一、電動車鋰電池充電方法
1、需在適宜的環境進行充電
鋰電(dian)池在會充(chong)電(dian)時是一個化(hua)學反應(ying)過程,鋰離子(zi)電(dian)池由高活性的(de)(de)正極(ji)材(cai)料(liao)和有機電(dian)解液組成,在受熱條件下(xia)非常容易發生(sheng)劇烈的(de)(de)化(hua)學副反應(ying),這種反應(ying)將產生(sheng)大量的(de)(de)熱,甚至導(dao)致的(de)(de)“熱失控”,所以需要有一個通風透(tou)氣、陰涼、溫(wen)度(du)適宜的(de)(de)環境下(xia)進(jin)行充(chong)電(dian)散熱。
2、充電器要配套
充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)要(yao)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)池規格參(can)數相(xiang)匹配,電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)一(yi)般使用普遍的(de)三段(duan)(duan)式充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi),第一(yi)個(ge)階段(duan)(duan)叫恒(heng)流(liu)(liu)階段(duan)(duan),第二個(ge)階段(duan)(duan)叫恒(heng)壓(ya)階段(duan)(duan),第三個(ge)階段(duan)(duan)叫涓流(liu)(liu)階段(duan)(duan)。從大電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)到小電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)進(jin)行充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),好的(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)也(ye)是會延(yan)長電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)使用壽命,盡量少用快(kuai)充(chong)(chong)(chong),因為(wei)這在(zai)一(yi)定程度上會破壞(huai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)結(jie)構(gou)性能。
3、充電時長要控制、要及時充電
當(dang)電(dian)動車(che)電(dian)池剩余20%左右時(shi),要及時(shi)充電(dian),以(yi)免(mian)電(dian)池過度放電(dian),放電(dian)過程(cheng)也是一個硫化(hua)反(fan)應過程(cheng),硫化(hua)結晶聚積會影響電(dian)池的容量(liang)和(he)性(xing)能,充電(dian)時(shi)長(chang)(chang)控(kong)制在8~10小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi),因(yin)為正常情況(kuang)8小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)左右應該就可以(yi)充滿電(dian)了,充電(dian)時(shi)長(chang)(chang)不宜過久。
另外騎行(xing)結束后不要立即進(jin)行(xing)充電(dian),此時(shi)電(dian)池(chi)還在放電(dian)狀(zhuang)態,應冷卻半小時(shi)再進(jin)行(xing)充電(dian),充電(dian)時(shi)插(cha)頭先插(cha)入電(dian)池(chi)端,然后再接通電(dian)源(yuan)。長期不使用的電(dian)池(chi)要每個月進(jin)行(xing)充電(dian)1~2次(ci),盡量有電(dian)狀(zhuang)態下(xia)放置存儲。
二、電動車鋰電池充電注意事項
1、首次充電
當(dang)我們(men)(men)剛買電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)的(de)時(shi)候,需要對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)進(jin)行首(shou)次充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),首(shou)次充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)時(shi)間最(zui)好在8到12小時(shi)。因為(wei)從(cong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)出(chu)廠開始,到我們(men)(men)手里(li)中間有一(yi)段(duan)時(shi)間,那(nei)一(yi)段(duan)時(shi)間電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶會自己放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),所以我們(men)(men)在拿到新電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)時(shi),應該對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)進(jin)行首(shou)次充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。
2、正確把握充電時間
在我們(men)使用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)的過程中,要(yao)根據我們(men)使用(yong)的實際情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang),來把握(wo)好鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)時間和(he)(he)次數。一般情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)下,如果電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)表上(shang)的紅燈(deng)和(he)(he)黃燈(deng)指示(shi)亮了,就代表需要(yao)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)了,如果只有紅燈(deng)亮的情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)下,我們(men)應該立即停車(che)充電(dian)(dian)(dian),否則容(rong)易導致電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶使用(yong)壽(shou)命減短。
3、充電時避免插頭發熱
如(ru)果插頭(tou)出現松動等問題(ti),會導致插頭(tou)發熱(re),如(ru)果發熱(re)的(de)時間過長,就(jiu)會導致插頭(tou)短路或者是(shi)接觸不良,這是(shi)對充電器和電池的(de)雙重傷害,所以我們(men)在充電的(de)時候要注意避免這樣的(de)問題(ti)。
4、部分放電,不能過放電
我們要(yao)經常對鋰(li)電(dian)池進(jin)行部分放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian),但是一定要(yao)注意不能(neng)過放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian),而且要(yao)避免完全放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)的情況,過放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)會(hui)給電(dian)池帶來(lai)嚴重的后果,反復(fu)的過放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)對電(dian)池的影響非常大。
5、充電要規律
在我們使用(yong)的過(guo)程中,最好是(shi)每次使用(yong)過(guo)后都對電動車進行補電,或者是(shi)充電,因為規律(lv)地(di)給電池(chi)充電會使電瓶的使用(yong)壽命更加的長(chang)久(jiu)。
