二、直流屏蓄電池放電試驗操作方法

直流屏(ping)蓄電(dian)池放(fang)(fang)電(dian)試(shi)驗每半年(nian)進行(xing)一(yi)次,放(fang)(fang)電(dian)負(fu)荷為變(bian)電(dian)站實際直流負(fu)荷,必要時可以加入事故(gu)照明(ming)及逆變(bian)負(fu)荷。考慮(lv)到變(bian)電(dian)站事故(gu)處理的緊迫性,尤其(qi)是(shi)煤礦地面變(bian)電(dian)站,每次放(fang)(fang)電(dian)時間(jian)不得低于2小時。蓄電(dian)池放(fang)(fang)電(dian)試(shi)驗應盡量(liang)選擇設備(bei)檢修的時間(jian),以避免因操作不當引起(qi)系統失電(dian)導致(zhi)機電(dian)事故(gu)。

1、將直流屏微機監控(kong)單元切(qie)換到主界(jie)面,選擇參數顯(xian)示。檢查各運行參數均在正(zheng)常范圍。

2、將(jiang)直(zhi)流(liu)屏交流(liu)進線開(kai)關(guan)斷開(kai)(兩(liang)路(lu),先斷備(bei)用再斷主(zhu)用,避免不必要的交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)自動切換),高頻開(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)整(zheng)流(liu)器停止(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo),蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組即刻不間斷地(di)向(xiang)直(zhi)流(liu)母線供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。同時觀察微機監控(kong)單元(yuan)參數(shu)顯(xian)示界面的變化(hua)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)池總電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、單只蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu))。

3、放電(dian)試驗期間(jian)應每隔20分鐘對直流屏(ping)巡視(shi)記錄一(yi)次,記錄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)總電(dian)壓(ya)、單只蓄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)壓(ya)、放電(dian)電(dian)流等的參數。放電(dian)開始第一(yi)次記錄時用(yong)萬用(yong)表(biao)或標準電(dian)壓(ya)表(biao)核對一(yi)次單體電(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)壓(ya)與觸摸屏(ping)顯示的蓄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)壓(ya)是否相符,以(yi)避免傳(chuan)感(gan)器故障造成的微機監控(kong)單元與實際蓄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)壓(ya)不相符。

4、放電(dian)試(shi)驗期間應同時檢查(cha)各蓄電(dian)池本(ben)體(ti)有無(wu)(wu)異常(chang)(電(dian)池溫度有無(wu)(wu)異常(chang)、有無(wu)(wu)鼓包、有無(wu)(wu)放電(dian)聲響)。

5、放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)試驗(yan)過程中(zhong)如(ru)有單只蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低于11V,應立即(ji)停(ting)止(zhi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)試驗(yan),將交(jiao)流進線恢(hui)復送(song)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),記錄各項數(shu)據及(ji)放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)間(開始放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)到終止(zhi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的時(shi)間)。如(ru)果有單只蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池低于11V的應該(gai)考慮盡早更換整套(tao)全部電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池,以確保萬無一(yi)失。

6、直流(liu)(liu)屏蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)總電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)如果在2小時之內減少到205V時(按照廠家的(de)技術資料(liao)要求到200V為(wei)止(zhi),考慮到實(shi)際放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)試驗操作時,為(wei)避(bi)免(mian)人員因素發現不及時造(zao)成過放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)),應立即停止(zhi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)試驗,將交流(liu)(liu)進(jin)線(xian)恢復送電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),即對蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組進(jin)行充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),以免(mian)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)過放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)而損壞,如果不能立即恢復交流(liu)(liu)進(jin)線(xian)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),必(bi)須蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組的(de)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)總開關爭取在24小時內對蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組進(jin)行充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。

記錄放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時間(jian)(開始放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)到(dao)結束(shu)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的時間(jian))、初始和終止(zhi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時的放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。如果出現上述情況應該考慮盡早(zao)更(geng)換整套全部電(dian)(dian)(dian)池,以(yi)確保萬無一失。

三、直流屏蓄電池日常維護使用注意事項
