一、暖氣片不用怎么報停
1、報停方式:
①供熱收(shou)費大廳現場辦(ban)理
②撥打報停熱線辦理
2、報停期限:最低為一個供暖季(例(li)如:2022.11.15-2023.3.25)
3、報停(ting)范圍:單戶整(zheng)體,不(bu)受理(li)戶內局部報停(ting);
4、設備要求:
①具備(bei)分戶關(guan)閉條(tiao)件(jian)并且室外鎖閉正(zheng)常的,可以申(shen)請停止(zhi)用(yong)(yong)熱(re);但(dan)對可能危(wei)害(hai)其他(ta)熱(re)用(yong)(yong)戶用(yong)(yong)熱(re)安全(quan)或影響公(gong)共設(she)施安全(quan)運行(xing)的,不得申(shen)請停止(zhi)用(yong)(yong)熱(re);
②串聯用戶(hu),原則(ze)不得報(bao)停,如需報(bao)停須自行拆斷用熱設施,連接(jie)好上下供熱管路,保證其他用戶(hu)正常(chang)用熱,經供熱公司驗收(shou)合格后方可報(bao)停;
5、報停(ting)辦(ban)理:即日起即可辦(ban)理。
為(wei)保證(zheng)合(he)法、合(he)規用(yong)熱(re)(re)戶的用(yong)熱(re)(re)質量及權益(yi),本供暖運行前未交費(fei)、未申(shen)請報(bao)停的用(yong)戶視(shi)為(wei)盜暖戶,稽(ji)查(cha)后(hou)做斷(duan)管處理!
二、暖氣報停需要什么手續
1、用(yong)戶(hu)報停(ting)需要攜帶(dai)供熱(re)用(yong)熱(re)證(zheng)、房(fang)證(zheng)原(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)及(ji)(ji)復印(yin)件(jian)(jian)(jian)、房(fang)主身份證(zheng)原(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)及(ji)(ji)復印(yin)件(jian)(jian)(jian)一(yi)份(代理(li)(li)人須攜帶(dai)房(fang)證(zheng)原(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)及(ji)(ji)復印(yin)件(jian)(jian)(jian)一(yi)份,代理(li)(li)人身份證(zheng)及(ji)(ji)復印(yin)件(jian)(jian)(jian)一(yi)份)到供熱(re)管(guan)理(li)(li)處辦理(li)(li)停(ting)熱(re)申請手續。報停(ting)的(de)用(yong)熱(re)戶(hu)必須整年報停(ting),在(zai)報停(ting)期間須繳納20%的(de)熱(re)能損(sun)耗費。
2、想要(yao)恢(hui)復(fu)供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖的(de)用(yong)戶(hu)只需到(dao)所屬供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)收(shou)(shou)費大廳辦(ban)理(li)當年的(de)供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)繳費手續即(ji)可。另需注意的(de)是(shi),要(yao)求(qiu)停(ting)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)用(yong)戶(hu),必須(xu)是(shi)分戶(hu)控制供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖系統,并且供(gong)(gong)(gong)、回(hui)水(shui)閥門(men)(men)設在走廊,方(fang)可申請辦(ban)理(li)停(ting)熱(re)(re)(re)。用(yong)戶(hu)報停(ting)時,自家系統與主管道(dao)必須(xu)是(shi)斷開狀態(tai),由(you)供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)稽查(cha)部(bu)門(men)(men)派專職(zhi)人員進行驗收(shou)(shou),稽查(cha)部(bu)門(men)(men)在停(ting)熱(re)(re)(re)協議上(shang)簽字后,用(yong)戶(hu)到(dao)收(shou)(shou)費大廳辦(ban)理(li)手續。
3、注意事項:報(bao)(bao)(bao)停(ting)有效期為一個供暖年度。往年已辦報(bao)(bao)(bao)停(ting)、再需要繼續(xu)(xu)(xu)報(bao)(bao)(bao)停(ting)的,要重新(xin)辦理報(bao)(bao)(bao)停(ting)手(shou)續(xu)(xu)(xu)。在(zai)規定時間(jian)內(nei)不辦理報(bao)(bao)(bao)停(ting)手(shou)續(xu)(xu)(xu)的,按用暖處理。
因住戶(hu)原因(如裝修)無法拆除、封堵用(yong)熱設(she)施的(de),不予辦理報停(ting)。報停(ting)期間,如發(fa)生凍裂(lie)、泄(xie)漏等所造成的(de)一切(qie)損失由報停(ting)戶(hu)承擔。
