崔府君(jun)廟,第七批全國重點文物(wu)保護單位,位于長(chang)子(zi)(zi)縣(xian)城東大(da)街長(chang)子(zi)(zi)一中院內(nei),坐北朝南。據《潞安府志》和現存(cun)各版長(chang)子(zi)(zi)縣(xian)志以及廟內(nei)現存(cun)題銘(ming)記載,崔府君(jun)廟創建年代不(bu)詳,從(cong)現有(you)資料分析,不(bu)晚于北宋大(da)觀二(er)年(1108),此后歷代均有(you)修(xiu)葺。原有(you)山門、舞樓、獻殿、大(da)殿、寢宮等建筑,現僅存(cun)大(da)殿。
大(da)殿為金代遺構,磚石臺基(ji),面闊(kuo)五間,進深八椽,單檐(yan)歇山(shan)筒瓦屋(wu)頂(ding),琉(liu)璃屋(wu)脊。四(si)(si)椽栿搭前、后乳栿用(yong)四(si)(si)柱。檐(yan)下(xia)柱頭斗拱及補(bu)間斗拱均為五鋪作雙下(xia)昂。
大殿(dian)檐(yan)下斗拱(gong)分布不(bu)對稱,前檐(yan)逐間(jian)施一朵補(bu)間(jian)鋪(pu)作,兩山(shan)及后檐(yan)無補(bu)間(jian)鋪(pu)作。斗拱(gong)均為五鋪(pu)作計心(xin)重栱,柱頭鋪(pu)作出雙杪,補(bu)間(jian)鋪(pu)作出單杪單下昂。后檐(yan)斗拱(gong)有修(xiu)繕時(shi)添加構件,反映了歷代的(de)維護與(yu)重修(xiu)。
崔(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)府(fu)君(jun)(jun)廟(miao)因奉祀的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)(zhu)神崔(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)玨,尊稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)崔(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)府(fu)君(jun)(jun),故(gu)得名崔(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)府(fu)君(jun)(jun)廟(miao),簡稱(cheng)府(fu)君(jun)(jun)廟(miao),又因本廟(miao)坐落(luo)于長(chang)(chang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)縣(xian)(xian)城東(dong)大街(jie)路(lu)北,所(suo)以(yi)(yi)(yi)全(quan)稱(cheng)長(chang)(chang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)縣(xian)(xian)崔(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)府(fu)君(jun)(jun)廟(miao)。府(fu)君(jun)(jun)在(zai)(zai)古(gu)代(dai)主(zhu)(zhu)要有(you)三層含(han)義:一(yi)、舊時(shi)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)孫對(dui)其(qi)(qi)先世的(de)(de)(de)敬稱(cheng)。這(zhe)一(yi)稱(cheng)謂在(zai)(zai)長(chang)(chang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)縣(xian)(xian)則是(shi)專指先父。長(chang)(chang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)人(ren)至(zhi)今還保留著父親去(qu)世后,在(zai)(zai)父親棺(guan)木小頭(tou)上(shang)(shang)(shang)書寫“先府(fu)君(jun)(jun)某(mou)公諱某(mou)某(mou)之(zhi)靈位”規制的(de)(de)(de)傳統,所(suo)以(yi)(yi)(yi)在(zai)(zai)長(chang)(chang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)提到(dao)府(fu)君(jun)(jun),一(yi)般人(ren)會首先想(xiang)到(dao)父親。二、對(dui)部分神靈的(de)(de)(de)敬稱(cheng),但陰界的(de)(de)(de)神靈似乎用的(de)(de)(de)更多(duo)(duo)一(yi)些,如:泰山府(fu)君(jun)(jun),崔(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)府(fu)君(jun)(jun)。三、漢朝時(shi)期稱(cheng)太守為(wei)(wei)(wei)府(fu)君(jun)(jun)。有(you)研究者稱(cheng)現在(zai)(zai)廣受崇拜且在(zai)(zai)上(shang)(shang)(shang)黨(dang)地(di)區影響深(shen)遠的(de)(de)(de)崔(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)府(fu)君(jun)(jun)身上(shang)(shang)(shang),至(zhi)少糅合了(le)三個崔(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)府(fu)君(jun)(jun)的(de)(de)(de)原型(xing)。一(yi)是(shi)東(dong)漢汲縣(xian)(xian)令(ling)(ling)崔(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)瑗(yuan)(yuan)崔(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)玉。《太平御覽(lan)》中說:“崔(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)瑗(yuan)(yuan)為(wei)(wei)(wei)汲令(ling)(ling),乃(nai)為(wei)(wei)(wei)開(kai)溝(gou)造(zao)稻田(tian),薄鹵之(zhi)地(di)更為(wei)(wei)(wei)沃壤,民賴(lai)其(qi)(qi)利。”二是(shi)唐(tang)滏陽令(ling)(ling)崔(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)某(mou)(名字(zi)佚失(shi))。北宋《仁(ren)宗實錄(lu)》云:“府(fu)君(jun)(jun),貞觀中,為(wei)(wei)(wei)相州滏陽令(ling)(ling),再(zai)遷(qian)蒲州刺史。史失(shi)其(qi)(qi)名,在(zai)(zai)滏陽有(you)愛(ai)惠,民為(wei)(wei)(wei)立祠(ci)(ci)。”三是(shi)唐(tang)代(dai)長(chang)(chang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)令(ling)(ling)崔(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)玨。金元名家元好問所(suo)撰《崔(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)府(fu)君(jun)(jun)廟(miao)記》說:“唐(tang)崔(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)玉府(fu)君(jun)(jun)祠(ci)(ci),太宗時(shi),為(wei)(wei)(wei)長(chang)(chang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)令(ling)(ling),有(you)惠愛(ai)之(zhi)風,本道采訪使與長(chang)(chang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)尉劉內行弗俻,且有(you)贓賕(qiu)之(zhi)鄙。時(shi)縣(xian)(xian)有(you)名虎,府(fu)君(jun)(jun)謂二人(ren)者宜(yi)當之(zhi),已而果然。及一(yi)孝子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)所(suo)食,乃(nai)以(yi)(yi)(yi)牒攝虎至(zhi),使服罪(zui),一(yi)縣(xian)(xian)以(yi)(yi)(yi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)神,而廟(miao)事(shi)之(zhi)。世所(suo)傳,蓋如此(ci)。”從以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)記述中可以(yi)(yi)(yi)看出(chu),汲縣(xian)(xian)令(ling)(ling)的(de)(de)(de)崔(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)府(fu)君(jun)(jun)的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)(zhu)要善政(zheng),是(shi)開(kai)溝(gou)引水和造(zao)田(tian),即使鹽堿地(di)也(ye)經(jing)過改造(zao)成為(wei)(wei)(wei)肥沃土地(di);滏陽令(ling)(ling)的(de)(de)(de)崔(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)府(fu)君(jun)(jun)的(de)(de)(de)功業(ye)是(shi)多(duo)(duo)有(you)愛(ai)民、惠民之(zhi)舉;長(chang)(chang)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)令(ling)(ling)的(de)(de)(de)崔(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)府(fu)君(jun)(jun)突出(chu)功績是(shi),惠愛(ai)于民,并將吃掉孝子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)(de)兇虎抓拿(na)歸案(an),審其(qi)(qi)罪(zui),判其(qi)(qi)刑(xing),暗喻鐵面無私,執法嚴明。
