浙(zhe)江省自(zi)行(xing)(xing)車(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)行(xing)(xing)業協會、浙(zhe)江省自(zi)行(xing)(xing)車(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)行(xing)(xing)業協會充(chong)(chong)換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)分會在杭州組織召開GB/T 42236.1—2022《電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)自(zi)行(xing)(xing)車(che)集(ji)中充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)施 第1部分:技(ji)術(shu)(shu)規范(fan)》、T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)自(zi)行(xing)(xing)車(che)充(chong)(chong)換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)消防安(an)全技(ji)術(shu)(shu)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)》標準宣(xuan)貫(guan)(guan)會。人民(min)出行(xing)(xing)作為T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)自(zi)行(xing)(xing)車(che)充(chong)(chong)換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)消防安(an)全技(ji)術(shu)(shu)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)》起草成員單位,受邀參加此次宣(xuan)貫(guan)(guan)會。
浙江省(sheng)市(shi)場監管局(ju)產品(pin)監管處處長(chang)田(tian)軍,浙江省(sheng)消防救援總(zong)隊防火監督處徐懌,浙江省(sheng)公安廳(ting)車管所(suo)副所(suo)長(chang)黃大勇、浙江省(sheng)自行車電動車行業(ye)協會(hui)理事長(chang)陳(chen)建龍,以(yi)及來自省(sheng)內外共(gong)享(xiang)出行企業(ye)、充換電企業(ye)、快遞外賣(mai)企業(ye)等近50家(jia)單位共(gong)80余人參加(jia)了會(hui)議。
據悉,GB/T 42236.1—2022《電(dian)動自(zi)行(xing)車集中充(chong)電(dian)設(she)施(shi)(shi) 第1部分:技術規(gui)范(fan)》于2022年(nian)12月(yue)(yue)30日(ri)發布,將(jiang)于今年(nian)7月(yue)(yue)1日(ri)實施(shi)(shi)。T/ZJBE 002—2023《電(dian)動自(zi)行(xing)車充(chong)換電(dian)消防(fang)安全技術要求》已于今年(nian)5月(yue)(yue)27日(ri)實施(shi)(shi)。該標(biao)準(zhun)提出了(le)電(dian)動自(zi)行(xing)車集中充(chong)電(dian)設(she)施(shi)(shi)的(de)技術要求,明確(que)了(le)對(dui)交流充(chong)電(dian)控(kong)制器、換電(dian)柜和充(chong)電(dian)柜的(de)適用范(fan)圍,并對(dui)電(dian)動自(zi)行(xing)車集中充(chong)電(dian)設(she)施(shi)(shi)試(shi)驗方法(fa)做出了(le)詳細規(gui)定。
會上,杭州海(hai)康消防(fang)科技有限公(gong)司(si)標(biao)(biao)準化工程師《電(dian)動自行車充換電(dian)消防(fang)安全技術要求》主要起草人崔(cui)國慶,分析(xi)了各行業(ye)的(de)特(te)點及企業(ye)面(mian)(mian)對(dui)(dui)的(de)困難(nan),并從整體情(qing)況及對(dui)(dui)應國標(biao)(biao)的(de)創新點、主要技術內容、要求等(deng)方面(mian)(mian)對(dui)(dui)標(biao)(biao)準做了解析(xi)。
當前(qian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)動自(zi)行車因(yin)(yin)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)、自(zi)燃等(deng)原因(yin)(yin)導致的火災事(shi)故頻(pin)發(fa)(fa),“集(ji)中充電(dian)(dian)(dian)”“以換代充”“車電(dian)(dian)(dian)分(fen)離”的供電(dian)(dian)(dian)模式可(ke)從源(yuan)頭上解(jie)決充電(dian)(dian)(dian)安(an)全問題(ti)。業(ye)內(nei)專(zhuan)家徐懌(yi)介紹(shao)了近年來電(dian)(dian)(dian)動自(zi)行車消防安(an)全事(shi)故的情(qing)況(kuang),從安(an)全層面,集(ji)中充電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統可(ke)24小(xiao)時對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)全過程進行監控與管理,若鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池在充電(dian)(dian)(dian)過程中發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)燃爆等(deng)異常(chang)事(shi)故,集(ji)中充電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統將(jiang)第(di)一(yi)時間啟動故障預(yu)警(jing),及時發(fa)(fa)現并(bing)解(jie)決充電(dian)(dian)(dian)柜的異常(chang)情(qing)況(kuang),保障充電(dian)(dian)(dian)過程的安(an)全性。
