黃天源除按(an)時令節氣的(de)變化供應各種品種外,還(huan)按(an)蘇州人的(de)風(feng)俗(su)習慣(guan)推出適銷品種,作(zuo)為喜慶(qing)吉(ji)祥禮品,相互贈(zeng)送,以示(shi)祝賀。供應老年人做壽的(de)有(you)壽團(tuan)、壽糕(gao),姑娘出嫁有(you)蜜糕(gao)、鋪床團(tuan)子,小孩滿月(yue)和(he)周歲生(sheng)日有(you)剃頭(tou)團(tuan)子和(he)周歲團(tuan)子,入學有(you)扁團(tuan)子,新屋上梁和(he)喬(qiao)遷之喜有(you)定勝(sheng)糕(gao)等。
黃(huang)天(tian)源(yuan)除(chu)了各式糕團享有(you)盛譽外(wai),炒肉、蝦仁面條(tiao)原(yuan)湯原(yuan)味,亦頗具特色,顧(gu)客百吃不厭。1995年(nian)4月(yue),在香港舉辦(ban)“蘇州食品節”,以百年(nian)老字號采(cai)芝齋、黃(huang)天(tian)源(yuan)兩店(dian)的(de)產品為主,突出了蘇州傳統、風味、特色三(san)大特點,大受(shou)江、浙、滬籍香港同(tong)胞的(de)歡迎。黃(huang)天(tian)源(yuan)精制花色糕在北京舉辦(ban)的(de)1996年(nian)國際(ji)食品加工技術博覽會(hui)上(shang)獲(huo)得金獎(jiang)。
