1、煮水當茶喝,而不是(shi)用開(kai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泡著喝,此法(fa)簡單有效。通常,冬(dong)(dong)(dong)蟲(chong)(chong)夏(xia)(xia)(xia)草(cao)(cao)一(yi)次(ci)要(yao)煮6~10分(fen)鐘,注意(yi)要(yao)用文火,煮沸時間(jian)短,水(shui)(shui)(shui)開(kai)后(hou)要(yao)馬(ma)上喝,邊喝邊添(tian)水(shui)(shui)(shui),在冬(dong)(dong)(dong)蟲(chong)(chong)夏(xia)(xia)(xia)草(cao)(cao)水(shui)(shui)(shui)顏色最(zui)深的(de)時候(hou)是(shi)營養最(zui)豐富(fu)的(de)時候(hou),這個(ge)時候(hou)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)一(yi)定不要(yao)浪(lang)費。冬(dong)(dong)(dong)蟲(chong)(chong)夏(xia)(xia)(xia)草(cao)(cao)水(shui)(shui)(shui)會經(jing)歷一(yi)個(ge)由淡到濃再轉淡的(de)過(guo)程(cheng),余味也很(hen)綿長。在冬(dong)(dong)(dong)蟲(chong)(chong)夏(xia)(xia)(xia)草(cao)(cao)水(shui)(shui)(shui)變淡甚至呈現白色的(de)時候(hou)就(jiu)不要(yao)喝了(le),可(ke)以把(ba)冬(dong)(dong)(dong)蟲(chong)(chong)夏(xia)(xia)(xia)草(cao)(cao)吃掉(diao)。一(yi)壺冬(dong)(dong)(dong)蟲(chong)(chong)夏(xia)(xia)(xia)草(cao)(cao)茶能(neng)喝上至少半個(ge)小時,添(tian)水(shui)(shui)(shui)4~6次(ci)。
2、跟肉類產品燉著吃,此法為傳統蟲草(cao)宴吃法,結(jie)合(he)不(bu)同的肉類(lei)品種,功(gong)效有一(yi)定的差別,此法缺(que)點(dian)是不(bu)適合(he)每日堅持長(chang)期食用。
3、使用研磨機將冬蟲夏草磨成粉,然后每日(ri)定(ding)時用(yong)(yong)開水(shui)沖(chong)泡(pao)服用(yong)(yong)。此法(fa)在衛生方面較(jiao)為(wei)有隱患,若(ruo)不(bu)是每日(ri)定(ding)期服用(yong)(yong),不(bu)推(tui)薦使用(yong)(yong)。
4、泡酒,將冬蟲夏(xia)(xia)草洗干凈之(zhi)后,放在(zai)度數(shu)較高的白酒(jiu)中(zhong)泡(pao)成(cheng)藥酒(jiu)。一般情況下,10克(ke)(ke)冬蟲夏(xia)(xia)草可(ke)以(yi)泡(pao)500克(ke)(ke)白酒(jiu),泡(pao)到20天(tian)左右(you)就(jiu)能夠(gou)食(shi)用(yong)了,當然泡(pao)的時間(jian)越(yue)(yue)長(chang)效果越(yue)(yue)好。藥酒(jiu)做成(cheng)后,每天(tian)飲用(yong)一小杯就(jiu)行。
5、直接吃,常溫生服是冬蟲夏草品牌產品最具(ju)藥用價值的食用方式(shi)。高(gao)溫加熱、燉煮、泡開水時,都會使冬蟲(chong)夏草中(zhong)很(hen)多(duo)重要成(cheng)分流(liu)失(shi),但是這(zhe)種方式(shi)吃起來極不方便,難(nan)以堅(jian)持,因此很(hen)少(shao)人會這(zhe)樣吃。
