慢(man)行交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)是(shi)相對于快(kuai)速機動(dong)化交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)方式(shi)而言(yan)的(de),也(ye)稱(cheng)為非機動(dong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong),它既(ji)包括(kuo)人(ren)力車、自行車等非機動(dong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)工(gong)具,也(ye)包括(kuo)電動(dong)自行車這類雖有動(dong)力裝置(zhi)驅(qu)動(dong),但設計最高時速、空車質量、外形尺寸符合有關國家標準的(de)慢(man)速交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)工(gong)具。
近年來,全(quan)國各大城(cheng)市紛紛加快建(jian)設慢行(xing)交通(tong)(tong)系(xi)統(tong)。“十四五”期間(jian),北(bei)京將五環以(yi)內路面寬度12米及以(yi)上道(dao)路全(quan)部(bu)(bu)施(shi)劃自(zi)行(xing)車(che)道(dao),打造長(chang)約400公(gong)里的(de)慢行(xing)系(xi)統(tong),中(zhong)心(xin)城(cheng)區慢行(xing)交通(tong)(tong)出行(xing)比例(li)達47.8%;深圳計劃每年建(jian)成不(bu)少于(yu)300公(gong)里的(de)非機動車(che)道(dao),慢行(xing)交通(tong)(tong)比例(li)也由2016年的(de)58%提(ti)升(sheng)至62%;重慶提(ti)出“山城(cheng)步道(dao)總(zong)里程(cheng)2200公(gong)里、自(zi)行(xing)車(che)道(dao)450公(gong)里”的(de)目(mu)標(biao)……除(chu)上述(shu)典型(xing)城(cheng)市以(yi)外,部(bu)(bu)分中(zhong)小城(cheng)市慢行(xing)交通(tong)(tong)比例(li)高達70%以(yi)上。
