6軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)以上專項(xiang)作業車(che)統(tong)一按6類(lei)貨(huo)車(che)執行。6軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)以上貨(huo)車(che)在6類(lei)貨(huo)車(che)收費標準(zhun)(zhun)的基礎上,基本收費標準(zhun)(zhun)及橋隧(sui)收費標準(zhun)(zhun)每(mei)增加1軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)增加0.60元/車(che)公里的收費系數;機場高速收費標準(zhun)(zhun)每(mei)增加1軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)增加5元/車(che)次(ci)的收費系數。
據《廣西高速(su)公路實(shi)(shi)施差(cha)異化(hua)收費推進(jin)經濟高質(zhi)量(liang)發展(zhan)工作方案》,2024年(nian)1月1日(ri)(ri)起至2026年(nian)12月31日(ri)(ri)期(qi)間,廣西高速(su)公路全面(mian)實(shi)(shi)施差(cha)異化(hua)收費,主要(yao)內容(rong)如下:
1.分支付方式差異化收費
對所有(you)使(shi)(shi)用ETC支付的車(che)輛給予車(che)輛通行費(fei)9.5折優(you)惠(與其他使(shi)(shi)用ETC支付的差(cha)異化收(shou)費(fei)通行費(fei)優(you)惠不疊加)。
2.分出入口差異化收費
(1)繼續對(dui)通行融水至河池高(gao)速公路(lu)羅城收費站至和睦收費站區間(jian)使用ETC支付的六類合法裝(zhuang)載貨車給予通行費9折(zhe)優惠(hui)。
(2)繼續實(shi)施自駕車(che)通行費(fei)優惠,引導車(che)輛高(gao)效使(shi)用(yong)高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu),實(shi)現“引客入桂”“引車(che)上路(lu)”目(mu)標。每周(zhou)五00:00至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)周(zhou)日24:00(假期調休除外),7條試點高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(靖西至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)龍邦公(gong)(gong)路(lu)、巴(ba)馬—憑祥公(gong)(gong)路(lu)巴(ba)馬至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)田東(dong)段、崇(chong)左至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)水口高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)、巴(ba)馬—憑祥公(gong)(gong)路(lu)田東(dong)經(jing)天等至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)大新段、巴(ba)馬—憑祥公(gong)(gong)路(lu)大新經(jing)龍州(zhou)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)憑祥段、松旺至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)鐵(tie)山港東(dong)岸(an)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)、天峨(e)—北海公(gong)(gong)路(lu)巴(ba)馬至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)平果段)對使(shi)用(yong)ETC支付的(de)一類(lei)客車(che),給予車(che)輛通行費(fei)減半(ban)優惠。
3.分路段差異化收費
(1)繼(ji)續對通行(xing)南(nan)寧吳圩機場第(di)二高速公(gong)路使(shi)用ETC支付的車輛給予(yu)通行(xing)費(fei)7折優惠。

(3)繼續停止收(shou)取六寨(zhai)(黔桂界)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)河池(chi)、河池(chi)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)都安、隆(long)林至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)百(bai)色、那坡至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)靖西(xi)(xi)、靖西(xi)(xi)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)崇左、三江至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柳(liu)州(zhou)、河池(chi)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)百(bai)色7條高速公路(lu)一類橋隧車(che)輛通行費。
(4)繼續停止收(shou)取河(he)池至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)百(bai)色、河(he)池至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)都安、三江(jiang)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柳(liu)州(zhou)、馬(ma)山至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)平果、來賓至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)馬(ma)山、百(bai)色至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)靖(jing)西(xi)、靖(jing)西(xi)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)那坡、百(bai)色至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)隆(long)林(lin)、樂業至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)百(bai)色、崇左至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)靖(jing)西(xi)以及賀州(zhou)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)巴馬(ma)(鐘山至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)昭(zhao)平段(duan))11條高(gao)速公路貨(huo)車(che)橋隧車(che)輛通(tong)行(xing)費。
4.分車型差異化收費
(1)以政府定價收(shou)費標準為基礎,繼續對(dui)(dui)合法裝載的(de)二(er)類至(zhi)五類貨車(che)實(shi)行無差別8.5折優惠,對(dui)(dui)合法裝載的(de)六類貨車(che)實(shi)行無差別9.8折優惠,機場高速(su)除外(與試(shi)點路段(duan)(duan)的(de)分路段(duan)(duan)差異(yi)化(hua)收(shou)費優惠不疊加)。
(2)繼續對合(he)法裝載的(de)20英尺(chi)、40英尺(chi)、45英尺(chi)國際(ji)標準集(ji)裝箱運輸專用ETC車輛,在預約(yue)通行(xing)廣西高(gao)速公路(lu)指定收費(fei)站(zhan)點(dian)(dian)進(jin)出(chu)北(bei)部灣港(gang)(gang)三(san)港(gang)(gang)區三(san)口岸(an)以及西江經濟帶(dai)港(gang)(gang)口、碼(ma)頭時(shi),實行(xing)減(jian)半收取車輛通行(xing)費(fei)(與(yu)試點(dian)(dian)路(lu)段(duan)的(de)分路(lu)段(duan)差異化(hua)收費(fei)優惠不疊加);其中(zhong)進(jin)出(chu)北(bei)部灣港(gang)(gang)三(san)港(gang)(gang)區三(san)口岸(an)并通行(xing)17條試點(dian)(dian)路(lu)段(duan)產生(sheng)的(de)車輛通行(xing)費(fei),在減(jian)半基礎上再給予(yu)9折優惠。
(3)對(dui)合法裝(zhuang)載(zai)20英尺、40英尺、45英尺國際(ji)標準集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱運輸專(zhuan)用ETC車輛(liang),實行(xing)(xing)(xing)單(dan)(dan)次通(tong)行(xing)(xing)(xing)“遞遠(yuan)遞減(jian)”按里(li)程階梯收費(fei)(fei)(fei)方式,在(zai)廣西境內高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路任一收費(fei)(fei)(fei)站(zhan)駛出且單(dan)(dan)次連續行(xing)(xing)(xing)駛廣西高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路300公(gong)(gong)里(li)—400公(gong)(gong)里(li)的(de)(de),給予(yu)相(xiang)應的(de)(de)車輛(liang)通(tong)行(xing)(xing)(xing)費(fei)(fei)(fei)9折優(you)(you)(you)惠(hui);單(dan)(dan)次連續行(xing)(xing)(xing)駛廣西高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路400公(gong)(gong)里(li)—550公(gong)(gong)里(li)的(de)(de),給予(yu)相(xiang)應的(de)(de)車輛(liang)通(tong)行(xing)(xing)(xing)費(fei)(fei)(fei)8折優(you)(you)(you)惠(hui);單(dan)(dan)次連續行(xing)(xing)(xing)駛廣西高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路550公(gong)(gong)里(li)以(yi)上的(de)(de),給予(yu)相(xiang)應的(de)(de)車輛(liang)通(tong)行(xing)(xing)(xing)費(fei)(fei)(fei)7折優(you)(you)(you)惠(hui)(與(yu)集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱車輛(liang)減(jian)半(ban)優(you)(you)(you)惠(hui)不疊加)。
(4)對每(mei)月(yue)通行廣西高(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路次(ci)數在30次(ci)(含(han))以(yi)上的ETC公(gong)(gong)路客運班(ban)線客車(che),給予相(xiang)應的廣西區內高(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路通行費9折優惠。
5.分時段、分方(fang)向差(cha)異化收費(fei)
(1)對(dui)7:00—10:00通行(xing)(xing)蘭海高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)路(都安至南(nan)寧段)安吉(ji)收(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)、安吉(ji)東(dong)(dong)收(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)以及(ji)(ji)南(nan)寧東(dong)(dong)外(wai)環(huan)繞(rao)城高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)路高(gao)(gao)峰(feng)收(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)進(jin)站(zhan)(zhan)至武鳴收(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)出站(zhan)(zhan),使用(yong)ETC支付的(de)一(yi)類(lei)客(ke)車(che)給予通行(xing)(xing)費(fei)(fei)8折(zhe)優惠;對(dui)17:00—20:00通行(xing)(xing)蘭海高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)路(都安至南(nan)寧段)武鳴收(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)進(jin)站(zhan)(zhan)至安吉(ji)東(dong)(dong)收(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)以及(ji)(ji)南(nan)寧東(dong)(dong)外(wai)環(huan)繞(rao)城高(gao)(gao)速公(gong)路高(gao)(gao)峰(feng)收(shou)費(fei)(fei)站(zhan)(zhan)出站(zhan)(zhan),使用(yong)ETC支付的(de)一(yi)類(lei)客(ke)車(che)給予通行(xing)(xing)費(fei)(fei)8折(zhe)優惠。
(2)對(dui)18:00—24:00通行信(xin)都至(zhi)梧州公路,從仁義(yi)收費站(zhan)進站(zhan)、旺甫(fu)收費站(zhan)出站(zhan)并使用ETC支付的合法裝(zhuang)載貨(huo)車給予(yu)通行費5折優(you)惠(與(yu)集裝(zhuang)箱車輛減半優(you)惠不疊加)。
6.自主差異化收費
除上述差(cha)異化(hua)收費(fei)政策措施外,支持高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)經營管(guan)理單位(wei)按照以政府(fu)定價收費(fei)標(biao)準(zhun)為(wei)上限(xian)、差(cha)異化(hua)下浮的原則(ze),結合管(guan)轄路(lu)段(duan)車流特征、臨近(jin)園區(qu)和鄰近(jin)工礦企(qi)業運輸(shu)需求、城市(shi)周(zhou)邊車輛(liang)(liang)通行等(deng)情況(kuang),探索創新自主定價方(fang)式,對通行管(guan)轄路(lu)段(duan)的特定車輛(liang)(liang),實(shi)施分(fen)(fen)出入口、分(fen)(fen)時(shi)段(duan)、分(fen)(fen)方(fang)向、分(fen)(fen)車型(xing)等(deng)差(cha)異化(hua)收費(fei),引(yin)導車輛(liang)(liang)通行高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu),實(shi)現“降費(fei)引(yin)流,多方(fang)共贏”效果(guo)。
(1)鼓勵高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路經(jing)營管(guan)理單位與龍頭企(qi)業協商(shang),通過“以量定價”方式實施(shi)自主差異化(hua)收費。
(2)鼓(gu)勵高速公路經營管(guan)理單位與鄰近園區及企(qi)業(ye)協商,為企(qi)業(ye)“量身定做”收費方案實施(shi)“一企(qi)一策(ce)”“一園一策(ce)”差異化收費。
(3)鼓勵高(gao)速公路(lu)經(jing)營管理單位實施“遞(di)遠遞(di)減(jian)”差異(yi)化收費,引導長(chang)距離出行(xing)用戶行(xing)駛高(gao)速公路(lu),提升(sheng)行(xing)車安全性。
(4)鼓(gu)勵高速(su)(su)公(gong)路經營管理單(dan)位實施“空(kong)車(che)”差異化收(shou)費,引導空(kong)載貨(huo)車(che)行駛高速(su)(su)公(gong)路,充分發揮高速(su)(su)公(gong)路能效。
(5)鼓勵(li)高(gao)速公路經營管理單位對安(an)裝使用ETC行駛(shi)高(gao)速公路的新能源貨車(che)加大通行費優(you)惠(hui)力度,促進交(jiao)通智慧(hui)綠(lv)色低碳發(fa)展(zhan)。
(6)鼓勵高速公路經營(ying)管(guan)理單位探索“會員積分制”差異化(hua)收(shou)費,對(dui)經常(chang)行駛高速公路的車(che)輛,以及使(shi)用數字人民幣等其他支付方(fang)式的車(che)輛,給予一定幅度的通行費優惠。
