果(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)是以水果(guo)為(wei)原料經過物理方法如(ru)壓榨、離心(xin)、萃取等(deng)得到的汁(zhi)(zhi)液(ye)產品,一般(ban)是指(zhi)純果(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)或100%果(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)。
果(guo)(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)按形態分為(wei)(wei)澄(cheng)(cheng)清果(guo)(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和混濁果(guo)(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。澄(cheng)(cheng)清果(guo)(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)澄(cheng)(cheng)清透明,如蘋果(guo)(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),而混濁果(guo)(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)均勻(yun)混濁,如橙汁(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi);按果(guo)(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)含(han)量(liang)分為(wei)(wei)原果(guo)(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、水果(guo)(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、果(guo)(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)飲料、果(guo)(guo)(guo)粒果(guo)(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)飲料、果(guo)(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)類汽水、果(guo)(guo)(guo)味(wei)型飲料。
