一、電纜剝線機由什么組成
電(dian)纜(lan)剝線機(ji)就是將電(dian)線電(dian)纜(lan)等(deng)外包裹(guo)的塑料包皮與金屬芯剝離(li)的機(ji)器設備,它一般(ban)由以下(xia)幾個部分組成:
1、進線輪
輸送線材及剝出線頭,剝線機在剝短線(xian)時既剝線(xian)頭(tou)又剝線(xian)尾(線(xian)長小于50mm),在剝線(xian)機(ji)剝中剝的時候除剝線(xian)頭(tou)外,還具(ju)備剝開中間幾處的功能(neng)。
2、出線輪

3、進線輪間隙調節旋鈕
調節剝線(xian)機的進(jin)線(xian)輪間(jian)隙,往上(shang)旋動(dong)間(jian)隙增大,往下旋動(dong)間(jian)隙減小(根據線(xian)材的粗細來調整)。
4、剝線機進線輪壓力調節旋鈕
調節剝線(xian)(xian)機的(de)(de)進線(xian)(xian)輪(lun)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li),拉出后(hou)(hou)順時(shi)針旋(xuan)轉,進線(xian)(xian)輪(lun)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)增大(da),拉出后(hou)(hou)逆時(shi)針旋(xuan)轉,進線(xian)(xian)輪(lun)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)減小。(根(gen)據(ju)線(xian)(xian)材(cai)的(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)皮(pi)強度來(lai)確定,即(ji)剝線(xian)(xian)皮(pi)的(de)(de)難易(yi),難則(ze)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)增大(da),易(yi)則(ze)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)減小)
5、進線輪抬起旋鈕
剝線機穿線時(shi)抬起進(jin)(jin)線輪(lun),順時(shi)針轉動(dong)旋鈕(niu)為(wei)抬起進(jin)(jin)線輪(lun),以便能(neng)夠(gou)順利(li)穿過線材;工作時(shi)放(fang)下進(jin)(jin)線輪(lun)逆時(shi)針轉動(dong)旋鈕(niu)為(wei)放(fang)下進(jin)(jin)線輪(lun),壓住線材。
6、出線輪間隙調節旋鈕
為剝線機調節出線輪(lun)間(jian)隙,往(wang)上旋(xuan)(xuan)動間(jian)隙增大,往(wang)下旋(xuan)(xuan)動間(jian)隙減(jian)小(xiao)(根據線材的粗細來調整)。
7、出線輪壓力調節旋鈕
為剝線(xian)機調節出(chu)線(xian)輪(lun)壓(ya)力(li),拉出(chu)后逆時針旋轉,出(chu)線(xian)輪(lun)壓(ya)力(li)增(zeng)大,拉出(chu)后順時針旋轉,進線(xian)輪(lun)壓(ya)力(li)減(jian)小(xiao)。(根據線(xian)材的線(xian)皮強度來確(que)定,即剝線(xian)機剝線(xian)皮的難易,難則(ze)壓(ya)力(li)增(zeng)加,易則(ze)壓(ya)力(li)減(jian)小(xiao))
8、出線輪抬起旋鈕
取(qu)(qu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)材(cai)時抬(tai)(tai)起出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)(lun),逆時針轉(zhuan)動旋鈕(niu)為抬(tai)(tai)起出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)(lun),以便能夠(gou)順(shun)利取(qu)(qu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)材(cai);工作時放(fang)下出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)(lun),順(shun)時針轉(zhuan)動旋鈕(niu)為放(fang)下出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)(lun)。(當(dang)用短剝程序時,應使出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)(lun)抬(tai)(tai)起)
9、刀架總成
在剝(bo)線(xian)機中負責線(xian)材的切斷,剝(bo)頭和剝(bo)尾,停(ting)機狀態下,上、下兩刀片需打開(kai)到最大,以便線(xian)材順利通過(guo)刀具(ju)。
二、剝線機的工作原理是什么
剝(bo)線(xian)(xian)機(ji)(ji)是(shi)一(yi)種用于切(qie)割和剝(bo)離電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的機(ji)(ji)械設備,它(ta)利用機(ji)(ji)械傳動系統、刀具(ju)和夾具(ju),能(neng)夠快速(su)、高效地將(jiang)(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的外皮剝(bo)離。剝(bo)線(xian)(xian)機(ji)(ji)的基本原(yuan)理是(shi)通過夾具(ju)將(jiang)(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)固定在(zai)設備上,然(ran)后通過高速(su)旋(xuan)轉的刀具(ju)將(jiang)(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的外皮削(xue)掉。
剝線機的(de)(de)夾(jia)(jia)具通常由兩個部(bu)分組成,一(yi)(yi)個固定住電線電纜的(de)(de)夾(jia)(jia)持(chi)部(bu)分和一(yi)(yi)個穩定夾(jia)(jia)持(chi)部(bu)分和刀(dao)具運動的(de)(de)夾(jia)(jia)緊部(bu)分。當電線電纜夾(jia)(jia)持(chi)在夾(jia)(jia)持(chi)部(bu)分時,刀(dao)具開始旋轉,通過與(yu)外皮的(de)(de)摩擦力(li),將其(qi)逐步(bu)削去。
