米(mi)倉(cang)山(shan)(shan)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)是巴陜高速中的(de)控制性項目,隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)進(jin)口位(wei)于陜西(xi)省漢中市南鄭區小南海鎮小壩(ba)附近,出口位(wei)于巴中市南江縣(xian)關壩(ba)鄉,將從(cong)米(mi)倉(cang)山(shan)(shan)國家森(sen)林公(gong)(gong)園的(de)玉泉、大壩(ba)國有林場地下穿“場”而過(guo)。米(mi)倉(cang)山(shan)(shan)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)全長(chang)(chang)(chang)13.81公(gong)(gong)里,其中陜境3公(gong)(gong)里,川境10.8公(gong)(gong)里,是四(si)川最長(chang)(chang)(chang)、國內(nei)第二長(chang)(chang)(chang)、世界第三長(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)。隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)出口端掘進(jin)達8公(gong)(gong)里,是國內(nei)獨頭掘進(jin)最長(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)。
2013年10月,來自全國各(ge)地的(de)建設者匯聚米(mi)倉山(shan)下(xia),拉開大會戰的(de)序幕。受巖爆災(zai)害(hai)的(de)影(ying)響,從2018年1月份挖掘進展緩慢(man),2018年8月9日10:23貫通(tong)(tong),春節前(qian)通(tong)(tong)車(che),比(bi)原計(ji)劃貫通(tong)(tong)時(shi)間推遲4個月左(zuo)右。千(qian)年米(mi)倉道,從此不再(zai)難。2018年8月9日,巴陜高速(su)米(mi)倉山(shan)隧(sui)道全線(xian)貫通(tong)(tong)。巴陜高速(su)于2018年11月22日上午10時(shi)實現全線(xian)正式通(tong)(tong)車(che)。
“蠶叢及魚鳧(fu),開(kai)國何茫然。”傳說(shuo)中“五丁開(kai)山”開(kai)鑿古(gu)(gu)蜀道,米倉古(gu)(gu)道便(bian)在其中。千百(bai)年來,川陜(shan)交(jiao)流(liu)的(de)一(yi)(yi)個重要途(tu)徑即是翻越崇山峻嶺橫亙的(de)米倉古(gu)(gu)道。千年羊(yang)腸道將變(bian)身現代高(gao)速(su)路(lu)。2009年12月23日,巴(ba)陜(shan)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)開(kai)工建設。巴(ba)陜(shan)高(gao)速(su)是我省(sheng)《西部綜合交(jiao)通樞(shu)紐建設規劃(hua)》中成(cheng)都(dou)引(yin)入(ru)線——成(cheng)都(dou)至巴(ba)中至川陜(shan)界高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)中的(de)一(yi)(yi)段,和廣(guang)陜(shan)高(gao)速(su)、達陜(shan)高(gao)速(su)一(yi)(yi)起“三(san)箭齊發”,構(gou)建起四川北向出川三(san)條高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)通道。
廣陜(shan)高(gao)速在2010年(nian)5月通車,達(da)陜(shan)高(gao)速在2011年(nian)通車!而川陜(shan)間(jian)的(de)第三條高(gao)速公路開通時間(jian)很大(da)程(cheng)度上取決于其中的(de)控制性工程(cheng)——米倉山特長隧道!

10月(yue)10日早上8點(dian)整(zheng),伴著(zhu)鞭炮聲的巨響(xiang),機械的轟隆聲,四(si)(si)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)桃(tao)巴LJ項(xiang)目(mu)部承(cheng)建(jian)(jian)的巴陜(shan)高速公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)控(kong)制(zhi)性工(gong)(gong)程——米倉(cang)山隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)LJ1標段(duan)正(zheng)式開工(gong)(gong)。四(si)(si)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)桃(tao)巴LJ1項(xiang)目(mu)部于(yu)7月(yue)8日中標,7月(yue)19日項(xiang)目(mu)組織人員、機械設(she)備對(dui)17.5公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)里便道(dao)(dao)(dao)路(lu)(水毀道(dao)(dao)(dao)路(lu))進(jin)行(xing)整(zheng)修,橋(qiao)涵(han)加固(gu),確保大型機械設(she)備安全進(jin)場。9月(yue)18日開始對(dui)距米倉(cang)山隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)洞(dong)口(kou)2.1公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)里的既有便道(dao)(dao)(dao)路(lu)進(jin)行(xing)拓(tuo)寬加固(gu)。巴陜(shan)高速公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)米倉(cang)山隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)全長(chang)約13.8公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)里,是當(dang)前四(si)(si)川省(sheng)在建(jian)(jian)最長(chang)的公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao),也是國內第(di)二長(chang)、世界第(di)三長(chang)的公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)。米倉(cang)山隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)進(jin)口(kou)段(duan)起點(dian)位于(yu)陜(shan)西省(sheng)漢(han)中市南(nan)鄭區小壩鄉,接陜(shan)西境擬建(jian)(jian)寶漢(han)高速漢(han)中至陜(shan)川界段(duan)。該隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)的建(jian)(jian)設(she)管理及隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)程由四(si)(si)川省(sheng)交通(tong)運輸廳(ting)負(fu)責,隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)期間的征(zheng)地(di)拆遷、供電等由陜(shan)西省(sheng)交通(tong)運輸廳(ting)協(xie)調配合。四(si)(si)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)桃(tao)巴LJ1項(xiang)目(mu)部承(cheng)建(jian)(jian)的米倉(cang)山隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)進(jin)口(kou)段(duan)全長(chang)6.066km(右線)。主要工(gong)(gong)程為(wei)米倉(cang)山特長(chang)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)漢(han)中端正(zheng)洞(dong)及通(tong)風斜井。隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)設(she)計為(wei)低(di)瓦斯隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao),有巖溶、順層(ceng)偏壓、巖爆(bao)、大變形(xing)及高地(di)溫等不良地(di)質。
2013年10月9日上午10時30分,在一陣喜慶的鞭炮聲(sheng)中(zhong),挖掘(jue)機緩緩駛入LJ2合(he)同段米(mi)倉(cang)山特長(chang)(chang)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道洞(dong)口開(kai)始(shi)仰坡(po)作業,這標志著巴(ba)陜高(gao)速公(gong)路米(mi)倉(cang)山特長(chang)(chang)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道正式進入了施工階段。米(mi)倉(cang)山隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道LJ2合(he)同段位(wei)于巴(ba)中(zhong)市南江縣關(guan)壩鄉周家溝村,由(you)四川川交路橋(qiao)有限(xian)責任公(gong)司承建,主要結構包括:隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道主洞(dong)右(you)線(xian)(xian)長(chang)(chang)7.726公(gong)里(li)、左線(xian)(xian)長(chang)(chang)7.732公(gong)里(li)(米(mi)倉(cang)山隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道全長(chang)(chang)主洞(dong)左線(xian)(xian)13.833公(gong)里(li),右(you)洞(dong)13.792公(gong)里(li)),斜井3.16公(gong)里(li)/2座,豎井870米(mi)/2座,路基、橋(qiao)梁(liang)共109米(mi)(其中(zhong)含1-40米(mi)T梁(liang)橋(qiao)一座),工程造價5.925億人民幣,計(ji)劃工期(qi)54個(ge)月(其中(zhong)洞(dong)身開(kai)挖50個(ge)月)。
陳(chen)佑(you)斌介(jie)紹(shao)(shao),米倉(cang)山特長隧道(dao)合同工(gong)期為54個月,計劃2018年3月31日(ri)完工(gong),施工(gong)進(jin)展一切正常。他(ta)(ta)還介(jie)紹(shao)(shao),巴陜(shan)高速公(gong)(gong)路(lu)巴中(zhong)至南江北(bei)已通(tong)車,而南江北(bei)至陜(shan)西界還有35公(gong)(gong)里尚(shang)未(wei)建成,其中(zhong)包括沙(sha)灘和關(guan)壩兩個出口。這35公(gong)(gong)里道(dao)路(lu)除(chu)13.8公(gong)(gong)里的(de)米倉(cang)山隧道(dao)將在(zai)2018年3月31日(ri)建成外,其他(ta)(ta)道(dao)路(lu)將在(zai)2017年建成。
8月9日(ri)10時(shi)23分(fen),由(you)中鐵一(yi)局(ju)四(si)公(gong)司承建(jian)的國內(nei)第二長(chang)公(gong)路隧(sui)道(dao)——米(mi)倉山(shan)隧(sui)道(dao)全線(xian)(xian)貫(guan)通。巴(ba)陜高速(su)公(gong)路起于四(si)川省巴(ba)中市巴(ba)州區,經南江縣止于川陜交界處的米(mi)倉山(shan)隧(sui)道(dao),全長(chang)約117.5公(gong)里。工(gong)程涉及橋梁55座、隧(sui)道(dao)20個,全線(xian)(xian)橋隧(sui)比(bi)達到78.2%,建(jian)設工(gong)期(qi)5年(nian)。米(mi)倉山(shan)隧(sui)道(dao)的順利(li)貫(guan)通,為巴(ba)陜高速(su)公(gong)2018年(nian)12月底全線(xian)(xian)通車提(ti)供了保障。
米倉山隧道(dao)貫通(tong)(tong)后,北向(xiang)出(chu)川(chuan)將(jiang)不再翻越米倉山,特別是每(mei)年冬季大雪封(feng)山中(zhong)(zhong)斷交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)將(jiang)一(yi)去不復返。同時(shi),四川(chuan)巴中(zhong)(zhong)至陜西(xi)漢中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)路程(cheng)將(jiang)由原來的(de)3.5小時(shi)縮短為1小時(shi)。
經過近長達9年的艱苦奮(fen)戰,巴陜高速于2018年11月22日上午10時(shi)實(shi)現全(quan)線正式(shi)通車。大行米倉添新(xin)道,穿越秦巴變坦途(tu)!
