一、電動車鋰電池充電方法
1、需在適宜的環境進行充電
鋰電(dian)池(chi)在會充電(dian)時是一個化學反應過程,鋰離子電(dian)池(chi)由高活(huo)性的正極材料(liao)和有機電(dian)解液組成,在受熱(re)條件(jian)下非常容易(yi)發生劇烈的化學副(fu)反應,這種反應將(jiang)產生大量的熱(re),甚至導致的“熱(re)失控”,所以需要有一個通風透(tou)氣、陰涼、溫度適宜的環境下進行充電(dian)散熱(re)。
2、充電器要配套
充(chong)電(dian)器(qi)要(yao)與(yu)電(dian)池(chi)規(gui)格參數相匹配,電(dian)動車一(yi)般使(shi)用(yong)普遍的三段(duan)(duan)式充(chong)電(dian)器(qi),第一(yi)個(ge)階段(duan)(duan)叫恒流(liu)階段(duan)(duan),第二個(ge)階段(duan)(duan)叫恒壓階段(duan)(duan),第三個(ge)階段(duan)(duan)叫涓流(liu)階段(duan)(duan)。從(cong)大電(dian)流(liu)到小電(dian)流(liu)進(jin)行充(chong)電(dian),好的充(chong)電(dian)器(qi)也是(shi)會(hui)延長(chang)電(dian)池(chi)的使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命,盡(jin)量少用(yong)快(kuai)充(chong),因為這在一(yi)定程(cheng)度上(shang)會(hui)破壞(huai)電(dian)池(chi)的結構性能。
3、充電時長要控制、要及時充電
當(dang)電(dian)動車(che)電(dian)池剩余20%左(zuo)右(you)時,要(yao)及時充(chong)電(dian),以(yi)免(mian)電(dian)池過(guo)度(du)放(fang)電(dian),放(fang)電(dian)過(guo)程(cheng)也是一(yi)個硫化(hua)反應(ying)過(guo)程(cheng),硫化(hua)結晶(jing)聚積會影響電(dian)池的容量和(he)性能(neng),充(chong)電(dian)時長(chang)控制在8~10小時,因為(wei)正常情況(kuang)8小時左(zuo)右(you)應(ying)該就可(ke)以(yi)充(chong)滿電(dian)了,充(chong)電(dian)時長(chang)不宜過(guo)久。
另外騎(qi)行結束后(hou)不要(yao)立即(ji)進行充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian),此時電(dian)(dian)池(chi)還在放(fang)電(dian)(dian)狀態,應冷卻半小時再進行充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian),充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)時插頭先插入電(dian)(dian)池(chi)端,然后(hou)再接(jie)通電(dian)(dian)源。長期不使(shi)用(yong)的(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)要(yao)每個月(yue)進行充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)1~2次,盡(jin)量有電(dian)(dian)狀態下放(fang)置(zhi)存儲。
二、電動車鋰電池充電注意事項
1、首次充電
當我(wo)們剛買電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)時候,需要(yao)對電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)進(jin)行(xing)首(shou)次充電(dian)(dian),首(shou)次充電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)時間最好在(zai)(zai)8到12小時。因為從電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)出廠開始,到我(wo)們手里中間有一(yi)段時間,那一(yi)段時間電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)瓶會自己放電(dian)(dian),所以(yi)我(wo)們在(zai)(zai)拿到新電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)時,應該對電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)進(jin)行(xing)首(shou)次充電(dian)(dian)。
2、正確把握充電時間
在我(wo)(wo)們使(shi)(shi)用電(dian)動車(che)的(de)過程中,要(yao)(yao)根據(ju)我(wo)(wo)們使(shi)(shi)用的(de)實際情況(kuang),來(lai)把握好鋰電(dian)池的(de)充電(dian)時(shi)間和次數。一般情況(kuang)下,如果電(dian)量(liang)表上的(de)紅燈和黃(huang)燈指(zhi)示(shi)亮(liang)了(le),就代表需要(yao)(yao)充電(dian)了(le),如果只(zhi)有紅燈亮(liang)的(de)情況(kuang)下,我(wo)(wo)們應該(gai)立即停車(che)充電(dian),否則容易導致電(dian)瓶使(shi)(shi)用壽命(ming)減(jian)短。
3、充電時避免插頭發熱
如(ru)(ru)果插(cha)頭(tou)出現松動等(deng)問題,會(hui)導致插(cha)頭(tou)發(fa)熱,如(ru)(ru)果發(fa)熱的(de)時間過長,就(jiu)會(hui)導致插(cha)頭(tou)短路或者(zhe)是接觸不良(liang),這(zhe)是對充電器和電池的(de)雙重傷害,所以我們在充電的(de)時候要注意避免這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)問題。
4、部分放電,不能過放電
我(wo)們要(yao)經常對(dui)鋰電(dian)池(chi)進行(xing)部分放(fang)(fang)電(dian),但是一定要(yao)注意不能過(guo)放(fang)(fang)電(dian),而且要(yao)避(bi)免完全放(fang)(fang)電(dian)的(de)(de)情況,過(guo)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)會給電(dian)池(chi)帶來嚴重的(de)(de)后果,反復的(de)(de)過(guo)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)對(dui)電(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)影響非常大。
5、充電要規律
在我們使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的過程(cheng)中,最好(hao)是(shi)每次(ci)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)過后(hou)都對電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車進(jin)行(xing)補電(dian)(dian)(dian),或者是(shi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),因為規律地給電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)會(hui)使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶的使(shi)用(yong)(yong)壽命更加的長久。
