滬蘇(su)通長江公(gong)鐵大橋于(yu)2014年3月1日動工建設;于(yu)2019年9月20日實現(xian)全橋合龍;于(yu)2020年6月定名;于(yu)2020年7月1日建成通車。

滬蘇通(tong)(tong)長(chang)江公(gong)鐵大橋南(nan)(nan)(nan)起張家港市(shi)、北至(zhi)南(nan)(nan)(nan)通(tong)(tong)市(shi)通(tong)(tong)州區,大橋全(quan)長(chang)11.072千(qian)(qian)米(其中公(gong)鐵合建橋梁長(chang)6989米),包括(kuo)兩岸大堤間(jian)正(zheng)橋長(chang)5827米,北引(yin)橋長(chang)1876米,南(nan)(nan)(nan)引(yin)橋長(chang)3369米;大橋上(shang)層(ceng)為(wei)(wei)雙向六車道高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(通(tong)(tong)錫高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)),設(she)計速(su)度(du)100千(qian)(qian)米/小(xiao)時(shi)(shi);下層(ceng)為(wei)(wei)雙向四(si)線鐵路(lu)(lu),設(she)計速(su)度(du)200千(qian)(qian)米/小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(滬蘇通(tong)(tong)鐵路(lu)(lu))、250千(qian)(qian)米/小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(通(tong)(tong)蘇嘉(jia)甬(yong)高(gao)速(su)鐵路(lu)(lu))。

滬(hu)蘇通長江公鐵大橋采(cai)用主跨1092米的(de)鋼桁(heng)梁斜拉橋結構,是中國自主設計建造(zao)、世界上(shang)首(shou)座(zuo)跨度超(chao)千(qian)米的(de)公鐵兩用斜拉橋,設計建造(zao)技術實現了五個“世界首(shou)創”;大橋的(de)總設計師為(wei)高宗(zong)余。

建筑設計

橋梁結構

滬蘇通長江公(gong)鐵大橋由主航道橋、天(tian)生港航道橋、橫港沙水(shui)域橋、跨長江大堤橋梁(liang)(liang)、兩(liang)岸引橋組成。大橋結構為雙(shuang)塔三索(suo)面(mian)鋼桁梁(liang)(liang)斜拉橋。

(1)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)航(hang)(hang)道橋(qiao)。為(wei)保證長江(jiang)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)航(hang)(hang)道船舶通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)能力(li)、減(jian)小船舶撞(zhuang)擊風險,大橋(qiao)的(de)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔(kong)按單(dan)孔(kong)雙向通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)設(she)計,即主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔(kong)凈(jing)(jing)寬(kuan)(kuan)不(bu)小于(yu)900米(mi),主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)航(hang)(hang)道兩側各(ge)(ge)設(she)一個輔(fu)助(zhu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔(kong),單(dan)孔(kong)單(dan)向通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)凈(jing)(jing)寬(kuan)(kuan)不(bu)小于(yu)200米(mi)。據此(ci)要求,并(bing)使(shi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)水域寬(kuan)(kuan)度(du)(du)覆蓋橋(qiao)位歷年-15米(mi)等深線(xian)范圍,主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)跨(kua)跨(kua)度(du)(du)采用1092米(mi),南、北(bei)兩側各(ge)(ge)設(she)一個跨(kua)度(du)(du)為(wei)462米(mi)的(de)輔(fu)助(zhu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔(kong),從而(er)使(shi)得通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)航(hang)(hang)孔(kong)覆蓋范圍達到(dao)2016米(mi)。

(2)天生港(gang)(gang)航(hang)(hang)道橋(qiao)。天生港(gang)(gang)航(hang)(hang)道聚集了若干大型船(chuan)舶(bo)修(xiu)造企業(ye),此航(hang)(hang)道專為這些企業(ye)的(de)產品進(jin)出提供航(hang)(hang)路,船(chuan)舶(bo)航(hang)(hang)行密(mi)度較小,但噸位較大,因此,跨越的(de)橋(qiao)梁提供凈寬284米、凈高45米的(de)單(dan)孔(kong)單(dan)向航(hang)(hang)道。為了盡可能減小橋(qiao)梁對(dui)通航(hang)(hang)的(de)影響(xiang),采用(yong)主孔(kong)336米跨度跨過航(hang)(hang)道,北(bei)側主墩位于上游最(zui)近(jin)的(de)碼頭邊緣線后方。

(3)橫(heng)(heng)港沙(sha)(sha)水域橋。橫(heng)(heng)港沙(sha)(sha)是(shi)主航道和專用航道之間(jian)的一片淺(qian)灘,河床面標(biao)高(gao)在-1.5~-1米,為保證正常行洪,橫(heng)(heng)港沙(sha)(sha)水域橋采(cai)用多孔112米跨徑布置(zhi)。

(4)跨(kua)長江大堤橋梁。為保證長江大堤安全,跨(kua)堤橋梁橋墩須在(zai)大堤臨水側坡腳以外(wai)30米(mi)、臨岸(an)(an)側坡腳以外(wai)15米(mi)設置(zhi)。因(yin)此(ci)采用112米(mi)跨(kua)徑跨(kua)越(yue)南、北兩岸(an)(an)大堤。

(5)兩(liang)岸引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)。兩(liang)岸引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)總長5245米(mi)(mi)(mi),由于受較(jiao)大的(de)航道(dao)凈(jing)空高度(du)(du)控制,和正橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)相接的(de)公鐵合建(jian)段引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)墩(dun)較(jiao)高,最高達(da)62米(mi)(mi)(mi),采用(yong)跨度(du)(du)49.2米(mi)(mi)(mi)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)跨布置(zhi);南(nan)岸單建(jian)鐵路段橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)墩(dun)較(jiao)高,采用(yong)49.2米(mi)(mi)(mi)跨度(du)(du)布置(zhi);北岸單建(jian)鐵路段橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)墩(dun)較(jiao)小,采用(yong)32.7米(mi)(mi)(mi)跨度(du)(du);其(qi)余(yu)部(bu)分(fen)跨越道(dao)路、河流等節點采用(yong)大跨橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)。鐵路32.7米(mi)(mi)(mi)、49.2米(mi)(mi)(mi)跨度(du)(du)均采用(yong)標準化的(de)32米(mi)(mi)(mi)、48米(mi)(mi)(mi)預應力混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)梁(liang)。

設計參數

滬蘇(su)通(tong)長(chang)江公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)線路全長(chang)11.072千米(mi),包(bao)括兩(liang)岸(an)大(da)(da)(da)堤(di)間正橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)長(chang)5827米(mi),北引(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)長(chang)1876米(mi),南引(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)長(chang)3369米(mi),其中(zhong)公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)合建(jian)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)長(chang)6989米(mi)。主(zhu)航道(dao)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)為主(zhu)跨(kua)1092米(mi)鋼(gang)(gang)桁梁(liang)雙塔(ta)斜(xie)拉(la)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),主(zhu)塔(ta)高330米(mi),約(yue)110層樓高。滬蘇(su)通(tong)長(chang)江公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)主(zhu)航道(dao)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)是主(zhu)跨(kua)1092米(mi)的公(gong)(gong)鐵(tie)兩(liang)用鋼(gang)(gang)桁梁(liang)斜(xie)拉(la)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),跨(kua)徑(jing)布置(zhi)為(140+462+1092+462+140)米(mi)。斜(xie)拉(la)索采用平行鋼(gang)(gang)絲斜(xie)拉(la)索,最大(da)(da)(da)索長(chang)576.5米(mi),索重84噸(dun)(dun)。拉(la)索在梁(liang)端的錨(mao)固采用錨(mao)拉(la)板構造,錨(mao)點在橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)面標高以上1.35~2.15米(mi)。大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)主(zhu)通(tong)航孔代(dai)(dai)表船(chuan)(chuan)型為5萬噸(dun)(dun)級(ji)集(ji)裝箱船(chuan)(chuan)和10萬噸(dun)(dun)級(ji)散貨船(chuan)(chuan),代(dai)(dai)表船(chuan)(chuan)隊為4.8萬噸(dun)(dun)4排(pai)4列駁船(chuan)(chuan)隊,專用航道(dao)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)代(dai)(dai)表船(chuan)(chuan)型為5.7萬噸(dun)(dun)級(ji)散雜船(chuan)(chuan)。

建設沿革

2003年,有關方(fang)面(mian)提(ti)出(chu)新建上海至南通鐵路的三個(ge)過江(jiang)方(fang)案。

2005年12月,中華人民共和國鐵(tie)道部組織“滬通(tong)鐵(tie)路預可審查及越江橋隧方案論證會“。

2007年3月(yue),《新(xin)建上海至南通(tong)(tong)鐵路(lu)預可(ke)行研究》編制完(wan)成,跨越(yue)長(chang)(chang)江方案(an)(an)推薦(jian)蘇(su)通(tong)(tong)長(chang)(chang)江公(gong)路(lu)大(da)橋(qiao)下游9千米處的盾構隧道(dao)方案(an)(an)。4月(yue)18日至20日,“新(xin)建滬通(tong)(tong)鐵路(lu)項目建議書評估會”召開(kai),跨越(yue)長(chang)(chang)江方案(an)(an)推薦(jian)蘇(su)通(tong)(tong)長(chang)(chang)江公(gong)路(lu)大(da)橋(qiao)下游8千米橋(qiao)梁(liang)方案(an)(an)。

2008年2月,中國國家部委(wei)和(he)江蘇省(sheng)相關部門開(kai)展論證工作,先后在蘇通長江公(gong)路大橋下游8千(qian)米(mi)、5千(qian)米(mi)、3.2千(qian)米(mi)和(he)規(gui)劃的錫通通道(dao)進行比選和(he)實船(chuan)試驗,并完成(cheng)了過(guo)江工程河段河勢等二十幾個課題的研(yan)究。

2010年2月(yue),對于(yu)跨(kua)越長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)方案,鐵(tie)(tie)道部(bu)(bu)與交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)運輸部(bu)(bu)達成(cheng)共識,在(zai)規劃的(de)(de)錫通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過江(jiang)(jiang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道上(shang)建設跨(kua)江(jiang)(jiang)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),并形成(cheng)綜合性過江(jiang)(jiang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道。5月(yue)11日(ri),交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)運輸部(bu)(bu)組(zu)織召(zhao)開“滬(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)航論證研(yan)究報(bao)告審(shen)(shen)查會(hui)”。同月(yue),鐵(tie)(tie)道部(bu)(bu)、上(shang)海市及江(jiang)(jiang)蘇省聯合上(shang)報(bao)《關于(yu)重新報(bao)送上(shang)海至(zhi)南通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)可行性研(yan)究報(bao)告的(de)(de)函》,將滬(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)方位(wei),由原來的(de)(de)蘇通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)下游(you)(you)3千米處調整(zheng)為上(shang)游(you)(you)40千米處(即(ji)沿九圩港西(xi)側至(zhi)南通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)捕(bu)魚港附近(jin)跨(kua)越長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang))。7月(yue),交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)運輸部(bu)(bu)批復(fu)滬(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)航凈(jing)空尺(chi)度和技術要求,確定了(le)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)位(wei)、橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)式(shi)和橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)跨(kua)。8月(yue)25日(ri),滬(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)主跨(kua)1092米公(gong)鐵(tie)(tie)兩用(yong)斜拉(la)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)方案通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過國(guo)(guo)家(jia)發展和改革委員會(hui)組(zu)織的(de)(de)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)梁專家(jia)評(ping)審(shen)(shen)。12月(yue)19日(ri),滬(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)航安全評(ping)估報(bao)告通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)過國(guo)(guo)家(jia)海事局組(zu)織的(de)(de)專家(jia)評(ping)審(shen)(shen),標志著滬(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)正式(shi)進入工程初步設計階段。

2011年4月6日,滬(hu)通鐵路長江大橋進行29、30號橋墩地質鉆探施工。

建設過程

2013年11月(yue),滬(hu)通(tong)鐵(tie)路長江大橋建(jian)設指揮部(bu)進駐南通(tong)。同(tong)月(yue)中旬(xun),滬(hu)通(tong)鐵(tie)路長江大橋施工圖完成設計。

2014年3月(yue)1日(ri)(ri),滬(hu)通鐵路長江大橋(qiao)(qiao)正式(shi)開工建設。6月(yue),滬(hu)通鐵路長江大橋(qiao)(qiao)28號(hao)主(zhu)塔墩鋼沉井浮(fu)(fu)運至(zhi)預定水域并完成下沉。10月(yue)28日(ri)(ri),滬(hu)通鐵路長江大橋(qiao)(qiao)29號(hao)主(zhu)塔墩鋼沉井浮(fu)(fu)運至(zhi)預定水域。2017年1月(yue)21日(ri)(ri),天(tian)生港(gang)專(zhuan)用航(hang)道(dao)橋(qiao)(qiao)合龍。10月(yue)22日(ri)(ri),天(tian)生港(gang)專(zhuan)用航(hang)道(dao)橋(qiao)(qiao)主(zhu)拱(gong)合龍。12月(yue)28日(ri)(ri),28號(hao)主(zhu)墩中塔柱合龍。

2018年3月(yue)(yue)(yue)1日(ri)(ri),28號主(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)墩(dun)首組鋼(gang)(gang)錨梁安裝到位。4月(yue)(yue)(yue)27日(ri)(ri),29號主(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)墩(dun)開(kai)始下橫梁首次混凝土澆筑。5月(yue)(yue)(yue)11日(ri)(ri),滬通鐵路(lu)長江(jiang)大橋(qiao)進入(ru)橋(qiao)面鋪裝階段(duan)。6月(yue)(yue)(yue)1日(ri)(ri),主(zhu)航(hang)道(dao)(dao)橋(qiao)邊墩(dun)首個超千噸(dun)大節段(duan)鋼(gang)(gang)梁架(jia)設完成(cheng),這是中國(guo)國(guo)內首個超千噸(dun)大節段(duan)鋼(gang)(gang)梁架(jia)設完成(cheng)。9月(yue)(yue)(yue)9日(ri)(ri),南引橋(qiao)全面貫通。9月(yue)(yue)(yue)25日(ri)(ri),滬通鐵路(lu)長江(jiang)大橋(qiao)正式(shi)攤鋪橋(qiao)面瀝(li)青。9月(yue)(yue)(yue)28日(ri)(ri),北側(ce)主(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)封(feng)頂(ding)。10月(yue)(yue)(yue)9日(ri)(ri),主(zhu)航(hang)道(dao)(dao)橋(qiao)大節段(duan)鋼(gang)(gang)桁梁雙懸臂(bei)開(kai)始架(jia)設。10月(yue)(yue)(yue)16日(ri)(ri),天生(sheng)港專用(yong)航(hang)道(dao)(dao)橋(qiao)鐵路(lu)層鋼(gang)(gang)橋(qiao)面UHPC鋪裝施(shi)工完成(cheng)。11月(yue)(yue)(yue)9日(ri)(ri),29號墩(dun)首節段(duan)鋼(gang)(gang)梁完成(cheng)架(jia)設。

2019年3月11日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),南主塔(ta)完(wan)(wan)成第一根(gen)斜(xie)拉索(suo)的架設,這(zhe)是中國重載(zai)型公鐵兩用斜(xie)拉橋(qiao)(qiao)在“塔(ta)梁(liang)同(tong)步”施工條件下(xia)架設的第一根(gen)斜(xie)拉索(suo)。4月27日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),南引橋(qiao)(qiao)鐵路橋(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)防水(shui)層完(wan)(wan)成施工。5月28日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),滬(hu)(hu)通(tong)鐵路長(chang)江(jiang)大橋(qiao)(qiao)北岸輔(fu)助跨(kua)(kua)合龍。6月27日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),南側主塔(ta)封頂。7月18日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),滬(hu)(hu)通(tong)鐵路長(chang)江(jiang)大橋(qiao)(qiao)南岸輔(fu)助跨(kua)(kua)合龍。8月5日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),主航道橋(qiao)(qiao)首個邊跨(kua)(kua)鋼梁(liang)合龍。8月9日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),28號主塔(ta)塔(ta)端斜(xie)拉索(suo)完(wan)(wan)成掛設.9月20日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),滬(hu)(hu)通(tong)鐵路長(chang)江(jiang)大橋(qiao)(qiao)合龍。11月15日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),滬(hu)(hu)通(tong)鐵路長(chang)江(jiang)大橋(qiao)(qiao)全橋(qiao)(qiao)斜(xie)拉索(suo)吊裝完(wan)(wan)工。12月14日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),滬(hu)(hu)通(tong)鐵路長(chang)江(jiang)大橋(qiao)(qiao)鐵路橋(qiao)(qiao)部分開始(shi)鋪軌作業。
