9.用筷子戳冬(dong)瓜塊,試(shi)(shi)試(shi)(shi)軟(ruan)硬,再放鹽,稍微熬(ao)煮1會兒;
10.出鍋前把(ba)蔥(cong)段(duan)放進去燙1下,裝湯(tang)碗里(li)再撒上蔥(cong)花(hua)。
