"房縣(xian)香(xiang)(xiang)菇(gu)"(產(chan)于湖北省房縣(xian),中國地理標(biao)志(zhi)產(chan)品(pin)(農(nong)產(chan)品(pin)地理標(biao)志(zhi))。房縣(xian)在(zai)一(yi)千年前就有香(xiang)(xiang)菇(gu)生產(chan),歷有"香(xiang)(xiang)菇(gu)山(shan)珍"之稱(cheng)。長久以來,房縣(xian)香(xiang)(xiang)菇(gu)以清(qing)香(xiang)(xiang)可(ke)口、味道鮮美而聞名于世,是中外名菜不(bu)可(ke)缺(que)少的佐味佳品(pin),被營(ying)養學家(jia)冠以"菌星"、"菇(gu)中之王"、"素菜之葷"、"營(ying)養元素之寶庫"等美譽。遠在(zai)美國加州,就有中餐館以"中國房縣(xian)小(xiao)花(hua)菇(gu)"的招牌吸(xi)引食(shi)客。
產地環境
房(fang)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)位于鄂(e)西(xi)北、大(da)巴山(shan)和(he)武當(dang)山(shan)之間。地(di)理(li)坐標(biao)為(wei)東經l1O°O2'~111°15',北緯31°34'~32°31'。地(di)勢西(xi)高(gao)(gao)東低(di)(di)、南(nan)陡北緩(huan)(huan)、四周高(gao)(gao)山(shan)環繞,由兩側分向(xiang)中(zhong)部傾斜(xie),略成盆地(di)。全縣(xian)(xian)(xian)海拔180~2485.6米,地(di)形復雜,高(gao)(gao)差懸殊,日(ri)(ri)照(zhao)時數(shu)在(zai)1700~2000小(xiao)時之間,平(ping)均每天(tian)日(ri)(ri)照(zhao)5.1小(xiao)時,平(ping)均日(ri)(ri)照(zhao)率為(wei)42%;全縣(xian)(xian)(xian)平(ping)均氣溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)10~15℃,積(ji)端最高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)40.4℃,極端最低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)-17.6℃,溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)差在(zai)24℃左右,低(di)(di)山(shan)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)差較(jiao)大(da),高(gao)(gao)山(shan)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)差較(jiao)小(xiao),大(da)體與氣溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)一致,地(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)一般高(gao)(gao)于當(dang)地(di)氣溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)約2℃左右。房(fang)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)香(xiang)菇屬于中(zhong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)型菌(jun)類,菌(jun)絲在(zai)15~36℃之間均能生(sheng)長(chang),在(zai)22~32℃生(sheng)長(chang),6~14℃能緩(huan)(huan)慢(man)生(sheng)長(chang)。房(fang)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)香(xiang)菇對(dui)低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)有(you)(you)很強的抵抗力,房(fang)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)氣溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)范(fan)圍有(you)(you)利于菌(jun)絲的存活和(he)生(sheng)長(chang)發育。

房縣香菇(gu)(gu)菇(gu)(gu)形(xing)緊湊,形(xing)狀有半球型、扁半球型、傘型或扁平型,銅(tong)鑼邊,菌柄較短,菌褶金(jin)黃,花菇(gu)(gu)菌蓋(gai)略呈褐(he)(he)色(se)、花紋明顯(xian)色(se)白,如(ru)龜裂,厚(hou)菇(gu)(gu)、薄菇(gu)(gu)菌蓋(gai)呈褐(he)(he)色(se)或淡(dan)褐(he)(he)色(se)。
內在品質
