一、直流屏蓄電池為什么要進行活化
直流屏蓄電池需要定時的進行充放電才能保持活性,直流屏廠家都知道這個道理,但是很多用戶購買了直流屏以后,由(you)于項目原因直流屏(ping)長期擱(ge)置不用或者(zhe)直流屏(ping)蓄(xu)電池管理(li)不當,造(zao)成直流屏(ping)蓄(xu)電池失去活性(xing),這時就需要(yao)進行蓄(xu)電池活化(hua)處(chu)理(li),那么(me)(me)什么(me)(me)是蓄(xu)電池活化(hua)呢?
通常,鉛酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)由(you)于(yu)長期擱(ge)置(zhi)不用(yong),或者由(you)于(yu)長期欠(qian)充電(dian),會導致活(huo)性(xing)物質主要(yao)是負(fu)極活(huo)性(xing)物質的硫化(hua)失效,容(rong)量(liang)衰減,這時,可以(yi)(yi)進(jin)行幾次大(da)電(dian)流的充電(dian)和放電(dian)以(yi)(yi)激(ji)活(huo)這些(xie)硫化(hua)的活(huo)性(xing)物質,這個過程就(jiu)叫活(huo)化(hua)。直流屏蓄電(dian)池(chi)活(huo)化(hua)實際(ji)上就(jiu)是電(dian)池(chi)核對性(xing)容(rong)量(liang)試驗,通過試驗來(lai)得(de)知電(dian)池(chi)目前(qian)的實際(ji)保(bao)有容(rong)量(liang)。
二、直流屏蓄電池放電試驗操作方法
直流屏蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)試驗每(mei)半年(nian)進(jin)行(xing)一次,放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)負(fu)荷(he)(he)為變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站實際直流負(fu)荷(he)(he),必要(yao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)可以加入事故照明(ming)及逆變負(fu)荷(he)(he)。考慮到變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站事故處理(li)的(de)緊迫性,尤其是煤礦地面(mian)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站,每(mei)次放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間不(bu)得低(di)于2小時(shi)(shi)(shi)。蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)試驗應盡量(liang)選擇(ze)設備檢修的(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間,以避(bi)免(mian)因(yin)操作(zuo)不(bu)當引起系統失(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導致機電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)事故。
1、將直流屏(ping)微(wei)機監控單元切換到主(zhu)界面,選擇參(can)數顯示。檢查各運行參(can)數均在正常范圍。
2、將直(zhi)流(liu)屏交(jiao)流(liu)進線開(kai)(kai)關斷開(kai)(kai)(兩路,先斷備用再(zai)斷主用,避免不必要的交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)源自動切換(huan)),高頻開(kai)(kai)關電(dian)(dian)源整流(liu)器停止工作,蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池組(zu)即刻不間(jian)斷地向直(zhi)流(liu)母線供(gong)電(dian)(dian)。同時觀察微機監控單(dan)元(yuan)參(can)數顯示(shi)界(jie)面的變化(電(dian)(dian)池總電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、單(dan)只蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu))。
3、放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)試驗期間應每隔20分鐘對直(zhi)流屏巡視記(ji)錄一次(ci),記(ji)錄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)總電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、單(dan)只蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流等的(de)參數。放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)開始(shi)第一次(ci)記(ji)錄時用(yong)(yong)萬(wan)用(yong)(yong)表或標準電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓表核對一次(ci)單(dan)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓與觸(chu)摸屏顯示的(de)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓是否(fou)相(xiang)符,以避(bi)免(mian)傳感器故障造成(cheng)的(de)微(wei)機監控單(dan)元與實際蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓不相(xiang)符。
4、放電試驗期間應同(tong)時檢查各蓄電池(chi)本體有(you)無(wu)(wu)異常(電池(chi)溫度有(you)無(wu)(wu)異常、有(you)無(wu)(wu)鼓包、有(you)無(wu)(wu)放電聲(sheng)響)。
5、放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)試(shi)驗過程中如有(you)單只(zhi)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低(di)于(yu)11V,應立即停止(zhi)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)試(shi)驗,將交流進(jin)線恢復送電(dian)(dian)(dian),記錄各項數據及放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時間(jian)(開始放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)到(dao)終止(zhi)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的時間(jian))。如果有(you)單只(zhi)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池低(di)于(yu)11V的應該考慮盡(jin)早(zao)更換整套全部電(dian)(dian)(dian)池,以確保萬無(wu)一(yi)失。
6、直(zhi)流屏蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)總(zong)電(dian)(dian)壓放電(dian)(dian)如果在2小時(shi)(shi)之(zhi)內(nei)減少到205V時(shi)(shi)(按照廠家(jia)的(de)技術(shu)資料要(yao)求到200V為止,考慮到實際放電(dian)(dian)試驗(yan)操作時(shi)(shi),為避(bi)免人員因素發現(xian)不及時(shi)(shi)造成過放電(dian)(dian)),應立(li)即(ji)停止放電(dian)(dian)試驗(yan),將交流進線恢復(fu)送電(dian)(dian),即(ji)對(dui)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)進行充電(dian)(dian),以免蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)過放電(dian)(dian)而損壞,如果不能立(li)即(ji)恢復(fu)交流進線供電(dian)(dian),必須蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)的(de)放電(dian)(dian)總(zong)開關爭取在24小時(shi)(shi)內(nei)對(dui)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)進行充電(dian)(dian)。
記錄放(fang)電(dian)時間(jian)(開始放(fang)電(dian)到結束(shu)放(fang)電(dian)的(de)(de)時間(jian))、初始和終止放(fang)電(dian)時的(de)(de)放(fang)電(dian)電(dian)流。如果出(chu)現上(shang)述情況應該考慮盡早(zao)更換整套全部電(dian)池,以確(que)保萬(wan)無一(yi)失(shi)。
三、直流屏蓄電池日常維護使用注意事項
1、直流屏調試運(yun)行后,整流(liu)器(qi)應長期運(yun)行工(gong)作(zuo),對(dui)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)組(zu)進(jin)行充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)和對(dui)母線(xian)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),使蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)組(zu)保持(chi)滿容量的最佳(jia)工(gong)作(zuo)狀態,蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)組(zu)不能(neng)故(gu)意(yi)循(xun)環(huan)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)使用(yong),以免(mian)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)組(zu)因使用(yong)不當(dang)而損壞(huai)或大幅降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)使用(yong)壽命(蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)循(xun)環(huan)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)即:將蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)充滿后停(ting)止整流(liu)器(qi)工(gong)作(zuo),用(yong)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)供(gong)母線(xian)負載,蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)到終止電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,又給(gei)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),如此循(xun)環(huan)使用(yong)。此行為會大幅降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的使用(yong)壽命)。
2、直流(liu)屏所配蓄(xu)電(dian)池閑置6個月后(hou)(hou)(包括未(wei)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)及安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)后(hou)(hou)未(wei)運(yun)行(xing)的情況),必(bi)須對其進(jin)行(xing)補充電(dian),以(yi)免蓄(xu)電(dian)池組因欠充而損壞或大幅降(jiang)低使用(yong)壽命。
特別提醒(xing):現在很多(duo)變電(dian)站直流屏(ping)蓄電(dian)池從安裝(zhuang)投運開始已經三(san)四(si)年了,由于當(dang)時(shi)技術(shu)力量欠缺或者(zhe)沒有(you)仔細(xi)閱讀直流屏(ping)使(shi)用說明書,從來(lai)沒有(you)進行過蓄電(dian)池的放電(dian)試驗,此種情況下,蓄電(dian)池壽命(ming)基本(ben)上已經大打折扣了。
