有濕(shi)(shi)(shi)疹(zhen)要祛(qu)(qu)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)這4種健(jian)脾祛(qu)(qu)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)藥(yao)最常用。如今患(huan)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)疹(zhen)的人越來越多。一旦患(huan)上濕(shi)(shi)(shi)疹(zhen),就會使患(huan)者飽受瘙癢的折(zhe)磨,痛苦不堪。中(zhong)醫(yi)認為(wei),防治(zhi)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)疹(zhen),要健(jian)脾祛(qu)(qu)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)。脾胃(wei)(wei)主水,濕(shi)(shi)(shi)氣重會影(ying)響(xiang)脾胃(wei)(wei)運化功能,繼而產生內濕(shi)(shi)(shi)。下面介紹4種健(jian)脾祛(qu)(qu)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)常用的中(zhong)藥(yao)。
健脾祛濕中藥一:茯苓
茯苓(ling)(ling),曾被慈禧太后當(dang)作養(yang)生益(yi)壽(shou)的要藥(yao),不但(dan)自己常食用,還將茯苓(ling)(ling)制(zhi)成茯苓(ling)(ling)餅,賞賜給大臣。茯苓(ling)(ling)味甘淡,性(xing)平,人心(xin)、脾(pi)(pi)、肝、腎(shen)經,具有健脾(pi)(pi)和胃、補(bu)腦(nao)健身、利水滲濕(shi)、寧心(xin)安神等功效,被譽為中藥(yao)“八珍(zhen)”之一。茯苓(ling)(ling)特(te)點是(shi)補(bu)而不峻,利而不猛。藥(yao)性(xing)平和,既(ji)能(neng)扶正,又能(neng)祛邪,是(shi)脾(pi)(pi)虛濕(shi)盛者必不可缺的健脾(pi)(pi)祛濕(shi)中藥(yao)。
健脾祛濕中藥二:薺菜
薺(qi)菜(cai)(cai)帶根全草入藥,其(qi)幼嫩(nen)葉(xie)是(shi)人們(men)喜愛的一(yi)種野(ye)菜(cai)(cai),早在公元前(qian)300年就(jiu)有采食薺(qi)菜(cai)(cai)記載。薺(qi)菜(cai)(cai)味甘、淡,性微(wei)寒。有補虛健脾、涼(liang)血(xue)(xue)止(zhi)血(xue)(xue)、清熱利水等(deng)功效(xiao)。宜(yi)于濕熱胃(wei)痛、血(xue)(xue)熱吐血(xue)(xue)、濕熱泄瀉、便血(xue)(xue)等(deng)癥。
健脾祛濕中藥三:木瓜
一說(shuo)到木(mu)(mu)(mu)瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)(gua),人們可(ke)能(neng)想(xiang)到的是番木(mu)(mu)(mu)瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)(gua)。雖然番木(mu)(mu)(mu)瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)(gua)有健脾胃功(gong)效,但是入藥的還(huan)是皺(zhou)皮木(mu)(mu)(mu)瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)(gua)或者木(mu)(mu)(mu)瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)(gua)。木(mu)(mu)(mu)瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)(gua)味酸(suan),性溫,歸肝、脾經(jing),有較好的舒筋(jin)(jin)活絡(luo)作(zuo)用(yong),且能(neng)化(hua)濕,為(wei)治風濕痹痛(tong)所(suo)常用(yong),筋(jin)(jin)脈拘(ju)攣者尤為(wei)要藥。木(mu)(mu)(mu)瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)(gua)還(huan)能(neng)使濕濁得(de)化(hua),中焦得(de)以調和。此外,木(mu)(mu)(mu)瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)(gua)還(huan)有消(xiao)食(shi)作(zuo)用(yong),可(ke)用(yong)于消(xiao)化(hua)不良(liang)癥。
健脾祛濕中藥四:砂仁
砂仁(ren),除了是一種健(jian)脾祛濕(shi)中藥,還是生活中運(yun)用(yong)廣(guang)泛(fan)的一種香(xiang)料。砂仁(ren)昧辛,性溫(wen)(wen)(wen),歸脾、胃、腎經。能化濕(shi)開胃、溫(wen)(wen)(wen)脾止(zhi)瀉、理氣安胎。該品辛散溫(wen)(wen)(wen)通,氣味(wei)芬芳,其化濕(shi)醒脾,行(xing)氣溫(wen)(wen)(wen)中之(zhi)效均佳,古人視其為(wei)醒脾調(diao)胃的、要藥。故(gu)凡濕(shi)阻或氣滯所(suo)致(zhi)之(zhi)脘腹脹痛(tong)等脾胃不和諸(zhu)癥可以常用(yong),尤(you)其是寒(han)濕(shi)氣滯者(zhe)最為(wei)適宜。該品善能溫(wen)(wen)(wen)中暖胃以達止(zhi)嘔止(zhi)瀉之(zhi)功,但重在溫(wen)(wen)(wen)脾。
