一、直流屏蓄電池為什么要進行活化
直流屏蓄電池需要定時的進行充放電才能保持活性,直流屏廠家都知道這個道理,但是很多用戶購買了直流屏以(yi)后(hou),由于(yu)項目原因直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)屏(ping)(ping)長期擱置不用或(huo)者直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)屏(ping)(ping)蓄電池管理(li)不當(dang),造(zao)成直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)屏(ping)(ping)蓄電池失去活性,這時就需要進行蓄電池活化處理(li),那么什么是蓄電池活化呢(ni)?
通常(chang),鉛酸蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)由(you)(you)于長期(qi)擱(ge)置不用(yong),或者由(you)(you)于長期(qi)欠充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),會(hui)導(dao)致活性物(wu)質主要是負極活性物(wu)質的硫化失效,容量衰減,這時,可以進(jin)行幾次(ci)大電(dian)(dian)(dian)流的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)和放電(dian)(dian)(dian)以激(ji)活這些(xie)硫化的活性物(wu)質,這個過程就(jiu)叫活化。直流屏蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)活化實際上就(jiu)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)核對(dui)性容量試(shi)驗,通過試(shi)驗來得知電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)目前的實際保(bao)有容量。
二、直流屏蓄電池放電試驗操作方法
直流(liu)屏蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池放(fang)電(dian)(dian)試驗(yan)每半(ban)年進(jin)行一次(ci),放(fang)電(dian)(dian)負荷為變(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)實際直流(liu)負荷,必要時(shi)可以(yi)加入事(shi)故照明(ming)及逆變(bian)負荷。考(kao)慮到變(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)事(shi)故處理的(de)緊迫性,尤其(qi)是煤(mei)礦地面變(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan),每次(ci)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)時(shi)間不(bu)得低于2小時(shi)。蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池放(fang)電(dian)(dian)試驗(yan)應盡量選擇設備檢修(xiu)的(de)時(shi)間,以(yi)避免因操作不(bu)當引起系統(tong)失電(dian)(dian)導致機(ji)電(dian)(dian)事(shi)故。
1、將直流屏微機監(jian)控單元切(qie)換到主界(jie)面,選擇(ze)參數(shu)顯示。檢查各運行參數(shu)均在正常范(fan)圍(wei)。
2、將(jiang)直流屏交流進線開關斷開(兩路,先斷備(bei)用再斷主用,避免不(bu)必要的交流電(dian)(dian)源自動切(qie)換(huan)),高頻開關電(dian)(dian)源整流器停止工作,蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)即刻(ke)不(bu)間斷地向直流母線供電(dian)(dian)。同時觀察微機監控單元(yuan)參數顯(xian)示(shi)界面的變化(電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)總電(dian)(dian)壓、單只(zhi)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)壓、放(fang)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流)。
3、放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)試驗期(qi)間(jian)應每(mei)隔20分鐘(zhong)對直流屏(ping)巡視記(ji)(ji)錄一次(ci),記(ji)(ji)錄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)總電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)、單(dan)只蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)、放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流等(deng)的參數。放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)開始第一次(ci)記(ji)(ji)錄時(shi)用(yong)萬用(yong)表或標準電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表核對一次(ci)單(dan)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)與(yu)觸摸屏(ping)顯示(shi)的蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)是否相(xiang)符(fu),以(yi)避免傳感器故障造成的微(wei)機監控單(dan)元與(yu)實際蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)不(bu)相(xiang)符(fu)。
4、放電(dian)試驗期間應同時(shi)檢查各蓄電(dian)池(chi)本體有無異(yi)常(chang)(電(dian)池(chi)溫度有無異(yi)常(chang)、有無鼓包、有無放電(dian)聲響)。
5、放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)試(shi)驗過(guo)程中如有(you)單(dan)只蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低于11V,應立即停止(zhi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)試(shi)驗,將交流(liu)進線(xian)恢復(fu)送(song)電(dian)(dian)(dian),記(ji)錄各(ge)項(xiang)數據及放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)間(開始放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)到(dao)終(zhong)止(zhi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的時(shi)間)。如果有(you)單(dan)只蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池低于11V的應該考慮盡早更換整套全部電(dian)(dian)(dian)池,以確保(bao)萬(wan)無一失。
6、直(zhi)流屏蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池總電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)如果在(zai)2小時之內減少到(dao)(dao)205V時(按照廠家(jia)的技術資料(liao)要(yao)求到(dao)(dao)200V為止(zhi),考慮到(dao)(dao)實(shi)際放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)試(shi)驗(yan)操(cao)作時,為避免人員因素發現不及時造成過放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)),應(ying)立即停止(zhi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)試(shi)驗(yan),將交流進(jin)線(xian)恢(hui)復送電(dian)(dian)(dian),即對(dui)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組進(jin)行(xing)充電(dian)(dian)(dian),以免蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池過放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)而損壞,如果不能立即恢(hui)復交流進(jin)線(xian)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),必(bi)須(xu)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組的放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)總開關(guan)爭取在(zai)24小時內對(dui)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組進(jin)行(xing)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
記錄放(fang)電時(shi)(shi)間(開(kai)始放(fang)電到(dao)結(jie)束放(fang)電的時(shi)(shi)間)、初始和終止放(fang)電時(shi)(shi)的放(fang)電電流。如果(guo)出(chu)現上述情況應該考慮盡早更換整套全部電池,以確保萬無一失。
三、直流屏蓄電池日常維護使用注意事項
1、直流屏調試運(yun)行后(hou),整流(liu)器應長期(qi)運(yun)行工(gong)作(zuo),對蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組進(jin)行充電(dian)(dian)(dian)和對母線供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),使(shi)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組保持滿容量的最佳(jia)工(gong)作(zuo)狀態,蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組不能故意循環(huan)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)使(shi)用(yong),以免蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組因使(shi)用(yong)不當而損(sun)壞或大幅降(jiang)低(di)使(shi)用(yong)壽命(ming)(蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)循環(huan)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)即:將蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充滿后(hou)停止整流(liu)器工(gong)作(zuo),用(yong)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)供(gong)母線負載,蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)到終(zhong)止電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,又給蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian),如此循環(huan)使(shi)用(yong)。此行為會大幅降(jiang)低(di)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的使(shi)用(yong)壽命(ming))。
2、直流屏(ping)所配蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)閑置6個月后(包括未(wei)安裝及安裝后未(wei)運行的情況(kuang)),必須對其(qi)進行補充(chong)電(dian)(dian),以免蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組因欠充(chong)而損壞或大幅降低使用壽命(ming)。
特(te)別提醒(xing):現在很多變電(dian)站直(zhi)流(liu)屏(ping)蓄電(dian)池從(cong)安裝(zhuang)投運開始已經三(san)四年了(le),由于(yu)當時技術力量欠缺或者沒(mei)有仔細閱(yue)讀直(zhi)流(liu)屏(ping)使(shi)用(yong)說明書,從(cong)來沒(mei)有進行(xing)過蓄電(dian)池的放電(dian)試驗,此種情況下(xia),蓄電(dian)池壽命基(ji)本上已經大(da)打折扣(kou)了(le)。
