中國的松(song)茸產地主要有三個區域,分別是(shi)東北、滇西北和西藏林芝地區。

林芝松(song)(song)茸(rong)生(sheng)(sheng)于(yu)藏東南深山(shan)峽谷(gu)森林中(zhong),要求條(tiao)件十分嚴格。常見于(yu)松(song)(song)林或針、闊葉(xie)(xie)混交林中(zhong)的地(di)(di)上(shang),群生(sheng)(sheng)。林芝松(song)(song)茸(rong)產(chan)區土壤主要為棕色林土或山(shan)地(di)(di)黑壤、黃(huang)壤,PH5.1~5.5之(zhi)間。林地(di)(di)枯枝落葉(xie)(xie)較稀(xi)疏(shu)。生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)松(song)(song)茸(rong)的林齡一般(ban)不低(di)于(yu)20年(nian)(nian)。30~40年(nian)(nian)生(sheng)(sheng)的林地(di)(di)為產(chan)松(song)(song)茸(rong)的旺盛時期,60年(nian)(nian)以上(shang)的林齡松(song)(song)茸(rong)產(chan)量開始下降。
由于(yu)特殊(shu)的(de)地理生(sheng)態環境,西藏(zang)的(de)林芝松(song)茸(rong)(rong)成為最潔(jie)凈(jing)的(de)食物,無任何污(wu)染。林芝松(song)茸(rong)(rong)具有(you)個頭(tou)大、形體佳、蟲(chong)菌少等特點。因(yin)此,林芝松(song)茸(rong)(rong)在國(guo)內國(guo)際市場,都比其(qi)他產區松(song)茸(rong)(rong)更受(shou)青睞(lai)。
松(song)茸(rong)菌(jun)肉(rou)肥厚,具有香氣,味(wei)道鮮(xian)美,是名貴的野生(sheng)食(shi)(shi)用(yong)菌(jun),有很(hen)高的營養價值。特別(bie)是全球僅西藏林芝才產的櫟松(song)茸(rong),在國(guo)內外(wai)食(shi)(shi)法多種多樣。燒、炒、煮皆宜,可(ke)生(sheng)食(shi)(shi)、煮食(shi)(shi)、干制,也(ye)可(ke)配菜肴。與其(qi)他產地松(song)茸(rong)相(xiang)比,據國(guo)內外(wai)食(shi)(shi)客稱(cheng),林芝松(song)茸(rong)食(shi)(shi)之鮮(xian)嫩(nen)可(ke)口(kou)(kou),味(wei)香濃,肉(rou)質細膩,潤(run)滑爽口(kou)(kou),口(kou)(kou)感如(ru)魚,食(shi)(shi)后余香耐人尋味(wei)。
林芝松(song)茸(rong)除了含有(you)豐富的蛋白質、氨基(ji)酸(suan)等(deng)(deng)(deng)外,還(huan)含有(you)較多(duo)的維生素和激素類。松(song)茸(rong)聚糖甘露能抵制腫瘤生長,因而有(you)一定的抗癌功(gong)效。當地人將松(song)茸(rong)用(yong)于(yu)治療手足麻木、腰酸(suan)腿痛、尿濁不禁等(deng)(deng)(deng)癥,還(huan)認為林芝松(song)茸(rong)有(you)聚精補腎,益(yi)精助(zhu)陽的作用(yong),能改(gai)善更年期內分泌(mi)紊亂、性功(gong)能失調等(deng)(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)(deng)。
