一、杏仁酥餅材料和做法
杏仁酥餅材料準備:低筋面粉300g、軟化黃油420g、雞蛋5枚、細砂糖260g、杏仁300g(碾碎)、草莓果醬(jiang)100g、杏(xing)仁片3湯匙(chi)(45g)。

2、餅(bing)皮(pi)放入(ru)(ru)直徑28cm的烤盤模具中(把邊(bian)緣按入(ru)(ru)模具,再將多余部分去掉)。用叉子在(zai)餅(bing)皮(pi)上扎些小洞(dong),再將餅(bing)皮(pi)放入(ru)(ru)冰箱冷藏(zang)室中定(ding)型10分鐘。
3、將(jiang)余下(xia)(xia)的(de)300g軟化黃(huang)油放入(ru)食品加(jia)工(gong)機中(zhong)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌,直(zhi)至將(jiang)黃(huang)油打(da)發,再加(jia)入(ru)余下(xia)(xia)的(de)200g細砂糖,繼續(xu)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌待黃(huang)油和糖攪(jiao)(jiao)拌均勻且(qie)顏色呈白色時,加(jia)入(ru)一(yi)枚(mei)雞蛋(dan)(dan)(dan),繼續(xu)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌,隨后再依次加(jia)入(ru)第二(er)枚(mei)、第三(san)枚(mei)雞蛋(dan)(dan)(dan),每加(jia)入(ru)一(yi)只雞蛋(dan)(dan)(dan)即攪(jiao)(jiao)拌一(yi)次,直(zhi)至將(jiang)雞蛋(dan)(dan)(dan)全部加(jia)入(ru),然后加(jia)入(ru)余下(xia)(xia)的(de)50g面粉和杏仁碎,稍稍攪(jiao)(jiao)拌一(yi)下(xia)(xia)。
4、從冰箱中取出(chu)面片(pian),放入預熱至180度的烤(kao)箱中部烤(kao)制(zhi)10分(fen)(fen)種,面片(pian)邊(bian)緣變成(cheng)淺棕色后取出(chu),用勺子將草莓果醬均勻地平鋪在面皮上,再(zai)將攪拌(ban)好的杏仁(ren)黃(huang)油混合(he)物(wu)也盛(sheng)放在面皮上鋪平,再(zai)撒(sa)上杏仁(ren)片(pian)。將杏仁(ren)酥餅重(zhong)新放入烤(kao)箱,烤(kao)制(zhi)45分(fen)(fen)鐘。
