jing)化氣(qi);練(lian)氣(qi)化神(shen);練(lian)神(shen)還虛(練(lian)之(zhi)以變化人之(zhi)氣(qi)質,復(fu)其(qi)本(ben)然之(zhi)真也)。
三步功夫
易骨:練之以筑其(qi)基,以壯其(qi)體,骨體堅如(ru)鐵石(shi),而形(xing)式氣質,威(wei)嚴狀(zhuang)似泰山(shan)。
易筋:練之以(yi)騰其膜,以(yi)長(chang)其筋(俗云:筋長(chang)力(li)大),其勁縱(zong)橫聯(lian)絡,生長(chang)而無窮也。
洗髓:練之以清(qing)虛其(qi)內,以輕松其(qi)體(ti),內中清(qing)虛之象:神氣運用,圓(yuan)活無(wu)滯身體(ti)動轉(zhuan),其(qi)輕如羽(拳(quan)經云:三回九轉(zhuan)是一式,即此意義也)。
三種練法
明勁:練之總(zong)以(yi)規矩不可易,身體動轉要和順而不可乖(guai)戾,手足起落要整齊而不可散(san)亂。拳經云:“方者以(yi)正(zheng)其(qi)中”即此意也(ye)。
暗(an)勁:練之神氣要(yao)(yao)舒展而不(bu)可拘,運用要(yao)(yao)圓(yuan)通(tong)活潑而不(bu)可滯(zhi)。拳經(jing)云:“圓(yuan)者以應其外”即此意也。
化勁(jing):練之周(zhou)身四肢動(dong)轉(zhuan),起(qi)落、進退皆(jie)不(bu)可(ke)著(zhu)力(li),專以神(shen)(shen)意運用之。雖是神(shen)(shen)意運用,惟形式(shi)規矩仍如前二種不(bu)可(ke)改移。雖然周(zhou)身動(dong)轉(zhuan)不(bu)著(zhu)力(li),亦不(bu)能(neng)全(quan)不(bu)著(zhu)力(li),總在神(shen)(shen)意之貫通耳(er)。拳經云:“三回(hui)九轉(zhuan)是一式(shi)”即此意義(yi)也。
