1.準備好所(suo)用食材;
2.香(xiang)蕉去皮切成圓片備用;
3.豆腐切成(cheng)片(pian),加入鹽(yan)腌制2分鐘;
4.取一(yi)碗加入淀粉、生抽、醋、糖和清(qing)水攪拌均勻成料汁;
5.把蔥切成碎;
6.將豆腐片(pian)(pian)和香(xiang)蕉片(pian)(pian)裹(guo)上蛋液;
7.再分別沾上淀粉;
8.入油(you)鍋煎炸至(zhi)兩面金黃(huang),撈出瀝油(you);
9.鍋中(zhong)留底油,爆香蔥碎(sui);
10.倒入(ru)料汁(zhi),燒至(zhi)湯汁(zhi)粘稠(chou);
11.倒入煎炸(zha)好的豆腐(fu)和香蕉;
12.翻炒均(jun)勻(yun)即可。
