電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)一(yi)般采用了進口電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源模塊,是目前最新穎的高(gao)(gao)頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路智能(neng)型(xing)自(zi)動充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)。損(sun)耗低、功效高(gao)(gao)。適用于12V、24V電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)用,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)還(huan)具(ju)有防反接(jie)(jie)功能(neng),若(ruo)不連接(jie)(jie)或極(ji)性(xing)反接(jie)(jie)則無電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)輸出,只有正(zheng)確連接(jie)(jie)才能(neng)正(zheng)常工(gong)作(zuo),還(huan)具(ju)有過(guo)(guo)(guo)壓(ya)、過(guo)(guo)(guo)流、過(guo)(guo)(guo)熱等保護。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)通(tong)常分為全自(zi)動和手(shou)動擋充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)。
1、檢查蓄電池外觀:蓄電池(chi)應該完好無損(sun)(sun),沒有裂紋,沒有明顯的(de)蓄電池(chi)酸液泄露的(de)痕跡。如果汽車有以上任何(he)的(de)損(sun)(sun)傷(shang),都(dou)不要起動汽車,以免傷(shang)及(ji)自己或(huo)他人。
2、戴上相關(guan)護具:接觸汽車蓄電(dian)池(chi)之前要(yao)戴(dai)上(shang)護(hu)目(mu)鏡和(he)(he)橡膠手套。護(hu)目(mu)鏡和(he)(he)手套會保護(hu)你的(de)眼(yan)睛(jing)和(he)(he)手,以防被蓄電(dian)池(chi)中濺出的(de)濃酸侵蝕。
3、確保(bao)跨接電纜(lan)安(an)全:確(que)保連接到汽(qi)車的跨接電纜是安全且(qie)防(fang)腐(fu)蝕(shi)的。如果電池(chi)電纜被腐(fu)蝕(shi),請盡可能使用硬毛刷來清理。
4、將汽車正確停放(fang):將(jiang)電量(liang)充(chong)足的汽(qi)車(che)(che)停在需要(yao)充(chong)電的汽(qi)車(che)(che)旁,但是(shi)(shi)要(yao)確(que)保兩輛(liang)車(che)(che)沒有接觸。理想的情況是(shi)(shi)兩輛(liang)車(che)(che)緊挨(ai)著同向停放,或者是(shi)(shi)將(jiang)兩輛(liang)車(che)(che)的車(che)(che)頭相對(dui)著停放。確(que)保跨線電纜(lan)能夠連接兩車(che)(che)的蓄(xu)電池(chi)。
5、打開引擎找到電(dian)池:關閉(bi)足電的(de)汽車(che),然后(hou)將兩(liang)車(che)的(de)引擎蓋(gai)打開(kai),找(zhao)到電池所在(zai)。記(ji)(ji)住每個(ge)電池的(de)正負(fu)極(ji)端。正極(ji)端標(biao)記(ji)(ji)為加號(hao)(+),而負(fu)極(ji)端則標(biao)記(ji)(ji)為減號(hao)(-)。
6、連接正極跨線電纜(lan):將(jiang)正(zheng)極跨(kua)(kua)線電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)兩頭(tou)分別(bie)連(lian)接在兩輛車的(de)蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)正(zheng)極端處(chu)。如(ru)果沒有(you)特(te)別(bie)標示出來,正(zheng)極跨(kua)(kua)線電(dian)纜(lan)通常(chang)是紅色的(de)。將(jiang)正(zheng)極跨(kua)(kua)線電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)一(yi)端與無電(dian)蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)連(lian)接,而另一(yi)端則接在充滿電(dian)的(de)蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)上。
7、連接負極跨線(xian)電(dian)纜:將負極(ji)跨線電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)一端(duan)與充滿電(dian)的(de)(de)蓄電(dian)池(chi)相(xiang)連接(jie)(jie)。絕大多(duo)數(shu)情況(kuang)下,負極(ji)跨線電(dian)纜(lan)是(shi)黑色的(de)(de)。將負極(ji)跨線電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)另一端(duan)接(jie)(jie)到(dao)汽(qi)車的(de)(de)接(jie)(jie)地金屬部(bu)件(jian)上。如此便可使電(dian)量耗盡的(de)(de)汽(qi)車起動。你可以將接(jie)(jie)地電(dian)纜(lan)接(jie)(jie)到(dao)車架,底(di)盤,或其他足夠干凈且無(wu)油漆未氧化的(de)(de)部(bu)件(jian)上。
8、起動足電(dian)車的(de)發動機:在起動發(fa)動機(ji)的(de)(de)同時,車輛(liang)的(de)(de)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統便會(hui)(hui)開(kai)(kai)始(shi)通過跨(kua)線電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜給(gei)無電(dian)(dian)(dian)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)(dian)。起動發(fa)動機(ji)后至少(shao)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)5分鐘。這會(hui)(hui)使無電(dian)(dian)(dian)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池開(kai)(kai)始(shi)給(gei)自己充電(dian)(dian)(dian),盡(jin)管(guan)這樣做會(hui)(hui)需要(yao)更長(chang)的(de)(de)時間將(jiang)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充滿。
9、起動電量(liang)耗盡汽車的(de)發(fa)動機:如(ru)果(guo)跨線(xian)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)和正在(zai)充電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)蓄電(dian)(dian)池有足夠的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)量,汽(qi)車引(yin)擎就能輕松的(de)(de)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)。如(ru)果(guo)未能成功(gong)起(qi)動(dong)(dong),請再給該蓄電(dian)(dian)池充5分鐘電(dian)(dian)。
10、拆卸跨接電纜(lan):按與連接相(xiang)反(fan)的順序(xu),拆卸跨(kua)接電纜,以免(mian)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)火花或發生(sheng)(sheng)爆(bao)炸。如果你首先是將負(fu)(fu)極跨(kua)線電纜與無電蓄電池的負(fu)(fu)極端連接,那么,請(qing)在最(zui)后將它拆除。
11、其他:電量耗(hao)盡(jin)的汽(qi)車(che)至少起(qi)動(dong)5分鐘(zhong),以便發電機(ji)給蓄(xu)(xu)電池充(chong)(chong)電。汽(qi)車(che)起(qi)動(dong)后至少行駛或者怠速20分鐘(zhong)。有時,蓄(xu)(xu)電池可(ke)以在這段時間內充(chong)(chong)滿電;而如果蓄(xu)(xu)電池充(chong)(chong)的電并不足(zu)以驅動(dong)汽(qi)車(che),可(ke)能就需要更換(huan)新的蓄(xu)(xu)電池。
一、充電
1、充電準備:
1)車輛(liang)使用后(hou)必須盡(jin)快給蓄電池充電,放置時間不得超過24小時;
2)打開蓄(xu)電池加液(ye)孔(kong)蓋板,確保蓄(xu)電池上方通風;
3)拔出叉車蓄電池電源(yuan)插(cha)(cha)座,將充電機上插(cha)(cha)頭與蓄電池電源(yuan)插(cha)(cha)頭(活動插(cha)(cha)頭) 相連接;
4)打(da)開(kai)充電機,開(kai)始充電。
2、充電(dian)過程檢查(cha):
1)充(chong)電(dian)過(guo)程應(ying)設有專人看管(guan),出(chu)現充(chong)電(dian)故障時應(ying)該及時停機并(bing)檢修;
2)蓄(xu)電池內電解液外溢過多,應該立(li)即停機檢修,故障(zhang)排除后(hou)再充(chong)電;
3)在充電過程中,電解液的溫度(du)不得超過500C。若接(jie)近500C,應設法降(jiang)溫或減小(xiao)充電電流。若溫度(du)仍(reng)不下降(jiang),則應暫(zan)時停(ting)止充電,待電池溫度(du)下降(jiang)后再繼續充電。
3、充電后的正確操作:
1)關閉(bi)充(chong)電(dian)機后,再切斷市(shi)電(dian)電(dian)源;
2)斷開蓄電(dian)池與充電(dian)機的連接插頭;
3)將(jiang)蓄電池(chi)單體加液孔蓋(gai)板關閉,并將(jiang)電池(chi)與叉車(che)連接(jie)。
二、補水
1、給蓄(xu)電池補加的(de)水必須使用蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水或(huo)去離子水。注入(ru)電池的(de)蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水溫度應該(gai)在10-350C之(zhi)間(jian),不宜過高或(huo)過低(di);
2、蓄電池(chi)充(chong)滿電后補(bu)充(chong)蒸(zheng)餾水,嚴禁在充(chong)電前和充(chong)電過程(cheng)中補(bu)水;
3、補充蒸餾水后,液位應高出極板(ban)10-15mm(肉眼可見即可),不能過高。
三、清潔
1、電池的表面、連接(jie)線及螺(luo)栓,應保(bao)持(chi)清潔、干燥。如有酸液(ye)應用棉紗(sha)蘸上堿 溶(rong)液(ye)擦(ca)去(qu),然后再用清水沖(chong)洗并擦(ca)干。在清理過程中,絕對(dui)不允(yun)許堿溶(rong)液(ye)進入電池內;
2、電池的(de)連接(jie),必須保持(chi)接(jie)觸良好,以免引起火花使極柱(zhu)燒(shao)壞(huai)或電池爆炸;
3、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)內(nei)不(bu)準落入任何有害物質。測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)解液密度、溫度和液面用的儀器及(ji)用具(ju)都(dou)應保持清潔(jie),以(yi)免將雜(za)質帶入電(dian)(dian)池(chi)內(nei);
4、電(dian)池(chi)(chi)蓋上不準放置任何導電(dian)物(wu)品(pin),以免造成電(dian)池(chi)(chi)短路;
5、箱體(ti)(ti)長時間使用后,會(hui)因腐(fu)蝕(shi)而造成局部膨脹,容易(yi)導致單(dan)體(ti)(ti)漏液,應該(gai)及時對箱體(ti)(ti)進行沖洗(xi),必(bi)要時晾干重(zhong)新油漆箱體(ti)(ti)表面(mian),確保絕緣可靠(kao)。
四、人員安全
1、檢(jian)查蓄電(dian)池(chi)時,應戴(dai)防護眼鏡和專(zhuan)用手套;
2、蓄電池(chi)的電解液中含(han)有稀硫酸,具有腐蝕(shi)性,如油到皮膚上(shang)應盡快用水和(he)肥皂沖洗。濺入眼睛應立即用清(qing)水清(qing)洗眼部,并(bing)聯系就醫(yi)。
