滬蘇(su)通(tong)(tong)長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)公鐵(tie)大橋(Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong Yangtze River Bridge),是(shi)中國江(jiang)(jiang)蘇(su)省境內連接張家(jia)港市(由蘇(su)州市代管)和(he)南通(tong)(tong)市的通(tong)(tong)道,位于蘇(su)通(tong)(tong)長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)公路大橋上游、江(jiang)(jiang)陰(yin)長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)公路大橋下游,是(shi)通(tong)(tong)錫高速(su)公路、滬蘇(su)通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)路、通(tong)(tong)蘇(su)嘉甬(yong)高速(su)鐵(tie)路共同(tong)的過江(jiang)(jiang)通(tong)(tong)道,跨越長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)張家(jia)港段(duan)主航道。
滬蘇通長(chang)江公鐵大橋(qiao)于2014年3月1日(ri)動工建(jian)設;于2019年9月20日(ri)實現全橋(qiao)合龍;于2020年6月定名(ming);于2020年7月1日(ri)建(jian)成通車。
滬蘇(su)通(tong)長(chang)江公(gong)鐵(tie)(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)南(nan)(nan)起張家港市(shi)、北至南(nan)(nan)通(tong)市(shi)通(tong)州區(qu),大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)全長(chang)11.072千米(其中公(gong)鐵(tie)(tie)合建橋(qiao)(qiao)梁長(chang)6989米),包括兩(liang)岸大(da)堤間正橋(qiao)(qiao)長(chang)5827米,北引橋(qiao)(qiao)長(chang)1876米,南(nan)(nan)引橋(qiao)(qiao)長(chang)3369米;大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)上層(ceng)為雙(shuang)向(xiang)六(liu)車道高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)(通(tong)錫高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(lu)),設計速(su)度100千米/小時;下層(ceng)為雙(shuang)向(xiang)四線(xian)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu),設計速(su)度200千米/小時(滬蘇(su)通(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu))、250千米/小時(通(tong)蘇(su)嘉(jia)甬高(gao)速(su)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu))。
滬蘇通長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵大橋采用(yong)主跨(kua)1092米的鋼(gang)桁梁斜拉橋結構,是中國自主設(she)計(ji)建造、世(shi)界上首座(zuo)跨(kua)度超(chao)千米的公鐵兩用(yong)斜拉橋,設(she)計(ji)建造技術實現了五(wu)個“世(shi)界首創”;大橋的總設(she)計(ji)師為高(gao)宗余。
滬(hu)蘇通長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)由主航道橋(qiao)、天生港航道橋(qiao)、橫港沙水(shui)域橋(qiao)、跨長(chang)江(jiang)大(da)(da)(da)堤(di)橋(qiao)梁(liang)、兩岸引橋(qiao)組成(cheng)。大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)結構為雙塔三索面鋼桁梁(liang)斜拉(la)橋(qiao)。
(1)主(zhu)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)道(dao)橋(qiao)。為保證長(chang)江主(zhu)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)道(dao)船舶通(tong)過能力、減小船舶撞擊風(feng)險,大橋(qiao)的(de)主(zhu)通(tong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong)按單(dan)(dan)孔(kong)(kong)雙向(xiang)通(tong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)設(she)計(ji),即主(zhu)通(tong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong)凈寬(kuan)不(bu)小于900米(mi),主(zhu)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)道(dao)兩側各設(she)一個輔助通(tong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong),單(dan)(dan)孔(kong)(kong)單(dan)(dan)向(xiang)通(tong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)凈寬(kuan)不(bu)小于200米(mi)。據此要求,并(bing)使通(tong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)水(shui)域寬(kuan)度(du)覆蓋橋(qiao)位歷(li)年(nian)-15米(mi)等深線范(fan)(fan)圍,主(zhu)跨(kua)跨(kua)度(du)采用1092米(mi),南(nan)、北兩側各設(she)一個跨(kua)度(du)為462米(mi)的(de)輔助通(tong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong),從(cong)而使得(de)通(tong)航(hang)(hang)(hang)(hang)孔(kong)(kong)覆蓋范(fan)(fan)圍達到2016米(mi)。
(2)天(tian)生港航(hang)(hang)道(dao)橋。天(tian)生港航(hang)(hang)道(dao)聚(ju)集(ji)了若干大型(xing)船(chuan)舶修造(zao)企業,此(ci)航(hang)(hang)道(dao)專為這些企業的產品(pin)進出提供航(hang)(hang)路,船(chuan)舶航(hang)(hang)行密度較小,但噸位(wei)較大,因(yin)此(ci),跨越(yue)的橋梁(liang)提供凈寬284米、凈高45米的單孔單向(xiang)航(hang)(hang)道(dao)。為了盡(jin)可能(neng)減(jian)小橋梁(liang)對通航(hang)(hang)的影響,采用(yong)主孔336米跨度跨過(guo)航(hang)(hang)道(dao),北側主墩(dun)位(wei)于上游(you)最近的碼頭邊(bian)緣線(xian)后方。
(3)橫港沙水(shui)域橋。橫港沙是(shi)主航(hang)(hang)道(dao)和(he)專(zhuan)用航(hang)(hang)道(dao)之間的一片淺(qian)灘,河(he)床面標高在-1.5~-1米(mi)(mi),為(wei)保證正常行洪,橫港沙水(shui)域橋采用多孔112米(mi)(mi)跨徑布置。
(4)跨長(chang)江大(da)(da)堤(di)(di)橋(qiao)梁。為(wei)保證長(chang)江大(da)(da)堤(di)(di)安(an)全,跨堤(di)(di)橋(qiao)梁橋(qiao)墩須(xu)在大(da)(da)堤(di)(di)臨水側(ce)坡腳以(yi)外30米、臨岸側(ce)坡腳以(yi)外15米設置。因此采(cai)用112米跨徑跨越南、北兩岸大(da)(da)堤(di)(di)。
(5)兩(liang)岸引(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)。兩(liang)岸引(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)總長5245米(mi)(mi),由于受(shou)較大(da)的(de)航道凈空(kong)高(gao)度控制,和(he)正橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)相接的(de)公鐵合建(jian)段引(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)墩較高(gao),最高(gao)達62米(mi)(mi),采(cai)用跨度49.2米(mi)(mi)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)跨布置(zhi);南(nan)岸單建(jian)鐵路(lu)段橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)墩較高(gao),采(cai)用49.2米(mi)(mi)跨度布置(zhi);北岸單建(jian)鐵路(lu)段橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)墩較小,采(cai)用32.7米(mi)(mi)跨度;其余(yu)部分(fen)跨越道路(lu)、河流等節點(dian)采(cai)用大(da)跨橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)梁。鐵路(lu)32.7米(mi)(mi)、49.2米(mi)(mi)跨度均采(cai)用標準化(hua)的(de)32米(mi)(mi)、48米(mi)(mi)預應力混凝土梁。
滬蘇通長江公(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)線(xian)路全長11.072千米(mi)(mi),包括兩岸大(da)堤間正(zheng)橋(qiao)(qiao)長5827米(mi)(mi),北引橋(qiao)(qiao)長1876米(mi)(mi),南引橋(qiao)(qiao)長3369米(mi)(mi),其中(zhong)公(gong)鐵(tie)合建(jian)橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)長6989米(mi)(mi)。主(zhu)(zhu)航(hang)道(dao)橋(qiao)(qiao)為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)跨1092米(mi)(mi)鋼桁(heng)梁(liang)雙塔斜拉橋(qiao)(qiao),主(zhu)(zhu)塔高330米(mi)(mi),約(yue)110層(ceng)樓高。滬蘇通長江公(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)主(zhu)(zhu)航(hang)道(dao)橋(qiao)(qiao)是主(zhu)(zhu)跨1092米(mi)(mi)的(de)公(gong)鐵(tie)兩用(yong)(yong)鋼桁(heng)梁(liang)斜拉橋(qiao)(qiao),跨徑布置為(wei)(140+462+1092+462+140)米(mi)(mi)。斜拉索采用(yong)(yong)平行鋼絲斜拉索,最大(da)索長576.5米(mi)(mi),索重(zhong)84噸(dun)。拉索在梁(liang)端的(de)錨(mao)固采用(yong)(yong)錨(mao)拉板構造(zao),錨(mao)點在橋(qiao)(qiao)面標高以上(shang)1.35~2.15米(mi)(mi)。大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)主(zhu)(zhu)通航(hang)孔代表(biao)船(chuan)型為(wei)5萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)級集(ji)裝箱(xiang)船(chuan)和10萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)級散貨船(chuan),代表(biao)船(chuan)隊為(wei)4.8萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)4排4列駁船(chuan)隊,專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)航(hang)道(dao)橋(qiao)(qiao)代表(biao)船(chuan)型為(wei)5.7萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)級散雜船(chuan)。
滬(hu)蘇通長(chang)江公鐵大(da)橋工(gong)程(cheng)規(gui)模(mo)之大(da),施工(gong)難度之大(da),創造了世界橋梁和(he)中國(guo)橋梁建設的多個之最。(《文匯報》評)

2003年,有關方(fang)面提出新(xin)建(jian)上海(hai)至南通鐵路的三(san)個過江方(fang)案(an)。
2005年12月,中華(hua)人民共和國鐵道(dao)部組織(zhi)“滬通(tong)鐵路預(yu)可審(shen)查及越江橋(qiao)隧(sui)方案論(lun)證會“。
2007年3月(yue),《新建(jian)(jian)上海至南通(tong)鐵路預(yu)可行(xing)研究》編制(zhi)完成,跨(kua)越(yue)長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)方(fang)案(an)推(tui)薦(jian)蘇通(tong)長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)公路大橋(qiao)下(xia)游9千(qian)米處(chu)的盾(dun)構隧道方(fang)案(an)。4月(yue)18日至20日,“新建(jian)(jian)滬通(tong)鐵路項(xiang)目建(jian)(jian)議書(shu)評估會”召開(kai),跨(kua)越(yue)長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)方(fang)案(an)推(tui)薦(jian)蘇通(tong)長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)公路大橋(qiao)下(xia)游8千(qian)米橋(qiao)梁方(fang)案(an)。
2008年2月,中國國家部委(wei)和江蘇省相關部門開展論(lun)證工作,先(xian)后在(zai)蘇通(tong)(tong)長(chang)江公路大橋(qiao)下游8千米、5千米、3.2千米和規劃的錫通(tong)(tong)通(tong)(tong)道進行比選和實(shi)船(chuan)試驗,并完成了過(guo)江工程(cheng)河段河勢等二十幾個課(ke)題的研(yan)究。
2010年(nian)2月(yue),對(dui)于(yu)(yu)跨(kua)(kua)越長江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)方(fang)案,鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)道(dao)部與交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)運(yun)輸部達成共識,在規劃的(de)錫通(tong)(tong)過(guo)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)通(tong)(tong)道(dao)上(shang)(shang)建設(she)跨(kua)(kua)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),并形(xing)成綜合(he)性過(guo)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)通(tong)(tong)道(dao)。5月(yue)11日,交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)運(yun)輸部組織(zhi)召(zhao)開(kai)“滬(hu)(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)長江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)通(tong)(tong)航論(lun)證研究(jiu)(jiu)報告審(shen)(shen)查(cha)會(hui)”。同(tong)月(yue),鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)道(dao)部、上(shang)(shang)海(hai)(hai)市(shi)及江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)蘇省聯合(he)上(shang)(shang)報《關于(yu)(yu)重新報送上(shang)(shang)海(hai)(hai)至南通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)可行(xing)性研究(jiu)(jiu)報告的(de)函(han)》,將(jiang)滬(hu)(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)長江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)方(fang)位,由(you)原來的(de)蘇通(tong)(tong)長江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)下游3千米處(chu)調整(zheng)為上(shang)(shang)游40千米處(chu)(即沿九圩港(gang)(gang)西側至南通(tong)(tong)捕魚(yu)港(gang)(gang)附近(jin)跨(kua)(kua)越長江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang))。7月(yue),交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)運(yun)輸部批(pi)復滬(hu)(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)長江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)通(tong)(tong)航凈空尺度(du)和(he)(he)技術要求,確定了橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)位、橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)式和(he)(he)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)跨(kua)(kua)。8月(yue)25日,滬(hu)(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)長江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)主跨(kua)(kua)1092米公(gong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)兩(liang)用(yong)斜拉橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)方(fang)案通(tong)(tong)過(guo)國家發(fa)展和(he)(he)改革委(wei)員會(hui)組織(zhi)的(de)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)專(zhuan)家評審(shen)(shen)。12月(yue)19日,滬(hu)(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)長江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)通(tong)(tong)航安全評估報告通(tong)(tong)過(guo)國家海(hai)(hai)事局組織(zhi)的(de)專(zhuan)家評審(shen)(shen),標志著滬(hu)(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)長江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)正式進入工程初步設(she)計階段。
2011年4月6日,滬通鐵路長江大(da)橋(qiao)進行29、30號橋(qiao)墩(dun)地質鉆探施工(gong)。
2013年11月,滬通鐵(tie)路長江(jiang)大橋建(jian)設(she)指揮部進駐南通。同月中旬,滬通鐵(tie)路長江(jiang)大橋施工圖完成(cheng)設(she)計。
2014年(nian)3月1日(ri)(ri),滬通鐵路長江(jiang)大橋(qiao)正式開工建(jian)設。6月,滬通鐵路長江(jiang)大橋(qiao)28號主塔墩鋼(gang)沉井(jing)(jing)浮運(yun)至預定(ding)(ding)水域并完成下沉。10月28日(ri)(ri),滬通鐵路長江(jiang)大橋(qiao)29號主塔墩鋼(gang)沉井(jing)(jing)浮運(yun)至預定(ding)(ding)水域。2017年(nian)1月21日(ri)(ri),天(tian)生(sheng)港(gang)專用航道橋(qiao)合龍(long)。10月22日(ri)(ri),天(tian)生(sheng)港(gang)專用航道橋(qiao)主拱合龍(long)。12月28日(ri)(ri),28號主墩中塔柱合龍(long)。
2018年3月(yue)1日(ri)(ri),28號(hao)主(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)墩(dun)(dun)首(shou)組鋼(gang)錨梁(liang)(liang)(liang)安裝到位(wei)。4月(yue)27日(ri)(ri),29號(hao)主(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)墩(dun)(dun)開始(shi)下橫梁(liang)(liang)(liang)首(shou)次混凝土澆筑(zhu)。5月(yue)11日(ri)(ri),滬(hu)通(tong)鐵路(lu)長江大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)進入橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)鋪(pu)裝階(jie)段(duan)。6月(yue)1日(ri)(ri),主(zhu)航道(dao)(dao)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)邊墩(dun)(dun)首(shou)個(ge)超(chao)千(qian)(qian)噸大節段(duan)鋼(gang)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)架(jia)(jia)設(she)完(wan)成,這是中國(guo)國(guo)內首(shou)個(ge)超(chao)千(qian)(qian)噸大節段(duan)鋼(gang)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)架(jia)(jia)設(she)完(wan)成。9月(yue)9日(ri)(ri),南引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)全(quan)面(mian)貫通(tong)。9月(yue)25日(ri)(ri),滬(hu)通(tong)鐵路(lu)長江大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)正(zheng)式攤鋪(pu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)瀝青。9月(yue)28日(ri)(ri),北側主(zhu)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)封頂(ding)。10月(yue)9日(ri)(ri),主(zhu)航道(dao)(dao)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)大節段(duan)鋼(gang)桁梁(liang)(liang)(liang)雙懸臂開始(shi)架(jia)(jia)設(she)。10月(yue)16日(ri)(ri),天生港專(zhuan)用(yong)航道(dao)(dao)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)鐵路(lu)層鋼(gang)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)UHPC鋪(pu)裝施工完(wan)成。11月(yue)9日(ri)(ri),29號(hao)墩(dun)(dun)首(shou)節段(duan)鋼(gang)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)完(wan)成架(jia)(jia)設(she)。
2019年3月(yue)11日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),南(nan)主塔(ta)完(wan)成第一根斜拉(la)索(suo)(suo)(suo)的(de)架(jia)(jia)設,這是中國(guo)重載型公(gong)鐵(tie)(tie)兩(liang)用斜拉(la)橋(qiao)(qiao)在“塔(ta)梁(liang)同步”施工(gong)條件下(xia)架(jia)(jia)設的(de)第一根斜拉(la)索(suo)(suo)(suo)。4月(yue)27日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),南(nan)引橋(qiao)(qiao)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)橋(qiao)(qiao)面防水層完(wan)成施工(gong)。5月(yue)28日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),滬(hu)通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)北岸(an)輔助(zhu)跨合(he)龍。6月(yue)27日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),南(nan)側主塔(ta)封頂。7月(yue)18日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),滬(hu)通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)南(nan)岸(an)輔助(zhu)跨合(he)龍。8月(yue)5日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),主航道橋(qiao)(qiao)首(shou)個邊(bian)跨鋼(gang)梁(liang)合(he)龍。8月(yue)9日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),28號主塔(ta)塔(ta)端(duan)斜拉(la)索(suo)(suo)(suo)完(wan)成掛(gua)設.9月(yue)20日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),滬(hu)通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)合(he)龍。11月(yue)15日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),滬(hu)通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)全(quan)橋(qiao)(qiao)斜拉(la)索(suo)(suo)(suo)吊(diao)裝完(wan)工(gong)。12月(yue)14日(ri)(ri)(ri)(ri),滬(hu)通(tong)(tong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)橋(qiao)(qiao)部分(fen)開(kai)始鋪軌作業。
