一、什么是直流屏
直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流屏是(shi)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)操(cao)作系統的簡(jian)稱。通(tong)用(yong)名為(wei)智能免維護直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)屏,簡(jian)稱直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流屏,通(tong)用(yong)型(xing)號(hao)為(wei)GZDW。簡(jian)單(dan)地(di)說,直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流屏就是(shi)提供穩定(ding)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)的設備。在輸(shu)入(ru)380V電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)時直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接轉(zhuan)化為(wei)220V,市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)和備用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)均無輸(shu)入(ru)時,直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接轉(zhuan)化為(wei)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池供電(dian)(dian)(dian)——直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流220V:實際上也可以(yi)說是(shi)一(yi)種工業(ye)專用(yong)應急電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)。
二、使用直流屏有什么好處
用直流(liu)屏(ping)(ping)的好處(chu)是直流(liu)屏(ping)(ping)可(ke)以不用考慮三相平衡(heng)的問(wen)題;直流(liu)屏(ping)(ping)安全又可(ke)靠。直流(liu)屏(ping)(ping)可(ke)以在交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)正常的情況下給蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組事先充(chong)滿電(dian)(dian)(dian),當交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)停(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi),由蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)饋電(dian)(dian)(dian),仍能保證(zheng)斷(duan)路器的操作(zuo)、控制、保護和監控用電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
三、直流屏的作用
直流屏的作用是用來供應這種直流電源。發電(dian)(dian)廠和變電(dian)(dian)站中(zhong)的電(dian)(dian)力(li)操(cao)作電(dian)(dian)源現今采用的都是直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)源,它為控制(zhi)負(fu)荷(he)和動(dong)力(li)負(fu)荷(he)以及直(zhi)流(liu)事故(gu)照明負(fu)荷(he)等(deng)提供電(dian)(dian)源,是當代電(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)統控制(zhi)、保護(hu)的基(ji)礎。
直流屏主要應(ying)用于(yu)電(dian)力系統中小型發電(dian)廠、水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)、各類(lei)變電(dian)站(zhan),和其他使(shi)用直流設備(bei)的用戶(如石化(hua)、礦(kuang)山、鐵路等),適用于(yu)開(kai)關分合(he)閘及二次回路中的儀器、儀表、繼電(dian)保護和故障照明(ming)等場合(he)。
四、直流屏的工作原理
直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)屏(ping)電力操作電源(yuan)系(xi)統由交流(liu)配電部(bu)(bu)分、整流(liu)部(bu)(bu)分、直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)饋(kui)電部(bu)(bu)分、監(jian)(jian)控(kong)部(bu)(bu)分組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。其中交流(liu)配電部(bu)(bu)分主要由交流(liu)配電單(dan)元組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。整流(liu)部(bu)(bu)分由充電模(mo)塊(kuai)和(he)隔離二極管組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)饋(kui)電部(bu)(bu)分由降壓硅鏈、絕緣檢測、合閘分路和(he)控(kong)制分路組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),監(jian)(jian)控(kong)部(bu)(bu)分由監(jian)(jian)控(kong)模(mo)塊(kuai)和(he)配電監(jian)(jian)控(kong)組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。
系統(tong)交流(liu)(liu)輸入正常(chang)時,兩路交流(liu)(liu)輸入經交流(liu)(liu)切換控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路選(xuan)擇其中(zhong)一(yi)路輸入,并(bing)通(tong)過交流(liu)(liu)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)單元給(gei)(gei)各個充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)模塊供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)模塊將三相交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)轉換為220V或110V的(de)直流(liu)(liu),經隔離二極管隔離后并(bing)聯輸出,一(yi)方面給(gei)(gei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),另(ling)一(yi)方面通(tong)過合閘(zha)分(fen)路和(he)控制(zhi)分(fen)路給(gei)(gei)負載提供正常(chang)的(de)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。
交流(liu)(liu)輸入停電或異(yi)常(chang)(chang)時,充(chong)電模塊停止工作,由(you)電池(chi)通過合閘分(fen)(fen)路(lu)和(he)控制(zhi)分(fen)(fen)路(lu)給負載(zai)供(gong)電。交流(liu)(liu)輸入恢復正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)以后,充(chong)電模塊對電池(chi)充(chong)電。
