一、直流屏一般用在什么(me)地方
直流屏是直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)操作(zuo)系統的簡稱,通用(yong)名為(wei)智能免維護直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)屏,通用(yong)型(xing)號(hao)為(wei)GZDW。它的主要功能是把交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)轉化(hua)為(wei)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠和變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站中(zhong)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力操作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)現今采(cai)用(yong)的都(dou)是直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),它為(wei)控制負(fu)荷和動力負(fu)荷以及直流(liu)(liu)事故照(zhao)明負(fu)荷等提供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),是當代電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力系統控制、保護的基(ji)礎(chu)。
直流屏的應用范圍主要包括:新建或需要改造的各(ge)類(lei)發電(dian)廠、水電(dian)站;10KV、35KV、110KV、220KV、500KV等(deng)各(ge)類(lei)變電(dian)站;為高壓開(kai)關、繼電(dian)保護、應(ying)急燈光照明等(deng)提(ti)供(gong)控制電(dian)源和操作電(dian)源;可(ke)用于、冶金(jin)、石化(hua)、電(dian)氣化(hua)鐵(tie)路(lu)等(deng)需要220V(110V)直(zhi)流電(dian)源的場(chang)合;通信、鐵(tie)路(lu)交換局、電(dian)信、農話、移動基站,接入網等(deng)場(chang)合提(ti)供(gong)直(zhi)流電(dian),電(dian)壓等(deng)級一般為DC48V或者DC24V。
二、直流屏的工作原理
直流屏電(dian)力操(cao)作電(dian)源(yuan)系統由(you)(you)(you)交流(liu)配(pei)電(dian)部(bu)(bu)分、整流(liu)部(bu)(bu)分、直流(liu)饋(kui)(kui)電(dian)部(bu)(bu)分、監控(kong)部(bu)(bu)分組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng)。其中交流(liu)配(pei)電(dian)部(bu)(bu)分主要由(you)(you)(you)交流(liu)配(pei)電(dian)單元組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng)。整流(liu)部(bu)(bu)分由(you)(you)(you)充(chong)電(dian)模塊(kuai)和隔離(li)二極管(guan)組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng)。直流(liu)饋(kui)(kui)電(dian)部(bu)(bu)分由(you)(you)(you)降壓硅鏈、絕緣(yuan)檢測、合閘(zha)分路和控(kong)制分路組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng),監控(kong)部(bu)(bu)分由(you)(you)(you)監控(kong)模塊(kuai)和配(pei)電(dian)監控(kong)組(zu)(zu)(zu)成(cheng)。
系統交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸入正常時,兩路交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸入經交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)切換控制電(dian)路選擇其中(zhong)一路輸入,并通過交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)配(pei)電(dian)單元給(gei)(gei)各(ge)個(ge)充(chong)電(dian)模(mo)塊(kuai)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)。充(chong)電(dian)模(mo)塊(kuai)將三相交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)轉換為220V或110V的直流(liu)(liu)(liu),經隔(ge)離(li)(li)二極(ji)管隔(ge)離(li)(li)后并聯輸出(chu),一方(fang)面給(gei)(gei)電(dian)池充(chong)電(dian),另一方(fang)面通過合閘分路和控制分路給(gei)(gei)負載提(ti)供(gong)(gong)正常的直流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)源。
交(jiao)流(liu)輸入(ru)停電(dian)或(huo)異常時,充(chong)電(dian)模塊停止工作,由電(dian)池通過合閘分路(lu)和控制分路(lu)給負載(zai)供電(dian)。交(jiao)流(liu)輸入(ru)恢復(fu)正(zheng)常以后,充(chong)電(dian)模塊對電(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)。
