一、暖氣片不用怎么報停
1、報(bao)停方(fang)式:
①供熱收費大廳現場辦理
②撥打報停熱線辦理
2、報停(ting)期限(xian):最(zui)低為一個供暖季(ji)(例如(ru):2022.11.15-2023.3.25)
3、報(bao)(bao)停(ting)范圍:單(dan)戶(hu)整體(ti),不(bu)受理戶(hu)內局部(bu)報(bao)(bao)停(ting);
4、設備要求:
①具備(bei)分(fen)戶(hu)關(guan)閉(bi)條件(jian)并且室(shi)外鎖閉(bi)正常的(de),可以申請停(ting)止用(yong)熱(re)(re);但對可能危害其他(ta)熱(re)(re)用(yong)戶(hu)用(yong)熱(re)(re)安(an)全或(huo)影響公共設(she)施(shi)安(an)全運行的(de),不得(de)申請停(ting)止用(yong)熱(re)(re);
②串聯(lian)用(yong)(yong)戶,原則不得報停,如(ru)需報停須自行(xing)拆斷用(yong)(yong)熱設施,連接好上下供熱管(guan)路,保證其(qi)他(ta)用(yong)(yong)戶正常(chang)用(yong)(yong)熱,經供熱公司驗收合(he)格后方可報停;
5、報停辦(ban)理:即日起即可辦(ban)理。
為保證合(he)(he)法、合(he)(he)規用(yong)熱戶(hu)的用(yong)熱質量及權益,本供暖(nuan)運行前未交費(fei)、未申請報停(ting)的用(yong)戶(hu)視為盜(dao)暖(nuan)戶(hu),稽查后做斷(duan)管處理!
二、暖氣報停需要什么手續
1、用戶(hu)報(bao)(bao)停(ting)需(xu)要攜帶(dai)供熱用熱證(zheng)(zheng)、房(fang)證(zheng)(zheng)原(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)及復印(yin)(yin)件(jian)(jian)(jian)、房(fang)主身份(fen)證(zheng)(zheng)原(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)及復印(yin)(yin)件(jian)(jian)(jian)一份(fen)(代(dai)理人須攜帶(dai)房(fang)證(zheng)(zheng)原(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)及復印(yin)(yin)件(jian)(jian)(jian)一份(fen),代(dai)理人身份(fen)證(zheng)(zheng)及復印(yin)(yin)件(jian)(jian)(jian)一份(fen))到供熱管理處(chu)辦理停(ting)熱申請手續(xu)。報(bao)(bao)停(ting)的用熱戶(hu)必須整(zheng)年報(bao)(bao)停(ting),在報(bao)(bao)停(ting)期間(jian)須繳納20%的熱能損耗費(fei)。
2、想要恢(hui)復供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖的用(yong)戶只需到(dao)所屬供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)收(shou)費大廳辦(ban)(ban)理當年的供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)繳費手續(xu)即可。另需注意的是(shi),要求停(ting)(ting)熱(re)的用(yong)戶,必(bi)須是(shi)分戶控制供(gong)(gong)(gong)暖系統,并且(qie)供(gong)(gong)(gong)、回水閥門(men)設在走廊,方可申請(qing)辦(ban)(ban)理停(ting)(ting)熱(re)。用(yong)戶報停(ting)(ting)時,自家(jia)系統與主管道必(bi)須是(shi)斷開狀(zhuang)態,由供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)稽查(cha)部(bu)門(men)派專職人(ren)員進行驗收(shou),稽查(cha)部(bu)門(men)在停(ting)(ting)熱(re)協議上(shang)簽字后,用(yong)戶到(dao)收(shou)費大廳辦(ban)(ban)理手續(xu)。
3、注(zhu)意事項(xiang):報(bao)停(ting)(ting)有效期為一個(ge)供暖(nuan)年度。往年已辦(ban)報(bao)停(ting)(ting)、再(zai)需(xu)要繼(ji)續(xu)(xu)報(bao)停(ting)(ting)的(de),要重新辦(ban)理報(bao)停(ting)(ting)手(shou)續(xu)(xu)。在規定時(shi)間內不辦(ban)理報(bao)停(ting)(ting)手(shou)續(xu)(xu)的(de),按用暖(nuan)處理。
因(yin)住戶原因(yin)(如裝修)無法拆(chai)除(chu)、封堵用熱設施的(de),不予辦理報停。報停期間(jian),如發(fa)生凍(dong)裂、泄漏等所造成的(de)一切損失由報停戶承擔(dan)。
