集團公司是全縣進口商(shang)(shang)品(pin)交易綜(zong)(zong)(zong)合體建(jian)設、直銷展銷、物(wu)流(liu)保(bao)稅等綜(zong)(zong)(zong)合服務的主要運(yun)營主體,負責(ze)開展進口商(shang)(shang)品(pin)品(pin)牌甄選(xuan)、商(shang)(shang)鋪租賃、加盟展銷、電子(zi)商(shang)(shang)務、保(bao)稅倉儲、物(wu)流(liu)配送、財(cai)務金(jin)融、質量檢(jian)測、海關(guan)監管、綜(zong)(zong)(zong)合配套等10大專項服務。

僑鄉進口商(shang)品(pin)城位(wei)于青田縣油(you)竹街道(dao),總規劃(hua)建(jian)筑(zhu)面積(ji)29.2萬平(ping)方米。分兩(liang)期建(jian)設,一(yi)期是4個專(zhuan)業市場和世界紅酒中(zhong)心,二期是環(huan)球購物綜合體。

僑(qiao)鄉進(jin)(jin)口(kou)商品(pin)(pin)(pin)城已成功舉(ju)辦(ban)(ban)兩屆僑(qiao)博(bo)會(hui)。第一(yi)屆僑(qiao)博(bo)會(hui)于(yu)2018年11月17日(ri)(ri)-19日(ri)(ri)舉(ju)辦(ban)(ban),共(gong)設(she)展(zhan)(zhan)區(qu)7個(ge)(ge)(ge),展(zhan)(zhan)位(wei)1000個(ge)(ge)(ge),展(zhan)(zhan)銷面積(ji)達6.5萬平方米,共(gong)吸引來(lai)自(zi)63個(ge)(ge)(ge)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)的367家(jia)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)日(ri)(ri)化和食品(pin)(pin)(pin)企業(ye)、405家(jia)境外(wai)葡萄酒莊、960名(ming)參(can)(can)(can)展(zhan)(zhan)商、國(guo)(guo)內2689名(ming)專業(ye)采購商參(can)(can)(can)展(zhan)(zhan),參(can)(can)(can)觀(guan)總(zong)人(ren)數超過10.5萬人(ren)次(ci),共(gong)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)訂(ding)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)品(pin)(pin)(pin)牌授權代理(li)686個(ge)(ge)(ge),115家(jia)國(guo)(guo)外(wai)酒莊簽(qian)(qian)(qian)約入駐,累計意向成交15.6億元(yuan)。第二(er)屆僑(qiao)博(bo)會(hui)于(yu)2019年11月16日(ri)(ri)—18日(ri)(ri),共(gong)設(she)展(zhan)(zhan)區(qu)8個(ge)(ge)(ge),展(zhan)(zhan)位(wei)1607個(ge)(ge)(ge),展(zhan)(zhan)銷面積(ji)達10.5萬平方米,共(gong)吸引了來(lai)自(zi)71個(ge)(ge)(ge)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)的882家(jia)日(ri)(ri)化和食品(pin)(pin)(pin)企業(ye)、1072家(jia)知名(ming)酒莊和國(guo)(guo)內7000多名(ming)采購商參(can)(can)(can)展(zhan)(zhan),參(can)(can)(can)觀(guan)總(zong)人(ren)數超過35.5萬人(ren)次(ci),共(gong)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)訂(ding)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)品(pin)(pin)(pin)牌授權代理(li)1110個(ge)(ge)(ge),356家(jia)國(guo)(guo)外(wai)酒莊簽(qian)(qian)(qian)約入駐,意向成交25.3億元(yuan)。
僑(qiao)(qiao)博(bo)會進(jin)(jin)一(yi)(yi)步擴大(da)了(le)僑(qiao)(qiao)鄉進(jin)(jin)口商品(pin)城和世(shi)界紅(hong)酒(jiu)中(zhong)心的影響力,提升了(le)“青(qing)田(tian)洋貨(huo)、世(shi)界超市(shi)”品(pin)牌形象,為消(xiao)費者(zhe)和采購商提供消(xiao)費與交(jiao)易服務,真正形成“3+365”永(yong)不落幕的華(hua)僑(qiao)(qiao)進(jin)(jin)口商品(pin)博(bo)覽會。第三屆僑(qiao)(qiao)博(bo)會已納入浙江省(sheng)2020年重點(dian)舉辦(ban)和支持的展會計劃,是全省(sheng)唯(wei)一(yi)(yi)一(yi)(yi)個葡(pu)萄酒(jiu)類專(zhuan)業展會,目前正在積極謀劃。
僑(qiao)鄉(xiang)進口商品城下(xia)一步將推(tui)進三個中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)項目(mu),一是青田世界紅酒中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin),于2019年1月(yue)26日(ri)正式營(ying)業,總面積為1萬多平方米,是集(ji)進口葡萄酒推(tui)廣、銷售、培(pei)訓(xun)、孵化、服務為一體的專業綜合(he)(he)體。二(er)是保(bao)稅物(wu)流中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(B型(xing)),一期建筑面積4萬平方米。三是環球(qiu)購(gou)物(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin),規(gui)劃用地約3.5萬平方米,建成后是集(ji)商貿、展示(shi)、購(gou)物(wu)、休(xiu)閑、旅游、電(dian)子商務、辦公等(deng)功(gong)能為一體的環球(qiu)購(gou)物(wu)綜合(he)(he)體。
