氧分析儀廣泛應用于電力、化工、鋼鐵等氧含量檢測,而煙氣中氧含量判斷是作為確定鍋爐系統中燃燒充分的依據,目前氧分析儀有磁氧分析儀、激光法氧分析儀、燃料電池法氧分析儀、氧化鋯氧量分析儀等(deng)。氧(yang)化鋯氧(yang)分析(xi)儀(yi)是目前(qian)主流,而目前(qian)應環保部門的要(yao)求,因燃料燃燒不充(chong)分產生SO2、NO2、CO等(deng)污染氣體(ti),相關(guan)工廠企業已經強制安裝氧(yang)量分析(xi)儀(yi),氧(yang)化鋯氧(yang)量分析(xi)儀(yi)最為普及。
氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋯(gao)探頭由鋯(gao)池(chi)、加熱元件、絕緣子、控制熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶、過濾器、信號引線、高溫(wen)密(mi)封(feng)管等組成(cheng)。氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋯(gao)鋯(gao)池(chi)是(shi)(shi)頂針型感測(ce)(ce)元件,在(zai)封(feng)閉端(duan)安裝有(you)內電(dian)(dian)(dian)極和外電(dian)(dian)(dian)極,內電(dian)(dian)(dian)極暴露在(zai)進(jin)入鋯(gao)池(chi)開口端(duan)的(de)煙(yan)道(dao)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)中,外電(dian)(dian)(dian)極處(chu)有(you)通過泵供應參(can)比氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)因此處(chu)于(yu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)氣(qi)含(han)量20.95%的(de)恒定分壓(ya)下(xia),鋯(gao)池(chi)溫(wen)度由加熱器及(ji)(ji)控制熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶恒定保持為(wei)700℃。氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋯(gao)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)種當溫(wen)度超過600℃時只傳導(dao)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)離(li)子的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解質,故而鋯(gao)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極輸出端(duan)之(zhi)間產生(sheng)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)勢(shi)隨(sui)著(zhu)(zhu)參(can)比電(dian)(dian)(dian)極與策略電(dian)(dian)(dian)極之(zhi)間的(de)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)分壓(ya)差比率以及(ji)(ji)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋯(gao)溫(wen)度的(de)變(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua)而變(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua)。依據能斯(si)特方程(cheng),接觸(chu)煙(yan)道(dao)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極會隨(sui)著(zhu)(zhu)煙(yan)氣(qi)的(de)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)含(han)量影響氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)分壓(ya)變(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua)導(dao)致鋯(gao)池(chi)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)勢(shi)的(de)變(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua)。氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋯(gao)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)勢(shi)隨(sui)著(zhu)(zhu)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)含(han)量的(de)減小對數行地(di)增(zeng)加,從而滿足低(di)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)含(han)量下(xia)具有(you)高靈敏度測(ce)(ce)試要求。
二、氧化鋯氧量分析儀怎么標定
氧(yang)化鋯氧(yang)量分析儀標定方(fang)法如(ru)下:
1、本底校驗:這(zhe)個必須是(shi)在空(kong)氣(qi)中校驗,如果(guo)不是(shi)在空(kong)氣(qi)中,殘留(liu)(liu)氣(qi)體就降低了標(biao)(biao)定(ding)的(de)(de)參(can)考(kao)值,不能達到空(kong)氣(qi)的(de)(de)氧量(liang)值。我(wo)們(men)擰下標(biao)(biao)氣(qi)口,標(biao)(biao)氣(qi)口在氧化鋯探頭(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)接線(xian)盒(he)中,將探頭(tou)(tou)放在空(kong)氣(qi)中,設(she)置(SET)菜(cai)單(dan)進入,根據說(shuo)明書的(de)(de)步驟,將光(guang)標(biao)(biao)選中“本底自動(dong)校驗”,等到氧量(liang)表顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)20.6左(zuo)右(you)即可。由于是(shi)已經(jing)用過的(de)(de)探頭(tou)(tou),內部肯定(ding)會有殘留(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)氣(qi)體,所以(yi)顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)值20.6左(zuo)右(you)。
2、標氣自動校驗:同樣的是要擰下氧化鋯氧量分析儀標氣(qi)(qi)(qi)口,同(tong)(tong)樣(yang)的(de)標氣(qi)(qi)(qi)口在(zai),氧化(hua)鋯探頭的(de)接線(xian)盒(he)中(zhong),我(wo)們(men)通入標氣(qi)(qi)(qi),根據(ju)說(shuo)明書標定的(de)步驟,選(xuan)(xuan)型“標氣(qi)(qi)(qi)自動校(xiao)驗“,在(zai)銷售氧化(hua)鋯分析(xi)儀的(de)同(tong)(tong)時,也有標氣(qi)(qi)(qi)提供,客戶可以選(xuan)(xuan)購使用。標氣(qi)(qi)(qi)通常(chang)有4L和8L的(de)標氣(qi)(qi)(qi)。在(zai)標氣(qi)(qi)(qi)自動校(xiao)驗前,我(wo)們(men)通常(chang)先(xian)進行本底(di)校(xiao)驗,本底(di)毫伏信號(hao)是否在(zai)0MV左右,越靠(kao)近(jin)0MV說(shuo)明越準,待穩定后(hou),將濃度(du)校(xiao)準到空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)濃度(du)。
