兆歐表(biao)的刻度(du)是以兆歐(MΩ)為(wei)單位的。兆歐表(biao)由中(zhong)大規(gui)模集成電路組(zu)成。本(ben)表(biao)輸出功(gong)率大,短路電流(liu)值高,輸出電壓等(deng)級(ji)多(每(mei)種機型有四個電壓等(deng)級(ji))。
兆歐(ou)表是電(dian)(dian)力、郵電(dian)(dian)、通信、機電(dian)(dian)安裝和(he)維修以及利用(yong)電(dian)(dian)力作(zuo)為工(gong)業動(dong)力或能源的工(gong)業企業部(bu)門常用(yong)而必不可少的儀表。它適用(yong)于(yu)測量各(ge)種絕緣材料(liao)的電(dian)(dian)阻值及變壓器、電(dian)(dian)機、電(dian)(dian)纜及電(dian)(dian)器設(she)備(bei)等的絕緣電(dian)(dian)阻。

數字兆歐表由中大規模集成電(dian)(dian)路組成。本(ben)表輸出(chu)功率大,短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)值高,輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等級(ji)多(有四個電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等級(ji))。工作原理(li)為(wei)由機內電(dian)(dian)池作為(wei)電(dian)(dian)源經DC/DC變換產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)直流(liu)(liu)高壓(ya)由E極(ji)(ji)出(chu)經被測試品到(dao)(dao)達(da)L極(ji)(ji),從(cong)而(er)產(chan)生(sheng)一個從(cong)E到(dao)(dao)L極(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),經過I/V變換經除法器完成運算直接將被測的(de)(de)絕緣電(dian)(dian)阻值由LCD顯(xian)示出(chu)來。
1.輸(shu)出(chu)功率大、帶載能力(li)強(qiang),抗干擾能力(li)強(qiang)。
2.本表外殼由(you)高強(qiang)度鋁(lv)合金組成(cheng),機內設有等(deng)電位保護環和四階(jie)有源低通濾波器(qi),對(dui)(dui)外界工頻及強(qiang)電磁場可(ke)起到(dao)有效(xiao)的(de)屏(ping)蔽(bi)作用。對(dui)(dui)容性試(shi)品(pin)測量由(you)于(yu)輸出短路電流大于(yu)1.6mA,很容易使測試(shi)電壓(ya)迅速上升到(dao)輸出電壓(ya)的(de)額定值。對(dui)(dui)于(yu)低阻值測量由(you)于(yu)采用比例法設計故電壓(ya)下落并不影(ying)響測試(shi)精(jing)度。
3.不需人(ren)力作功(gong),由電池供(gong)電,量(liang)程可自動轉(zhuan)換。一目了(le)然的面板操作和LCD顯示使(shi)得測量(liang)十分方便和迅捷。
4.本表輸出短路電流(liu)可直接(jie)測量,不需(xu)帶載(zai)測量進行(xing)估算。
合(he)成電(dian)阻(zu)的(de)方法由(you)于(yu)受到設計成本和尺寸規格的(de)限制被排除在(zai)外(wai)。采(cai)用的(de)是分(fen)立式高壓電(dian)阻(zu)器矩陣的(de)方法,組成一(yi)個陣列,能夠提供500,000多(duo)種電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)輸(shu)出(chu)。在(zai)這種校準器中,有8個范(fan)圍的(de)電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi),覆蓋了10kΩ到10GΩ的(de)范(fan)圍,每個范(fan)圍均(jun)能提供4.5位的(de)穩定輸(shu)出(chu)。
收(shou)集合適的高壓電阻器并(bing)將其集成到一(yi)個儀器內(nei)又存在另一(yi)項挑(tiao)戰(zhan)。這就是(shi)與歐盟CE認(ren)證(zheng)的一(yi)項強制性要(yao)求(qiu)《低電壓指令(ling)》相關的安全性標(biao)準(zhun)挑(tiao)戰(zhan)。與儀器制造(zao)商(shang)相關的標(biao)準(zhun)是(shi)EN61010-測量(liang)、控制和實驗室用電氣設備的安全要(yao)求(qiu)。
低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)壓指令(ling)要(yao)求(qiu)將(jiang)校(xiao)準器電(dian)(dian)壓限制(zhi)為1,000Vrms。那么如何校(xiao)準測(ce)試(shi)電(dian)(dian)壓高達5kV的(de)(de)(de)(de)兆歐表呢?這類(lei)儀器具有更寬(kuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)動態范(fan)(fan)圍,可(ke)測(ce)量高到10TΩ的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),并且提供了如上所(suo)述(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)保護端子,使(shi)其(qi)能夠準確(que)測(ce)量非(fei)常高的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值。幸運的(de)(de)(de)(de)是,這樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)保護配置可(ke)以使(shi)其(qi)本身形成一個(ge)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)倍(bei)增(zeng)(zeng)器,能夠有效地將(jiang)一個(ge)已知電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)倍(bei)增(zeng)(zeng)為1000 倍(bei),如圖2的(de)(de)(de)(de)例子所(suo)示。同樣重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是,由(you)于倍(bei)增(zeng)(zeng)器是一個(ge)分立(li)、隔離、獨(du)立(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)設備(bei),可(ke)以滿足倍(bei)增(zeng)(zeng)器所(suo)需的(de)(de)(de)(de)高電(dian)(dian)壓,它已經不(bu)是《低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)壓指令(ling)》所(suo)管轄(xia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)范(fan)(fan)圍。
規定兆(zhao)(zhao)歐(ou)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)等(deng)級應(ying)高(gao)于被測物的(de)(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)壓(ya)等(deng)級。所以(yi)測量額定電(dian)壓(ya)在500V以(yi)下的(de)(de)設備或線路的(de)(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)阻時(shi),可(ke)選(xuan)用500V或1000V兆(zhao)(zhao)歐(ou)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao);測量額定電(dian)壓(ya)在500V以(yi)上的(de)(de)設備或線路的(de)(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)阻時(shi),應(ying)選(xuan)用1000~2500V兆(zhao)(zhao)歐(ou)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao);測量絕(jue)(jue)緣子時(shi),應(ying)選(xuan)用2500~5000V兆(zhao)(zhao)歐(ou)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)。一般情況下,測量低壓(ya)電(dian)氣設備絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)阻時(shi)可(ke)選(xuan)用0~200MΩ量程的(de)(de)兆(zhao)(zhao)歐(ou)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)。
1.測(ce)量前必須將被測(ce)設(she)備(bei)電(dian)源切斷(duan),并(bing)對地短路放電(dian)。決不能(neng)讓設(she)備(bei)帶電(dian)進行(xing)測(ce)量,以保證人身和設(she)備(bei)的(de)安全。對可(ke)能(neng)感應出高(gao)壓電(dian)的(de)設(she)備(bei),必須消除這種可(ke)能(neng)性后,才(cai)能(neng)進行(xing)測(ce)量。
2.被測物(wu)表面要(yao)清潔.減少接觸電阻,確保測量結(jie)果的(de)正確性。
3.測(ce)量前應(ying)將兆歐(ou)表進行一次開路和(he)短路試驗,檢查兆歐(ou)表是否良好。即在兆歐(ou)表未(wei)接上(shang)被測(ce)物之前.搖動(dong)手柄使發電(dian)機達到(dao)額定轉(zhuan)速(120r/min),觀察(cha)指針是否指在標尺的“∞”位(wei)置。將接線柱“線(L)和(he)地(E)”短接,緩慢搖動(dong)手柄,觀察(cha)指針是否指在標尺的“0”位(wei)。如(ru)指針不能指到(dao)該指的位(wei)置,表明(ming)兆歐(ou)表有故障.應(ying)檢修后(hou)再用(yong)。
4.兆歐(ou)表(biao)使用時應放在平(ping)穩、牢固的(de)(de)地方,且(qie)遠離大的(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)電流導(dao)體和外(wai)(wai)磁場。
5.必須正確接(jie)(jie)線(xian)。兆歐表(biao)上(shang)一般(ban)(ban)有三個接(jie)(jie)線(xian)柱,其中(zhong)L接(jie)(jie)在被(bei)測(ce)(ce)物和(he)大地(di)絕(jue)緣的導體部分,E接(jie)(jie)被(bei)測(ce)(ce)物的外(wai)殼或大地(di)。G接(jie)(jie)在被(bei)測(ce)(ce)物的屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)上(shang)或不需要測(ce)(ce)量的部分。測(ce)(ce)量絕(jue)緣電阻時(shi),一般(ban)(ban)只(zhi)用“L”和(he)“E”端(duan).但(dan)在測(ce)(ce)量電纜對地(di)的絕(jue)緣電阻或被(bei)測(ce)(ce)設備(bei)的漏電流較嚴重時(shi),就要使用“G”端(duan),并將(jiang)“G”端(duan)接(jie)(jie)屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)層或外(wai)殼。線(xian)路接(jie)(jie)好后(hou),可按順時(shi)針方向(xiang)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)搖(yao)把.搖(yao)動(dong)(dong)的速度應(ying)由(you)慢(man)而(er)快,當轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速達到(dao)每分鐘(zhong)120轉(zhuan)(zhuan)左右時(shi)(ZC-25型(xing)),保持勻速轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong),1分鐘(zhong)后(hou)讀數,并且要邊搖(yao)邊讀數,不能停下來讀數。
6.搖測時將兆歐表置(zhi)(zhi)于水平(ping)位置(zhi)(zhi),搖把轉動(dong)時其(qi)端鈕間不(bu)許短路。搖動(dong)手柄(bing)應由慢漸快,若發(fa)現指(zhi)針指(zhi)零說明被測絕緣物可能發(fa)生(sheng)了短路,這時就(jiu)不(bu)能繼續搖動(dong)手柄(bing).以防表內線圈發(fa)熱損(sun)壞。
7.讀(du)數完(wan)畢(bi).將(jiang)被測(ce)(ce)設備(bei)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)。放(fang)(fang)電(dian)方法是將(jiang)測(ce)(ce)量時使用的(de)地線從兆(zhao)歐表上取下來與被測(ce)(ce)設備(bei)短接一(yi)下即可(不是兆(zhao)歐表放(fang)(fang)電(dian))。

an)(xian)柱與(yu)(yu)被(bei)(bei)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)設備(bei)(bei)間連接(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)不(bu)能用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)雙股(gu)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)或(huo)(huo)(huo)絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian),應(ying)該用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)單(dan)股(gu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)分(fen)(fen)開(kai)單(dan)獨連接(jie)(jie),避(bi)免因絞(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)不(bu)良而引(yin)起誤差。為(wei)獲(huo)得正(zheng)確的(de)(de)(de)(de)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)結果,被(bei)(bei)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)設備(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)干凈(jing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)布或(huo)(huo)(huo)棉紗(sha)擦試(shi)(shi)干凈(jing)。測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)具有(you)(you)大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)設備(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,讀數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)后(hou)不(bu)能立即斷(duan)開(kai)兆歐(ou)(ou)(ou)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao),否(fou)則已被(bei)(bei)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)將對兆歐(ou)(ou)(ou)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),有(you)(you)可(ke)(ke)能燒壞兆歐(ou)(ou)(ou)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)。應(ying)在(zai)(zai)讀數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)后(hou)應(ying)首先(xian)斷(duan)開(kai)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)線(xian)(xian)(xian),然(ran)后(hou)再(zai)(zai)停止測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi),在(zai)(zai)兆歐(ou)(ou)(ou)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)和(he)(he)(he)被(bei)(bei)測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)物(wu)(wu)充分(fen)(fen)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)以前(qian),不(bu)能用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)手觸(chu)及被(bei)(bei)試(shi)(shi)設備(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)。測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)設備(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻時(shi),還(huan)應(ying)記下測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫度(du)、濕(shi)度(du)、被(bei)(bei)試(shi)(shi)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)關狀況(kuang)等,以便于對測(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)結果進行分(fen)(fen)析。
1.禁止在雷電時或(huo)高(gao)壓設備(bei)附近測絕緣電阻,只能在設備(bei)不帶(dai)電,也沒有(you)感應電的情況(kuang)下測量。
2.搖測過程中,被測設備上(shang)不能(neng)有(you)人工作(zuo)。
3.兆歐表線(xian)不能絞在一(yi)起,要分(fen)開。
4.兆歐表未停止(zhi)轉(zhuan)動之前(qian)或被測設備未放電之前(qian).嚴禁用(yong)手觸及(ji)。拆線時(shi),也不(bu)要觸及(ji)引線的(de)金屬(shu)部分。
5.測量結束時.對于大電容(rong)設備要放電。
6.兆歐表接線柱引出的(de)測(ce)量(liang)軟線絕緣應(ying)(ying)良好,兩(liang)根導線之(zhi)間和導線與(yu)地之(zhi)間應(ying)(ying)保(bao)持適當距(ju)離,以免影響測(ce)量(liang)精度。
7.為了防(fang)止(zhi)被(bei)測(ce)設備(bei)表(biao)面(mian)泄漏電阻,使用兆歐表(biao)時.應將被(bei)測(ce)設備(bei)的中間(jian)層(如電纜殼(ke)芯(xin)之間(jian)的內層絕緣物)接于保護環。
8.要定(ding)期校驗其準確度。
1、范(fan)圍(wei)為103到1012具有精(jing)度1%的阻抗電橋。高(gao)精(jing)度相對濕度表(RelativeHumidityHygrometer)高(gao)精(jing)度溫度表(HighaccuracyThermometer)。
2、打開表蓋(gai),小心切莫損(sun)傷電路(lu)板上(shang)兩(liang)條連接電源開關(guan)的導線。
3、找到電路板右下方三個(ge)校正調節器(qi)(CalibrationPots)。
4、使表在(zai)這一環境條件下起碼1/2小時,取(qu)得(de)自平衡后才可(ke)開始測試。
5、采用ACL-800表(biao)自帶的連接線一(yi)端(duan)連接上鱷魚夾,另一(yi)端(duan)香(xiang)蕉插頭。
6、將3.5毫米(mi)長的(de)插頭插入表的(de)插口。
7、用鱷魚夾連接電阻(zu)器兩端。
8、三(san)個校(xiao)正調(diao)(diao)節(jie)器,最(zui)上面(mian)的為(wei)“濕度(du)”測量,中間(jian)的為(wei)“阻抗”,最(zui)下面(mian)的為(wei)“溫度(du)用(yong)小號(hao)螺絲刀調(diao)(diao)節(jie)”。順(shun)時針方(fang)向(xiang)為(wei)增加值(zhi)調(diao)(diao)節(jie),逆時針方(fang)向(xiang)為(wei)降低(di)值(zhi)調(diao)(diao)節(jie)。
9、按下電源開關,同時比較(jiao)“溫度”,“濕度”和“電阻”值。
10、釋放電源開關,并慢慢調(diao)(diao)節(jie)相(xiang)應的(de)校正調(diao)(diao)節(jie)器。
11、再(zai)次(ci)按(an)下電源開關,觀察(cha)LCD顯示(shi)屏。
12、如需要再校(xiao)準,可(ke)再按下(xia)電源開關(guan)和調節校(xiao)正器。
13、蓋(gai)上表(biao)蓋(gai)并(bing)將四個固定螺絲上緊。
14、按下電源開關確(que)定表是(shi)否工(gong)作正常(chang)。
這(zhe)個測(ce)量方法是(shi)用于測(ce)量物體表面(mian)一點與表面(mian)上另一接地點之間的(de)表面(mian)電(dian)阻,測(ce)量方法符合EOS/ESDS4.1測(ce)量標(biao)準。
A、將兩(liang)條連線的一端分(fen)別插入表的兩(liang)個(ge)3.5毫(hao)米(mi)插孔,然后將其(qi)中(zhong)一條接(jie)鱷(e)魚夾,另外一條與(yu)一個(ge)5磅重盤形探頭相(xiang)聯(lian)。
B、將鱷魚夾子接到(dao)所知的接地點上(shang),按照測(ce)量要(yao)求將盤形探頭放(fang)在待測(ce)物體(ti)表面(mian)上(shang)。
C、按下測量(liang)按鈕直至電阻(單位為歐姆)、相(xiang)對(dui)濕(shi)度、溫度值顯示(shi)在顯示(shi)屏上,測量(liang)結果符合EIA,EOS/ESD,ANSI,IEC-93,CECC,ASTM測量(liang)標(biao)準,對(dui)于高阻抗材(cai)料的測量(liang)時(shi)為保證(zheng)測得高精度測量(liang)結果,需注意不要使兩(liang)引線(xian)交疊,不要用手(shou)接觸探(tan)頭,引線(xian)和被測物體。
