浙(zhe)江(jiang)省市場監管(guan)(guan)局(ju)產品監管(guan)(guan)處處長田軍(jun),浙(zhe)江(jiang)省消防救援總隊防火監督(du)處徐懌,浙(zhe)江(jiang)省公安廳車管(guan)(guan)所副所長黃大勇、浙(zhe)江(jiang)省自(zi)行(xing)車電動車行(xing)業(ye)(ye)協會理事長陳建龍,以及來自(zi)省內外(wai)共享出行(xing)企業(ye)(ye)、充(chong)換電企業(ye)(ye)、快遞外(wai)賣企業(ye)(ye)等近50家單位共80余人參加了會議(yi)。
據悉(xi),GB/T 42236.1—2022《電(dian)動自(zi)行車(che)集(ji)中(zhong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)設(she)施(shi)(shi) 第1部分:技(ji)術(shu)規范》于(yu)2022年(nian)12月(yue)30日發布,將于(yu)今(jin)年(nian)7月(yue)1日實施(shi)(shi)。T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)動自(zi)行車(che)充(chong)(chong)換電(dian)消防安全技(ji)術(shu)要求》已于(yu)今(jin)年(nian)5月(yue)27日實施(shi)(shi)。該標準提出(chu)(chu)了電(dian)動自(zi)行車(che)集(ji)中(zhong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)設(she)施(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)要求,明確了對(dui)交流充(chong)(chong)電(dian)控制器、換電(dian)柜和充(chong)(chong)電(dian)柜的(de)(de)適用范圍,并(bing)對(dui)電(dian)動自(zi)行車(che)集(ji)中(zhong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)設(she)施(shi)(shi)試驗(yan)方法做出(chu)(chu)了詳細規定。
會(hui)上(shang),杭州海康消防科技有限公司標(biao)準(zhun)化工程師《電(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行車充換電(dian)消防安全(quan)技術要求》主(zhu)要起草(cao)人崔國(guo)慶,分析了各行業的特(te)點及企業面(mian)對的困(kun)難(nan),并從整體情(qing)況及對應國(guo)標(biao)的創新點、主(zhu)要技術內容、要求等方面(mian)對標(biao)準(zhun)做了解析。
