芡實(shi)和蓮子之間有什么異同?
蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)子(zi):是睡蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)科(ke)多(duo)年(nian)生(sheng)(sheng)水生(sheng)(sheng)植物蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)的成(cheng)熟(shu)種子(zi),主產(chan)于湖南、福(fu)建、江蘇(su)等(deng)地(di),以秋(qiu)季(ji)采收的種子(zi)入藥,生(sheng)(sheng)用(yong)。芡實為睡蓮(lian)(lian)(lian)科(ke)一年(nian)生(sheng)(sheng)水生(sheng)(sheng)草本(ben)植物芡的成(cheng)熟(shu)種仁(ren)(ren),主產(chan)于山(shan)東(dong)、安徽、江蘇(su)等(deng)地(di),以秋(qiu)末冬初采收的種仁(ren)(ren)入藥,生(sheng)(sheng)用(yong)或炒用(yong)。
芡實:一年生大型水生草(cao)本。沉水葉(xie)(xie)箭形(xing)或橢(tuo)圓腎形(xing),兩(liang)面無(wu)刺(ci)(ci);葉(xie)(xie)柄(bing)無(wu)刺(ci)(ci);浮水葉(xie)(xie)革質(zhi),橢(tuo)圓腎形(xing)至(zhi)圓形(xing),盾狀(zhuang),有或無(wu)彎缺,全(quan)緣(yuan),下面帶紫色(se),有短柔毛,兩(liang)面在葉(xie)(xie)脈分枝處有銳刺(ci)(ci);葉(xie)(xie)柄(bing)及(ji)花(hua)梗(geng)粗壯,花(hua)長約5厘米;萼片披針(zhen)形(xing),內面紫色(se),外(wai)面密生稍(shao)彎硬刺(ci)(ci);花(hua)瓣矩(ju)圓披針(zhen)形(xing)或披針(zhen)形(xing),紫紅(hong)色(se),成(cheng)數輪排列,向(xiang)內漸(jian)變(bian)成(cheng)雄蕊;無(wu)花(hua)柱(zhu)(zhu),柱(zhu)(zhu)頭(tou)紅(hong)色(se),成(cheng)凹(ao)入(ru)的柱(zhu)(zhu)頭(tou)盤。漿果(guo)球形(xing),直徑3-5厘米,污紫紅(hong)色(se),外(wai)面密生硬刺(ci)(ci);種(zhong)子球形(xing),直徑10余(yu)毫米,黑色(se)。花(hua)期7-8月(yue),果(guo)期8-9月(yue)。
相(xiang)同(tong)點:二(er)者味甘澀(se)而性平,均(jun)歸脾(pi)腎(shen)經,其甘可(ke)補脾(pi),澀(se)可(ke)固腎(shen),能止瀉、止帶(dai)(dai)、固精。可(ke)治(zhi)脾(pi)虛久瀉、脾(pi)腎(shen)虧虛之帶(dai)(dai)下病、腎(shen)虛尿(niao)頻、滑精、遺(yi)精及小(xiao)便不禁(jin)等證(zheng)。二(er)者還常配伍為用以增強療效。二(er)者均(jun)富含營養成(cheng)分,可(ke)作食品服(fu)用。
不(bu)(bu)同(tong)點(dian):蓮子(zi)的補(bu)脾(pi)之(zhi)(zhi)力較芡(qian)(qian)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)強,素有(you)“脾(pi)果”之(zhi)(zhi)稱(cheng)。可兼入(ru)心(xin)經,能補(bu)益心(xin)氣安神,可治心(xin)虛不(bu)(bu)寐(mei)之(zhi)(zhi)證,但其性平和。芡(qian)(qian)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的除濕之(zhi)(zhi)力強于蓮子(zi),斂(lian)而不(bu)(bu)燥不(bu)(bu)膩不(bu)(bu)留邪,治療脾(pi)腎(shen)氣虛,不(bu)(bu)能制水、泛濫(lan)橫(heng)溢(yi)所(suo)致水腫者常用,但作用平和。生芡(qian)(qian)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以補(bu)腎(shen)澀精為主(zhu),而炒芡(qian)(qian)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以健脾(pi)開胃為主(zhu),亦有(you)將芡(qian)(qian)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)炒焦使(shi)用的,主(zhu)要(yao)以補(bu)脾(pi)止瀉為主(zhu)。
