中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)集團濟(ji)南豪沃客車(che)(che)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(下稱(cheng)“豪沃客車(che)(che)”)位(wei)于山東濟(ji)南章丘重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)工業園(yuan),占(zhan)地面(mian)積近700余畝,穩定年(nian)產整車(che)(che)達2000臺以上(shang)(shang),目(mu)前已發展(zhan)成為規模大、工藝技術條件良好的(de)(de)大中(zhong)型客車(che)(che)生產基地。豪沃客車(che)(che)是中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(香(xiang)(xiang)港(gang))有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)的(de)(de)兩(liang)個(ge)全資(zi)子公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(香(xiang)(xiang)港(gang))國(guo)(guo)際(ji)資(zi)本(ben)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)和中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)濟(ji)南動力(li)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)在原濟(ji)南客車(che)(che)廠(chang)的(de)(de)基礎(chu)上(shang)(shang)共同(tong)投資(zi)設立的(de)(de)客車(che)(che)生產企業,由中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(香(xiang)(xiang)港(gang))有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)擁有(you)和控(kong)制,屬上(shang)(shang)市公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(香(xiang)(xiang)港(gang))有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)的(de)(de)全資(zi)子公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)。
中(zhong)國重汽集(ji)團濟(ji)南(nan)豪沃客(ke)車(che)有限公司生(sheng)產(chan)基地座落于濟(ji)南(nan)市(shi)章丘重汽產(chan)業(ye)園,總投(tou)資8億元(yuan),占(zhan)地645畝,其中(zhong)生(sheng)產(chan)面積7.8萬平方米(mi),擁有各類(lei)主(zhu)要設備1000多套,具有年(nian)產(chan)10000臺(tai)大中(zhong)型(xing)客(ke)車(che)的生(sheng)產(chan)能力;擁有企業(ye)技術中(zhong)心(xin)和博士后(hou)科研工作(zuo)站。
豪(hao)沃客(ke)車的前身是出品“黃河”客(ke)車的始建于1953年的濟(ji)南汽車制造總廠(歸(gui)交通(tong)部直屬(shu)管(guan)理),是中(zhong)國(guo)較早客(ke)車生產企業之一。
中國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)曾在1960年(nian)生(sheng)產制造了(le)(le)一(yi)輛重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)——黃河牌(pai)JN150;1983年(nian)成功引(yin)進了(le)(le)奧地利斯(si)太爾重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)項目,是國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)較早引(yin)進國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)外重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)整車(che)(che)制造技(ji)術的(de)(de)企(qi)業(ye)。國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家為徹底(di)改(gai)變汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)工業(ye)“缺重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)”局面,解決重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)型(xing)(xing)(xing)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)工業(ye)低水平(ping)發展狀況(kuang),組建(jian)了(le)(le)中國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)集團,性(xing)質為中央直屬企(qi)業(ye),隸屬國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)務院領導;1993年(nian)被批準為國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)有資(zi)產授權經(jing)營試點(dian),是較早實(shi)(shi)(shi)施國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)有資(zi)產授權經(jing)營的(de)(de)試點(dian)企(qi)業(ye)之一(yi);2007中國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)集團以紅(hong)籌(chou)形式在香港(gang)主板上(shang)市(shi),上(shang)市(shi)公司(si)名為——中國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(香港(gang))有限(xian)公司(si),股份代(dai)號3808,搭建(jian)起(qi)了(le)(le)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)化(hua)平(ping)臺;2009年(nian)成功實(shi)(shi)(shi)現與德國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)曼(man)(man)公司(si)戰略合作(zuo),曼(man)(man)公司(si)參股中國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(香港(gang))有限(xian)公司(si)25%+1股,中國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)引(yin)進曼(man)(man)公司(si)的(de)(de)發動(dong)機、中卡、重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)卡車(che)(che)橋及(ji)相(xiang)應整車(che)(che)技(ji)術,為企(qi)業(ye)長遠發展奠定(ding)了(le)(le)堅(jian)實(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)基礎。
目(mu)前(qian),中國重汽已成(cheng)為較(jiao)大(da)的重型汽車生(sheng)產基(ji)地,共有職工6.3萬人,其中各類工程(cheng)技術人員3500多人。

總(zong)成(cheng)制造(zao)方面:車橋(qiao)總(zong)成(cheng)由濟南(nan)(nan)橋(qiao)箱(xiang)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)負責(ze),動(dong)力系統(tong)由動(dong)力事(shi)業部(bu)組織濟南(nan)(nan)發動(dong)機部(bu)、杭州發動(dong)機有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、濟南(nan)(nan)復(fu)強(qiang)動(dong)力有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、重(zhong)慶燃油噴(pen)射(she)系統(tong)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)四個單(dan)(dan)位;變速(su)箱(xiang)總(zong)成(cheng)由濟南(nan)(nan)變速(su)箱(xiang)部(bu)、大同齒(chi)輪有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)兩(liang)個制造(zao)單(dan)(dan)位。
零部(bu)件(jian)制造方面(mian):擁有專(zhuan)門(men)從(cong)事汽車零部(bu)件(jian)生產的濟(ji)南部(bu)件(jian)制造部(bu)、濟(ji)南橡塑(su)件(jian)制造部(bu)、濟(ji)南汽車零部(bu)件(jian)有限公司。
