LTD”)前身(shen)為江西(xi)(xi)省(sheng)(sheng)鹽業集(ji)團公司(si),是于2005年經(jing)(jing)(jing)江西(xi)(xi)省(sheng)(sheng)政(zheng)府批準組建成立的全民所有(you)(you)(you)制(zhi)(zhi)企業。混改(gai)采取剝離非經(jing)(jing)(jing)營(ying)性資產(chan)后(hou),江西(xi)(xi)省(sheng)(sheng)國資委以(yi)經(jing)(jing)(jing)評估的經(jing)(jing)(jing)營(ying)性資產(chan)出資,通(tong)過增資擴股(gu)(gu)方式引入中國信達等4家戰略投資者。2015年底,集(ji)團先后(hou)完(wan)成公司(si)制(zhi)(zhi)改(gai)造和混合所有(you)(you)(you)制(zhi)(zhi)改(gai)革,2016年以(yi)整體變更方式完(wan)成股(gu)(gu)份(fen)制(zhi)(zhi)改(gai)革。
