魚露的做法:
【主料】鮮魚適量
【輔料】鹽巴適量
步驟:
1、鮮魚去(qu)魚鱗(lin)、內臟(zang)后(hou)洗(xi)凈,倒入(ru)一木(mu)桶中(zhong),放入(ru)適量(liang)鹽(yan)巴。
2、木(mu)桶(tong)(tong)(tong)的下(xia)部放置一根小管導人另一空(kong)(kong)桶(tong)(tong)(tong)內,三五天后,將原(yuan)空(kong)(kong)桶(tong)(tong)(tong)中的魚汁倒(dao)入魚桶(tong)(tong)(tong)中,待其(qi)流(liu)滿后再倒(dao)回去,如此反復(fu)多次,最后流(liu)出(chu)的魚汁便是(shi)魚露(lu)原(yuan)汁。
3、將(jiang)魚露原汁(zhi)裝入大桶或大甕(weng)中,放在炎熱的日光(guang)之下曝(pu)曬20天左右,就可制成(cheng)魚露。
