浙江省自(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業協(xie)會(hui)(hui)、浙江省自(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業協(xie)會(hui)(hui)充換(huan)電(dian)(dian)分會(hui)(hui)在杭(hang)州組(zu)織召開GB/T 42236.1—2022《電(dian)(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)集(ji)中充電(dian)(dian)設施(shi) 第1部(bu)分:技術(shu)(shu)規范(fan)》、T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)充換(huan)電(dian)(dian)消防安(an)全(quan)技術(shu)(shu)要求》標(biao)準宣貫會(hui)(hui)。人民出(chu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)作(zuo)為T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)充換(huan)電(dian)(dian)消防安(an)全(quan)技術(shu)(shu)要求》起(qi)草成員單位,受邀(yao)參(can)加(jia)此次(ci)宣貫會(hui)(hui)。
浙(zhe)江(jiang)省市場(chang)監(jian)管(guan)局產品監(jian)管(guan)處(chu)處(chu)長田(tian)軍(jun),浙(zhe)江(jiang)省消防救援總隊防火監(jian)督(du)處(chu)徐懌,浙(zhe)江(jiang)省公(gong)安廳車管(guan)所(suo)副所(suo)長黃大勇、浙(zhe)江(jiang)省自(zi)行車電(dian)動(dong)車行業協會理事長陳建(jian)龍,以及來自(zi)省內(nei)外(wai)共(gong)享(xiang)出行企(qi)業、充換(huan)電(dian)企(qi)業、快遞外(wai)賣企(qi)業等(deng)近50家(jia)單位共(gong)80余人參加了會議(yi)。
據(ju)悉,GB/T 42236.1—2022《電(dian)(dian)動自(zi)(zi)行車(che)集(ji)中(zhong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)設(she)施(shi) 第1部分(fen):技(ji)術(shu)規范》于(yu)2022年(nian)12月30日發布,將(jiang)于(yu)今(jin)年(nian)7月1日實施(shi)。T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)(dian)動自(zi)(zi)行車(che)充(chong)(chong)換電(dian)(dian)消防安全技(ji)術(shu)要求(qiu)》已于(yu)今(jin)年(nian)5月27日實施(shi)。該標準提出(chu)(chu)了(le)電(dian)(dian)動自(zi)(zi)行車(che)集(ji)中(zhong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)設(she)施(shi)的(de)技(ji)術(shu)要求(qiu),明確(que)了(le)對交(jiao)流充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)控制器、換電(dian)(dian)柜(ju)和充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)柜(ju)的(de)適用范圍,并對電(dian)(dian)動自(zi)(zi)行車(che)集(ji)中(zhong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)設(she)施(shi)試驗(yan)方法做出(chu)(chu)了(le)詳(xiang)細規定。
會上,杭州海康消(xiao)防(fang)科(ke)技有限公司(si)標準化工程師(shi)《電(dian)動自(zi)行車充換電(dian)消(xiao)防(fang)安全技術要(yao)求》主要(yao)起草人崔國慶(qing),分(fen)析(xi)了各行業的特點及企業面(mian)對(dui)的困難,并(bing)從整(zheng)體情(qing)況及對(dui)應國標的創新點、主要(yao)技術內(nei)容、要(yao)求等(deng)方面(mian)對(dui)標準做(zuo)了解析(xi)。
