二、氧化鋯氧量分析儀怎么標定
氧(yang)(yang)化鋯(gao)氧(yang)(yang)量分析(xi)儀標定方法如下:
1、本底校驗:這個(ge)必(bi)須是在空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中校驗,如果(guo)不是在空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中,殘(can)留氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)就降低了標(biao)定的(de)參考值(zhi),不能達(da)到空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)氧(yang)量值(zhi)。我們擰下標(biao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)口(kou),標(biao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)口(kou)在氧(yang)化鋯探頭的(de)接(jie)線盒中,將探頭放在空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中,設(she)置(SET)菜(cai)單(dan)進入,根據(ju)說明書(shu)的(de)步驟,將光標(biao)選(xuan)中“本底自(zi)動校驗”,等到氧(yang)量表顯示20.6左右即(ji)可。由于(yu)是已(yi)經用過(guo)的(de)探頭,內(nei)部肯定會有殘(can)留的(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti),所以(yi)顯示值(zhi)20.6左右。
2、標氣自動校驗:同樣的是要擰下氧化鋯(gao)氧量分析儀標(biao)氣(qi)(qi)口(kou),同(tong)樣的標(biao)氣(qi)(qi)口(kou)在(zai),氧(yang)化(hua)鋯(gao)探(tan)頭的接線盒(he)中,我(wo)們(men)(men)通入標(biao)氣(qi)(qi),根據說明(ming)書標(biao)定(ding)(ding)的步驟,選(xuan)型“標(biao)氣(qi)(qi)自動(dong)校(xiao)驗(yan)(yan)“,在(zai)銷售氧(yang)化(hua)鋯(gao)分(fen)析儀的同(tong)時,也有標(biao)氣(qi)(qi)提供,客戶可(ke)以選(xuan)購(gou)使用。標(biao)氣(qi)(qi)通常(chang)有4L和8L的標(biao)氣(qi)(qi)。在(zai)標(biao)氣(qi)(qi)自動(dong)校(xiao)驗(yan)(yan)前,我(wo)們(men)(men)通常(chang)先進行本底(di)校(xiao)驗(yan)(yan),本底(di)毫伏信號是(shi)否在(zai)0MV左右,越靠近0MV說明(ming)越準,待穩定(ding)(ding)后,將(jiang)濃(nong)度(du)校(xiao)準到空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)濃(nong)度(du)。
