二、氧化鋯氧量分析儀怎么標定
氧化鋯氧量分析儀標定方(fang)法如下:
1、本底校驗:這個必須是在(zai)(zai)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)校驗(yan),如果不是在(zai)(zai)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong),殘留氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)就降低了標(biao)(biao)定的(de)(de)參考值,不能達到空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)氧(yang)(yang)量(liang)值。我們擰下標(biao)(biao)氣(qi)(qi)口(kou),標(biao)(biao)氣(qi)(qi)口(kou)在(zai)(zai)氧(yang)(yang)化鋯探(tan)頭(tou)的(de)(de)接線盒中(zhong),將探(tan)頭(tou)放在(zai)(zai)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong),設(she)置(SET)菜單進入,根(gen)據說(shuo)明書(shu)的(de)(de)步驟(zou),將光標(biao)(biao)選中(zhong)“本底自(zi)動校驗(yan)”,等到氧(yang)(yang)量(liang)表顯示20.6左右即(ji)可。由于是已經(jing)用過的(de)(de)探(tan)頭(tou),內(nei)部肯(ken)定會有殘留的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti),所以顯示值20.6左右。
