健脾養胃的5種按摩手法
1.右手(shou)拇食二(er)指按(an)在(zai)左手(shou)臂內(nei)外(wai)側(ce)正(zheng)(zheng)中腕橫(heng)紋上二(er)寸之(zhi)內(nei)、外(wai)關(guan)穴(xue)位處,正(zheng)(zheng)反各旋揉36次(ci)。然后再(zai)以(yi)同樣的(de)方法旋揉右手(shou)臂。內(nei)關(guan)穴(xue)屬(shu)手(shou)厥(jue)陰心(xin)包經,點(dian)揉此穴(xue)能(neng)寬胸(xiong)理氣,寧神和胃。治療(liao)心(xin)悸失眠、胸(xiong)脅痛(tong)、冠心(xin)病(bing)、風(feng)濕(shi)性(xing)心(xin)臟病(bing)、胃腸官能(neng)癥等。外(wai)關(guan)穴(xue)屬(shu)手(shou)少陽(yang)三焦(jiao)經,能(neng)治療(liao)熱 癥感冒、偏頭痛(tong)、胸(xiong)脅痛(tong)、耳鳴、耳聾、上肢(zhi)癱瘓(huan)、肩臂痛(tong)等癥。心(xin)血管(guan)系統疾病(bing)的(de)患者經常旋揉內(nei)外(wai)關(guan),對改善(shan)自我癥狀(zhuang)、預防心(xin)絞痛(tong)發作有一(yi)定的(de)效(xiao)果。
2.用一只(zhi)手的掌心(xin)貼附肚臍,另一只(zhi)手疊在上面,順時針(zhen)方向(xiang)以畫陀螺(luo)的方式柔(rou)和地(di)邊按邊摩(mo)擦,由肚臍逐漸均勻(yun)畫圈至全(quan)腹(fu),約(yue)80—100下,再倒回到(dao)肚臍,再 按摩(mo)80—100下。可雙手交換,逆時針(zhen)方向(xiang)以同樣(yang)的方式再按摩(mo)一遍。腹(fu)部按摩(mo)能改(gai)善腸(chang)(chang)胃(wei)功能,讓腸(chang)(chang)胃(wei)受到(dao)負載壓力,如果長期堅持,腸(chang)(chang)胃(wei)排泄(xie)也能有所改(gai)善。建(jian)議在晚(wan)上上床(chuang)后按摩(mo),按摩(mo)時,既不要(yao)空(kong)腹(fu)也不要(yao)脹(zhang)肚。
3.飯后(hou)、睡前可以(yi)搓熱雙手以(yi)肚(du)臍為中(zhong)心(xin)順時針(zhen)環摩64圈。完畢搓熱雙手按摩小腹。
4.從(cong)經(jing)絡(luo)看(kan),胃經(jing)是經(jing)過(guo)腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)的第(di)二趾(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和第(di)三趾(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)之(zhi)間(jian),一般胃腸(chang)功(gong)能良好者站立時(shi)腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)趾(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)抓(zhua)地也很(hen)牢固。因(yin)此(ci),經(jing)常活(huo)動(dong)(dong)腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)趾(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)可(ke)以起到健脾(pi)養胃的作(zuo)用。尤其現在(zai)(zai)歲末(mo)將至,不少人應酬多、飲食(shi)無(wu)節制,易吃傷脾(pi)胃,常活(huo)動(dong)(dong)腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)趾(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)也能在(zai)(zai)一定程度上(shang)幫脾(pi)胃減負。活(huo)動(dong)(dong)腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)趾(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)可(ke)采取站立或坐(zuo)位,雙腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)放(fang)平,緊貼地面(mian),與肩同寬,腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)趾(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)連(lian)續(xu)做抓(zhua)地——放(fang)松(song)的動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)60至90次,對腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)部經(jing)絡(luo) 形(xing)成松(song)緊交替刺(ci)激(ji)。做此(ci)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)時(shi)可(ke)赤(chi)腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)或穿柔軟的平底鞋,每(mei)日可(ke)重復多次。每(mei)天洗腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)時(shi),還可(ke)在(zai)(zai)腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)盆里放(fang)些(xie)大小適中的橢圓形(xing)鵝卵石(shi)等物(wu)(wu)體,泡腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)同時(shi)練習(xi)用腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)趾(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi) 反復鉤抓(zhua)這些(xie)物(wu)(wu)體。溫(wen)水泡腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)有利(li)疏通經(jing)絡(luo),腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)趾(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)抓(zhua)物(wu)(wu)可(ke)刺(ci)激(ji)局部胃經(jing)的穴位,持之(zhi)以恒會逐(zhu)漸(jian)增強(qiang)胃腸(chang)功(gong)能。但(dan)糖尿病患者用此(ci)法時(shi)需注(zhu)意所選物(wu)(wu)體表面(mian)要光滑, 以免(mian)劃傷局部皮膚、誘發感染。
5.此外,坐、臥時還可從下到上按摩小腿(tui),因為小腿(tui)上集中了不(bu)少消化系統的(de)(de)穴位,如脾、肝經(jing)的(de)(de)足三陰經(jing)在(zai)小腿(tui)內側,胃經(jing)、 膽(dan)經(jing)的(de)(de)足三陽(yang)經(jing)在(zai)小腿(tui)外側,能健脾的(de)(de)足三里在(zai)膝蓋(gai)下三寸的(de)(de)外側。常按摩這些穴位,也有助于健脾養胃。按摩時不(bu)苛求手法,力度(du)(du)以能承(cheng)受、按后覺得舒服為度(du)(du), 不(bu)要在(zai)過飽和過餓(e)時按摩。需(xu)注意的(de)(de)是,兒童的(de)(de)穴位與成人不(bu)同(tong),所以此按摩法不(bu)適合兒童。
