一、直流屏一般用(yong)在(zai)什(shen)么(me)地方
直流屏是(shi)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流電源(yuan)操(cao)作(zuo)系(xi)統的(de)(de)簡稱,通(tong)用名(ming)為(wei)(wei)智能免維護(hu)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流電源(yuan)屏(ping),通(tong)用型(xing)號為(wei)(wei)GZDW。它的(de)(de)主要功能是(shi)把交流電轉化為(wei)(wei)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流電。電廠和變(bian)電站中(zhong)的(de)(de)電力(li)操(cao)作(zuo)電源(yuan)現今(jin)采用的(de)(de)都是(shi)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流電源(yuan),它為(wei)(wei)控制負(fu)荷(he)和動力(li)負(fu)荷(he)以及直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流事故照(zhao)明負(fu)荷(he)等提供(gong)電源(yuan),是(shi)當代電力(li)系(xi)統控制、保(bao)護(hu)的(de)(de)基(ji)礎。
直流屏的應用范圍主要包括:新建(jian)或(huo)需要(yao)改(gai)造(zao)的各類(lei)發電(dian)(dian)廠、水電(dian)(dian)站;10KV、35KV、110KV、220KV、500KV等各類(lei)變電(dian)(dian)站;為高壓開關、繼電(dian)(dian)保護、應急燈光照明等提供控制電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)和操作電(dian)(dian)源(yuan);可用于、冶金、石化、電(dian)(dian)氣化鐵路等需要(yao)220V(110V)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的場(chang)(chang)合(he);通信、鐵路交換(huan)局、電(dian)(dian)信、農話、移動(dong)基站,接(jie)入網(wang)等場(chang)(chang)合(he)提供直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)壓等級一般為DC48V或(huo)者DC24V。
二、直流屏的工作原理
直流屏電力操作電源系統由交(jiao)流(liu)配電部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)、整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)、直流(liu)饋(kui)電部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)、監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)。其中(zhong)交(jiao)流(liu)配電部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)主要(yao)由交(jiao)流(liu)配電單元組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)。整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)由充電模塊(kuai)和(he)隔離二極管組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)。直流(liu)饋(kui)電部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)由降壓硅(gui)鏈(lian)、絕(jue)緣檢測、合(he)閘分(fen)(fen)路和(he)控(kong)制分(fen)(fen)路組(zu)(zu)成(cheng),監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)由監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)模塊(kuai)和(he)配電監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)。
系統交流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)入(ru)正常時(shi),兩(liang)路(lu)交流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)入(ru)經(jing)交流(liu)(liu)切換控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)選(xuan)擇其中一路(lu)輸(shu)入(ru),并(bing)通過(guo)交流(liu)(liu)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)單元給(gei)(gei)各個充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊將三相(xiang)交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)轉換為220V或110V的(de)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu),經(jing)隔(ge)離(li)二極管(guan)隔(ge)離(li)后并(bing)聯輸(shu)出,一方面(mian)給(gei)(gei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),另一方面(mian)通過(guo)合閘(zha)分路(lu)和控制(zhi)分路(lu)給(gei)(gei)負(fu)載提供(gong)正常的(de)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源。
交(jiao)流輸入(ru)停電(dian)(dian)(dian)或異常時(shi),充電(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊(kuai)停止(zhi)工作,由電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)通過(guo)合閘分路(lu)(lu)和控(kong)制(zhi)分路(lu)(lu)給負(fu)載供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。交(jiao)流輸入(ru)恢復正常以(yi)后,充電(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊(kuai)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
