郭(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深(shen)(1820~1900),直隸深(shen)縣馬莊(zhuang)人(ren),家不(bu)富足,力食四(si)方,兼訪名(ming)師(shi),聞劉曉(xiao)蘭(lan)先(xian)(xian)生名(ming)氣(qi),便訪至易州西(xi)陵,也拜(bai)孫亭(ting)立先(xian)(xian)生為(wei)師(shi)練八極(ji)拳(quan)(quan),住(zhu)在劉曉(xiao)蘭(lan)先(xian)(xian)生處,這樣劉曉(xiao)蘭(lan)先(xian)(xian)生與郭(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深(shen)先(xian)(xian)生成了八極(ji)拳(quan)(quan)門中(zhong)的(de)(de)“譜兄弟”。孫亭(ting)立先(xian)(xian)生見(jian)郭(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深(shen)學拳(quan)(quan)已(yi)成,便讓他也去山西(xi)李老(lao)能那里(li)學形意(yi)拳(quan)(quan)。郭(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深(shen)到山西(xi)太谷(gu)以同(tong)鄉之關(guan)系(xi)拜(bai)見(jian)李老(lao)能先(xian)(xian)生,說明來意(yi),并將(jiang)八極(ji)拳(quan)(quan)中(zhong)的(de)(de)剛猛猴拳(quan)(quan)和(he)梨花(hua)大槍演示給李老(lao)能先(xian)(xian)生看。李先(xian)(xian)生見(jian)郭(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深(shen)所練手(shou)法(fa)靈(ling)速(su)、氣(qi)勢嚴(yan)整而(er)神氣(qi)活妙,遂收(shou)為(wei)弟子。當時李老(lao)能以租(zu)種菜園為(wei)生計,郭(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深(shen)幫(bang)助灌田、耕耘(yun),一應事情非(fei)常勤(qin)快,深(shen)得(de)老(lao)能先(xian)(xian)生的(de)(de)喜愛,便傾囊相(xiang)授,郭(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)十二(er)年(nian)后(hou)藝成。后(hou)來因鏟除惡霸,犯了人(ren)命官(guan)司,被關(guan)進監牢,仍苦練功夫(fu),由于(yu)項(xiang)上(shang)有枷,腳上(shang)鐵(tie)銬的(de)(de)緣故,練就了只能邁(mai)出半步的(de)(de)絕技(ji)——半步崩拳(quan)(quan),所以,后(hou)來郭(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深(shen)名(ming)揚(yang)大江南北,以“半步崩拳(quan)(quan)打遍(bian)天下”而(er)著(zhu)稱。
郭云深在當時武術(shu)界很有聲望。他的(de)練拳(quan),靜如泰山,動如飛鳥。如遇不測之事,只要耳聞(wen)目見,不管對(dui)方拳(quan)棒有多快,皆能(neng)避之。有一(yi)次郭云深想試試自己的(de)功夫(fu),讓(rang)五個壯士各持一(yi)木棍,其一(yi)端(duan)頂住郭云深的(de)腹部,郭云深一(yi)轉(zhuan)腰,將五人(ren)打出一(yi)丈開外。對(dui)形意拳(quan)理(li)論,進(jin)行過系統的(de)研(yan)究和總(zong)結,遺著(zhu)有《能(neng)說形意拳(quan)經》一(yi)書。郭云深在北方數省教授學生多人(ren),晚年隱居鄉間,七十余(yu)歲而終(zhong)。
郭(guo)云深的(de)名(ming)聲甚囂塵上,當(dang)然(ran)有人不服,河北(bei)正安縣(xian)有個綽(chuo)號(hao)叫“鬼八卦(gua)”的(de)焦蘿(luo)夫曾用(yong)桿(gan)子(zi)戰勝(sheng)大(da)槍劉(liu)德(de)寬而聞名(ming)遐爾,就(jiu)(jiu)對(dui)郭(guo)云深很(hen)不服氣。并前(qian)來與郭(guo)云深較(jiao)量。交手僅一個回合,焦洛夫就(jiu)(jiu)被打倒在地。他遂閉門不出,終日琢磨破(po)解崩拳之(zhi)法(fa)。一天,他從(cong)庖丁刀切(qie)蘿(luo)卜中(zhong)悟出砍法(fa)可(ke)破(po)崩拳,于是苦(ku)練多年,直到掌力將碗口粗(cu)的(de)白蠟桿(gan)一格(ge)即斷后,這才又邀郭(guo)云深較(jiao)量。
對于(yu)三年(nian)之后的重(zhong)會,郭云(yun)(yun)深知道焦(jiao)(jiao)功夫(fu)必然(ran)大進(jin)。只見他(ta)(ta)嘿(hei)嘿(hei)冷笑一聲,喝(he)道:“鬼子焦(jiao)(jiao),看拳。”人還是(shi)那個人,拳還是(shi)那個拳,可(ke)憐焦(jiao)(jiao)洛(luo)夫(fu)三年(nian)的臥薪嘗膽,仍然(ran)難以阻擋這疾愈迅雷(lei)的攻(gong)勢。他(ta)(ta)雖(sui)然(ran)如(ru)庖丁(ding)解牛(niu)般揮動雙臂施展爛熟于(yu)胸的砍(kan)法破(po)解崩拳,但他(ta)(ta)砍(kan)向(xiang)(xiang)郭云(yun)(yun)深的手(shou)刀,一與攻(gong)來的崩拳相交,就如(ru)同波濤洶(xiong)涌(yong)的巨浪(lang)撲向(xiang)(xiang)銅墻鐵壁,“嘭(peng)”的一聲悶響,猶如(ru)山墻倒塌,焦(jiao)(jiao)洛(luo)夫(fu)再次坐在(zai)(zai)地上。焦(jiao)(jiao)洛(luo)夫(fu)屢與高(gao)手(shou)較技,可(ke)說未有敗績,此(ci)番兩(liang)次栽在(zai)(zai)郭云(yun)(yun)深手(shou)上,仍是(shi)心有不(bu)甘,總覺(jue)得自己苦(ku)練的“砍(kan)法”似乎缺少(shao)點東西,便(bian)絞盡腦汁,冥思(si)苦(ku)想,想出(chu)一招,于(yu)是(shi),他(ta)(ta)又邀郭云(yun)(yun)深比試。
二人搭手進招,郭云深再以崩拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)進擊;只見焦洛夫這(zhe)次(ci)(ci)施展(zhan)砍法不是(shi)向下,而是(shi)小臂(bei)上挑。郭云深隱然一驚(jing),急(ji)變崩拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)為(wei)化勁卸掉(diao)了(le)對方的(de)(de)(de)上挑之(zhi)力;焦洛夫只微(wei)微(wei)一楞神(shen)(shen),就覺(jue)一股驚(jing)濤拍岸般的(de)(de)(de)崩拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)又(you)一次(ci)(ci)打在(zai)胸上,他第三次(ci)(ci)撲翻在(zai)地(di)。焦洛夫不僅喟然長嘆:‘好崩拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)。”他挽起(qi)胳膊上的(de)(de)(de)衣(yi)袖,露出(chu)(chu)綁著的(de)(de)(de)利刃,欲在(zai)對方崩拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)打來(lai),挑斷其(qi)臂(bei),可是(shi)郭云深的(de)(de)(de)半(ban)步崩拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)實在(zai)出(chu)(chu)神(shen)(shen)入化,方使其(qi)謀(mou)算落空(kong)。從此,郭云深以半(ban)步崩拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)三勝“鬼八(ba)卦”焦洛夫的(de)(de)(de)事跡不脛而走。
形(xing)意拳三體(ti)式(shi)(shi),兩足要并重,不(bu)(bu)可單(dan)重。單(dan)重者,非一(yi)足著地,一(yi)足懸起,不(bu)(bu)過(guo)前足可虛可實(shi),著重于后(hou)足耳(er)。以(yi)后(hou)練各形(xing)各式(shi)(shi),亦有(you)雙(shuang)(shuang)重之(zhi)式(shi)(shi),雖然是雙(shuang)(shuang)重之(zhi)式(shi)(shi),亦不(bu)(bu)離單(dan)重之(zhi)重心(xin)(xin),以(yi)至極(ji)高、極(ji)俯、極(ji)矮(ai)、極(ji)仰之(zhi)形(xing)式(shi)(shi),亦總不(bu)(bu)離三體(ti)式(shi)(shi)之(zhi)重心(xin)(xin)。故三體(ti)式(shi)(shi)為萬形(xing)之(zhi)基礎(chu)也(ye)。三體(ti)式(shi)(shi)單(dan)重者,得(de)其中和之(zhi)起點,動作靈(ling)活(huo)(huo),形(xing)勢一(yi)氣,無有(you)間斷耳(er)。雙(shuang)(shuang)重三體(ti)式(shi)(shi)者,形(xing)式(shi)(shi)沉重,力氣極(ji)大,唯是陰(yin)陽不(bu)(bu)分(fen),乾坤不(bu)(bu)辨,奇偶(ou)不(bu)(bu)顯(xian),剛柔不(bu)(bu)判,虛實(shi)不(bu)(bu)明,內開外合(he)不(bu)(bu)清,進退起落動作不(bu)(bu)靈(ling)活(huo)(huo)。
所以形意拳(quan)三(san)體式(shi)(shi),不(bu)(bu)得其(qi)單(dan)(dan)重(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)中和,先后(hou)天亦不(bu)(bu)交,剛多柔少,失卻(que)中和,道(dao)理(li)亦不(bu)(bu)明,變化亦不(bu)(bu)通,自被(bei)血氣所拘,拙勁所捆(kun)。此皆是被(bei)三(san)體式(shi)(shi)雙(shuang)重(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)所拘也。若得著單(dan)(dan)重(zhong)(zhong)三(san)體式(shi)(shi)中和之(zhi)道(dao)理(li),以后(hou)行(xing)之(zhi),無(wu)論單(dan)(dan)重(zhong)(zhong)雙(shuang)重(zhong)(zhong)各形之(zhi)式(shi)(shi),無(wu)可無(wu)不(bu)(bu)可也。
練(lian)形意拳術(shu)(shu)有(you)(you)三層(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)。第(di)一(yi)層(ceng)練(lian)拳術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),將舌卷回(hui),頂住上腭(e),口(kou)似開非(fei)開,似合非(fei)合,呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)任其(qi)自然,不(bu)(bu)可著意于(yu)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),因(yin)手足動作(zuo)合于(yu)規(gui)矩,是為(wei)調息之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)則,亦即(ji)(ji)練(lian)精化(hua)氣(qi)(qi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功夫(fu)也(ye)(ye)。第(di)二(er)層(ceng)練(lian)拳術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),口(kou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)開合,舌頂上腭(e)等規(gui)則照(zhao)前,唯呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)與(yu)前一(yi)層(ceng)不(bu)(bu)同(tong),前者手足動作(zuo),是調息之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)則,此是息調也(ye)(ye),前者口(kou)鼻之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),不(bu)(bu)過借(jie)此以(yi)通乎內外(wai)也(ye)(ye)。此二(er)層(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),著意于(yu)丹田之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)內呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)也(ye)(ye),又名胎息,是謂練(lian)氣(qi)(qi)化(hua)神之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)也(ye)(ye)。第(di)三層(ceng)練(lian)拳術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),與(yu)上兩層(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)意又不(bu)(bu)同(tong),前一(yi)層(ceng)是明勁(jing),有(you)(you)形于(yu)外(wai),二(er)層(ceng)是暗勁(jing),有(you)(you)形于(yu)內。此呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)雖有(you)(you),而若(ruo)無(wu),勿(wu)忘(wang)勿(wu)助之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)意思,即(ji)(ji)是神化(hua)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)妙用也(ye)(ye),心(xin)中空(kong)空(kong)洞洞,不(bu)(bu)有(you)(you)不(bu)(bu)無(wu),非(fei)有(you)(you)非(fei)無(wu),是為(wei)無(wu)聲無(wu)臭(chou),還虛(xu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)也(ye)(ye),此三種呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),為(wei)練(lian)拳術(shu)(shu)始終本末之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)次序(xu),即(ji)(ji)一(yi)氣(qi)(qi)貫通之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li),自有(you)(you)而化(hua)無(wu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)也(ye)(ye)。
形(xing)(xing)(xing)意拳之(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao),練之(zhi)(zhi)極易(yi)(yi),亦極難。易(yi)(yi)者,是(shi)拳術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)形(xing)(xing)(xing)式,至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)易(yi)(yi)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)簡而不(bu)(bu)(bu)繁亂。其(qi)(qi)拳術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)始終,動(dong)(dong)作運(yun)用(yong),皆(jie)(jie)人之(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)不(bu)(bu)(bu)慮而知,不(bu)(bu)(bu)學(xue)而能者也。周身動(dong)(dong)作運(yun)用(yong),亦皆(jie)(jie)平(ping)(ping)常之(zhi)(zhi)理,唯人之(zhi)(zhi)未(wei)學(xue)時,手足(zu)動(dong)(dong)作運(yun)用(yong),無(wu)有(you)規矩而不(bu)(bu)(bu)能整齊,所(suo)教(jiao)授者,不(bu)(bu)(bu)過將人之(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)慮而知,不(bu)(bu)(bu)學(xue)而能,平(ping)(ping)常所(suo)運(yun)用(yong)之(zhi)(zhi)形(xing)(xing)(xing)式,入于(yu)規矩之(zhi)(zhi)中,四(si)肢動(dong)(dong)作而不(bu)(bu)(bu)散亂也。果練之(zhi)(zhi)有(you)恒(heng)而不(bu)(bu)(bu)間斷(duan),可(ke)以(yi)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)于(yu)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)善(shan)(shan)也。若到至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)善(shan)(shan)處,諸形(xing)(xing)(xing)之(zhi)(zhi)運(yun)用(yong),無(wu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)合道(dao)(dao)矣。以(yi)他人觀之(zhi)(zhi),有(you)一(yi)(yi)動(dong)(dong)一(yi)(yi)靜,一(yi)(yi)言一(yi)(yi)默之(zhi)(zhi)運(yun)用(yong),奧妙不(bu)(bu)(bu)測之(zhi)(zhi)神(shen)氣。然而,自己并不(bu)(bu)(bu)知其(qi)(qi)善(shan)(shan)于(yu)拳術(shu)(shu)也,因(yin)動(dong)(dong)作運(yun)用(yong),皆(jie)(jie)是(shi)平(ping)(ping)常之(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)理,無(wu)強人之(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)難,所(suo)以(yi)拳術(shu)(shu)練之(zhi)(zhi)極易(yi)(yi)也。
《中(zhong)(zhong)庸》云(yun):“人莫(mo)不飲食也(ye),鮮能(neng)知味也(ye)。”難(nan)者,是練(lian)(lian)者厭其(qi)拳之簡單(dan),而(er)不良于觀(guan),以致半途(tu)而(er)廢者有之,或是練(lian)(lian)者惡其(qi)道(dao)(dao)理平常,而(er)無有奇妙之法則(ze),自己(ji)專好剛勁之氣(qi)(qi),身外又務奇異之形,故鄉(xiang)身練(lian)(lian)之而(er)不能(neng)得(de)著形意(yi)拳術(shu)中(zhong)(zhong)和之道(dao)(dao)也(ye)。因此,好高(gao)騖遠,看理偏僻,所以拳術(shu)之道(dao)(dao)理得(de)之甚難(nan)。中(zhong)(zhong)庸云(yun):“道(dao)(dao)不遠之,人為之道(dao)(dao)而(er)遠人。”即此意(yi)義(yi)也(ye)。郭云(yun)深論神氣(qi)(qi)
形(xing)意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)無(wu)(wu)它,神(shen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)二(er)者(zhe)而已(yi)。丹(dan)(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)始終(zhong)全仗呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi),超初(chu)大(da)(da)小(xiao)周天,以及還虛(xu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)者(zhe),皆是呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)變化(hua)耳(er),拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)亦(yi)(yi)然,唯(wei)有(you)鍛煉(lian)(lian)形(xing)體(ti)與筋(jin)骨之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)。丹(dan)(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)是“精中(zhong)求(qiu)動(dong)(dong),動(dong)(dong)極(ji)而復靜(jing)也(ye)(ye)。”拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)是“動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)求(qiu)靜(jing),靜(jing)極(ji)而復動(dong)(dong)也(ye)(ye)。”其(qi)初(chu)練(lian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)似異(yi),以至(zhi)(zhi)還虛(xu)則同。《形(xing)意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)經》云:“固靈根(gen)(gen)而動(dong)(dong)心(xin)者(zhe),敵(di)將也(ye)(ye),養靈根(gen)(gen)而靜(jing)心(xin)者(zhe),修道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)也(ye)(ye)。”所以形(xing)意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),即(ji)丹(dan)(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)學(xue)也(ye)(ye),丹(dan)(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)有(you)三(san)(san)易(yi),即(ji)練(lian)精化(hua)氣(qi)(qi)(qi);煉(lian)(lian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)化(hua)神(shen),煉(lian)(lian)神(shen)還虛(xu)。拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)亦(yi)(yi)有(you)三(san)(san)易(yi),即(ji)易(yi)骨,易(yi)筋(jin),易(yi)髓,此三(san)(san)易(yi)即(ji)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)中(zhong)明勁、暗勁、化(hua)勁也(ye)(ye)。練(lian)至(zhi)(zhi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)無(wu)(wu)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)意(yi)(yi)無(wu)(wu)意(yi)(yi),無(wu)(wu)意(yi)(yi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)是真(zhen)意(yi)(yi),亦(yi)(yi)與丹(dan)(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)煉(lian)(lian)虛(xu)合道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)相合也(ye)(ye)。丹(dan)(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)有(you)最初(chu)還虛(xu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong),以至(zhi)(zhi)虛(xu)極(ji)靜(jing)駕之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時,下元(yuan)真(zhen)陽(yang)發動(dong)(dong),即(ji)速回(hui)光返照(zhao),凝神(shen)入氣(qi)(qi)(qi)穴,息(xi)息(xi)歸(gui)(gui)根(gen)(gen),神(shen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)未交(jiao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時,存神(shen)用(yong)意(yi)(yi),綿綿若存,念茲在茲,此武(wu)火之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)謂也(ye)(ye),至(zhi)(zhi)神(shen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)已(yi)交(jiao),又當忘息(xi),以致(zhi)采取歸(gui)(gui)爐(lu)、封固、停息(xi)、沐(mu)浴、起火、進退、升降歸(gui)(gui)根(gen)(gen),俟動(dong)(dong)而復煉(lian)(lian),煉(lian)(lian)至(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)(bu)動(dong)(dong),為(wei)限數(shu)足滿,止火,謂之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)坎離交(jiao)妒,此為(wei)小(xiao)周天,以至(zhi)(zhi)大(da)(da)周天之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)夫,無(wu)(wu)非自(zi)無(wu)(wu)而生有(you),由微(wei)而至(zhi)(zhi)著(zhu),由小(xiao)而至(zhi)(zhi)大(da)(da),由虛(xu)而積累,皆呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)火侯(hou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)變化(hua),文武(wu)剛柔(rou),隨時消息(xi),此皆是順(shun)中(zhong)用(yong)逆,逆中(zhong)行(xing)順(shun),用(yong)其(qi)無(wu)(wu)過(guo)不(bu)(bu)及中(zhong)和之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)也(ye)(ye),也(ye)(ye)不(bu)(bu)過(guo)略(lve)言丹(dan)(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)概耳(er)。丹(dan)(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)與拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)并行(xing)不(bu)(bu)悖,故形(xing)意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)非粗(cu)率之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)武(wu)藝。余恐后(hou)來練(lian)形(xing)意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)人,只用(yong)其(qi)后(hou)天血氣(qi)(qi)(qi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong),不(bu)(bu)知(zhi)有(you)先(xian)(xian)天真(zhen)陽(yang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),故發明形(xing)意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),只此神(shen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)二(er)者(zhe)而已(yi)。故此先(xian)(xian)言丹(dan)(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)大(da)(da)概,后(hou)在論拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)詳情。形(xing)意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)有(you)三(san)(san)層(ceng)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)理,有(you)三(san)(san)步功(gong)夫,有(you)三(san)(san)種練(lian)法。
三層道理
練(lian)(lian)(lian)精化氣;練(lian)(lian)(lian)氣化神(shen);練(lian)(lian)(lian)神(shen)還虛(xu)(練(lian)(lian)(lian)之以變化人之氣質,復其本然之真也)。
三步功夫
易(yi)骨:練之以(yi)筑其基(ji),以(yi)壯其體(ti),骨體(ti)堅如(ru)鐵石(shi),而形式(shi)氣(qi)質,威(wei)嚴狀似(si)泰山。
易筋(jin):練之以(yi)騰其膜,以(yi)長其筋(jin)(俗云:筋(jin)長力大),其勁縱橫聯(lian)絡,生長而無(wu)窮也(ye)。
洗髓(sui):練之(zhi)以(yi)清(qing)虛其(qi)(qi)內,以(yi)輕(qing)松其(qi)(qi)體,內中清(qing)虛之(zhi)象:神氣運用(yong),圓活無滯身體動轉(zhuan),其(qi)(qi)輕(qing)如羽(yu)(拳經云:三回(hui)九轉(zhuan)是(shi)一式,即此意義也)。
三種練法
明勁:練之(zhi)總以(yi)規矩不(bu)可易,身體動轉(zhuan)要(yao)和順(shun)而不(bu)可乖(guai)戾,手足起落要(yao)整齊而不(bu)可散亂。拳經云:“方者(zhe)以(yi)正其中(zhong)”即此(ci)意(yi)也。
暗(an)勁:練之神氣要(yao)舒(shu)展而不可(ke)拘,運用要(yao)圓通活潑而不可(ke)滯。拳經云(yun):“圓者以應其外”即此意也。
化勁:練(lian)之周身四肢動轉(zhuan),起落、進退皆不(bu)(bu)可(ke)著力(li),專以神(shen)意(yi)運(yun)(yun)用之。雖(sui)是神(shen)意(yi)運(yun)(yun)用,惟形(xing)式(shi)規(gui)矩仍如前(qian)二種不(bu)(bu)可(ke)改移。雖(sui)然周身動轉(zhuan)不(bu)(bu)著力(li),亦不(bu)(bu)能全不(bu)(bu)著力(li),總在神(shen)意(yi)之貫通(tong)耳。拳經(jing)云:“三回(hui)九轉(zhuan)是一式(shi)”即此(ci)意(yi)義也(ye)。
