深圳市福田區(qu)獅嶺小學(xue)經(jing)過二十個春秋(qiu)的(de)(de)努力,積(ji)累了(le)豐(feng)(feng)富的(de)(de)辦(ban)學(xue)經(jing)驗,收(shou)獲了(le)豐(feng)(feng)碩的(de)(de)辦(ban)學(xue)成果,2005年,更(geng)是(shi)通過廣東(dong)省(sheng)一(yi)級學(xue)校評(ping)估(gu)。在全面(mian)推(tui)進新課程改革(ge)的(de)(de)今天,學(xue)校勵(li)精圖治,呈現出更(geng)好的(de)(de)發展勢(shi)頭(tou)。
學(xue)校(xiao)多渠道、多視野、多內容地開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)德育工作,注重體驗性、活動(dong)性,狠抓基礎,初步形成了以(yi)“國學(xue)”為(wei)載體、養(yang)成教(jiao)(jiao)育為(wei)目(mu)標的德育特色(se)。開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)了以(yi)“國學(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)育”為(wei)依托的“情(qing)性教(jiao)(jiao)育”,通過開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)吟誦經典名篇以(yi)及琴棋書畫技藝的學(xue)習,使學(xue)生怡情(qing)養(yang)性,凈(jing)化心靈(ling),繼承民族文化,弘揚民族精神。
學校(xiao)率先(xian)實施了公(gong)辦(ban)學校(xiao)與民辦(ban)學校(xiao)少先(xian)隊(dui)共建的(de)(de)(de)“三個一工(gong)程”——共舉一面隊(dui)旗(qi)、齊吹一支(zhi)隊(dui)號、同唱一首(shou)隊(dui)歌。活(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)開展,既讓進(jin)城務工(gong)者的(de)(de)(de)子(zi)(zi)弟感受到了社會大家庭的(de)(de)(de)溫暖,也讓本校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)孩(hai)子(zi)(zi)體驗到了助人的(de)(de)(de)快樂。此活(huo)(huo)動(dong)影響大、聲譽好,胡錦(jin)濤總書記親(qin)切接見了參(can)加活(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)進(jin)京(jing)代表,并對孩(hai)子(zi)(zi)們的(de)(de)(de)愛心行動(dong)給予了充分肯定和高度贊揚。
近幾年獅嶺小(xiao)學(xue)先后(hou)被授予“深圳市園林(lin)式(shi)花園式(shi)學(xue)校”稱號(hao);授予“全(quan)(quan)國(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)思(si)想道德建設(she)活動(dong)先進單位(wei)”、“深圳市少先隊紅旗大隊”等稱號(hao);成(cheng)為“全(quan)(quan)國(guo)教育發展‘十五’計(ji)劃重點項目(mu)”、“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色教育示范基地”、“中(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)化經典吟誦示范單位(wei)課題(ti)試(shi)驗學(xue)校”、廣東(dong)省教育廳“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)入世與(yu)國(guo)學(xue)教育”課題(ti)實(shi)驗基地等。
學(xue)(xue)校現有(you)(you)23個(ge)教學(xue)(xue)班,共1014名(ming)學(xue)(xue)生。行(xing)政領導9人(ren)(ren)(ren),包(bao)括校長(chang)(chang)1人(ren)(ren)(ren)(校長(chang)(chang):王(wang)曉堅),副校長(chang)(chang)2人(ren)(ren)(ren),各科室主任6人(ren)(ren)(ren)。教職(zhi)工65人(ren)(ren)(ren)。平均(jun)年(nian)齡39.2歲,中(zhong)(zhong)共黨員21人(ren)(ren)(ren),小學(xue)(xue)高級教師(shi)52人(ren)(ren)(ren),教師(shi)學(xue)(xue)歷全(quan)部達標,其中(zhong)(zhong),有(you)(you)大(da)學(xue)(xue)本科及(ji)以(yi)上(shang)學(xue)(xue)歷的(de)教師(shi)33人(ren)(ren)(ren),有(you)(you)大(da)學(xue)(xue)專科學(xue)(xue)歷的(de)教師(shi)26人(ren)(ren)(ren)。音、體、美、科學(xue)(xue)、勞技(ji)等課(ke)均(jun)有(you)(you)專職(zhi)教師(shi)。
校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)氣息濃(nong)厚(hou),以(yi)“用文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)創造(zao)(zao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)”為辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)指(zhi)導(dao)思(si)想(xiang),堅持“做文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)人,辦文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)事(shi),鑄(zhu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)魂”的辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)思(si)路,倡導(dao)“思(si)想(xiang)決定行(xing)動,行(xing)動形(xing)成習慣,習慣成就事(shi)業,事(shi)業打造(zao)(zao)命(ming)運”的工作作風。圍繞(rao)“打文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)品牌,做教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)章”,一(yi)方(fang)面建(jian)立了超文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)本(ben)(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)模式(shi)(shi),開展(zhan)了公(gong)民辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)手拉(la)手、東西部手拉(la)手、特區老區手拉(la)手等活動。國學(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)之(zhi)傳(chuan)統項目書法(fa)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、武術訓練、腰(yao)鼓(gu)隊成績斐然(ran),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)被授予“全國中華(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)經典吟誦示范(fan)單位(wei)”,編印了多本(ben)(ben)頗具特色的校(xiao)本(ben)(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)材,學(xue)(xue)(xue)生以(yi)書畫、音(yin)樂作品、游(you)(you)戲等超文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)本(ben)(ben)形(xing)式(shi)(shi)來解(jie)讀傳(chuan)統經典文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)。一(yi)方(fang)面加強(qiang)PDS學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)建(jian)設,釀造(zao)(zao)濃(nong)郁的教(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),通(tong)過教(jiao)(jiao)師校(xiao)本(ben)(ben)培訓行(xing)動如“教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)家解(jie)讀”、“教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)沙龍”、“大教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)小論壇(tan)”、“案例分(fen)析與(yu)研(yan)究”、“閱讀與(yu)領悟”等方(fang)式(shi)(shi)來促進教(jiao)(jiao)師專業化(hua)(hua)(hua)成長。此外,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)通(tong)過校(xiao)徽(hui)、班徽(hui)、校(xiao)歌(ge)的征集,現(xian)場繪畫比賽、送春聯、“校(xiao)園(yuan)十佳歌(ge)手、樂手”比賽等才藝展(zhan)示來打造(zao)(zao)美育(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua);通(tong)過體(ti)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)周、游(you)(you)戲節、課題研(yan)究“體(ti)育(yu)與(yu)健康評價標準”等來凸現(xian)體(ti)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)。
