一、鋰電池電芯由什么構成
鋰電池主要由電芯和保護(hu)板兩部分(fen)組(zu)(zu)成。PCM動力電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)一(yi)般(ban)稱為電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)管理系統BMS。電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)心(xin)臟,管理系統相當于鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)大腦,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)主要(yao)(yao)(yao)由(you)正極構成。目前市場上的(de)鋰離(li)子二次(ci)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液主要(yao)(yao)(yao)由(you)碳酸鹽類有機溶(rong)劑六(liu)氟磷酸鋰和一(yi)些添加劑組(zu)(zu)成。電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯主要(yao)(yao)(yao)由(you)正極板、隔膜、負極板電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液組(zu)(zu)成。層壓、封(feng)裝(zhuang)、填(tian)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液、封(feng)裝(zhuang)。
而鋰離子(zi)電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)芯(xin)由正極(ji)(ji)(ji)、負(fu)(fu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)、隔膜、電(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)液、外殼(ke)五部分組成(cheng)。正極(ji)(ji)(ji)活(huo)性物質為(wei)鈷(gu)酸(suan)鋰或其(qi)他鋰氧(yang)化物,如錳酸(suan)鋰三(san)元材料等(deng),負(fu)(fu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)石墨電(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)液為(wei)六氟磷酸(suan)鋰溶解(jie)(jie)于(yu)多種(zhong)混合溶劑(ji),制成(cheng)隔膜PPPE材質,外殼(ke)一(yi)般有鋁殼(ke)和(he)鋼殼(ke)。
二、鋰電池電芯是什么材料
鋰電(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)芯具(ju)有高能(neng)量密(mi)度、長壽命、環保等特點,廣泛應用于(yu)移動電(dian)源、儲能(neng)系(xi)統、智(zhi)能(neng)終端等領(ling)域(yu)。鋰電(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)芯的(de)材料類型如(ru)下:
1、正極材料
鋰(li)(li)電(dian)池電(dian)芯的(de)正極材料(liao)一(yi)般(ban)為(wei)鈷酸(suan)鋰(li)(li)、三元(yuan)材料(liao)或鐵(tie)鋰(li)(li)材料(liao)。其中(zhong),鈷酸(suan)鋰(li)(li)材料(liao)能(neng)夠(gou)提(ti)供較高的(de)放(fang)電(dian)電(dian)壓和(he)能(neng)量(liang)密度,但(dan)價(jia)格(ge)較貴;三元(yuan)材料(liao)價(jia)格(ge)適(shi)中(zhong),能(neng)夠(gou)提(ti)供較好的(de)性(xing)能(neng)表現;鐵(tie)鋰(li)(li)材料(liao)價(jia)格(ge)相對(dui)便宜,但(dan)能(neng)量(liang)密度較低。
2、負極材料
鋰電池電芯的負(fu)極材料(liao)一般(ban)為石墨材料(liao)。石墨材料(liao)具有較好的導電(dian)性能和(he)穩定(ding)性,能夠承受較大的電(dian)化學反應,但在高溫環境下易發(fa)生導電(dian)性能下降和(he)容量衰減等問題。
3、電解液
鋰電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)芯的(de)電(dian)(dian)解液(ye)一(yi)般為(wei)有(you)機液(ye)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)解質(zhi)(zhi)、聚合物電(dian)(dian)解質(zhi)(zhi)或無(wu)機固(gu)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)解體(ti)。有(you)機液(ye)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)解質(zhi)(zhi)具有(you)良好的(de)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)性能和電(dian)(dian)化學穩(wen)定(ding)性,但在(zai)高溫環(huan)境(jing)下易燃易爆;聚合物電(dian)(dian)解質(zhi)(zhi)的(de)熱穩(wen)定(ding)性和電(dian)(dian)化學穩(wen)定(ding)性較(jiao)(jiao)強(qiang),但導(dao)電(dian)(dian)性能較(jiao)(jiao)差(cha);無(wu)機固(gu)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)解體(ti)具有(you)較(jiao)(jiao)強(qiang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)導(dao)率和穩(wen)定(ding)性,但價(jia)格較(jiao)(jiao)高。
