一、直流屏一般用在什么(me)地方
直流屏是直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)操作系統的簡稱,通(tong)用(yong)名為(wei)(wei)(wei)智(zhi)能(neng)免維護直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)屏,通(tong)用(yong)型(xing)號為(wei)(wei)(wei)GZDW。它的主要功(gong)能(neng)是把(ba)交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)轉化為(wei)(wei)(wei)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)。電(dian)(dian)廠和(he)變電(dian)(dian)站中(zhong)的電(dian)(dian)力操作電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)現今采(cai)用(yong)的都(dou)是直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),它為(wei)(wei)(wei)控制(zhi)負荷和(he)動(dong)力負荷以及直流(liu)事故照明負荷等(deng)提供(gong)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),是當代電(dian)(dian)力系統控制(zhi)、保護的基礎。
直流屏的應用范圍主要包括:新建或(huo)需要改造的各類(lei)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠、水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站;10KV、35KV、110KV、220KV、500KV等各類(lei)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站;為高壓(ya)開關(guan)、繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保護、應急燈(deng)光照明(ming)等提供控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源和(he)操作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源;可用于、冶金、石化(hua)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣化(hua)鐵路等需要220V(110V)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的場合(he);通信、鐵路交(jiao)換局(ju)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信、農話、移動基站,接入網(wang)等場合(he)提供直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等級一(yi)般(ban)為DC48V或(huo)者(zhe)DC24V。
二、直流屏的工作原理
直流屏電(dian)(dian)(dian)力操作電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)系統由(you)(you)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)分(fen)、整流(liu)(liu)部(bu)分(fen)、直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)饋電(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)分(fen)、監控(kong)部(bu)分(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)。其中交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)分(fen)主要由(you)(you)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)單(dan)元組(zu)成(cheng)。整流(liu)(liu)部(bu)分(fen)由(you)(you)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)模塊和隔離二(er)極管(guan)組(zu)成(cheng)。直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)饋電(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)分(fen)由(you)(you)降(jiang)壓硅鏈、絕緣檢測、合閘分(fen)路和控(kong)制分(fen)路組(zu)成(cheng),監控(kong)部(bu)分(fen)由(you)(you)監控(kong)模塊和配電(dian)(dian)(dian)監控(kong)組(zu)成(cheng)。
系統交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸(shu)(shu)入正(zheng)常時,兩路(lu)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸(shu)(shu)入經交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)切換控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)選擇其中(zhong)一路(lu)輸(shu)(shu)入,并(bing)通過交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)單元給各個充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)(mo)塊供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)(mo)塊將三相交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)轉換為(wei)220V或110V的直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu),經隔(ge)離二極管隔(ge)離后并(bing)聯輸(shu)(shu)出(chu),一方面(mian)給電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),另一方面(mian)通過合(he)閘分路(lu)和控制分路(lu)給負載提供(gong)正(zheng)常的直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。
交流輸(shu)入(ru)停電或異常時,充電模塊停止(zhi)工作,由(you)電池通(tong)過合閘(zha)分路(lu)和控制分路(lu)給負載供電。交流輸(shu)入(ru)恢(hui)復正常以后,充電模塊對電池充電。
