簡介
洪江水(shui)(shui)電站位于湖南省懷化地區沅水(shui)(shui)干(gan)流(liu)中上(shang)游河段,是(shi)沅水(shui)(shui)干(gan)流(liu)開發規劃中的重要梯級(ji)工程,沅水(shui)(shui)梯級(ji)開發的第8級(ji)電站,上(shang)距(ju)洪江市21km,下(xia)距(ju)洪江區4.5km。
工程以發電為主,兼顧航(hang)運(yun)(yun)、灌(guan)溉等綜合效益。壩址以上(shang)控(kong)制流(liu)域(yu)面積35500平方(fang)(fang)公里(li),多年(nian)平均流(liu)量(liang)705立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)/秒,多年(nian)平均年(nian)徑流(liu)量(liang)222億(yi)(yi)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)。水(shui)(shui)庫總(zong)庫容3.2億(yi)(yi)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi),正(zheng)常蓄(xu)水(shui)(shui)位(wei)190.00m,汛(xun)限水(shui)(shui)位(wei)187.00m,調節(jie)庫容0.75億(yi)(yi)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi),屬(shu)周(zhou)調節(jie)水(shui)(shui)庫。電站(zhan)裝機6臺,總(zong)容量(liang)270MW,多年(nian)平均發電量(liang)9.7億(yi)(yi)kW·h。船閘設計(ji)年(nian)過壩貨運(yun)(yun)量(liang)80萬t、木材(cai)運(yun)(yun)量(liang)25萬立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)。從水(shui)(shui)庫引水(shui)(shui)4.08立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)/秒,灌(guan)溉農田3333公頃。
建筑
電站樞紐(niu)建筑物從右(you)至左(zuo)依(yi)次為(wei)(wei):右(you)岸(an)混凝土(tu)(tu)重力(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)、船(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)、溢(yi)流(liu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)、河(he)床式廠房(fang)(fang)和左(zuo)岸(an)混凝土(tu)(tu)重力(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(包括灌溉(gai)取(qu)水口(kou)),共(gong)22個壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)高(gao)(gao)程196.50m,全長469.65m。右(you)岸(an)混凝土(tu)(tu)重力(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)長40.8m,分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)1號(hao)(hao)、2號(hao)(hao)兩(liang)個壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)寬分(fen)(fen)別(bie)為(wei)(wei)8m、11m,最大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)(gao)32.5m。左(zuo)岸(an)混凝土(tu)(tu)重力(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)長73.1m,分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)20號(hao)(hao)~22號(hao)(hao)3個壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)寬11m,最大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)(gao)56m。溢(yi)流(liu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)在河(he)床中部,共(gong)10個壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(4號(hao)(hao)~13號(hao)(hao)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)),布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)9孔開敞式溢(yi)流(liu)堰(yan)(yan),每孔凈寬19m,總(zong)長225.75m。堰(yan)(yan)型為(wei)(wei)WES實(shi)用(yong)堰(yan)(yan),堰(yan)(yan)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)高(gao)(gao)程174.00m,設置(zhi)(zhi)弧形工作門(men)和檢修(xiu)平(ping)板(ban)門(men)。采用(yong)底流(liu)消能,消力(li)池(chi)由中導墻(qiang)隔為(wei)(wei)左(zuo)、右(you)消力(li)池(chi)。尾坎采用(yong)差動(dong)式,左(zuo)、右(you)消力(li)池(chi)尾坎高(gao)(gao)、低(di)坎頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)高(gao)(gao)程分(fen)(fen)別(bie)為(wei)(wei)166.00m、164.00m和167.00m、165.00m。廠房(fang)(fang)布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)在河(he)床左(zuo)側主河(he)槽,統編為(wei)(wei)6個壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(14號(hao)(hao)~19號(hao)(hao)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan))。主廠房(fang)(fang)左(zuo)側和下(xia)(xia)游(you)側分(fen)(fen)別(bie)設有安裝(zhuang)場和副廠房(fang)(fang),安裝(zhuang)場上(shang)游(you)布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)副廠房(fang)(fang),下(xia)(xia)游(you)布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)開關站。廠房(fang)(fang)下(xia)(xia)游(you)設頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)高(gao)(gao)程為(wei)(wei)187.50m的防洪(hong)墻(qiang)。廠內安裝(zhuang)5臺單機容量為(wei)(wei)45MW的貫流(liu)式水輪發電機組。船(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)位于右(you)岸(an)階地,統編為(wei)(wei)3號(hao)(hao)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan),為(wei)(wei)Ⅴ級(ji)航道、二級(ji)船(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha),閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)室(shi)有效尺(chi)寸80.0m×12.0m×2.0m(長×寬×檻上(shang)水深)。船(chuan)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)從上(shang)至下(xia)(xia)依(yi)次為(wei)(wei)上(shang)游(you)引航道、上(shang)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)首(shou)(shou)(shou)、一閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)室(shi)、中閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)首(shou)(shou)(shou)、二閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)室(shi)、下(xia)(xia)閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)首(shou)(shou)(shou)和下(xia)(xia)游(you)引航道,總(zong)長678.5m。
監控
洪江(jiang)水電(dian)站(zhan)計(ji)算(suan)(suan)機(ji)監(jian)控(kong)系統設計(ji)標(biao)準是建成安全(quan)、可靠、經濟、實(shi)用的(de)全(quan)分布全(quan)開(kai)放的(de)計(ji)算(suan)(suan)機(ji)監(jian)控(kong)系統。整個系統技術(shu)性能(neng)、指標(biao)達(da)到或超過《水電(dian)廠計(ji)算(suan)(suan)機(ji)監(jian)控(kong)系統基本(ben)技術(shu)條件(jian)》DL/T578-95標(biao)準的(de)規定。
洪江水電(dian)站計(ji)算機(ji)(ji)監控系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)由ABB公司中標,采用ABBAdvantOCS系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)集成(cheng)了國外(wai)較新計(ji)算機(ji)(ji)軟(ruan)硬件產品、網絡(luo)技(ji)術和(he)實時(shi)工業(ye)控制(zhi)產品,在水電(dian)站自動控制(zhi)領域有(you)著廣泛的應(ying)用,系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)較為成(cheng)熟,具(ju)有(you)良(liang)好的可靠性。
中(zhong)(zhong)國水(shui)利(li)(li)(li)水(shui)電(dian)科(ke)學(xue)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan)自動化(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)所(suo)通過與ABB公司合作(zuo)的方式共同完成(cheng)該項目(mu)。ABB公司提供計(ji)算(suan)機監(jian)(jian)控系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的基本平臺,系(xi)(xi)統(tong)集成(cheng)、研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)制由中(zhong)(zhong)國水(shui)利(li)(li)(li)水(shui)電(dian)科(ke)學(xue)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan)完成(cheng),應(ying)用(yong)軟(ruan)件、高級應(ying)用(yong)采(cai)用(yong)中(zhong)(zhong)國水(shui)利(li)(li)(li)水(shui)電(dian)科(ke)學(xue)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan)自動化(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)所(suo)開發的H9000系(xi)(xi)統(tong)。2013年中(zhong)(zhong)國水(shui)利(li)(li)(li)水(shui)電(dian)科(ke)學(xue)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan)自動化(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)所(suo)采(cai)用(yong)H9000V4.0系(xi)(xi)統(tong)更新了全(quan)廠計(ji)算(suan)機監(jian)(jian)控系(xi)(xi)統(tong)。
洪江(jiang)水電(dian)站計算(suan)機監控系(xi)統(tong)實(shi)施該工(gong)程(cheng)后,形成一(yi)個完(wan)整的開放網絡型分層(ceng)分布的電(dian)站實(shi)時閉環過程(cheng)控制系(xi)統(tong),通過計算(suan)機監控系(xi)統(tong)實(shi)現電(dian)站的集中監控,現地無人(ren)值班(少人(ren)值守(shou))。
