慢行交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)是相對于(yu)快速機(ji)動(dong)(dong)化交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)方(fang)式而(er)言的,也稱為非(fei)機(ji)動(dong)(dong)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong),它既包括人力車(che)、自行車(che)等非(fei)機(ji)動(dong)(dong)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)工(gong)具(ju),也包括電動(dong)(dong)自行車(che)這類雖有動(dong)(dong)力裝置驅動(dong)(dong),但(dan)設(she)計最高時速、空車(che)質量、外形(xing)尺(chi)寸符合有關國家(jia)標(biao)準(zhun)的慢速交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)工(gong)具(ju)。
近年來(lai),全國(guo)各大城(cheng)市(shi)紛紛加快建(jian)設慢行(xing)(xing)(xing)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)系(xi)統(tong)。“十四五(wu)(wu)”期(qi)間,北(bei)京(jing)將五(wu)(wu)環以(yi)(yi)(yi)內路面寬度12米及以(yi)(yi)(yi)上道路全部施劃自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)道,打造長約(yue)400公(gong)里(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)慢行(xing)(xing)(xing)系(xi)統(tong),中心城(cheng)區慢行(xing)(xing)(xing)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)出行(xing)(xing)(xing)比(bi)例(li)達(da)47.8%;深圳計劃每年建(jian)成不少于300公(gong)里(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)非機動車(che)道,慢行(xing)(xing)(xing)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)比(bi)例(li)也(ye)由2016年的(de)(de)(de)58%提升至62%;重慶提出“山城(cheng)步道總里(li)(li)程2200公(gong)里(li)(li)、自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)道450公(gong)里(li)(li)”的(de)(de)(de)目標……除上述典型城(cheng)市(shi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)外,部分中小城(cheng)市(shi)慢行(xing)(xing)(xing)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)比(bi)例(li)高達(da)70%以(yi)(yi)(yi)上。
共(gong)享電單車(che)以其綠色低碳(tan)、安(an)全便捷等(deng)特性成(cheng)為慢行交通隊伍中(zhong)的(de)“主力軍”。據有關數據統計,全國共(gong)享電單車(che)已(yi)經達(da)到近(jin)千(qian)萬輛,二線、三線城市每(mei)天使用(yong)共(gong)享電單車(che)出行的(de)用(yong)戶占比在30%以上,四線及以下(xia)城市用(yong)戶占比達(da)37.1%。
