離(li)(li)合器的(de)(de)主動(dong)部分(fen)和(he)從動(dong)部分(fen)借接(jie)觸(chu)面間的(de)(de)摩擦(ca)作(zuo)用(yong),或(huo)是用(yong)液體作(zuo)為傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)介質(液力(li)偶合器),或(huo)是用(yong)磁力(li)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(電(dian)磁離(li)(li)合器)來傳(chuan)(chuan)遞轉(zhuan)矩,使兩者(zhe)之間可(ke)以(yi)暫時分(fen)離(li)(li),又(you)(you)可(ke)逐(zhu)漸接(jie)合,在傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)過程中又(you)(you)允許兩部分(fen)相互(hu)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。
目(mu)前(qian)在(zai)汽車上廣泛采用的(de)是(shi)用彈簧壓緊的(de)摩(mo)擦離(li)合(he)器(簡稱為(wei)摩(mo)擦離(li)合(he)器)。
發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)發(fa)出的轉矩,通(tong)過飛輪及壓(ya)盤(pan)與從動(dong)(dong)(dong)盤(pan)接觸面的摩擦作用,傳(chuan)給從動(dong)(dong)(dong)盤(pan)。當駕駛員踩下離合器踏(ta)板時,通(tong)過機(ji)件的傳(chuan)遞,使膜片彈簧大(da)端帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)壓(ya)盤(pan)后移,此(ci)時從動(dong)(dong)(dong)部(bu)分與主動(dong)(dong)(dong)部(bu)分分離。
