簡介
洪(hong)江(jiang)水電站(zhan)位于湖南省懷(huai)化地區沅水干(gan)流(liu)中(zhong)上游河(he)段,是沅水干(gan)流(liu)開發規劃中(zhong)的(de)(de)重要梯級(ji)工程,沅水梯級(ji)開發的(de)(de)第(di)8級(ji)電站(zhan),上距洪(hong)江(jiang)市21km,下距洪(hong)江(jiang)區4.5km。
工程以發電(dian)為主,兼顧航運、灌(guan)溉(gai)(gai)等綜(zong)合效(xiao)益。壩(ba)址以上(shang)控(kong)制流(liu)域面積35500平方(fang)(fang)公里,多年(nian)平均流(liu)量705立(li)方(fang)(fang)米/秒,多年(nian)平均年(nian)徑(jing)流(liu)量222億立(li)方(fang)(fang)米。水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)總庫(ku)(ku)容(rong)3.2億立(li)方(fang)(fang)米,正(zheng)常蓄水(shui)位190.00m,汛限水(shui)位187.00m,調節庫(ku)(ku)容(rong)0.75億立(li)方(fang)(fang)米,屬周調節水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)。電(dian)站裝機6臺(tai),總容(rong)量270MW,多年(nian)平均發電(dian)量9.7億kW·h。船閘設計年(nian)過壩(ba)貨運量80萬(wan)t、木材運量25萬(wan)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米。從水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)引水(shui)4.08立(li)方(fang)(fang)米/秒,灌(guan)溉(gai)(gai)農田(tian)3333公頃。
建筑
電站(zhan)樞(shu)紐建筑物從(cong)右(you)(you)至左(zuo)依次(ci)為(wei)(wei):右(you)(you)岸混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)重(zhong)力(li)(li)(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)、船閘(zha)(zha)、溢流(liu)(liu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)、河(he)床式廠(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)房(fang)(fang)和(he)左(zuo)岸混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)重(zhong)力(li)(li)(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(包(bao)括灌溉取水口),共(gong)22個(ge)(ge)(ge)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(duan)。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)高(gao)程196.50m,全長(chang)(chang)469.65m。右(you)(you)岸混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)重(zhong)力(li)(li)(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)長(chang)(chang)40.8m,分(fen)為(wei)(wei)1號(hao)(hao)、2號(hao)(hao)兩個(ge)(ge)(ge)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(duan),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)寬分(fen)別為(wei)(wei)8m、11m,最大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)32.5m。左(zuo)岸混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)重(zhong)力(li)(li)(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)長(chang)(chang)73.1m,分(fen)為(wei)(wei)20號(hao)(hao)~22號(hao)(hao)3個(ge)(ge)(ge)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(duan),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(duan)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)寬11m,最大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)56m。溢流(liu)(liu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)布置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)在河(he)床中(zhong)部,共(gong)10個(ge)(ge)(ge)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(duan)(4號(hao)(hao)~13號(hao)(hao)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(duan)),布置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)9孔(kong)開敞式溢流(liu)(liu)堰(yan),每孔(kong)凈(jing)寬19m,總長(chang)(chang)225.75m。堰(yan)型為(wei)(wei)WES實用堰(yan),堰(yan)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)高(gao)程174.00m,設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)弧形工作門和(he)檢修平板(ban)門。采(cai)用底流(liu)(liu)消(xiao)能,消(xiao)力(li)(li)(li)池由中(zhong)導墻隔為(wei)(wei)左(zuo)、右(you)(you)消(xiao)力(li)(li)(li)池。尾(wei)坎采(cai)用差動式,左(zuo)、右(you)(you)消(xiao)力(li)(li)(li)池尾(wei)坎高(gao)、低坎頂(ding)(ding)(ding)高(gao)程分(fen)別為(wei)(wei)166.00m、164.00m和(he)167.00m、165.00m。廠(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)房(fang)(fang)布置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)在河(he)床左(zuo)側主(zhu)河(he)槽,統編為(wei)(wei)6個(ge)(ge)(ge)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(duan)(14號(hao)(hao)~19號(hao)(hao)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(duan))。主(zhu)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)房(fang)(fang)左(zuo)側和(he)下游(you)側分(fen)別設(she)有安(an)裝(zhuang)場(chang)和(he)副(fu)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)房(fang)(fang),安(an)裝(zhuang)場(chang)上(shang)游(you)布置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)副(fu)廠(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)房(fang)(fang),下游(you)布置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)開關站(zhan)。廠(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)房(fang)(fang)下游(you)設(she)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)高(gao)程為(wei)(wei)187.50m的(de)防洪墻。廠(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)內安(an)裝(zhuang)5臺單機容量為(wei)(wei)45MW的(de)貫流(liu)(liu)式水輪發電機組。船閘(zha)(zha)位(wei)于右(you)(you)岸階地,統編為(wei)(wei)3號(hao)(hao)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)(duan),為(wei)(wei)Ⅴ級航道(dao)、二級船閘(zha)(zha),閘(zha)(zha)室(shi)(shi)有效尺寸80.0m×12.0m×2.0m(長(chang)(chang)×寬×檻上(shang)水深)。船閘(zha)(zha)從(cong)上(shang)至下依次(ci)為(wei)(wei)上(shang)游(you)引航道(dao)、上(shang)閘(zha)(zha)首、一閘(zha)(zha)室(shi)(shi)、中(zhong)閘(zha)(zha)首、二閘(zha)(zha)室(shi)(shi)、下閘(zha)(zha)首和(he)下游(you)引航道(dao),總長(chang)(chang)678.5m。
監控
洪江(jiang)水電(dian)站(zhan)計(ji)算機監(jian)(jian)控系統設計(ji)標準(zhun)是建成安全、可(ke)靠、經濟、實用的(de)全分布(bu)全開放的(de)計(ji)算機監(jian)(jian)控系統。整個系統技術(shu)性能、指標達到或超過《水電(dian)廠計(ji)算機監(jian)(jian)控系統基本技術(shu)條件》DL/T578-95標準(zhun)的(de)規定。
洪(hong)江水(shui)電站(zhan)計算(suan)機(ji)(ji)監(jian)控(kong)系統由(you)ABB公司中(zhong)標,采(cai)用ABBAdvantOCS系統,該系統集成了(le)國外較新(xin)計算(suan)機(ji)(ji)軟硬件(jian)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)、網絡技術和(he)實時工業控(kong)制產(chan)(chan)品(pin),在水(shui)電站(zhan)自動控(kong)制領(ling)域(yu)有著廣(guang)泛的應用,系統較為成熟,具有良好的可靠性(xing)。
中國水(shui)利水(shui)電科(ke)(ke)學研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院自動(dong)化研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所通(tong)過與ABB公(gong)司(si)合作的(de)(de)方式共同完成(cheng)(cheng)該項目。ABB公(gong)司(si)提供計(ji)算機(ji)監(jian)(jian)控系統(tong)的(de)(de)基本(ben)平臺,系統(tong)集成(cheng)(cheng)、研(yan)(yan)(yan)制(zhi)由(you)中國水(shui)利水(shui)電科(ke)(ke)學研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院完成(cheng)(cheng),應用(yong)軟(ruan)件、高(gao)級應用(yong)采用(yong)中國水(shui)利水(shui)電科(ke)(ke)學研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院自動(dong)化研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所開(kai)發的(de)(de)H9000系統(tong)。2013年中國水(shui)利水(shui)電科(ke)(ke)學研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院自動(dong)化研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)所采用(yong)H9000V4.0系統(tong)更(geng)新了全廠計(ji)算機(ji)監(jian)(jian)控系統(tong)。
洪(hong)江水(shui)電(dian)站計算機(ji)監(jian)控(kong)系統實施該工程后(hou),形成一(yi)個完整的開放網絡型分層分布(bu)的電(dian)站實時(shi)閉(bi)環過程控(kong)制系統,通過計算機(ji)監(jian)控(kong)系統實現電(dian)站的集(ji)中監(jian)控(kong),現地(di)無(wu)人值班(少人值守(shou))。
