一、光纖激光器是什么
光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)激光(guang)(guang)器(Fiber Laser)是指(zhi)用(yong)摻(chan)稀土元素玻璃光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)作為增益介質的激光(guang)(guang)器,光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)激光(guang)(guang)器可在光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)放大器的基礎上開發(fa)出來:在泵浦光(guang)(guang)的作用(yong)下(xia)光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)(xian)內極易(yi)形(xing)成高功率(lv)密度(du),造成激光(guang)(guang)工作物質的激光(guang)(guang)能(neng)級“粒(li)子數反轉”,當適當加入正反饋回路(構成諧振腔)便可形(xing)成激光(guang)(guang)振蕩輸出。
光(guang)纖(xian)激(ji)光(guang)器應(ying)用范圍(wei)非常(chang)廣泛,包(bao)(bao)括激(ji)光(guang)光(guang)纖(xian)通訊、激(ji)光(guang)空間(jian)遠距通訊、工業(ye)造船(chuan)、汽車制(zhi)造、激(ji)光(guang)雕刻激(ji)光(guang)打(da)標激(ji)光(guang)切割(ge)、印刷制(zhi)輥、金屬(shu)非金屬(shu)鉆孔(kong)/切割(ge)/焊(han)接(銅焊(han)、淬水、包(bao)(bao)層(ceng)以(yi)及深度焊(han)接)、軍事國防安全、醫(yi)療器械儀器設備、大型基礎建設,作為其他激(ji)光(guang)器的泵浦源等(deng)等(deng)。
二、光纖激光器有哪些種類
(一)十大光纖激光器品牌產品按照光纖材料的種類進行分類
1、晶(jing)體(ti)光纖(xian)激光器。工(gong)作物(wu)質是激光晶(jing)體(ti)光纖(xian),主要有紅寶(bao)石單晶(jing)光纖(xian)激光器和nd3+:YAG單晶(jing)光纖(xian)激光器等(deng)。

3、稀土類摻雜光纖激光器。向光纖中(zhong)摻雜稀土類元素離子使之激活,(Nd3+、Er3+、Yb3+、Tm3+等(deng),基質(zhi)可以是(shi)石英玻璃、氟化鋯玻璃、單晶(jing))而(er)制成光纖激光器。
4、塑(su)(su)料光(guang)纖激(ji)光(guang)器。向塑(su)(su)料光(guang)纖芯部或包層內摻入激(ji)光(guang)染料而制(zhi)成光(guang)纖激(ji)光(guang)器。
(三)按諧振腔結構分類
分為F-P腔(qiang)、環形(xing)腔(qiang)、環路反射器光纖(xian)(xian)(xian)諧振腔(qiang)以及“8”字形(xing)腔(qiang)、DBR光纖(xian)(xian)(xian)激光器、DFB光纖(xian)(xian)(xian)激光器等。
(四)按光纖結構分類
