一、櫻花凍甜甜圈怎么做
原料:
蛋糕部分:雞蛋、細砂糖、低筋面粉、牛奶、黃(huang)油、泡打。
櫻(ying)花凍部(bu)分:開水、細砂糖(tang)、吉利丁片、朗姆(mu)酒。
做法:
1、雞(ji)蛋(dan)在盆中打散(san),加(jia)入細(xi)砂糖攪(jiao)拌均(jun)(jun)勻,然后加(jia)入牛奶攪(jiao)拌均(jun)(jun)勻。
2、將低筋面粉(fen)和泡打粉(fen)混合篩入拌(ban)好的雞蛋糊中(zhong),用橡(xiang)皮(pi)刮刀翻拌(ban)成均勻的面糊。
3、黃油用中小火隔水融化,加入面糊(hu)中攪拌均勻。
4、把面(mian)糊裝入(ru)裱花(hua)袋,擠入(ru)甜甜圈模具中約八分(fen)滿。
5、烤箱(xiang)預熱180度(du),上(shang)下(xia)火,烤網放在烤箱(xiang)中層,大約烤20分鐘左右,取出冷卻。
6、冷卻過程中(zhong)制作櫻花凍(dong),將細(xi)砂糖放入碗中(zhong),加(jia)入熱(re)(re)開水攪勻,將提前(qian)用冷水泡軟的吉利丁(ding)片(pian)放入熱(re)(re)糖水中(zhong),攪拌到吉利丁(ding)片(pian)完全融(rong)化,然后加(jia)入朗姆酒拌勻。
7、拌好的液體用小勺舀入甜甜圈(quan)模具中約七(qi)八分滿,然后每個(ge)里面放入三到四瓣櫻花。
8、接著放(fang)入(ru)冰(bing)箱(xiang)冷(leng)凍1小(xiao)時后取出(chu)脫模(mo),然(ran)后覆蓋在已(yi)經(jing)冷(leng)卻的甜甜圈上,放(fang)入(ru)冰(bing)箱(xiang)冷(leng)藏保存即可。
二、甜甜圈芒果凍的做法
原料:
芒果(guo)、細砂(sha)糖(tang)、吉利丁片、涼白開。
做法:
1、新鮮(xian)熟透(tou)的芒果洗(xi)凈切丁,取(qu)一部(bu)分芒果丁放入甜(tian)(tian)甜(tian)(tian)圈模具底部(bu)。
2、剩(sheng)余的芒(mang)果(guo)丁放入攪(jiao)拌機中(zhong),加少許涼白開(kai)和適量糖攪(jiao)成芒(mang)果(guo)泥。
3、泡軟的(de)吉利丁片加熱,晾至溫熱狀態(tai),再倒(dao)入(ru)芒果泥中攪(jiao)拌均勻。
4、將攪好的(de)芒果泥倒入模具,放入冰箱中(zhong)冷(leng)凍3小(xiao)時以(yi)上(shang),然后取出。
5、將冷凍好的甜甜圈(quan)(quan)芒果凍取出(chu)模(mo)具時要先用力(li)倒(dao)扣一下,然后借助脫模(mo)刀慢慢撬出(chu)芒果凍,注意不(bu)要太(tai)用力(li),避免損(sun)壞芒果凍甜甜圈(quan)(quan)的形狀(zhuang)。
