一、電力電容器接線方式有哪幾種
1、星形接線方式

在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)中,三(san)角形(xing)(xing)接法按照星形(xing)(xing)三(san)角形(xing)(xing)變換(huan)原理,可(ke)以(yi)轉(zhuan)化為星形(xing)(xing)接線(xian)。當電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)中存在(zai)(zai)三(san)相(xiang)不平(ping)衡的負(fu)載時(shi),可(ke)令各相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)容值不等(deng),根據各相(xiang)負(fu)荷進行分相(xiang)補(bu)償。在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)力補(bu)償電(dian)(dian)容器總無功容量相(xiang)等(deng)的情況下,三(san)角形(xing)(xing)接線(xian)和星形(xing)(xing)無中性(xing)線(xian)方式(shi)度外電(dian)(dian)路表示的特(te)性(xing)相(xiang)同。在(zai)(zai)實際進行無功補(bu)償時(shi),企業采用三(san)角形(xing)(xing)接線(xian)方式(shi)更多。
星形(xing)接線(xian)和(he)三角形(xing)接線(xian),是(shi)電力補(bu)(bu)償電容器常見的接線(xian)方(fang)式。目前企業常用的接線(xian)方(fang)式是(shi)三角形(xing)接線(xian),因為(wei)它可以(yi)實現分相(xiang)補(bu)(bu)償,解決(jue)三相(xiang)不平衡的問(wen)題(ti)。
二、電力電容器接線柱怎么接
電(dian)力電(dian)容(rong)器接(jie)(jie)線柱一般(ban)有(you)三(san)個(ge),分(fen)別標注為U、V、W,分(fen)別對應電(dian)容(rong)器內(nei)部(bu)的(de)(de)三(san)個(ge)電(dian)極。正確的(de)(de)接(jie)(jie)法是U接(jie)(jie)在(zai)電(dian)容(rong)器內(nei)部(bu)的(de)(de)U極,V接(jie)(jie)在(zai)內(nei)部(bu)的(de)(de)V極,W接(jie)(jie)在(zai)內(nei)部(bu)的(de)(de)W極上。同時,還(huan)需要接(jie)(jie)地線連接(jie)(jie)電(dian)容(rong)器本(ben)體和接(jie)(jie)線盒之間的(de)(de)金(jin)屬橋(qiao)。
三、電力電容器組的接線原則
1、必須確保電容能充分放電
電力電容器組停運檢修時必須保證各個電容器完全放電,才可以最大程度的避免觸電事故的發生。而保證電容(rong)充分放電除了需要電容(rong)本身設計有一定的(de)放電裝置,使(shi)退出運行后的(de)電力(li)電容(rong)殘余電壓不超過65V,還需要工作人員檢修(xiu)前用接(jie)地線再次放電。此(ci)外,當電力電容器組超過1000V時(shi)可以搭配(pei)電壓(ya)互感器使用,通過一次繞組進行再次放電。
2、可與放電裝置直接相連
電力電容器組可以與放電設備設置直接自動接通的接點,中間不用加裝任何開關或熔斷器設備。因為若(ruo)電容放電回路安裝有熔(rong)斷器(qi)等(deng)器(qi)件,當熔(rong)斷器(qi)出現熔(rong)斷故障(zhang)需要(yao)斷開時(shi)會對相關操作人員造成安全危害。
3、電力電容需接地
當電(dian)(dian)容(rong)組接入電(dian)(dian)網時(shi),每臺(tai)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)都應對地(di)絕緣且絕緣水平要高于(yu)(yu)系統額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓;當電(dian)(dian)容(rong)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓與電(dian)(dian)網標(biao)稱電(dian)(dian)壓相同時(shi)則(ze)需將電(dian)(dian)容(rong)外(wai)殼接地(di),若(ruo)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓低于(yu)(yu)供電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)網標(biao)準電(dian)(dian)壓則(ze)需加裝絕緣支架(jia)。
4、電容器組可設單獨的保護裝置
如果想單獨提高某一用電設備的功率因數可以為相關電力電容器組設(she)置單獨的(de)控制及保(bao)護裝置。
