一、鋰電池電芯由什么構成
鋰電池主要由電芯和保護板(ban)(ban)兩部(bu)分組(zu)成(cheng)。PCM動力電(dian)池(chi)一(yi)(yi)般稱(cheng)為電(dian)池(chi)管理(li)系(xi)統(tong)BMS。電(dian)池(chi)的(de)心臟,管理(li)系(xi)統(tong)相(xiang)當于鋰電(dian)池(chi)的(de)大腦,電(dian)池(chi)主要由(you)正(zheng)極構成(cheng)。目(mu)前市場上(shang)的(de)鋰離子(zi)二次電(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)解液主要由(you)碳(tan)酸鹽類有機(ji)溶劑(ji)六氟磷(lin)酸鋰和一(yi)(yi)些(xie)添加劑(ji)組(zu)成(cheng)。電(dian)芯主要由(you)正(zheng)極板(ban)(ban)、隔膜、負(fu)極板(ban)(ban)電(dian)解液組(zu)成(cheng)。層壓、封裝、填充(chong)電(dian)解液、封裝。
而鋰(li)(li)(li)離子(zi)電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)芯由正(zheng)極(ji)(ji)、負(fu)極(ji)(ji)、隔(ge)膜、電(dian)(dian)解液、外殼(ke)(ke)五部分組成。正(zheng)極(ji)(ji)活性(xing)物(wu)質為鈷(gu)酸鋰(li)(li)(li)或其他鋰(li)(li)(li)氧(yang)化物(wu),如錳酸鋰(li)(li)(li)三元材(cai)料等,負(fu)極(ji)(ji)石墨電(dian)(dian)解液為六氟磷酸鋰(li)(li)(li)溶解于多種混合溶劑,制成隔(ge)膜PPPE材(cai)質,外殼(ke)(ke)一般有鋁(lv)殼(ke)(ke)和鋼殼(ke)(ke)。
二、鋰電池電芯是什么材料
鋰(li)(li)電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)芯(xin)具(ju)有高能量密(mi)度、長壽命、環保等(deng)特點(dian),廣泛應(ying)用于移動電(dian)源、儲能系統、智能終端等(deng)領域。鋰(li)(li)電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)芯(xin)的材料類型(xing)如下:
1、正極材料
鋰(li)(li)(li)電池電芯的(de)正(zheng)極材(cai)料(liao)一般為鈷(gu)酸鋰(li)(li)(li)、三元材(cai)料(liao)或鐵鋰(li)(li)(li)材(cai)料(liao)。其中,鈷(gu)酸鋰(li)(li)(li)材(cai)料(liao)能(neng)夠(gou)提(ti)供較高的(de)放電電壓和能(neng)量(liang)密度(du),但價格較貴(gui);三元材(cai)料(liao)價格適中,能(neng)夠(gou)提(ti)供較好的(de)性能(neng)表現;鐵鋰(li)(li)(li)材(cai)料(liao)價格相對便宜,但能(neng)量(liang)密度(du)較低(di)。
2、負極材料
鋰電池電芯的(de)負(fu)極材(cai)料(liao)一般為石墨材(cai)料(liao)。石墨材(cai)料(liao)具有較好的(de)導電(dian)性能和穩定性,能夠承受較大的(de)電(dian)化學反應(ying),但在(zai)高(gao)溫環(huan)境下易發生(sheng)導電(dian)性能下降和容量(liang)衰減(jian)等(deng)問題(ti)。
3、電解液
鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)液一般(ban)為有(you)(you)機(ji)液體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)質(zhi)、聚合物電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)質(zhi)或無(wu)機(ji)固體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)體(ti)(ti)。有(you)(you)機(ji)液體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)質(zhi)具有(you)(you)良好的導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性能和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)學(xue)穩(wen)(wen)定性,但(dan)在高溫環境下易燃易爆(bao);聚合物電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)質(zhi)的熱穩(wen)(wen)定性和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)學(xue)穩(wen)(wen)定性較強,但(dan)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性能較差;無(wu)機(ji)固體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)體(ti)(ti)具有(you)(you)較強的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導率和(he)穩(wen)(wen)定性,但(dan)價格較高。
