換向器,亦稱“整流子”。直流電機和交流換向器電動機電樞上的一個重要部件。那么換向器怎么測量好壞呢?
1、換向器片間電阻測量
測(ce)(ce)量換向(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)片(pian)間電(dian)阻,能(neng)發現電(dian)樞繞(rao)組是否斷(duan)線(xian)、開焊和匝間短路(lu),升高片(pian)是否斷(duan)裂(lie)以(yi)及是否存在換向(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)片(pian)間短路(lu),片(pian)間電(dian)阻檢查通常(chang)采(cai)用(yong)降壓(ya)法,也可采(cai)用(yong)專用(yong)片(pian)間電(dian)阻測(ce)(ce)量儀(yi)。
2、換向器擺渡測量
當換向(xiang)器變形(xing)或(huo)偏心時(shi),在運行時(shi)將(jiang)(jiang)會使電(dian)刷跳動(dong),滑動(dong)接觸都不理(li)想(xiang),超過一定數值(zhi)后,將(jiang)(jiang)導(dao)致換向(xiang)器惡化。高速(su)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)和多種路(lu)電(dian)樞繞組電(dian)機(ji)(ji)更為敏感(gan)。
二、換向器磨損到什么程度不能用
換向(xiang)器在使用(yong)(yong)過(guo)程(cheng)中,磨(mo)損(sun)是避免不(bu)了的,那么換向(xiang)器磨(mo)損(sun)到什么程(cheng)度不(bu)能(neng)用(yong)(yong)呢?
換(huan)向器磨損到(dao)相距(ju)引線4~5mm時(shi)(shi)不能(neng)用(yong),換(huan)向器表面深度大于0.5mm時(shi)(shi)應更(geng)(geng)換(huan)。對于正常用(yong)到(dao)的電(dian)(dian)機,不管其磨損程度如何,均應定期(一般(ban)兩年)更(geng)(geng)換(huan)電(dian)(dian)刷和換(huan)向器。無論(lun)是有刷電(dian)(dian)動車電(dian)(dian)機還(huan)是無刷電(dian)(dian)動車電(dian)(dian)機,其輸(shu)入電(dian)(dian)流過大都市影(ying)響使(shi)用(yong)性能(neng)。
