《麃孝(xiao)禹(yu)碑》是刊刻(ke)(ke)于(yu)西漢河平三年(nian)(nian)(公元前26年(nian)(nian))的一(yi)方碑刻(ke)(ke),又稱“麃孝(xiao)禹(yu)刻(ke)(ke)石”和“河平刻(ke)(ke)石”等,無撰書(shu)人姓(xing)名,屬(shu)隸書(shu)書(shu)法(fa)作品,現(xian)藏于(yu)山東省博(bo)物館。
《麃孝禹碑(bei)(bei)》為(wei)國家一(yi)(yi)級文(wen)物,呈圓(yuan)首長(chang)方(fang)(fang)形(xing)(xing),通高(gao)182厘米,寬40-46厘米,厚24-26厘米,根(gen)部(bu)界格(ge)外高(gao)36厘米。碑(bei)(bei)陽陰(yin)線刻豎向(xiang)三(san)欄界格(ge),頂端陰(yin)刻房(fang)檐形(xing)(xing)裝飾,整(zheng)體類似房(fang)屋形(xing)(xing)狀。中欄界格(ge)較(jiao)窄,無字(zi)(zi),中間(jian)有(you)一(yi)(yi)淺坑。左(zuo)右界格(ge)上方(fang)(fang)各刻一(yi)(yi)鳥,其中左(zuo)側一(yi)(yi)鳥保存(cun)較(jiao)好,長(chang)喙、長(chang)項、細(xi)(xi)長(chang)腿、短垂尾,形(xing)(xing)似鶴。鳥下(xia)方(fang)(fang)各刻隸(li)書(shu)銘文(wen)一(yi)(yi)行,右行8字(zi)(zi),左(zuo)行7字(zi)(zi),記述(shu)了(le)立(li)碑(bei)(bei)的(de)時間(jian)、地點、碑(bei)(bei)主(zhu)。左(zuo)下(xia)方(fang)(fang)界格(ge)外刻有(you)宮本昂等(deng)人的(de)題記。書(shu)法上,其筆畫瘦挺(ting)堅細(xi)(xi),生澀(se)遲拙,結(jie)字(zi)(zi)與用筆微帶(dai)篆意,線平(ping)直,以方(fang)(fang)折(zhe)為(wei)主(zhu),圓(yuan)勻而較(jiao)少起伏,無波(bo)磔,質(zhi)樸遒勁(jing)。

《麃孝(xiao)禹碑(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)》刊刻于(yu)西(xi)漢(han)河平三年(公元前26年),為中國(guo)現存最早(zao)的(de)(de)(de)墓(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)碑(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)。據史料記載(zai),春秋戰國(guo)時(shi)期(qi),棺槨入(ru)葬(zang)(zang)時(shi),墓(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)穴旁邊往往設有(you)(you)(you)一種(zhong)類似(si)轤轆的(de)(de)(de)支架(jia),用(yong)繩索借助(zhu)此架(jia)徐(xu)(xu)徐(xu)(xu)將棺槨送入(ru)墓(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)穴,用(yong)畢隨棺槨一起埋于(yu)墓(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)穴。這種(zhong)支架(jia)或木質(zhi)或石質(zhi),在形(xing)制上(shang)(shang)(shang)都有(you)(you)(you)一個共(gong)同的(de)(de)(de)特征,即(ji)(ji)上(shang)(shang)(shang)半(ban)部大都有(you)(you)(you)因用(yong)途需要而(er)開(kai)鑿的(de)(de)(de)一個圓洞——碑(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)穿。隨著墓(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)祭(ji)風俗(su)的(de)(de)(de)漸(jian)次盛行,后來這種(zhong)支架(jia)一律采用(yong)石質(zhi),上(shang)(shang)(shang)面(mian)刻寫(xie)墓(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)主(zhu)姓氏、官職及卒葬(zang)(zang)年月等,不再埋入(ru)墓(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)穴之(zhi)(zhi)內而(er)是(shi)立于(yu)墳前,這便是(shi)后來墓(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)碑(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)(de)雛(chu)形(xing)。大致在西(xi)漢(han)晚期(qi),有(you)(you)(you)人在碑(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)上(shang)(shang)(shang)刻上(shang)(shang)(shang)了(le)字(zi),創作出了(le)《麃孝(xiao)禹碑(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)》等刻字(zi)碑(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)。一說(shuo)《麃孝(xiao)禹碑(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)》的(de)(de)(de)內容(rong)(rong)雖(sui)刻有(you)(you)(you)墓(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)主(zhu)姓名、籍貫和立石年代(dai)(或卒年),卻沒有(you)(you)(you)對墓(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)主(zhu)先世的(de)(de)(de)追溯、生平事跡的(de)(de)(de)記錄和表示(shi)哀悼贊頌的(de)(de)(de)言辭(ci)等墓(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)碑(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)主(zhu)要內容(rong)(rong),文字(zi)僅(jin)兩句十五字(zi),過于(yu)簡單(dan),不成章體(ti),仍(reng)未脫《公乘得守丘(qiu)刻石》的(de)(de)(de)題銘(ming)性質(zhi)。且刻立目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)也僅(jin)局限于(yu)標志墓(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)地,而(er)沒有(you)(you)(you)墓(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)碑(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)那種(zhong)頌揚墓(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)主(zhu)功(gong)德休烈,光宗(zong)耀祖(zu)的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong),雖(sui)與墓(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)碑(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei)有(you)(you)(you)某(mou)些(xie)共(gong)同之(zhi)(zhi)處(chu),可是(shi)從整體(ti)來看還不能說(shuo)即(ji)(ji)是(shi)墓(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)碑(bei)(bei)(bei)(bei),仍(reng)當以(yi)屬墓(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)碣為妥。
書(shu)(shu)法上(shang),《麃孝禹碑》的(de)(de)用(yong)筆(bi)渾穆圓厚,粗細(xi)勻同,具有(you)篆書(shu)(shu)之(zhi)遺韻,如(ru)(ru)“平(ping)”字(zi)(zi)、“八”字(zi)(zi)、“麃”字(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)部首、“孝”字(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)“子(zi)”部,直接援(yuan)引(yin)篆書(shu)(shu)之(zhi)法。結體(ti)(ti)(ti)上(shang),極其隨(sui)意大膽,如(ru)(ru)起(qi)首“河(he)”字(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)最后(hou)一筆(bi)盡(jin)情(qing)舒(shu)張(zhang),以(yi)致左右兩(liang)部分極不(bu)平(ping)衡,造(zao)成險(xian)峻之(zhi)美。同時(shi)造(zao)型寬綽舒(shu)放,大小錯(cuo)落,甚(shen)似于同時(shi)代的(de)(de)簡(jian)帛文字(zi)(zi),具有(you)沉(chen)穩而不(bu)失豪放、古樸而不(bu)乏情(qing)趣的(de)(de)整體(ti)(ti)(ti)感,筆(bi)法看似比(bi)較(jiao)單一,實則跌宕(dang)起(qi)伏(fu)、充滿(man)生機(ji)、富于藝術(shu)性,如(ru)(ru)“平(ping)”字(zi)(zi)、“年”字(zi)(zi)垂(chui)豎之(zhi)縱意而下(xia),“亥”字(zi)(zi)、“孝”字(zi)(zi)等(deng)之(zhi)欹側有(you)致,“河(he)”字(zi)(zi)、“里”字(zi)(zi)、“八”字(zi)(zi)、“丁”字(zi)(zi)等(deng)之(zhi)懸殊(shu)對比(bi),“河(he)”字(zi)(zi)、“里”字(zi)(zi)、“三”字(zi)(zi)、“麃”字(zi)(zi)等(deng)之(zhi)疏密開合。布局上(shang),十五個字(zi)(zi)有(you)欹有(you)正,大小不(bu)一,如(ru)(ru)“河(he)”字(zi)(zi)與“丁”字(zi)(zi)等(deng)相較(jiao),彼此之(zhi)差達(da)數倍;字(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)間距寬窄不(bu)等(deng),無規矩可(ke)循(xun)。由于這幾方面的(de)(de)強烈反(fan)差,整體(ti)(ti)(ti)上(shang)自然(ran)形成一種拙趣。
近代書法家康有為:《葉子侯碑》淺薄(bo),前漢時無(wu)此體,與《麃孝禹(yu)碑》殆是贗作。(《廣藝舟(zhou)雙楫·卷二·本漢第七》)
清代(dai)金石(shi)學家莫友芝(zhi):①此西漢石(shi)之僅存(cun)者(zhe),筆(bi)(bi)意渾勁,兼分篆(zhuan)。(《金石(shi)筆(bi)(bi)識》)②今存(cun)漢石(shi),自西京者(zhe)希矣。曲(qu)阜之魯孝王刻石(shi),及揚州淮(huai)南厲王墓之中殿第廿等小石(shi),并(bing)此三耳。結(jie)字(zi)蕭散天真,筆(bi)(bi)意渾勁,兼分篆(zhuan)亦與(yu)中殿相似。(《宋(song)元舊(jiu)本書(shu)經眼錄·附錄卷第二·漢麃孝禹碑(bei)》)
近代碑(bei)帖(tie)鑒藏(zang)家陳景陶:西漢(han)刻石,世稱難得,書體由篆入(ru)隸,渾(hun)勁寬放,堪與(yu)《魯孝(xiao)王五鳳石》《廣(guang)陵厲王中殿石》媲美于藝林,稱西漢(han)碑(bei)云。(《愨(que)齋(zhai)碑(bei)案》)
清代同(tong)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)九(jiu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(公(gong)(gong)元(yuan)(yuan)1870年(nian)(nian)(nian)),泗(si)水知(zhi)(zhi)縣宮(gong)本昂治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)河平(ping)邑時,于(yu)(yu)(yu)土堤發現(xian)《麃(biao)(biao)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)禹碑(bei)(bei)(bei)》,將其(qi)帶走(zou),存于(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)宮(gong)。這(zhe)是(shi)主流(liu)說(shuo)法,亦與碑(bei)(bei)(bei)陽左(zuo)側題刻銘(ming)文(wen)同(tong)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)庚午(公(gong)(gong)元(yuan)(yuan)1870年(nian)(nian)(nian))訪得(de)此碑(bei)(bei)(bei)于(yu)(yu)(yu)平(ping)邑在時間、地(di)點上(shang)均相符。《〔光(guang)緒〕泗(si)水縣志》則稱:“麃(biao)(biao)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)禹碑(bei)(bei)(bei)……平(ping)邑今屬(shu)費,與泗(si)無涉矣,不知(zhi)(zhi)圯(yi)于(yu)(yu)(yu)何年(nian)(nian)(nian),經中古人(ren)移作墓壙,壙塌而碑(bei)(bei)(bei)復出(chu),則在吾(wu)泗(si)境也。同(tong)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)八年(nian)(nian)(nian),宮(gong)子(zi)行(xing)明府(fu)(fu)宰吾(wu)泗(si),聞(wen)之,舁(yu)至(zhi)學(xue)宮(gong)。”認為《麃(biao)(biao)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)禹碑(bei)(bei)(bei)》應(ying)為同(tong)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)八年(nian)(nian)(nian)(公(gong)(gong)元(yuan)(yuan)1869年(nian)(nian)(nian))發現(xian)于(yu)(yu)(yu)泗(si)水境內(nei)(nei)。《麃(biao)(biao)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)禹碑(bei)(bei)(bei)》被(bei)發現(xian)后(hou),輾轉歸李宗岱(字山(shan)(shan)農(nong)),“移置別(bie)墅,筑碑(bei)(bei)(bei)亭以保(bao)之”,藏(zang)于(yu)(yu)(yu)濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)(nan)東(dong)流(liu)水李氏(shi)漢(han)石園。民國(guo)九(jiu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(公(gong)(gong)元(yuan)(yuan)1920年(nian)(nian)(nian)),為山(shan)(shan)東(dong)莒縣南(nan)(nan)鄉大店(dian)(今屬(shu)莒南(nan)(nan)縣)人(ren)莊鈺(字式如)所得(de),旋存濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)(nan),后(hou)轉至(zhi)山(shan)(shan)東(dong)圖(tu)書館(guan)內(nei)(nei)附設的(de)山(shan)(shan)東(dong)金石保(bao)存所。民國(guo)二十六(liu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(公(gong)(gong)元(yuan)(yuan)1937年(nian)(nian)(nian))“七七事(shi)變”前后(hou),山(shan)(shan)東(dong)圖(tu)書館(guan)館(guan)長(chang)王獻唐等(deng)攜(xie)精選古籍(ji)、金石、書畫南(nan)(nan)遷川(chuan)渝(yu),其(qi)中一(yi)部分(fen)暫存孔府(fu)(fu),一(yi)部分(fen)無法帶走(zou)仍存原處,《麃(biao)(biao)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)禹碑(bei)(bei)(bei)》等(deng)笨重的(de)石刻文(wen)物(wu)即滯(zhi)留濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)(nan)。同(tong)年(nian)(nian)(nian)11月,國(guo)民黨(dang)軍隊實行(xing)焦土政策,焚(fen)毀山(shan)(shan)東(dong)圖(tu)書館(guan)海岳樓等(deng)建筑。之后(hou),日軍侵入濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)(nan),館(guan)內(nei)(nei)滯(zhi)留的(de)文(wen)物(wu)失竊、散佚,損(sun)失殆盡,《麃(biao)(biao)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)禹碑(bei)(bei)(bei)》于(yu)(yu)(yu)此時流(liu)失,不知(zhi)(zhi)去向。公(gong)(gong)元(yuan)(yuan)1950年(nian)(nian)(nian)7月,在濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)(nan)經四路(lu)緯一(yi)路(lu)成大汽車(che)行(xing)廁所內(nei)(nei)重新(xin)發現(xian)《麃(biao)(biao)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)禹碑(bei)(bei)(bei)》,山(shan)(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)古代文(wen)物(wu)保(bao)管(guan)委員會即將其(qi)運回收藏(zang)。公(gong)(gong)元(yuan)(yuan)1956年(nian)(nian)(nian),山(shan)(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)博物(wu)館(guan)成立,《麃(biao)(biao)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)禹碑(bei)(bei)(bei)》入藏(zang)山(shan)(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)博物(wu)館(guan)。
