中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)市(shi)屬于(yu)南亞(ya)熱(re)帶季(ji)風氣(qi)(qi)(qi)候(hou),春季(ji)溫(wen)暖,夏季(ji)炎(yan)熱(re),光熱(re)充足、雨量(liang)(liang)充沛(pei)、干濕分明。太(tai)陽輻射角度大,全年境(jing)內(nei)(nei)各地(di)均有(you)2次(ci)太(tai)陽直射,太(tai)陽輻射能量(liang)(liang)豐(feng)富。終年氣(qi)(qi)(qi)溫(wen)較(jiao)(jiao)高,歷年平均為21.8℃,月平均氣(qi)(qi)(qi)溫(wen)以(yi)1月最低(di),為13.3℃,7月最高,達28.4℃。因此,這種(zhong)亞(ya)熱(re)帶地(di)區的(de)(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)候(hou),常年氣(qi)(qi)(qi)候(hou)溫(wen)和,雨量(liang)(liang)均衡(heng),使中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)市(shi)每年水(shui)(shui)溫(wen)在(zai)25℃的(de)(de)(de)(de)天氣(qi)(qi)(qi)超過200天,為養(yang)殖中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)鯇(huan)提供了(le)(le)最適(shi)宜(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度條件(jian)。養(yang)殖中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)鯇(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)要求較(jiao)(jiao)高。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)市(shi)地(di)處濱海(hai)(hai),河(he)流面積占全境(jing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)8%,本市(shi)境(jing)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)河(he)流絕大多數均受海(hai)(hai)洋(yang)潮汐的(de)(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響,河(he)流的(de)(de)(de)(de)雙向流特點,由西至東(dong)橫(heng)穿中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)市(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)四條河(he)流鹽度常年保持(chi)在(zai)0.3—0.4‰ ,河(he)流的(de)(de)(de)(de)溶解氧為6.7—7.9mg/L,酸堿度(PH)為6.7—7.3。正因為中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)內(nei)(nei)河(he)的(de)(de)(de)(de)淡(dan)水(shui)(shui)與大海(hai)(hai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)咸水(shui)(shui)進行交換的(de)(de)(de)(de)特有(you)條件(jian),造(zao)就了(le)(le)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)鯇(huan)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)質(zhi)爽脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)帶甜(tian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)特有(you)本質(zhi)。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)市(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)土(tu)(tu)(tu)壤成土(tu)(tu)(tu)母質(zhi)以(yi)三角洲(zhou)沉淀物為主,其剖面發育既似(si)旱地(di),又具有(you)水(shui)(shui)稻(dao)土(tu)(tu)(tu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)特征,土(tu)(tu)(tu)層(ceng)深(shen)厚肥(fei)沃,泥沙比(bi)(bi)例適(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),土(tu)(tu)(tu)壤化水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)PH值為6.8—7.2,酸堿適(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),有(you)利(li)(li)于(yu)綠藻、硅(gui)藻等藻類生(sheng)長(chang),有(you)利(li)(li)于(yu)浮游動植(zhi)物平衡(heng),有(you)利(li)(li)于(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)鯇(huan)生(sheng)長(chang)。而(er)且(qie)(qie),本地(di)土(tu)(tu)(tu)壤很適(shi)宜(yi)象(xiang)(xiang)草(cao)生(sheng)長(chang)。本地(di)種(zhong)植(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)象(xiang)(xiang)草(cao)較(jiao)(jiao)周邊地(di)區的(de)(de)(de)(de)象(xiang)(xiang)草(cao)葉色深(shen)綠且(qie)(qie)肥(fei)厚。投喂有(you)一定比(bi)(bi)例象(xiang)(xiang)草(cao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)飼料,有(you)利(li)(li)于(yu)改善中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)鯇(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)食物結構,有(you)利(li)(li)于(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)鯇(huan)對營養(yang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)吸收,有(you)利(li)(li)于(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)鯇(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)長(chang)發育,使中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)鯇(huan)體型較(jiao)(jiao)大、肌肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)豐(feng)滿而(er)不發胖,保持(chi)“瘦(shou)身鯇(huan)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)獨特身型。實測證明:中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)鯇(huan)腹(fu)圍/全長(chang)約為0.55,比(bi)(bi)外地(di)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)肉(rou)(rou)(rou)(rou)鯇(huan)小5%左右。

中山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)市養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)肉(rou)(rou)鯇歷史(shi)悠久。早在1973年(nian)(nian),中山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)市民在長(chang)江水(shui)庫利用(yong)水(shui)泥池(chi)、采用(yong)循環水(shui)飼養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)方式(shi)首先培(pei)育成功,因其肉(rou)(rou)質結實脆(cui)(cui)(cui)爽、耐煮(zhu)不爛,肉(rou)(rou)味清香(xiang)可(ke)口而(er)被稱為(wei)(wei)中山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)肉(rou)(rou)鯇。80年(nian)(nian)代(dai)初,中山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)市率(lv)先采用(yong)池(chi)塘進行養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),經(jing)過(guo)多年(nian)(nian)的摸索、實踐、總結,積(ji)累(lei)了豐富的生(sheng)產(chan)經(jing)驗,掌握了一套(tao)成熟的養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術(shu)并(bing)制(zhi)訂了廣東省(sheng)地方標準《無公(gong)害食品(pin)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)肉(rou)(rou)鯇養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術(shu)規范(fan)》。2006年(nian)(nian)3月,中山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)肉(rou)(rou)鯇高產(chan)增(zeng)效技(ji)術(shu)示(shi)范(fan)通過(guo)了省(sheng)級(ji)鑒定。近年(nian)(nian)來(lai),中山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)肉(rou)(rou)鯇養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)已成為(wei)(wei)中山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)市漁業(ye)的支柱(zhu)產(chan)業(ye)。目前,中山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)肉(rou)(rou)鯇作為(wei)(wei)我市漁業(ye)的拳(quan)頭產(chan)品(pin)和農業(ye)經(jing)濟的一大支柱(zhu),養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)殖(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)規模已經(jing)形成,擁有(you)萬畝連片(pian)飼養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)中山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)脆(cui)(cui)(cui)肉(rou)(rou)鯇。
