一、直(zhi)流屏一般(ban)用在什么地方
直流屏是(shi)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源操作(zuo)系(xi)統的簡稱,通用(yong)(yong)名為(wei)智能免維(wei)護直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源屏,通用(yong)(yong)型號為(wei)GZDW。它(ta)的主(zhu)要功(gong)能是(shi)把交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)轉化為(wei)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠和(he)(he)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)站中的電(dian)(dian)(dian)力操作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源現今(jin)采用(yong)(yong)的都是(shi)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,它(ta)為(wei)控制負荷和(he)(he)動力負荷以及(ji)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)事故照明負荷等提供電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,是(shi)當代電(dian)(dian)(dian)力系(xi)統控制、保護的基礎。
直流屏的應用范圍主要包括:新建或(huo)需要(yao)改造的各(ge)類發電(dian)(dian)廠、水電(dian)(dian)站(zhan);10KV、35KV、110KV、220KV、500KV等各(ge)類變(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan);為(wei)高壓開關、繼電(dian)(dian)保護、應急燈光照明(ming)等提供控制電(dian)(dian)源和操作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)源;可用(yong)于、冶金、石化、電(dian)(dian)氣化鐵(tie)路(lu)等需要(yao)220V(110V)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)源的場(chang)(chang)合;通信、鐵(tie)路(lu)交(jiao)換局、電(dian)(dian)信、農話、移動基站(zhan),接入網等場(chang)(chang)合提供直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)壓等級(ji)一般為(wei)DC48V或(huo)者DC24V。
二、直流屏的工作原理
直流屏電力操(cao)作電源系統由(you)交(jiao)流(liu)配電部分(fen)(fen)(fen)、整流(liu)部分(fen)(fen)(fen)、直流(liu)饋電部分(fen)(fen)(fen)、監(jian)控(kong)部分(fen)(fen)(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。其中交(jiao)流(liu)配電部分(fen)(fen)(fen)主要由(you)交(jiao)流(liu)配電單元組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。整流(liu)部分(fen)(fen)(fen)由(you)充電模(mo)塊和(he)(he)隔(ge)離二極(ji)管(guan)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。直流(liu)饋電部分(fen)(fen)(fen)由(you)降壓(ya)硅鏈、絕緣檢測、合閘(zha)分(fen)(fen)(fen)路(lu)和(he)(he)控(kong)制分(fen)(fen)(fen)路(lu)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng),監(jian)控(kong)部分(fen)(fen)(fen)由(you)監(jian)控(kong)模(mo)塊和(he)(he)配電監(jian)控(kong)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。
系統交流(liu)輸入(ru)正常(chang)(chang)時,兩路(lu)交流(liu)輸入(ru)經(jing)交流(liu)切換控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)選(xuan)擇其中一路(lu)輸入(ru),并(bing)通過(guo)交流(liu)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)單元給(gei)各(ge)個充(chong)電(dian)(dian)模塊(kuai)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)。充(chong)電(dian)(dian)模塊(kuai)將三(san)相(xiang)交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)轉換為220V或110V的直(zhi)流(liu),經(jing)隔離二極管(guan)隔離后并(bing)聯輸出,一方面給(gei)電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian),另一方面通過(guo)合閘分(fen)路(lu)和控(kong)制(zhi)分(fen)路(lu)給(gei)負(fu)載提供(gong)正常(chang)(chang)的直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)源。
交流輸入停(ting)電(dian)或異常(chang)(chang)時,充電(dian)模(mo)塊停(ting)止工作,由電(dian)池(chi)通(tong)過合閘分(fen)(fen)路(lu)和控制(zhi)分(fen)(fen)路(lu)給負載(zai)供電(dian)。交流輸入恢(hui)復(fu)正常(chang)(chang)以后,充電(dian)模(mo)塊對電(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)。
