1、星形接線方式

星(xing)形(xing)接線(xian)和(he)三(san)(san)角形(xing)接線(xian),是電力(li)補償(chang)電容(rong)器常(chang)見的(de)(de)接線(xian)方式(shi)。目前企業常(chang)用(yong)的(de)(de)接線(xian)方式(shi)是三(san)(san)角形(xing)接線(xian),因為它可以(yi)實(shi)現(xian)分相補償(chang),解(jie)決三(san)(san)相不平衡的(de)(de)問(wen)題。
二、電力電容器接線柱怎么接
電(dian)力電(dian)容器接(jie)(jie)線柱一般有三(san)個,分別標注(zhu)為U、V、W,分別對(dui)應(ying)電(dian)容器內(nei)部的三(san)個電(dian)極。正確的接(jie)(jie)法是U接(jie)(jie)在電(dian)容器內(nei)部的U極,V接(jie)(jie)在內(nei)部的V極,W接(jie)(jie)在內(nei)部的W極上(shang)。同時,還需(xu)要接(jie)(jie)地線連(lian)接(jie)(jie)電(dian)容器本(ben)體和接(jie)(jie)線盒之(zhi)間的金屬橋。
三、電力電容器組的接線原則
1、必須確保電容能充分放電
電力電容器組停運檢修時必須保證各個電容器完全放電,才可以最大程度的避免觸電事故的發生。而保(bao)證(zheng)電容充分(fen)放(fang)電除(chu)了需要(yao)電容本(ben)身設計有(you)一定(ding)的放(fang)電裝(zhuang)置,使退出運行后的電力電容殘余電壓不超過65V,還需要(yao)工(gong)作(zuo)人(ren)員檢(jian)修(xiu)前用接(jie)地線再(zai)次放(fang)電。此外,當電(dian)力電(dian)容器組超(chao)過(guo)1000V時可(ke)以搭配電(dian)壓互感(gan)器使用,通(tong)過(guo)一次繞組進行再(zai)次放電(dian)。
2、可與放電裝置直接相連
電力電容器組可以與放電設備設置直接自動接通的接點,中間不用加裝任何開關或熔斷器設備。因(yin)為若電(dian)容放電(dian)回路安(an)(an)裝有熔(rong)斷器等器件,當熔(rong)斷器出現熔(rong)斷故障需要斷開時(shi)會對相關操作(zuo)人(ren)員造(zao)成安(an)(an)全危(wei)害。
3、電力電容需接地
當電(dian)(dian)(dian)容組接(jie)(jie)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)時(shi),每臺電(dian)(dian)(dian)容都應對地(di)絕緣且(qie)絕緣水(shui)平要高(gao)于系統額定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya);當電(dian)(dian)(dian)容額定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)標(biao)稱電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)相同時(shi)則(ze)(ze)需將電(dian)(dian)(dian)容外殼接(jie)(jie)地(di),若額定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低于供電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)標(biao)準(zhun)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)則(ze)(ze)需加裝絕緣支(zhi)架。
4、電容器組可設單獨的保護裝置
