一、電纜剝線機由什么組成
電纜(lan)剝線機就是將電線電纜(lan)等外包(bao)裹的(de)塑(su)料包(bao)皮與(yu)金屬芯剝離的(de)機器設備,它一(yi)般由以(yi)下幾個部分組成:
1、進線輪
輸送線材及剝出線頭,剝線機在(zai)剝(bo)短線時既剝(bo)線頭(tou)又(you)剝(bo)線尾(wei)(線長小于50mm),在(zai)剝(bo)線機(ji)剝(bo)中(zhong)剝(bo)的(de)時候除剝(bo)線頭(tou)外,還具備(bei)剝(bo)開中(zhong)間幾處的(de)功能。
2、出線輪
為(wei)剝(bo)線(xian)機(ji)輸送線(xian)材(cai)及剝(bo)出線(xian)尾。(剝(bo)線(xian)機(ji)在(zai)剝(bo)短線(xian)時沒有作用,需使“出線(xian)輪抬(tai)起旋(xuan)鈕”在(zai)“u”位置)
3、進線輪間隙調節旋鈕
調節剝線(xian)機的進(jin)線(xian)輪間隙,往上旋動間隙增大,往下(xia)旋動間隙減小(根據線(xian)材的粗細來調整)。
4、剝線機進線輪壓力調節旋鈕
調(diao)節剝線(xian)(xian)機的(de)(de)進線(xian)(xian)輪壓力,拉出(chu)后順時(shi)針旋轉(zhuan),進線(xian)(xian)輪壓力增大(da),拉出(chu)后逆時(shi)針旋轉(zhuan),進線(xian)(xian)輪壓力減小。(根據線(xian)(xian)材的(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)皮(pi)強(qiang)度來確(que)定,即剝線(xian)(xian)皮(pi)的(de)(de)難易,難則壓力增大(da),易則壓力減小)
5、進線輪抬起旋鈕
剝(bo)線(xian)機(ji)穿線(xian)時抬起(qi)進線(xian)輪(lun),順(shun)時針(zhen)轉動旋鈕(niu)為(wei)抬起(qi)進線(xian)輪(lun),以便(bian)能夠順(shun)利(li)穿過線(xian)材(cai);工(gong)作(zuo)時放(fang)(fang)下進線(xian)輪(lun)逆時針(zhen)轉動旋鈕(niu)為(wei)放(fang)(fang)下進線(xian)輪(lun),壓住(zhu)線(xian)材(cai)。
6、出線輪間隙調節旋鈕
為剝線機調(diao)節出線輪間(jian)(jian)隙,往上旋(xuan)動間(jian)(jian)隙增(zeng)大,往下(xia)旋(xuan)動間(jian)(jian)隙減(jian)小(xiao)(根(gen)據線材的粗細來調(diao)整)。
7、出線輪壓力調節旋鈕
為剝線機(ji)調節出線輪壓(ya)力,拉(la)出后逆時針(zhen)旋(xuan)轉,出線輪壓(ya)力增(zeng)大(da),拉(la)出后順時針(zhen)旋(xuan)轉,進線輪壓(ya)力減(jian)小(xiao)。(根(gen)據線材的(de)線皮強度來確定,即剝線機(ji)剝線皮的(de)難(nan)易(yi),難(nan)則壓(ya)力增(zeng)加,易(yi)則壓(ya)力減(jian)小(xiao))
8、出線輪抬起旋鈕
取出(chu)線(xian)(xian)材時(shi)(shi)抬起出(chu)線(xian)(xian)輪(lun),逆時(shi)(shi)針(zhen)轉(zhuan)動旋(xuan)鈕為抬起出(chu)線(xian)(xian)輪(lun),以便(bian)能夠順(shun)利取出(chu)線(xian)(xian)材;工作時(shi)(shi)放下出(chu)線(xian)(xian)輪(lun),順(shun)時(shi)(shi)針(zhen)轉(zhuan)動旋(xuan)鈕為放下出(chu)線(xian)(xian)輪(lun)。(當用短剝程序(xu)時(shi)(shi),應(ying)使(shi)出(chu)線(xian)(xian)輪(lun)抬起)
9、刀架總成
在剝線機中(zhong)負責線材的(de)切斷,剝頭(tou)和剝尾,停機狀態下,上、下兩刀(dao)片需打(da)開到最大,以(yi)便線材順利通過刀(dao)具。
二、剝線機的工作原理是什么
剝(bo)(bo)線(xian)(xian)機(ji)是一種用于切割和(he)剝(bo)(bo)離電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)機(ji)械設備(bei)(bei),它利用機(ji)械傳(chuan)動系統、刀(dao)具和(he)夾(jia)具,能夠快速、高效地(di)將電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)外皮剝(bo)(bo)離。剝(bo)(bo)線(xian)(xian)機(ji)的(de)基本(ben)原理是通過夾(jia)具將電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)纜固定在(zai)設備(bei)(bei)上(shang),然后通過高速旋轉的(de)刀(dao)具將電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)外皮削掉。
剝線機的夾具通(tong)(tong)常由兩個(ge)部分(fen)組成,一(yi)個(ge)固(gu)定住(zhu)電(dian)(dian)線電(dian)(dian)纜的夾持(chi)部分(fen)和一(yi)個(ge)穩(wen)定夾持(chi)部分(fen)和刀具運動的夾緊(jin)部分(fen)。當(dang)電(dian)(dian)線電(dian)(dian)纜夾持(chi)在夾持(chi)部分(fen)時(shi),刀具開(kai)始旋(xuan)轉,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)與(yu)外皮的摩擦力,將其逐步削去。
在夾(jia)具的另一端(duan),剝線(xian)機還配備有一個(ge)輸出(chu)機構,用(yong)于將(jiang)切割好(hao)的電(dian)(dian)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)纜輸出(chu),以便進行(xing)后(hou)續加工和處理。輸出(chu)機構通(tong)常采(cai)用(yong)傳送帶、輸送線(xian)或者(zhe)抓(zhua)取(qu)裝置等形(xing)式,確保剝離后(hou)的電(dian)(dian)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)纜能夠順(shun)利輸出(chu)到指定(ding)位(wei)置。
