中(zhong)(zhong)國重(zhong)(zhong)汽集團(tuan)濟(ji)南豪沃客車(che)有限(xian)公司生產(chan)基(ji)地座落于濟(ji)南市(shi)章丘(qiu)重(zhong)(zhong)汽產(chan)業(ye)園,總投資8億元,占(zhan)地645畝,其中(zhong)(zhong)生產(chan)面積7.8萬平方米,擁(yong)有各(ge)類主要(yao)設備1000多(duo)套,具(ju)有年產(chan)10000臺大(da)中(zhong)(zhong)型客車(che)的生產(chan)能(neng)力;擁(yong)有企業(ye)技(ji)術中(zhong)(zhong)心和博士后科(ke)研(yan)工作(zuo)站。
豪沃客車(che)(che)的前身是出(chu)品“黃河(he)”客車(che)(che)的始建于(yu)1953年的濟(ji)南汽(qi)車(che)(che)制(zhi)造(zao)總廠(歸交通部直屬管理),是中國較(jiao)早(zao)客車(che)(che)生產(chan)企業(ye)之一。
中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)曾在1960年(nian)生產制(zhi)造(zao)了(le)一輛重(zhong)(zhong)型(xing)(xing)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)——黃(huang)河(he)牌JN150;1983年(nian)成(cheng)功(gong)引(yin)進了(le)奧地利斯太(tai)爾(er)重(zhong)(zhong)型(xing)(xing)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)項(xiang)目,是國(guo)(guo)(guo)內較早引(yin)進國(guo)(guo)(guo)外重(zhong)(zhong)型(xing)(xing)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)整車(che)制(zhi)造(zao)技術的企業(ye)。國(guo)(guo)(guo)家為徹底(di)改變汽(qi)(qi)車(che)工業(ye)“缺重(zhong)(zhong)”局(ju)面,解決重(zhong)(zhong)型(xing)(xing)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)工業(ye)低水平(ping)發展(zhan)狀況,組建了(le)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)集(ji)團,性質為中(zhong)央直屬(shu)企業(ye),隸(li)屬(shu)國(guo)(guo)(guo)務院領導;1993年(nian)被(bei)批準為國(guo)(guo)(guo)有資(zi)產授權經營(ying)試(shi)點,是較早實施國(guo)(guo)(guo)有資(zi)產授權經營(ying)的試(shi)點企業(ye)之一;2007中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)集(ji)團以紅籌形式在香(xiang)(xiang)港主板上市,上市公(gong)司(si)名為——中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(香(xiang)(xiang)港)有限(xian)公(gong)司(si),股份代號3808,搭建起了(le)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際化平(ping)臺;2009年(nian)成(cheng)功(gong)實現與德(de)國(guo)(guo)(guo)曼公(gong)司(si)戰略合作,曼公(gong)司(si)參股中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(香(xiang)(xiang)港)有限(xian)公(gong)司(si)25%+1股,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)引(yin)進曼公(gong)司(si)的發動(dong)機、中(zhong)卡、重(zhong)(zhong)卡車(che)橋及相應整車(che)技術,為企業(ye)長遠發展(zhan)奠定(ding)了(le)堅實的基礎(chu)。
目前,中國(guo)重(zhong)汽(qi)已(yi)成為較大的重(zhong)型(xing)汽(qi)車生(sheng)產基地,共有職工6.3萬人(ren),其中各(ge)類(lei)工程技術人(ren)員(yuan)3500多(duo)人(ren)。

總(zong)(zong)成制(zhi)造方面:車橋總(zong)(zong)成由(you)(you)濟(ji)南(nan)橋箱(xiang)有(you)(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)負責,動力系統由(you)(you)動力事業(ye)部組織濟(ji)南(nan)發動機部、杭(hang)州發動機有(you)(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)、濟(ji)南(nan)復強動力有(you)(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)、重(zhong)慶燃油噴射系統有(you)(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)四個(ge)單位;變速箱(xiang)總(zong)(zong)成由(you)(you)濟(ji)南(nan)變速箱(xiang)部、大同齒輪有(you)(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)兩個(ge)制(zhi)造單位。
零部(bu)件制造(zao)方面:擁有專門(men)從(cong)事汽(qi)車零部(bu)件生(sheng)產的濟南(nan)部(bu)件制造(zao)部(bu)、濟南(nan)橡塑件制造(zao)部(bu)、濟南(nan)汽(qi)車零部(bu)件有限(xian)公司。
