一、電纜剝線機由什么組成
電(dian)纜(lan)剝線(xian)機就是將電(dian)線(xian)電(dian)纜(lan)等外包裹(guo)的(de)塑料包皮與金屬芯剝離的(de)機器(qi)設備,它一般由(you)以下幾個部(bu)分組成(cheng):
1、進線輪
輸送線材及剝出線頭,剝線機在剝(bo)(bo)短線(xian)(xian)時既剝(bo)(bo)線(xian)(xian)頭又剝(bo)(bo)線(xian)(xian)尾(wei)(線(xian)(xian)長小(xiao)于50mm),在剝(bo)(bo)線(xian)(xian)機剝(bo)(bo)中(zhong)(zhong)剝(bo)(bo)的時候除剝(bo)(bo)線(xian)(xian)頭外,還具備(bei)剝(bo)(bo)開(kai)中(zhong)(zhong)間幾(ji)處的功能。
2、出線輪
為剝(bo)線(xian)(xian)機輸送線(xian)(xian)材及剝(bo)出線(xian)(xian)尾。(剝(bo)線(xian)(xian)機在剝(bo)短(duan)線(xian)(xian)時沒(mei)有作用(yong),需(xu)使“出線(xian)(xian)輪抬起旋鈕”在“u”位置)
3、進線輪間隙調節旋鈕
調節剝線機的進線輪間隙,往(wang)上旋動間隙增(zeng)大,往(wang)下旋動間隙減小(根(gen)據線材的粗細來調整(zheng))。
4、剝線機進線輪壓力調節旋鈕
調(diao)節剝(bo)(bo)線(xian)機的(de)進(jin)線(xian)輪(lun)壓力(li)(li)(li),拉出后順時針旋(xuan)轉(zhuan),進(jin)線(xian)輪(lun)壓力(li)(li)(li)增(zeng)大(da),拉出后逆時針旋(xuan)轉(zhuan),進(jin)線(xian)輪(lun)壓力(li)(li)(li)減小。(根據線(xian)材的(de)線(xian)皮(pi)強(qiang)度來確定,即剝(bo)(bo)線(xian)皮(pi)的(de)難易,難則(ze)壓力(li)(li)(li)增(zeng)大(da),易則(ze)壓力(li)(li)(li)減小)
5、進線輪抬起旋鈕
剝線(xian)(xian)機穿(chuan)線(xian)(xian)時(shi)抬起(qi)(qi)進線(xian)(xian)輪,順時(shi)針(zhen)轉(zhuan)動(dong)旋(xuan)鈕為抬起(qi)(qi)進線(xian)(xian)輪,以便能夠順利穿(chuan)過(guo)線(xian)(xian)材;工作時(shi)放下(xia)進線(xian)(xian)輪逆(ni)時(shi)針(zhen)轉(zhuan)動(dong)旋(xuan)鈕為放下(xia)進線(xian)(xian)輪,壓住線(xian)(xian)材。
6、出線輪間隙調節旋鈕
為剝線機調節出線輪間(jian)隙(xi),往上旋動(dong)間(jian)隙(xi)增大,往下旋動(dong)間(jian)隙(xi)減小(根據線材(cai)的粗細來調整(zheng))。
7、出線輪壓力調節旋鈕
為(wei)剝(bo)線(xian)(xian)機調(diao)節出(chu)線(xian)(xian)輪壓(ya)力,拉(la)出(chu)后逆時(shi)針旋(xuan)轉,出(chu)線(xian)(xian)輪壓(ya)力增大,拉(la)出(chu)后順時(shi)針旋(xuan)轉,進線(xian)(xian)輪壓(ya)力減小。(根據線(xian)(xian)材的線(xian)(xian)皮(pi)強度來(lai)確(que)定,即(ji)剝(bo)線(xian)(xian)機剝(bo)線(xian)(xian)皮(pi)的難易,難則壓(ya)力增加,易則壓(ya)力減小)
8、出線輪抬起旋鈕
取出(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)材時(shi)(shi)抬起出(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)輪(lun),逆時(shi)(shi)針(zhen)轉(zhuan)動旋鈕為抬起出(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)輪(lun),以便能夠(gou)順利取出(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)材;工(gong)作時(shi)(shi)放(fang)下出(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)輪(lun),順時(shi)(shi)針(zhen)轉(zhuan)動旋鈕為放(fang)下出(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)輪(lun)。(當用短(duan)剝程序時(shi)(shi),應(ying)使出(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)輪(lun)抬起)
9、刀架總成
在剝(bo)線機(ji)中負責線材的切斷(duan),剝(bo)頭和剝(bo)尾(wei),停機(ji)狀(zhuang)態(tai)下,上、下兩(liang)刀片(pian)需打開到(dao)最(zui)大,以(yi)便線材順利通過刀具。
二、剝線機的工作原理是什么
剝(bo)線機(ji)是(shi)一種用(yong)(yong)于(yu)切割和剝(bo)離(li)電(dian)(dian)線電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)機(ji)械設備(bei),它利用(yong)(yong)機(ji)械傳(chuan)動系統、刀具(ju)和夾具(ju),能夠快速、高(gao)(gao)效地將電(dian)(dian)線電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)外皮(pi)剝(bo)離(li)。剝(bo)線機(ji)的(de)基本(ben)原理(li)是(shi)通(tong)(tong)過夾具(ju)將電(dian)(dian)線電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)固定(ding)在設備(bei)上,然后通(tong)(tong)過高(gao)(gao)速旋轉的(de)刀具(ju)將電(dian)(dian)線電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)外皮(pi)削掉。
剝線機的夾(jia)(jia)具通(tong)常由兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)部分(fen)(fen)組成,一(yi)個(ge)(ge)固定住電(dian)線(xian)電(dian)纜的夾(jia)(jia)持(chi)部分(fen)(fen)和一(yi)個(ge)(ge)穩定夾(jia)(jia)持(chi)部分(fen)(fen)和刀具運動(dong)的夾(jia)(jia)緊部分(fen)(fen)。當(dang)電(dian)線(xian)電(dian)纜夾(jia)(jia)持(chi)在夾(jia)(jia)持(chi)部分(fen)(fen)時,刀具開始旋轉,通(tong)過與外皮(pi)的摩(mo)擦力,將其逐步削(xue)去。
