2.0階(jie)段2012年(nian)即燉(dun)(dun)系列,根據每(mei)個人每(mei)天食用(yong)3~5克的(de)量,對燕(yan)盞進(jin)行科學定量分裝成2克、3克、5克一份,免挑毛、免洗、免泡發燉(dun)(dun)煮(zhu)30分鐘即可(ke)。
3.0階(jie)段(duan)2013年,實現即(ji)食罐(guan)頭系列,在工(gong)廠利用進準數控設(she)備(bei)將燕窩定量(liang)分裝、燉煮熟,采用真空壓蓋技術,實現開蓋即(ji)食。
2012年,燕大(da)夫成功開發燉(dun)煮20分鐘就(jiu)可以(yi)食(shi)用的(de)(de)(de)冰凍燕窩(wo)(wo)系列。但(dan)燕窩(wo)(wo)投向(xiang)市場(chang)后,面(mian)臨(lin)巨大(da)的(de)(de)(de)挑戰(zhan)。冰凍的(de)(de)(de)燕窩(wo)(wo)必須在(zai)恒(heng)溫-18度(du)(du)以(yi)下,才(cai)可避(bi)免霉變、滋(zi)生細菌。從工廠、物流配(pei)送(song)到(dao)門(men)店,再到(dao)消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)手中(zhong),多次中(zhong)轉(zhuan)很難做到(dao)恒(heng)溫-18度(du)(du)。且(qie)全程冷鏈(lian)的(de)(de)(de)成本居高不下。每(mei)一份(fen)燕窩(wo)(wo),從出廠到(dao)消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)手上,平均需(xu)要耗電0.5度(du)(du)。于是出于對產(chan)品(pin)安全的(de)(de)(de)考慮,下線冰凍燕窩(wo)(wo)產(chan)品(pin)。
2012年(nian)下半(ban)年(nian)燕(yan)(yan)大夫(fu)成立專項(xiang)科研小組,立項(xiang)研發“無須(xu)冷凍,可常(chang)溫保存,燉煮時間30分鐘的(de)(de)干燕(yan)(yan)窩”,即燉干燕(yan)(yan)窩。由于(yu)市場對燕(yan)(yan)窩燉煮時間的(de)(de)要求越來越短,2021年(nian)11月燕(yan)(yan)大夫(fu)經過多次(ci)工藝改良,創新鏤空工藝,成功實現常(chang)溫保存、20分鐘燉熟干燕(yan)(yan)窩——現燉純燕(yan)(yan)窩。
