二、電力電容器接線柱怎么接
電(dian)力電(dian)容器接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)柱(zhu)一般有(you)三(san)(san)個(ge),分別標注為U、V、W,分別對應電(dian)容器內(nei)部的三(san)(san)個(ge)電(dian)極(ji)。正確(que)的接(jie)(jie)(jie)法是(shi)U接(jie)(jie)(jie)在(zai)電(dian)容器內(nei)部的U極(ji),V接(jie)(jie)(jie)在(zai)內(nei)部的V極(ji),W接(jie)(jie)(jie)在(zai)內(nei)部的W極(ji)上。同時,還(huan)需要接(jie)(jie)(jie)地線(xian)連接(jie)(jie)(jie)電(dian)容器本體(ti)和接(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)盒之間(jian)的金屬橋。
三、電力電容器組的接線原則
1、必須確保電容能充分放電
電力電容器組停運檢修時必須保證各個電容器完全放電,才可以最大程度的避免觸電事故的發生。而(er)保證電(dian)(dian)(dian)容充分放電(dian)(dian)(dian)除了需要電(dian)(dian)(dian)容本身設(she)計有(you)一定的放電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),使退出運行后(hou)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)容殘余電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓不(bu)超(chao)過65V,還需要工作人員檢修前用接(jie)地線再次放電(dian)(dian)(dian)。此外(wai),當電力電容器(qi)組超過1000V時可(ke)以搭配電壓互感器(qi)使(shi)用,通過一次(ci)繞組進(jin)行(xing)再(zai)次(ci)放(fang)電。
2、可與放電裝置直接相連
電力電容器組可以與放電設備設置直接自動接通的接點,中間不用加裝任何開關或熔斷器設備。因為若電容(rong)放電回路安裝有熔斷器等器件,當熔斷器出(chu)現熔斷故障需要斷開時(shi)會(hui)對相關操作(zuo)人員造成安全危(wei)害。
3、電力電容需接地
當電容(rong)組接(jie)入(ru)電網時(shi),每臺電容(rong)都應對(dui)地(di)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)且絕緣(yuan)(yuan)水平要高于系(xi)統額(e)定(ding)電壓(ya);當電容(rong)額(e)定(ding)電壓(ya)與電網標(biao)稱電壓(ya)相同時(shi)則需將電容(rong)外殼(ke)接(jie)地(di),若額(e)定(ding)電壓(ya)低于供電電網標(biao)準電壓(ya)則需加裝絕緣(yuan)(yuan)支(zhi)架(jia)。
4、電容器組可設單獨的保護裝置
