浙江(jiang)永(yong)躍控股集(ji)團有(you)限公司地(di)處東海(hai)之濱的蓮(lian)花(hua)洋畔,與普(pu)陀山隔(ge)海(hai)相望。公司前(qian)身為舟(zhou)山市普(pu)陀永(yong)躍海(hai)運有(you)限公司,于1998年(nian)12月經國家交(jiao)通(tong)部水運司批準,并在當地(di)工商部門(men)注冊(ce)登(deng)記成立。2003年(nian)初企業(ye)更名為浙江(jiang)永(yong)躍海(hai)運有(you)限公司,并開拓國際航運市場。

目前,集團公(gong)司總資產15億元,擁有各類管(guan)理人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)800余人(ren)(ren),從業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)共計3801人(ren)(ren);擁有各類船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)22艘(sou),其中,船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)海(hai)上總運力(li)(li)7萬(wan)(wan)載貨噸,海(hai)港(gang)疏浚(jun)能(neng)力(li)(li)3600M3/小(xiao)時,客運能(neng)力(li)(li)1547人(ren)(ren)/次,船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)修(xiu)(xiu)理擁有30萬(wan)(wan)噸和10萬(wan)(wan)噸級船(chuan)(chuan)塢各1座;初步形成了(le)以海(hai)運為基業(ye)(ye),船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)修(xiu)(xiu)造(zao)、船(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)管(guan)理、島際(ji)客運、港(gang)口工程、旅(lv)游開發等多元化產業(ye)(ye)共同(tong)發展的企業(ye)(ye)集團經營格(ge)局。
