一、什么是直流屏
直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)屏(ping)是(shi)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)源操(cao)作系統的(de)簡稱。通用(yong)名為智能免維護直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)源屏(ping),簡稱直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)屏(ping),通用(yong)型號為GZDW。簡單(dan)地(di)說,直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)屏(ping)就是(shi)提供穩定(ding)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)源的(de)設備。在輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)380V電(dian)源時直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)轉(zhuan)化為220V,市電(dian)和備用(yong)電(dian)均無(wu)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)時,直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)轉(zhuan)化為蓄電(dian)池供電(dian)——直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)220V:實際上(shang)也可以(yi)說是(shi)一種工(gong)業專用(yong)應急電(dian)源。
二、使用直流屏有什么好處
用直(zhi)流(liu)屏(ping)的(de)(de)好處是(shi)直(zhi)流(liu)屏(ping)可以不用考慮三相平衡(heng)的(de)(de)問(wen)題;直(zhi)流(liu)屏(ping)安全又(you)可靠。直(zhi)流(liu)屏(ping)可以在交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)正常的(de)(de)情況(kuang)下給蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池組事先充滿電(dian)(dian),當交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)停電(dian)(dian)時(shi),由蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池饋電(dian)(dian),仍能保證(zheng)斷路器的(de)(de)操作、控制、保護和(he)監控用電(dian)(dian)。
三、直流屏的作用
直流屏的作用是用來供應這種直流電源。發電(dian)廠和變電(dian)站中的電(dian)力操(cao)作(zuo)電(dian)源(yuan)現今采(cai)用的都(dou)是(shi)直流(liu)電(dian)源(yuan),它(ta)為(wei)控制負荷和動力負荷以及直流(liu)事(shi)故(gu)照明負荷等提供(gong)電(dian)源(yuan),是(shi)當(dang)代電(dian)力系統控制、保護的基礎。
直流屏主(zhu)要應用于電(dian)力系統中小型發電(dian)廠、水電(dian)站、各類變電(dian)站,和(he)其他使用直流(liu)設(she)備的用戶(如石化、礦山、鐵路(lu)(lu)等(deng)),適用于開關分合(he)閘及二次(ci)回路(lu)(lu)中的儀(yi)器、儀(yi)表、繼(ji)電(dian)保護和(he)故(gu)障照明等(deng)場(chang)合(he)。
四、直流屏的工作原理
直(zhi)流屏電(dian)(dian)(dian)力操作電(dian)(dian)(dian)源系統由交流配電(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)、整流部(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)、直(zhi)流饋電(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)、監(jian)控(kong)(kong)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)組成。其中交流配電(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)主要由交流配電(dian)(dian)(dian)單元組成。整流部(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)由充電(dian)(dian)(dian)模塊(kuai)和(he)隔離二(er)極(ji)管組成。直(zhi)流饋電(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)由降壓硅鏈、絕緣檢測、合(he)閘(zha)分(fen)(fen)(fen)路(lu)和(he)控(kong)(kong)制分(fen)(fen)(fen)路(lu)組成,監(jian)控(kong)(kong)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)由監(jian)控(kong)(kong)模塊(kuai)和(he)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)組成。
系(xi)統交流輸入正常時(shi),兩路(lu)(lu)交流輸入經交流切換(huan)控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)選(xuan)擇其(qi)中一(yi)(yi)路(lu)(lu)輸入,并通過交流配電(dian)(dian)(dian)單元(yuan)給(gei)各個(ge)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊將三相交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)轉換(huan)為220V或110V的(de)直流,經隔(ge)(ge)離二極管隔(ge)(ge)離后并聯輸出,一(yi)(yi)方(fang)面給(gei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),另一(yi)(yi)方(fang)面通過合閘分(fen)路(lu)(lu)和控制分(fen)路(lu)(lu)給(gei)負載提(ti)供正常的(de)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。
交(jiao)流輸入停(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)或異(yi)常(chang)時,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)停(ting)止工(gong)作,由電(dian)(dian)(dian)池通過合閘分(fen)路和控制分(fen)路給負載供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。交(jiao)流輸入恢復正常(chang)以后,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
