一、電力電容器接線方式有哪幾種
1、星形接線方式
在電力系統中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),星形(xing)(xing)接線(xian)(xian)(xian)可分為帶(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性線(xian)(xian)(xian)和不(bu)帶(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性線(xian)(xian)(xian)兩種(zhong)情況(kuang)。其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)帶(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性線(xian)(xian)(xian)方式的優勢在于可以(yi)進行分相(xiang)(xiang)投切,從而(er)補償電網負荷的三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)不(bu)平衡。對于不(bu)帶(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性線(xian)(xian)(xian)方式來說(shuo),其需要兩相(xiang)(xiang)電容才能形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)回路(lu)。和星形(xing)(xing)帶(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性線(xian)(xian)(xian)方式相(xiang)(xiang)同的是,它們的三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)基(ji)波(bo)(bo)電壓對稱,所以(yi)三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)基(ji)波(bo)(bo)電流(liu)合(he)成(cheng)值為零;而(er)3次諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)電流(liu)則由線(xian)(xian)(xian)電壓決定,三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)電壓的3次諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)大(da)小相(xiang)(xiang)等,方向相(xiang)(xiang)同,在線(xian)(xian)(xian)電壓中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)相(xiang)(xiang)互抵消,因此電容支路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)沒有3次諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)電流(liu)。
2、三角形接線
在電(dian)力系(xi)統中(zhong),三角形(xing)接(jie)法按照星(xing)形(xing)三角形(xing)變換(huan)原理,可(ke)以轉(zhuan)化為星(xing)形(xing)接(jie)線(xian)。當電(dian)力系(xi)統中(zhong)存(cun)在三相不(bu)平衡的(de)負(fu)載時,可(ke)令各相電(dian)容(rong)值不(bu)等,根據各相負(fu)荷進行(xing)分相補(bu)償(chang)。在電(dian)力補(bu)償(chang)電(dian)容(rong)器總無(wu)功(gong)容(rong)量相等的(de)情況下,三角形(xing)接(jie)線(xian)和星(xing)形(xing)無(wu)中(zhong)性線(xian)方(fang)式度外電(dian)路表示的(de)特性相同(tong)。在實際進行(xing)無(wu)功(gong)補(bu)償(chang)時,企業(ye)采(cai)用三角形(xing)接(jie)線(xian)方(fang)式更多。
星形接線和(he)三(san)角形接線,是電力補償(chang)電容器常見的接線方式。目前企業常用的接線方式是三(san)角形接線,因為它可以實現(xian)分相補償(chang),解(jie)決三(san)相不(bu)平(ping)衡的問題。
二、電力電容器接線柱怎么接
電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)接(jie)線柱一(yi)般有三個,分(fen)別(bie)標注為U、V、W,分(fen)別(bie)對(dui)應電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)內(nei)部的(de)(de)三個電(dian)(dian)極。正確的(de)(de)接(jie)法是U接(jie)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)內(nei)部的(de)(de)U極,V接(jie)在(zai)內(nei)部的(de)(de)V極,W接(jie)在(zai)內(nei)部的(de)(de)W極上(shang)。同時,還需要接(jie)地線連接(jie)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)器(qi)本體和接(jie)線盒之(zhi)間的(de)(de)金屬橋。
三、電力電容器組的接線原則
1、必須確保電容能充分放電
電力電容器組停運檢修時必須保證各個電容器完全放電,才可以最大程度的避免觸電事故的發生。而保證電(dian)容充分放(fang)電(dian)除了需(xu)要(yao)電(dian)容本身設計有一定的(de)放(fang)電(dian)裝置,使退出運行(xing)后的(de)電(dian)力電(dian)容殘余電(dian)壓不超過65V,還需(xu)要(yao)工作(zuo)人員檢修前用接地線再次放(fang)電(dian)。此外,當電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器組超過1000V時可(ke)以搭配電(dian)(dian)壓互感器使用,通過一次(ci)繞組進行再次(ci)放電(dian)(dian)。
2、可與放電裝置直接相連
電力電容器組可以與放電設備設置直接自動接通的接點,中間不用加裝任何開關或熔斷器設備。因為若電容放電回(hui)路安裝有熔斷(duan)(duan)器(qi)(qi)等器(qi)(qi)件,當熔斷(duan)(duan)器(qi)(qi)出現熔斷(duan)(duan)故(gu)障需要斷(duan)(duan)開時會對相(xiang)關(guan)操作(zuo)人員造成安全(quan)危害(hai)。
3、電力電容需接地
當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容組(zu)接入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)時(shi),每臺電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容都應對(dui)地絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)且絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)水(shui)平要高于(yu)系統額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya);當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)標稱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)相同時(shi)則需將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容外殼接地,若額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低于(yu)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)標準電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)則需加裝絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)支(zhi)架。
4、電容器組可設單獨的保護裝置
如果想單獨提高某一用電設備的功率因數可以為相關電力電容器組(zu)設置(zhi)單獨(du)的控制及保護裝置(zhi)。
