浙江(jiang)省自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)電動(dong)車(che)(che)(che)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)協(xie)會(hui)、浙江(jiang)省自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)電動(dong)車(che)(che)(che)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)協(xie)會(hui)充換(huan)電分(fen)會(hui)在杭州組織召開GB/T 42236.1—2022《電動(dong)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)集中充電設施(shi) 第(di)1部分(fen):技(ji)術規范(fan)》、T/ZJBE 002—2023《電動(dong)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)充換(huan)電消防(fang)安全(quan)技(ji)術要求》標準(zhun)宣(xuan)貫會(hui)。人民出行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)作(zuo)為(wei)T/ZJBE 002—2023《電動(dong)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)充換(huan)電消防(fang)安全(quan)技(ji)術要求》起草成(cheng)員單位,受邀參加此(ci)次宣(xuan)貫會(hui)。
浙江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)省(sheng)市場監管(guan)局產(chan)品監管(guan)處(chu)處(chu)長(chang)(chang)田軍,浙江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)省(sheng)消防救援總(zong)隊防火監督處(chu)徐(xu)懌,浙江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)省(sheng)公安廳車管(guan)所副所長(chang)(chang)黃大(da)勇(yong)、浙江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)省(sheng)自(zi)(zi)行車電(dian)動車行業協會(hui)(hui)理事長(chang)(chang)陳建龍,以及來(lai)自(zi)(zi)省(sheng)內外(wai)共享出(chu)行企業、充換電(dian)企業、快遞外(wai)賣(mai)企業等近50家單位共80余人參加了會(hui)(hui)議。
據悉,GB/T 42236.1—2022《電(dian)(dian)(dian)動自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)行(xing)車(che)集中充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設施(shi) 第1部分:技(ji)術規(gui)范(fan)》于(yu)2022年12月(yue)30日發(fa)布,將于(yu)今年7月(yue)1日實(shi)施(shi)。T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)(dian)(dian)動自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)行(xing)車(che)充(chong)換電(dian)(dian)(dian)消防安全技(ji)術要(yao)求》已于(yu)今年5月(yue)27日實(shi)施(shi)。該標準提出了電(dian)(dian)(dian)動自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)行(xing)車(che)集中充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設施(shi)的技(ji)術要(yao)求,明確了對交流(liu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)控制(zhi)器、換電(dian)(dian)(dian)柜和充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)柜的適(shi)用范(fan)圍,并對電(dian)(dian)(dian)動自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)行(xing)車(che)集中充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設施(shi)試驗方法(fa)做出了詳細(xi)規(gui)定。
會上,杭州海康消(xiao)防(fang)科技有限公司標準化工程師《電動(dong)自行(xing)車充(chong)換電消(xiao)防(fang)安全技術要求》主要起草人崔國慶,分析了各行(xing)業的特(te)點(dian)及(ji)企業面對的困難(nan),并從整體情況及(ji)對應國標的創新點(dian)、主要技術內容(rong)、要求等方面對標準做了解析。
當前,電(dian)(dian)動自行車因充(chong)電(dian)(dian)、自燃等原因導致的(de)火災事故(gu)頻發,“集(ji)中(zhong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)”“以換代充(chong)”“車電(dian)(dian)分離(li)”的(de)供電(dian)(dian)模式(shi)可(ke)(ke)從源頭(tou)上解決(jue)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)安全(quan)(quan)問(wen)題。業內專家徐懌(yi)介紹了近年(nian)來電(dian)(dian)動自行車消防安全(quan)(quan)事故(gu)的(de)情(qing)況,從安全(quan)(quan)層面,集(ji)中(zhong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)可(ke)(ke)24小時對(dui)電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)全(quan)(quan)過程進行監控與管(guan)理(li),若鋰電(dian)(dian)池在充(chong)電(dian)(dian)過程中(zhong)發生燃爆等異(yi)常事故(gu),集(ji)中(zhong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)將(jiang)第(di)一時間啟動故(gu)障預警,及(ji)時發現(xian)并解決(jue)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)柜的(de)異(yi)常情(qing)況,保障充(chong)電(dian)(dian)過程的(de)安全(quan)(quan)性(xing)。
