鹿茸片等級劃分
新鮮鹿茸割下后,加工成干品后進行切片,根據鹿茸片所處的位置不同價格也有所不同。鹿茸片一共分七個等級:一級鹿茸片(鹿茸全臘片、鹿茸半臘片)臘質多,粉質少或無粉質,是鹿茸最頂端部分,因質地細膩,油潤如臘,色澤干凈稱之為臘片。一個整條的鹿茸也只能切出2-3片全臘片。二級鹿茸片(鹿茸白粉片、鹿茸紅粉片、鹿茸黃粉片)粉質多,含臘圈,粉片屬整支鹿茸中(zhong)上段部(bu)分(fen),質(zhi)地清脆,中(zhong)間部(bu)分(fen)為粉質(zhi),臘圈(quan)包圍。三級(ji)鹿茸(rong)(rong)片(pian)(鹿茸(rong)(rong)血片(pian))含(han)鹿茸(rong)(rong)血,片(pian)面有(you)血色(se)。四級(ji)鹿茸(rong)(rong)片(pian)(鹿茸(rong)(rong)骨(gu)(gu)片(pian))純骨(gu)(gu)質(zhi)化(hua)鹿茸(rong)(rong)片(pian),骨(gu)(gu)片(pian)為整支鹿茸(rong)(rong)最底部(bu),全(quan)骨(gu)(gu)質(zhi)化(hua),營(ying)養最差。
鹿茸血片與粉片的區別
1、鹿茸切片(pian)是根據部(bu)位(wei)分為蠟片(pian)、血(xue)片(pian)、粉片(pian);
2、蠟片是鹿(lu)(lu)茸的最(zui)(zui)上(shang)邊部位即(ji)嘴頭,質量最(zui)(zui)好的鹿(lu)(lu)茸切片;
3、血片是鹿茸(rong)的中(zhong)間部分;質(zhi)量(liang)次之;
4、粉片是中下部位,又叫(jiao)骨片,鹿茸中質量最差的部份。
功能效果沒有什么特別的不一樣,只是營養價值上可能有所區別。白粉片是排過血的,也就是沒有了鹿茸血的鹿茸片。紅片則與白片相反。鹿茸中,最具營養價值的就是鹿茸血,其次才是鹿茸本身。鹿茸(rong)(rong)其實(shi)就是(shi)(shi)鹿茸(rong)(rong)血和骨(gu)頭,或者(zhe)是(shi)(shi)未(wei)骨(gu)化的成(cheng)分組成(cheng)的。紅片(pian)(pian)和白(bai)片(pian)(pian)的功能效果(guo)基本相同(tong),但是(shi)(shi)在出售的時候,等(deng)級不(bu)同(tong)價位不(bu)同(tong)而已。鹿茸(rong)(rong)蠟(la)片(pian)(pian)有(you)血色(se)的(如果(guo)是(shi)(shi)真品)為上等(deng)血茸(rong)(rong)蠟(la)片(pian)(pian)。但要注意有(you)商家(jia)賣的是(shi)(shi)染色(se)的蠟(la)片(pian)(pian),以次(ci)充好。
鹿茸血片和蠟片的區別
鹿(lu)茸(rong)(rong)(rong)血(xue)片(pian)(pian)(pian)是(shi)鹿(lu)茸(rong)(rong)(rong)中間部(bu)分,質(zhi)(zhi)量相比(bi)鹿(lu)茸(rong)(rong)(rong)臘片(pian)(pian)(pian)來說(shuo)營養(yang)稍(shao)微次一些,不過也(ye)是(shi)很(hen)(hen)有營養(yang)的,鹿(lu)茸(rong)(rong)(rong)血(xue)片(pian)(pian)(pian)可以補(bu)充人體的鈣物質(zhi)(zhi),對于改善老年(nian)(nian)人骨質(zhi)(zhi)疏松效(xiao)果比(bi)較好(hao),鹿(lu)茸(rong)(rong)(rong)臘片(pian)(pian)(pian)是(shi)鹿(lu)茸(rong)(rong)(rong)最上邊的部(bu)位(wei),也(ye)是(shi)質(zhi)(zhi)量最好(hao)的部(bu)位(wei),所(suo)以說(shuo)營養(yang)價值(zhi)最高,價格(ge)上也(ye)是(shi)很(hen)(hen)高的,很(hen)(hen)適合老年(nian)(nian)人補(bu)充營養(yang)。
