1、紅(hong)(hong)參(can)(can)(can)是參(can)(can)(can)的(de)熟制品,由鮮參(can)(can)(can)蒸制、烘干而成。紅(hong)(hong)參(can)(can)(can)環紋(wen)不(bu)明顯,有枝根痕,根莖上(shang)部土黃色,頂(ding)端有蘆碗,習稱(cheng)“油盞頭”。
2、白參(can)(can)(can)(can)是(shi)除紅參(can)(can)(can)(can)以(yi)外的(de)各種(zhong)人(ren)參(can)(can)(can)(can)加(jia)工產(chan)品的(de)統稱,色澤呈微白的(de)黃色,性(xing)味味甘、微苦,如生曬參(can)(can)(can)(can)、白糖參(can)(can)(can)(can)、白干參(can)(can)(can)(can)等等。
3、山參包(bao)括野(ye)山參、林下參、園參等(deng),其(qi)(qi)中自然(ran)生(sheng)長的(de)野(ye)山參價值最(zui)高。其(qi)(qi)主根短(duan),紋粗而淺(qian),常延續到主根中部,須根珍珠點(dian)較少,多具二個主要(yao)支根,全(quan)體呈淡黃(huang)白(bai)色,皮細(xi)、光潤。
4、西(xi)洋參主(zhu)根呈圓(yuan)形(xing)或紡(fang)錘(chui)形(xing),表面淺黃色,皮紋細膩(ni),質地飽滿而結實,斷切面干凈,呈現較清晰的菊(ju)花(hua)紋理,參片甘苦味濃。
5、園參(can)是人工種植的人參(can),其蘆頭(tou)短粗,多不彎曲(qu),蘆碗疏生在蘆頭(tou)上(shang)。主根(gen)多為圓柱形,質地較疏松;橫紋粗而淺(qian),不連續,上(shang)下部均有。
