一、什么是傳動軸
傳動軸是一個高轉速、少支承的旋轉體,是汽車中傳遞動力的汽車配件,它(ta)的作用是(shi)與變速箱、驅(qu)動橋一起將發動機(ji)的動力傳遞給車輪,使汽車產(chan)生(sheng)驅(qu)動力。
二、傳動軸由哪幾部分構成
傳(chuan)動(dong)軸(zhou)一般由軸(zhou)管、伸縮套和萬向節(jie)三(san)部分組成:
1、軸管
又稱軸(zhou)套,是(shi)為了減少軸(zhou)運動(dong)時的摩擦與磨(mo)損(sun)而設計出(chu)來的,基本(ben)用途與軸(zhou)承(cheng)無異,而且相對成本(ben)較(jiao)便宜(yi),但摩擦阻力較(jiao)大,所(suo)以只(zhi)會使(shi)用于(yu)(yu)部份部件(jian)上。軸(zhou)套多(duo)被放置于(yu)(yu)軸(zhou)與承(cheng)托結構(gou)中,而且非常緊貼承(cheng)托結構(gou),只(zhi)有(you)軸(zhou)能在軸(zhou)套上轉(zhuan)動(dong)。
2、伸縮套
伸縮套(tao)能自動調節變速器與(yu)驅動橋(qiao)之間距離的(de)(de)(de)變化(hua)。傳(chuan)統(tong)結構的(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)動軸(zhou)(zhou)伸縮套(tao)是將(jiang)(jiang)花(hua)(hua)鍵套(tao)與(yu)凸緣(yuan)叉焊(han)接(jie)在(zai)一(yi)起(qi),將(jiang)(jiang)花(hua)(hua)鍵軸(zhou)(zhou)焊(han)在(zai)傳(chuan)動軸(zhou)(zhou)管上(shang)。新型的(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)動軸(zhou)(zhou)一(yi)改傳(chuan)統(tong)結構,將(jiang)(jiang)花(hua)(hua)鍵套(tao)與(yu)傳(chuan)動軸(zhou)(zhou)管焊(han)接(jie)成(cheng)一(yi)體,將(jiang)(jiang)花(hua)(hua)鍵軸(zhou)(zhou)與(yu)凸緣(yuan)叉制成(cheng)一(yi)體。并將(jiang)(jiang)矩形(xing)齒(chi)花(hua)(hua)鍵改成(cheng)大(da)壓力(li)角漸開(kai)線短齒(chi)花(hua)(hua)鍵,這樣既(ji)增(zeng)加(jia)了強度(du)又便(bian)于(yu)擠壓成(cheng)形(xing),適(shi)應大(da)轉(zhuan)矩工況的(de)(de)(de)需要。
3、萬向節
萬向節(jie)主(zhu)要(yao)是保證變(bian)速器輸出(chu)軸(zhou)與驅(qu)動橋輸入軸(zhou)兩軸(zhou)線夾角的變(bian)化,并實現兩軸(zhou)的等角速傳動,由十字(zi)軸(zhou)、十字(zi)軸(zhou)承和凸緣叉等組成。
在(zai)前(qian)置發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機后輪驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)車(che)輛(liang)上,萬(wan)向(xiang)節傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)安(an)裝在(zai)變(bian)速器輸(shu)出軸(zhou)(zhou)與(yu)(yu)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)橋(qiao)主減速器輸(shu)入(ru)軸(zhou)(zhou)之(zhi)間;而(er)前(qian)置發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機前(qian)輪驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)車(che)輛(liang)省略了傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou),萬(wan)向(xiang)節安(an)裝在(zai)既負(fu)責驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)又負(fu)責轉向(xiang)的(de)(de)前(qian)橋(qiao)半軸(zhou)(zhou)與(yu)(yu)車(che)輪之(zhi)間。車(che)輛(liang)在(zai)運(yun)行中路面不(bu)平產生跳動(dong)(dong)(dong),負(fu)荷變(bian)化(hua)或者(zhe)兩個(ge)總成安(an)裝位置差異,都會使得變(bian)速器輸(shu)出軸(zhou)(zhou)與(yu)(yu)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)橋(qiao)主減速器輸(shu)入(ru)軸(zhou)(zhou)之(zhi)間的(de)(de)夾角和距(ju)離發(fa)生變(bian)化(hua),因此要用一(yi)個(ge)“以變(bian)應變(bian)”的(de)(de)裝置來解(jie)決(jue)這一(yi)個(ge)問題,因此就有(you)了萬(wan)向(xiang)節。
三、傳動軸的工作原理是什么
傳動軸的主要作用是將發動機的動力傳遞給車輪,它穩定可靠的傳動效果對車輛性能和安全都有著至關重要的影響,那么傳動軸是什么原理呢?
汽車行駛時,發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機輸(shu)出(chu)軸(zhou)(zhou)會通(tong)過(guo)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置(如齒輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong))將動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)(di)給傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)的一段,傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)通(tong)過(guo)連(lian)接發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機輸(shu)出(chu)軸(zhou)(zhou)和(he)車輪(lun),將發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)(di)過(guo)來(lai)的扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)(di)給車輪(lun),從而(er)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)車輛前進;傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)連(lian)接車輛的驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)輪(lun)和(he)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機輸(shu)出(chu)軸(zhou)(zhou),能(neng)夠傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)(di)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)角度。當車輛轉(zhuan)(zhuan)彎時,傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)能(neng)夠承受不同(tong)輪(lun)胎的旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)角度,并將扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)(di)到驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)輪(lun),使車輛能(neng)夠順(shun)利轉(zhuan)(zhuan)彎。
