紅(hong)(hong)安苕是(shi)一種紅(hong)(hong)苕的名稱,它(ta)生長在大別山革命(ming)老(lao)區南麓的湖北省紅(hong)(hong)安縣,是(shi)紅(hong)(hong)安人(ren)祖祖輩(bei)輩(bei)賴以生存的主要糧食作(zuo)物。因(yin)其(qi)形(xing)狀、質(zhi)地(di)同(tong)別的地(di)方不同(tong),以至成為(wei)紅(hong)(hong)安特產(chan),名曰紅(hong)(hong)安苕。
產地狀況
紅安(an)縣(xian)(xian)位于(yu)湖北省大(da)別山(shan)西南(nan)低山(shan)丘(qiu)陵(ling)地(di)帶(dai),這里雨量(liang)充沛、光照充足、氣候溫和、四季(ji)分(fen)明(ming),屬典型的(de)亞熱帶(dai)大(da)陸性(xing)季(ji)風氣候。全縣(xian)(xian)多(duo)為地(di)帶(dai)性(xing)黃棕壤(rang),土(tu)質(zhi)多(duo)發育于(yu)石英片巖、片麻巖、泥(ni)質(zhi)巖等,土(tu)壤(rang)質(zhi)地(di)輕,含砂量(liang)大(da),通氣性(xing)好,以微酸的(de)土(tu)壤(rang)為主,因此(ci),這里的(de)氣候土(tu)壤(rang)特別適合耐(nai)旱喜(xi)溫的(de)"苕"的(de)生長。
