2、法式甜甜圈
法(fa)(fa)式(shi)甜(tian)甜(tian)圈又(you)稱之為貝涅餅(Beignet),它(ta)的特點(dian)是(shi)無(wu)孔,口感扎(zha)實有彈性,吃起來就像油條一樣,法(fa)(fa)式(shi)甜(tian)甜(tian)圈在美國(guo)新奧爾良地(di)區也比較流行。
3、葡萄牙甜甜圈

4、捷克甜甜圈
捷克甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)圈是(shi)木(mu)棍(gun)形狀的甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)圈,制作方式是(shi)將(jiang)面團卷(juan)在長棍(gun)上(shang)不(bu)停地旋轉,當外(wai)表呈現金黃色就完成了,捷克甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)圈非常流行在甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)圈中間放入(ru)冰淇淋。
5、日式甜甜圈
日式甜甜圈的形(xing)狀比較特殊,有一(yi)種(zhong)橢(tuo)圓形(xing)的甜甜圈,這種(zhong)甜甜圈的制(zhi)作方法是用小(xiao)面團搓成橢(tuo)圓形(xing),醒發(fa)至面團膨脹到兩倍(bei)大,放入油鍋中炸至金黃(huang)色,出爐粘上香草(cao)糖(tang)、肉(rou)桂糖(tang)或者黃(huang)豆糖(tang)即可食用。

二、美式甜甜圈和日式區別大嗎
甜(tian)(tian)甜(tian)(tian)圈起源(yuan)于美國(guo),不(bu)過傳到其(qi)他地區時(shi)通常(chang)會(hui)根據(ju)當(dang)地的口味進行改良,甜(tian)(tian)甜(tian)(tian)圈美式(shi)(shi)和日式(shi)(shi)的區別并(bing)不(bu)大:
1、形(xing)狀方面(mian),美式甜甜圈一般是中空的環形(xing),也有(you)中間包有(you)其他甜餡(xian)料的封閉(bi)型。日(ri)式甜甜圈的形(xing)狀不拘一格,有(you)中空環形(xing)的,有(you)圓(yuan)形(xing)的,有(you)橢圓(yuan)形(xing)的等。
2、口感(gan)(gan)方面,日式(shi)甜(tian)甜(tian)圈的口感(gan)(gan)和甜(tian)度不像美式(shi)甜(tian)甜(tian)圈一樣扎實,而是軟中帶有點嚼(jiao)勁的口感(gan)(gan),甜(tian)味相(xiang)對美式(shi)甜(tian)甜(tian)圈也更淡一些(xie)。
