一、數控車床的組成
數控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)是按(an)照事先編制(zhi)好的加(jia)(jia)工程序,自(zi)(zi)動對(dui)被加(jia)(jia)工零件進行加(jia)(jia)工的自(zi)(zi)動化機床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)。數控(kong)車(che)床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)由數控(kong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)身、主(zhu)軸箱、刀架進給系(xi)(xi)統、尾(wei)座、液壓系(xi)(xi)統、冷卻系(xi)(xi)統、潤滑系(xi)(xi)統、排(pai)屑器等部分組成(cheng)。
二、數控車床的特點
數控車床具有(you)加工精(jing)度高、對(dui)加工對(dui)象的(de)(de)適應性強(qiang)、自動化程度高勞動強(qiang)度低(di)、生產(chan)效(xiao)率高、方便更換(huan)加工零件、經濟(ji)效(xiao)益(yi)良好等(deng)特點,但(dan)相(xiang)對(dui)普通(tong)機械機床而言,數控機床對(dui)操作人(ren)員(yuan)的(de)(de)素質(zhi)要(yao)求(qiu)較高,對(dui)維修人(ren)員(yuan)的(de)(de)技術(shu)要(yao)求(qiu)更高。
三、數控車床對刀操作
選擇機床的(de)手(shou)動操(cao)作模式,啟動主軸,試(shi)切工(gong)件外(wai)圓(yuan),保(bao)持X方向(xiang)不移(yi)動,停主軸,測(ce)量出工(gong)件的(de)外(wai)徑值(zhi);選擇機床的(de)MDI操(cao)作模式,按下(xia)“off set sitting”按鈕,再(zai)按下(xia)屏幕下(xia)方的(de)坐標系軟鍵(jian);將光標移(yi)至(zhi)“G54”,輸入X及測(ce)量的(de)直徑值(zhi),按下(xia)屏幕下(xia)方的(de)測(ce)量軟鍵(jian);最后啟動主軸, 試(shi)切工(gong)件端面, 保(bao)持Z方向(xiang)不移(yi)動即可完成(cheng)對(dui)刀。
四、數控車床與數控機床的區別
數控車床是數控機床中的一種,二者的主要區別在于定義、特點和組成三部分,數控車床是目前使用較為廣泛的數控機床之一,選擇的數控車床品牌要注重(zhong)控制系統(tong)的(de)同一性,做到(dao)功能、精度不(bu)閑(xian)置(zhi)、不(bu)浪費。
五、數控車床是干什么的
數(shu)(shu)控(kong)車床(chuang)是(shi)目前使用(yong)較為廣(guang)泛的(de)數(shu)(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)之一。它主要用(yong)于軸類零(ling)(ling)件或盤(pan)類零(ling)(ling)件的(de)內外(wai)圓(yuan)柱(zhu)面(mian)、任意錐(zhui)角的(de)內外(wai)圓(yuan)錐(zhui)面(mian)、復雜回轉(zhuan)內外(wai)曲(qu)面(mian)和圓(yuan)柱(zhu)、圓(yuan)錐(zhui)螺紋等切(qie)削加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),并能進行切(qie)槽、鉆孔、擴孔、鉸孔及鏜孔等。數(shu)(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)是(shi)按(an)照(zhao)事先編制好的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu),自動地對(dui)被加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)零(ling)(ling)件進行加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。我們(men)把零(ling)(ling)件的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝路線、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝參數(shu)(shu)、刀具的(de)運動軌跡、位移量、切(qie)削參數(shu)(shu)以及輔(fu)助功能,按(an)照(zhao)數(shu)(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)規(gui)定的(de)指令代碼及程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)格式編寫成加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)單,再(zai)把這程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)單中的(de)內容記錄在(zai)控(kong)制介(jie)質上(shang),然后輸(shu)入到(dao)數(shu)(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)的(de)數(shu)(shu)控(kong)裝置中,從而指揮機床(chuang)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)零(ling)(ling)件。
