一、電纜剝線機由什么組成
電纜剝(bo)線機就是將電線電纜等外包裹的(de)塑(su)料包皮與(yu)金屬芯剝(bo)離的(de)機器設(she)備,它一般由以下(xia)幾(ji)個部分組成:
1、進線輪
輸送線材及剝出線頭,剝線機在剝(bo)(bo)(bo)短線(xian)(xian)(xian)時既剝(bo)(bo)(bo)線(xian)(xian)(xian)頭(tou)又剝(bo)(bo)(bo)線(xian)(xian)(xian)尾(線(xian)(xian)(xian)長(chang)小于50mm),在剝(bo)(bo)(bo)線(xian)(xian)(xian)機剝(bo)(bo)(bo)中剝(bo)(bo)(bo)的時候除剝(bo)(bo)(bo)線(xian)(xian)(xian)頭(tou)外,還(huan)具(ju)備(bei)剝(bo)(bo)(bo)開中間幾(ji)處(chu)的功能。
2、出線輪
為剝(bo)(bo)線(xian)(xian)機輸(shu)送線(xian)(xian)材及剝(bo)(bo)出線(xian)(xian)尾。(剝(bo)(bo)線(xian)(xian)機在剝(bo)(bo)短(duan)線(xian)(xian)時沒有作用,需使“出線(xian)(xian)輪抬(tai)起旋鈕(niu)”在“u”位置)
3、進線輪間隙調節旋鈕
調(diao)節剝線機的(de)進線輪間隙,往上旋(xuan)(xuan)動(dong)間隙增大,往下旋(xuan)(xuan)動(dong)間隙減小(根據(ju)線材的(de)粗細來調(diao)整)。
4、剝線機進線輪壓力調節旋鈕
調節剝線(xian)機的(de)進(jin)線(xian)輪(lun)(lun)壓(ya)力(li),拉出(chu)后(hou)順時針旋轉,進(jin)線(xian)輪(lun)(lun)壓(ya)力(li)增(zeng)大(da),拉出(chu)后(hou)逆時針旋轉,進(jin)線(xian)輪(lun)(lun)壓(ya)力(li)減小。(根據線(xian)材的(de)線(xian)皮強度來確(que)定(ding),即剝線(xian)皮的(de)難(nan)易,難(nan)則(ze)壓(ya)力(li)增(zeng)大(da),易則(ze)壓(ya)力(li)減小)
5、進線輪抬起旋鈕
剝線(xian)機穿(chuan)線(xian)時抬起進(jin)線(xian)輪(lun),順(shun)時針(zhen)轉動旋鈕為抬起進(jin)線(xian)輪(lun),以便能夠順(shun)利穿(chuan)過線(xian)材;工作時放(fang)下(xia)進(jin)線(xian)輪(lun)逆時針(zhen)轉動旋鈕為放(fang)下(xia)進(jin)線(xian)輪(lun),壓住線(xian)材。
6、出線輪間隙調節旋鈕
為剝線機(ji)調節(jie)出線輪間(jian)(jian)隙(xi),往上旋動(dong)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)增大,往下(xia)旋動(dong)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)減小(根據線材的粗細來調整)。
7、出線輪壓力調節旋鈕
為剝(bo)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)機調節出(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)壓(ya)力(li)(li),拉出(chu)后逆時(shi)(shi)針旋轉,出(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)壓(ya)力(li)(li)增(zeng)大,拉出(chu)后順時(shi)(shi)針旋轉,進線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)壓(ya)力(li)(li)減小。(根據線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)材的(de)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)皮(pi)強度來確定,即(ji)剝(bo)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)機剝(bo)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)皮(pi)的(de)難易(yi),難則壓(ya)力(li)(li)增(zeng)加,易(yi)則壓(ya)力(li)(li)減小)
8、出線輪抬起旋鈕
取出線(xian)材時抬(tai)(tai)起出線(xian)輪(lun),逆(ni)時針轉動旋鈕為(wei)抬(tai)(tai)起出線(xian)輪(lun),以便能夠順利取出線(xian)材;工作時放(fang)下出線(xian)輪(lun),順時針轉動旋鈕為(wei)放(fang)下出線(xian)輪(lun)。(當用短剝程序時,應使(shi)出線(xian)輪(lun)抬(tai)(tai)起)
9、刀架總成
在(zai)剝線機(ji)中負責(ze)線材(cai)的切(qie)斷(duan),剝頭和剝尾,停(ting)機(ji)狀態下(xia),上、下(xia)兩刀(dao)片需打開到最(zui)大,以(yi)便線材(cai)順(shun)利通過刀(dao)具(ju)。
二、剝線機的工作原理是什么
剝(bo)線機(ji)(ji)是一種(zhong)用于切(qie)割和剝(bo)離電(dian)線電(dian)纜的(de)機(ji)(ji)械設(she)(she)備(bei),它(ta)利用機(ji)(ji)械傳(chuan)動(dong)系統、刀(dao)具和夾具,能夠快速、高效(xiao)地將電(dian)線電(dian)纜的(de)外皮(pi)剝(bo)離。剝(bo)線機(ji)(ji)的(de)基本原理是通過夾具將電(dian)線電(dian)纜固定在(zai)設(she)(she)備(bei)上,然(ran)后(hou)通過高速旋轉(zhuan)的(de)刀(dao)具將電(dian)線電(dian)纜的(de)外皮(pi)削掉。
剝線機的(de)夾(jia)(jia)具(ju)(ju)通常由兩個(ge)(ge)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)組成,一(yi)個(ge)(ge)固(gu)定住(zhu)電線(xian)電纜的(de)夾(jia)(jia)持(chi)(chi)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)和(he)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)穩定夾(jia)(jia)持(chi)(chi)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)和(he)刀(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)運動的(de)夾(jia)(jia)緊部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)。當(dang)電線(xian)電纜夾(jia)(jia)持(chi)(chi)在(zai)夾(jia)(jia)持(chi)(chi)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)時,刀(dao)(dao)具(ju)(ju)開始旋轉,通過與外皮的(de)摩擦力,將(jiang)其逐(zhu)步(bu)削去。
